Seriously shame on rbl bank management, supervisors and all the executives.. on 23third November I have redeemed 11000 point on my rbl super card and it’s almost 18 days but I have not received my Amazon e voucher of Rs 2000 I have called the so called bank so many times but every time they give me a time and the reference number .. I made so many complains about the same but rbl bank service is so unprofessional they don’t even follow up with the reference number .. and after the time is finished they give u another reference number .. such pathetic service and unprofessional management.. I don’t want any kind of relationship with rbl bank from now onwards.

Shame on rbl seriously it’s been a month .. and I have called so many times and every time I get new ref I’d ... they are just making fool out of customers

    I tried to recharge Airtel Prepaid number for Rs.1498/- on 18-Oct-2020 using rewards points. Since rewards points were not sufficient, I paid the balance amount using my credit card. However, rewards points were not deducted, but only the amount from my credit card got debited. After entering the OTP page was closed automatically and I didn’t receive any confirmation for recharge or order ID.

    Initially I contacted your phone support team and they told within some working days we’ll process a refund. But I received this email response “After a thorough investigation of your issue [Ref. No.22610227], we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to cater to your concern. Thank you for your patience.”

    After that again I contacted your phone support team and the guy told to contact Airtel Customer Care as the amount has been already credited to the merchant. When I contacted the Airtel, they’re saying we didn’t receive any amount and to contact the place where I tried to recharge.

    This is not the first time I’m facing this issue. JUST PROCESS A REFUND. IF NOT, I’M READY TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT ALSO.

      My card was debited with 21000 for R shield insurance on 02/12/2020. I don’t want this insurance. As a customer I have the right to call it off before one month from starting date. Please close this insurance and revert the 21000/-. I already go through the customer care they raised a request for closure today I received a message “We regret to inform that we could not process your Request [23214226] for "Insurance" on your RBL Bank Credit Card [XXXXXXXXXXX7341].” So i am requesting you again with this portal to close my insurance ASAP. Other wise I will go through grievance cell of IRDA.

          When card is secured and there is no chance of fraudulent how come people on behalf of RBL bank signing up insurance without customer's knowledge and why is that you people have a worst fraud money making call center using RBL Banks name and taking insurance that too 15000Rs taken and fighting to get it back. If this continues need to complaint with RBI for forcing and using consumer's money and naming it as Insurance. If people needs insurance let them buy please don't force sell them. Call center person who spoke was so rude and his intent was to get the amount verbally on phone from me. Which I did not say till the end of the call and still he had put an insurance without my consent.

            Myself Sourav. I am using an RBL Super card for 2 months. Today, I have checked that bank put the shield insurance Rs.720 on my account and converted it to EMI. I would not submit any form or document for this insurance. Without my permission, the bank has added it to my account. So, please cancel this insurance and refund my money.

              This is Parvathy Sasi I have mailed several times regarding deduction of 21000 in my card behalf of R Shield insurance premium their is no response from Ur side. I am going on mailing you people regarding issue but no response from your side. How can you people deduct that much of amount with out any intimation. When insurance company called that time only I have confirmed you people that their is no need of any insurance premium from your side. How can u deduct amount and convert that to EMI. Plus I don't need any insurance premium from your side please cancel it previous mails case IDs are 22833188, 23189361, 22833188, 23243266, 23243846 and 23243923.

                Dear sir,

                I am writing with this regards to my credit card loan account bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7851. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 230612.45/-.

                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months due to lockdown & i lost my job and not getting job from past 8 months I borrow money from my Retired Parents and My Family is running on my Mothers Pension,
                Due to Multiple Loan and Liability I even taken my Father`s Retired Savings to clear the Debts.

                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

                  After abusing recovery agent I called your costumer care at 16:24 pm
                  That time mr VIMAL talked with me and said that agent has to right for recovery
                  This no bank matter.

                      में आप से अनुरोध करना चाहता के मेरे दो क्रेडिट कार्ड जो बिल पिछले कुछ समय से बाकि हे. पिछले कुछ समय से मेरी आर्थिक हालत बहोत ख़राब हे ज्यादातर लोकडाउन के बाद ज्यादा ख़राब हो गई हे इस के कारन में अभी आपके पेमेंट भरने लायक नहीं ही। इस वजह से मेरे को आपके अहमदाबाद के बैंक तरफ से बहोत परेशा किया जा रहा हे.बहोत ही ज्यादा हैरेसमेंट किया जा रहा हे. दिन भर बहोत फ़ोन आते हे, बहोत ही ख़राब तरीके से बात कटे हे, कभी कबर लगता हे में आत्महत्या करलु, पर मेरे परिवार को सोच के में ये कदम नहीं उठा पा रहा. आपके रिकवरी एजेंट हमसे और हमारे परिवार से गुंडों की तरह व्यहवार कर रहे हे. गIली गलोच करते हे हमपे जबरन दबाव करते हे पेमेंट करने का. इस कोरोना की आपदा के समय काम ना होने से और आमदनी आधी से बी ज्यादा काम होने के कारन में अभी ये पेमेंट भरने के लायक नहीं हु. में केवल आपसे ये अनुरोध करता हु के मिजे कुछ समय दीजिये जिसके कारन आपका पेमेंट कर सकू, और आपके रिकवरी एजेंट से मुझे बचाइए। में वादा करता हु जैसे ही मेरे पास पैसो की सहूलियत हो गई तब आपका पेमेंट कर दूंगा, बस आप मेरी इतनी सहायता कीजिये इन रिकवरी एजेंट से मुझे राहत दीजिये, इनके कारन में मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से बहोत परेशान हो गया हे, इस परेशानी में मुझे कुछ हो गया तो मेरे परिवार की हालत बहोत ख़राब हो जाएगी, में आप से हाथ जोड़ के विनती करता हु मुझे इन रिकवरी एजेंट से रहत दीजिये और कुछ समय का टाइम दीजिये।

