I have RBL credit card but in same card they gave R shield insurance cover which i do not want.They have deducted 720/- dated 27 november 2020 for EMI 12 month from my credit card although i refuse to take any insurance.
kindly cancel R shield cover from my RBL credit card.

      Just 5 days ago I received my RBL credit card and suddenly it's show's me that I purchased (R Shield Insurance) But I never purchased that insurance RBL bank please cancel my insurance otherwise I need to go legal way cause you guys giving insurance without informing us and charged us a lot without a single message or mail.

      If I didn't get reply from 7 days then I will go to legal way, and I am gonna hired a lawyer for this.

        My name is pankaj Goel.
        I have applied for Rbl Bajaj Finserv Super card (credit card).

        The representative who called me on the phone, and the representative who came to my house both specifically told me that the annual fee for this card is Rs499 +gst.

        Later, during dispatch of the credit card, they told me on the phone that the fees for this credit card is now (changed automatically), not 499 but now 999 Rs + gst.

        The representative promised me that the credit card will come with 1000 Rs e-commerce voucher for purchasing free.

        This voucher never came with the card. (such deceitful liars on the phone you see these days )

        No matter how weird it may sound, but this is the way your sales team is (cheating) treating its customers on the ground level, right from the beginning.

        Now, the card has arrived this month at my house, and I am noticing an sudden inclusion of charges of Rs 720, with the name R Shield insurance plan in my unbilled transaction list.

        (I have zero idea, what is this insurance!!)

        It says each month I have to pay 720 Rs as emi forcefully.

        I have specifically told the representative on the phone, that I don’t want any insurance plan as I have already purchased it from SBI.

        Still, to my utter shock and disappointment, I am seeing an charges of Rs 720 in the name of R Shield insurance plan which I have never requested to purchase.

        This is the way (cheated and harrased), I am feeling within first 15 days of services with an company which has immense reputation in terms of its credibility and integrity.

        None of the customer service care phone is reachable[protected].

        Please try to call up this phone number during working hours.

        I request you to please reverse the unbilled transaction charges of Rs 720, in the name of R Shield insurance plan, which I never purchased, with immediate effect.

        Please cancel all your insurance plans for me.

        I am not interested in buying any insurance plan, so can your sales team, please stop forcing it on me.

        Hoping to have a fair dealings and honesty in commitments and services from your side.

        Waiting for the positive reply and immediate refund of my excessively charged money.

          This is Pramod Kuma Dubbey, had applied for rbl credit card. Thank you for the your service that i am confirmed for the card. But due to some miscommunication (Due to language variation) with one of your customer care. I said ok to the r-shield bundled insurance and card fraud protection. Which i understood after getting a message to my mobile number.
          So kindly cancel the above mentioned insurance for the below given applicant.
          I reported many time this problem to your head office but still no improvement. I need immediate solution for this problem otherwise i don't want a your credit card support. I ready to surrender your card if there is no responsible.

            Old Credit Card Not in working. The New Credit Card is not yet in use.

            Now my Credit Card Status details :

            Minimum Amount Due Rs.25, 195.69

            Higher interest and fees have been charged.

            I will pay Rs.25, 195.69/- coming December02, 2020.

            Interest and other fees must be waived. The balance will be paid after your reply.

            The way your collection agents treat customers is not right. Speakers from [protected] & [protected] spoke as if Rowdy's.

            I will definitely go to consumer court after the settlement procedure.

                Hello Team, I have paid rs. 61144.37/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 27 Nov 2020 transaction details — VDHF[protected], the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due payment expires on 29 Nov 20.

                  RBL bank is debited 15000 rupees from my credit card after 5 days of issuing the card for R shield insurance premium, i dont want any insurance right now, please cancel my insurance plan and refund the amount.

                    My credit card was charged by rs150000rs against a r shield policy which i dont want i even send email but didnt got any revert from them so i request you to please tell the bank to cancel the policy and refund the amount in the creditcard

                      Dear sir

                      As I reported to bank that I received a Call from a Number as RBL Bank Executive & Asked for Bonus points Redeem.
                      I was shocked this card is brand new & only just dispatched to me & without even using it anywhere, the person who called me have all details like card number etc.
                      so I Follow the steps what he suggest & amount get deducted from my card of amount 24500.
                      within 30-45 minutes I reported to Bank, Even shared FIR copy but bank is denying for refund the amount.
                      Kindly help me regarding this.

                            I am a credit card holder with RBL bank, I am feeling so shameful for being a customer with this RBL. Its one of the Worst banking services, i had never saw in my life . I have an grievance since June 2020, regarding this i had raised around 52 complaints via Emails and over the call i spoke with them around 37 times for a single issue, the issue is created by them only .
                            Solely they had downgraded my credit card, while asking for reason they agreed their backend had done by mistake . After that they had looted my hard earned rewards points from my rewards portal, when i enquiring this they said all done by some mistake, due to Covid 19 they were unable to work faster . They said soon they will resolve it, as it confirmed on August 2020.
                            As of now i am writing, following up my issues, escalating the issue with thier Principal and Regional Nodal officers, you will be shocked their Nodal officers not have an habit of reading and replying back to customer grievances .
                            I had never saw such a kind of Nodal officers, i doubt whether they have a habit of seeing emails or not, almost 6 months those very responsible Nodal officers doesn't have time to read emails about customer grievances . Very worst Nodal officers i never saw such a nodal officers anywhere .
                            Even the poor courier vendor services has the habit of reading the emails and replying back, but RBL bank Nodal were extraordinary persons, they were so busy with their family and personal life . So i stopped using this RBL bank services, i advise you guys do not use any of the products from RBL bank and do not wish to get a account with Ratnakar Bank Limited.
                            Very Worst bank all over the world, i had never saw such an bank and Nodal officers, hope i will have a chance to meet such kind of persons in other aspects of my life .
                            I am being shamefull to be an RBK card holder, worst bank Worster Worstest !!!

                                  I am Venkatramanan from Chennai Tamilnadu India and recently became the new customer and user of Bajaj travel easy supercard platinum credit card. I saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there I'd rs 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and I was shocked I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even I have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all.but then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very disappointed and wish that I have never gone for the RBL supercard at all.as they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.i need rs.720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as I am not going to pay for which, I have never asked for ..
