My name is pankaj Goel.
I have applied for Rbl Bajaj Finserv Super card (credit card).
The representative who called me on the phone, and the representative who came to my house both specifically told me that the annual fee for this card is Rs499 +gst.
Later, during dispatch of the credit card, they told me on the phone that the fees for this credit card is now (changed automatically), not 499 but now 999 Rs + gst.
The representative promised me that the credit card will come with 1000 Rs e-commerce voucher for purchasing free.
This voucher never came with the card. (such deceitful liars on the phone you see these days )
No matter how weird it may sound, but this is the way your sales team is (cheating) treating its customers on the ground level, right from the beginning.
Now, the card has arrived this month at my house, and I am noticing an sudden inclusion of charges of Rs 720, with the name R Shield insurance plan in my unbilled transaction list.
(I have zero idea, what is this insurance!!)
It says each month I have to pay 720 Rs as emi forcefully.
I have specifically told the representative on the phone, that I don’t want any insurance plan as I have already purchased it from SBI.
Still, to my utter shock and disappointment, I am seeing an charges of Rs 720 in the name of R Shield insurance plan which I have never requested to purchase.
This is the way (cheated and harrased), I am feeling within first 15 days of services with an company which has immense reputation in terms of its credibility and integrity.
None of the customer service care phone is reachable[protected].

Please try to call up this phone number during working hours.
I request you to please reverse the unbilled transaction charges of Rs 720, in the name of R Shield insurance plan, which I never purchased, with immediate effect.
Please cancel all your insurance plans for me.
I am not interested in buying any insurance plan, so can your sales team, please stop forcing it on me.
Hoping to have a fair dealings and honesty in commitments and services from your side.
Waiting for the positive reply and immediate refund of my excessively charged money.
