Dear sir/madam,
I am using RBL credit card from past 1.5 years, on October monday i received call regarding the rbl super card, they said at free of cost we provide you new card with additional features, i said ok, thats it, I receive the card with in 15 days they charged for R shield insurance worth of 15 thousands, i called customer 4 times they repeatedly saying the same thing like, they will contact you with in 6 days, but no one contacted me regarding this now my statement also generated still they saying the same, i also mail to all mail id provided by customer care but no response or replys from RBL side, without intimation they issued the policy and also converted into emi this looks like scam, I didn't expect from RBL.
Please help with my concern, or give me the solution.

    Hi ..
    I have a rbl super credit card. But unable to use it. Unable to swipe at the machine or unable to use for online transaction. Tried calling the toll free no but its is just an ivr and the other no never connects.
    Wrote a couple of mails which were also unanswered. I'm paying my bills ontime. But still unable touse. Itsis saying some otp error vmx failure issue.

          Dear sir,
          I obtained a RBL bank, bajaj finserv Supercard credit card just 3 days back and I noticed without my knowledge the Bank has debited Rs.720/ as first EMI toward Rshield insurance. No sms authentication was received.
          Customer support also cuts the line as it is all IVR menu.
          I request to roll back the money to my credit card account immediately.
          Else I will be taking legal action under section 420c for cheating public .
          RBL BANK and bajaj finserv.

                Myself Pranjit Thakuria from Guwahati, Assam. I am a old costumer of your bank, Bajaj Finserv. I have already taken 3 nos of Loan worth rupees 53, 290 INR and which where closed accordingly.
                Looking to your systematic process and friendly behavior, I have developed faith on your bank and your product. Suddenly on 23/10/19 a person called me up and suggest me to take RBL Super Credit Card. As it was a telephonic conversation, I was not able to get all my queries related to Credit Card. ( Recorded Audio is available with me). I just told one thing that I have a trust on Bajaj Finserv hence I will take the credit card.
                The very next day another person called me and ask me to provide my documents which I provided accordingly. I asked him about the hidden charges if present but he did not tell me about fine charges, Finance charges, Late fine etc. ( Audio record is available with me).
                Because of the good faith I purchased the RBL Bank Super Card and used it accordingly in my day today life.
                The first bill I got on 18.11.2019 having 3945.82 including the Membership fees of 999, which I had paid on time. The second bill was 5220( From 19.11.2019 to 18.12.2019), which I was unable to pay because I lost my job during this time. After that I had not used this credit card for any purchase.
                On 24.01.2020, another new person called me up and inform me to pay 6506.74 (This includes various hidden charges). I told that person that I am unable to pay this amount at this moment as I lost my job and request him to convey my messages to the proper authority and asked him to closed my Credit Card so that there won`t be any further charges. ( Audio record is available with me).
                I thought the authority will listen to my request by closing my Credit Card, and accordingly I will pay the required fees. But since then every month I got several calls and text messages from your end where my payable amount is increasing per month by imposing various charges. Due to Corona Pandemic, I could not get job till now.
                Now your agent asked me to pay 8, 700 INR as a final settlement amount and the text messages and number of calls are increasing rapidly. I got 25-30 calls in one day asking money along the the texts which mentally harassed me a lot.
                Therefore, I just want to inform you that, I am able to pay only those amount which was purchased by me that is 5250 INR and rest was hidden charges imposed by your end.
                Hence, it is an earnest request to you kindly see this matter and resolve this issues as soon as possible.

                  Hi i am Ravikumar and i use RBL bank Super Credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 15000/- Fifteen thousand rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent and also they are converted insurance premium to EMI 1353.87 for 12 month.I raised the complaint to rbl credit card customers care.they are not respond and not closed my card and insurance.I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

                        I don't know how this Bank was approved in RBI,

                        They don't maintain customer care teams, whatever the communication it has to over emails

                        I have paid the loan amount on 30th November 2020, it was two transactions 1 was failed 2nd was a success, but they have taken both as successful transactions

                        I have raised a request, they said (this would be funny) they are gonna calculate for the next month bill, what should I do this month, beg outside for my utilities and other bill payments

                        Very very worst service, I request RBI to look into this once

                        No one responded to me on this complaint, how to get a response is there any legal actions to be taken, or else they follow different guidelines ?????

                          I have credit card with RBL Bank and I wanted to redeem my reward points with their shopping portal. I placed my order and redeemed 16639 points worth Rs 2995 and paid the remaining amount of Rs 113 with the card itself. However my order was cancelled by them soon after and they refunded me Rs 113 but they did not refund me my reward points.
                          After repeatedly mailing them and getting fake promises I am just tired and disgusted with their customer care. They even stated on 25th November when I lodged a fresh complaint that my issue will be resolved in the next bill cycle and my points will be reinstated. But its not. I am attaching the necessary screenshots for your reference. I request you to please resolve the issue.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have got the new credit card My date of birth 03.06.1995.

                            After 2 days I got the message Rs.12000 debited for Insurance, I do no why they charged.

                            I confirmed with customer care after getting the card. they said no insurance activated in your account.

                            But after 2 days it happened amount debited, if complaint to the customer care they said Insurance people call you and we do no about the insurance.

                            I do no what they are following, without Any confirmation from side like OTP or Password they are deducting I do no about that.

                            Please solve my problem and get me the refund of Rs.12000 sir

                            I am Ranjith kumar from janagoan, telangana india.

                            And recently, i became the new customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card I have never agreed to have insurance for such type.how do you deduct such amount without any permission of mine.if you not returns that amount I will block the card

                            on 28.01.2021 when i viewed my rbl app i seen an amount of Rs.12000 debited for Insurance, I do not know why they charged.

                                on this number I am Getting multiple call from RBL bank employee for credit card offer
                                more than 10 calls getting in a single day and this is happening in every day so its like mental harassment.

                                every time they are calling from new number so it is difficult to identify my private or office call or RBL bank customer call

                                so please take acction against this we need some peace.
                                other wise will register file against RBL bank in court

                                  I have a new credit card from RBL and the first payment due date was Dec 7th 2020
                                  I made the payment on Dec 5th 2020
                                  I am still getting emails asking me to pay
                                  What on earth is this.?
                                  I will be tearing up my card as soon as I make the second payment

                                      Hi i am Trinadheeswara Rao and i am recently took the super card.I saw the unbilled transactions 15000 & 720 rupees R shield insurance premium debited in my card without my concern, I don't want any insurance plan so please cancel it and this amount refund immediately in my credit card statement.

                                        This is shravan kumar godugu,

                                        I have two cards of rbl bank . I have paid regularly without any dues. One month I have missed my payment due to bank errors I got stuck my payment in Upi . From that day I have received 50 to 60 calls a day. I have explained my reasons still they are call in a row what about payment what about payment. I told them will pay my dues in next bill. Still calling
                                        and They are using abusing words.

                                        Very cheap staff and manner less staff in rbl. And customer support is very poor . No service at all. If you place mail you will get response after 3 months.
                                        I don't know why
