I have received RBL credit card recently. but they have activated r shield insurance policy along with that and that card is showing 12000 outstanding in my card details..

kindly resolve this.
and i wanted to cancel the complete services from RBL card and that dummy insurance policy.

Kindly cancel the R sheild insurance and Refund the amount.

Hi I am Chandrakanta Devi Verma and I use RBL super card . I have not bought or issued any r shield premium insurance and I haven't got any notification about it but in my card it shows that I have bought r shield premium insurance of 21000 rupees, and this insurance increased my outstanding without my consent . So, I don't want this r shield premium insurance and its a humble request to cancel the insurance and deduct the outstanding shows in my card and mistakenly I paid 1000 rupees for it so please refund me those 1000 rupees . Please its a humble request . I am very thankful to you..

I have requested to close the credit card which was not done and now i am charged with annual fee of Rs 3000 which is ridiculous. Trying to reach customer care but call doesn't connect and i have sent mail but no reply.

All the case id from head of card service Rbl bank..But problem not resolved.
i done my jio recharge Rs 399 thro rbl card.But recharge was declined. when I asked rbl customer care it was done success .They asked to contact jio. They clearly mailed to me that the amount was declined mentioning the card...

I didnt purchase r shield insurance but Rs.21000 Has been debited from my credit card account.kindly cancel that insurance and refund the amount to my account

This is to inform you that I'm using an RBL credit card due to Covid-19 situation. I could not pay my bills on time. But as per RBI guidelines they should not put interest charges on my credit card but every month they have charged me Rs:1300 as interest charges and last month they have charged Rs :3000 this is completely a fraud in this situation bank has to understand the situation i requested them multiple time saying i cant pay bills as i feel i have over charged my bill but their replay was cant help.

I very often get calls from their customer care department and abuse that is a harassment

(Note : I will pay the bill only if they wave off interest charges that they charged me from 6 months)

Dear sir,
I have opened SB account with RBL Bank, and the same i have done 2 fund transfer transaction for trial purpose, after activate the account i have submitted the same account number to claim my PF account and also its under process, But today i received a msg from RBL Bank saying that communication address is invalid,

But i confirming that the provided address is same as permanent address, and i am receiving all post and couriers to same address, and my ration card, adhar card voter id also with same address,

I thing the address verification executive has not done proper verification and also i am not received any phone call also regarding this,

kindly request you to active my sb asap, MY PF claim process is under process and now its unable to cancel the request

for address verification purpose if you want any supporting doc's i will provide

Hi,

My statement having 20000 outstanding amount which is already paid in March. I am taking follow up with them from last 6 months but not getting any solution.

I visited branch, droped email several times, talked with Customer support hundred times but not getting solution. Please help me to get resolution every month they are adding intrest and penelty charges as well. Please help me.

In this pandemic, they only want money money and money. Before this pandemic my payments were on time but they don't care about that. After getting different messages from different numbers I asked them to help me make the emi of the due payment as I'm going through financial crisis but no, they are now threatening me that they will harrass my parents to get the payment. Is this how your services works. Is the worst you can go or you will go more worse RBL bank??

I am souro bhattacharjee and i use rbl bank super credit card. I did not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 12 thousand rupees for this insurance is deducted from my card without my consent. I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I have also created a ticket 21208737, which was closed after 2 weeks without any valid reason.Also it is mentioned that we are unable to process your request.I will be very thankful to you if you close this insurance.

Dear team, plz deactivate r sheild insuranc policy from my credit card bcoz 12000 & 720 &600 rs was debited from my credit card. Plz help to stop this otherwise i will block this

Please see how your RBL Bank employees are involved in spamming the customers. They first called me saying that they are providing a Life Time free credit card but when I came to know by email that my credit card application is approved but it is not free but monthly chargeable basis so I immediately written email to customer survive team saying that cancel my card but it did not cancel by customer service team. After 1 week when the delivery person came to me to deliver the card I did not receive the card saying that as I have already sent email for cancellation of the card., delivery person returned the card back to RBL Bank. Now if RBL Bank employees are using the card then why should I pay for it if I have not used the card and even not seen the card for a single time. I want to know if the credit card had been returned back then who has given them to use the customer's rejected card ?
Please investigate it and expel out such RBL BAnk employees who are doing this practise.

I m using RBL credit card and on time payment but extra charges included 5692 but I don't understand which charges but I called customer care than spoken to bank bebit interest but I ask which than customer care not explain me. Please refund my charges please resolve my problem.