                      एक सीधी बात हे हमने पेमेंट ना करके कोई चोरी नहीं की हे, आप के एजेंट हमें चोरो की तरह हमारे साथ बर्ताव कर रहे हे. मान्य श्री हम चोर नहीं हे हमें ऐसे परेशान न करे.
                      हम जल्द से जल्द आपका पेमेंट पेनल्टी और अन्य चार्जिस के भर देंगे, पर हमें इस तरह मानसिक परेशां न करे, हमें कुछ हो गया तो हमारे परिवार को जवाब कौन देगा?

                      में आशा करता हु के आप मेरी जल्दी से जल्दी सहाय करे गए.

                      में माफ़ी मांगता हु मुझे एंगिल्स पूरी तरह से नहीं आती इस लिए हिंदी में अनुरोध किया हे.

                                  Just 5 days ago I received my RBL credit card and suddenly it's show's me that I purchased (R Shield Insurance) But I never purchased that insurance RBL bank please cancel my insurance otherwise I need to go legal way cause you guys giving insurance without informing us and charged us a lot without a single message or mail.

                                  If I didn't get reply from 7 days then I will go to legal way, and I am gonna hired a lawyer for this.

                                    My name is pankaj Goel.
                                    I have applied for Rbl Bajaj Finserv Super card (credit card).

                                    The representative who called me on the phone, and the representative who came to my house both specifically told me that the annual fee for this card is Rs499 +gst.

                                    Later, during dispatch of the credit card, they told me on the phone that the fees for this credit card is now (changed automatically), not 499 but now 999 Rs + gst.

                                    The representative promised me that the credit card will come with 1000 Rs e-commerce voucher for purchasing free.

                                    This voucher never came with the card. (such deceitful liars on the phone you see these days )

                                    No matter how weird it may sound, but this is the way your sales team is (cheating) treating its customers on the ground level, right from the beginning.

                                    Now, the card has arrived this month at my house, and I am noticing an sudden inclusion of charges of Rs 720, with the name R Shield insurance plan in my unbilled transaction list.

                                    (I have zero idea, what is this insurance!!)

                                    It says each month I have to pay 720 Rs as emi forcefully.

                                    I have specifically told the representative on the phone, that I don’t want any insurance plan as I have already purchased it from SBI.

                                    Still, to my utter shock and disappointment, I am seeing an charges of Rs 720 in the name of R Shield insurance plan which I have never requested to purchase.

                                    This is the way (cheated and harrased), I am feeling within first 15 days of services with an company which has immense reputation in terms of its credibility and integrity.

                                    None of the customer service care phone is reachable[protected].

                                    Please try to call up this phone number during working hours.

                                    I request you to please reverse the unbilled transaction charges of Rs 720, in the name of R Shield insurance plan, which I never purchased, with immediate effect.

                                    Please cancel all your insurance plans for me.

                                    I am not interested in buying any insurance plan, so can your sales team, please stop forcing it on me.

                                    Hoping to have a fair dealings and honesty in commitments and services from your side.

                                    Waiting for the positive reply and immediate refund of my excessively charged money.

                                      This is Pramod Kuma Dubbey, had applied for rbl credit card. Thank you for the your service that i am confirmed for the card. But due to some miscommunication (Due to language variation) with one of your customer care. I said ok to the r-shield bundled insurance and card fraud protection. Which i understood after getting a message to my mobile number.
                                      So kindly cancel the above mentioned insurance for the below given applicant.
                                      I reported many time this problem to your head office but still no improvement. I need immediate solution for this problem otherwise i don't want a your credit card support. I ready to surrender your card if there is no responsible.

                                        Higher interest and fees have been charged.

                                        I will pay Rs.25, 195.69/- coming December02, 2020.

                                        Interest and other fees must be waived. The balance will be paid after your reply.

                                        The way your collection agents treat customers is not right. Speakers from [protected] & [protected] spoke as if Rowdy's.

                                        I will definitely go to consumer court after the settlement procedure.

                                        No one should contact me until your reply is received.
