    @rblbank, @RBLBankCares

    The RBL Bank issued me a credit card and without my consent they have started an EMI and services on the name of shield and while trying to talk them there is no way to report the fraud transaction.

    I have never requested any services like this and even during the approval of call I confirmed the service of Card protection which was supposed to be 100 INR EMI but on without my consent this charges are a kind of fraud and I am going to put consumer complain as well as Police complain.

      I had applied for a debit card fot which the bank debits a certain amount which is normally around 200-500 rupees. To my surprise an amount of 1500 rupees was debited from my account for the card without any kind of intimation.

        I'm already looking for converting my transaction into Emi They call me represent as a RBL bank person they tell my complete details of my card and transaction details everything and they said I'll do with online tell your otp then I gave the otp As soon as I came across these messages, i tried too raise dispute by clicking link to stop this fraudulent transaction, but it was reflecting in process, so the dispute can't be raised.
        I called customer care center and informed them about this and requested them to stop this transaction and reverse the said amount on immediate basis.
        But they said that, it can't be reversed you have raise disput once it is reflected in account.
        You have to traise disput and after that it can be reversed.
        I blocked my card and registered complaint

          I HAVE REPORTED THIS MANY A TIMES. This has been reported to RBL Bank many times from the very first day this fraud transaction happened. But RBL didn't take any action since then asking me for payment. I have all the relevant proof/RBI compaint/Receipt/Email. I also reported RBL intentional & unwillingness to resolve this fraud, & harassment to RBI. But RBL Bank didn't reply to RBI. RBI communicated this message to me & assured me to take action incase there will be any harassment. I have all the vaild proofs. I will also report now this to consumer cell.

          There was a fraudulent transaction happened on 08 Jan 2018 for the amount of Rs.9000 that I reported to bank on the same day. The bank hasn't taken any action till now.
          And why would I make payment If the fraud transaction is showing on my statement. I have already reported this bank carelessness to RBI. As per RBI guidlines I not liable to pay for any fraudulent charge. They still haven't resloved my issue and calling me to make payment every month.

          STOP SENDING ME EMAILS/CALLS TO MAKE PAYMENT. I AM NOT LIABLE TO PAY FOR FRAUD.
          I will send the Emails that you're sending me to RBI for further action that you guyzz are again harassing me to make payment for fraudulent charge, sending me this again and again. I am unemployed, I will also file a complaint for mental harassment that you guyzz have given to me in times of COVID19 Crises(Don't worry Govt. is taking this on priority basis), calling me again and again for same reason even after knowing everything what happened with that transaction.

            Dear Sir-Ma'am,
            I'm GAVAS NADAF. I'm credit card holder of RBL supercard which last four digit is 2831.
            I have sent several emails regarding my dual EMI transfer but unfortunately there is no response from your side. This is my last mail If you are not rectifying your error I will going to BANKING OMBUDSMAN

            Last month on 08 June I'm m tried to convert my perches of 35700 into Split EMI but unfortunately there showed errors thats why I have tried Next day on 09 June & this times its succeeded.
            But now problem comes here, Rbl converted my both date 08 June & 09 June EMI request for same amount of 35700 Rs. Because of this error I have to pay EMI for 71400 Rs
            So kindly cancel one wrong EMI of 35700 Rs(SPILT AND PAY 6246.70 ×06)updated by your side

            Kindly rectify this error as soon as possible.

            Find attachments of both date emi requests.

              Customer care of RBL, are behaving not properly with customers, his phone no is [protected], like that different branch customer cares, after payment also they are calling . next time we never refer to any other of RBL bank .'fedup with customer care calls after payment also .

                  We have been dispatched the courier on March month ( 03.03.2020) to RBL Bank, Kolhapur, Maharastra-416005. but still its not recieved to that address. we have already contact with Trichy ST courier HUB but we did not get the proper response from them. I enclosed the POD tracking snap with this mail, kindly look at and do the needful ASAP. And This is important documents which should be recieved at march month itself. your service is failed to done at on time. If possible to send the courier to that kolhapur address, you can immediately send or else you will send to sender address of that courier document.

                    They sold me platinum maxima credit card, which should give me 8000 rewards point on fee payments, but it's been month and no rewards point has been given as per offered. Now they have no human customer person to talk, they put me in loop and now i can't get out of it, all their customer service is pretty useless, i didn't understand why bank, put such nonsense customer service where i can only check my credit card info, which can be done online too. Totally stuck i can't contact and they charge for this # 2400inr every year. I simply want to closed this rbl card.

                          I am Sunanda Sahni, user of rbl credit card, Because of some financial issues i am unable to make the payment, so on 24th september 2020 i got a call from settlement department, that i can settle my card dues in 25000, i said that girl pooja that in october i will make payment but what she did, she lied to me and she gave me a letter of september month, which will get void on 30 september i did email on rbl head card email, and one guy called me and he said that is mistake from their side and he will me with settlement of my card and as an exception he will raise my card settlement request, then on 30th september 2020, some one from settlement named amaresh called me and he literally abused me on call, i emailed on head card services again but they did not replied again, please help me with settlement of my card, its her ( collection executive -pooja) mistake not my mistake, please can anyone help me please? please help me with my card settlement ( [protected]@gmail.com)

                            Working in one of the media channel,
                            One of the bank name is RBL from Somaji Guda Branch is provided me one credit card with limit of 60 000 in 2018 at .
                            Since now I am using that card.but last year some personal issue I am not able to pay the amount 0f 60, 000
                            .for that they are done penalty and late intrest so total amount is 72, 000. .I am accepted for pay the bill amount with late fee and intrest.

                            After that I am payed within 6 months 40, 000.even lockdown period also i am paying MAD amount every month .

                            But here the problem is,
                            The collection department or some else from somewhere continuesly calling me telling from RBL, ASKING PAYMENT after payment done also calling.

                            i informed them that i made my payment but they were asking intolerable questions that when you paid and also my otps and many more questions, this makes me disturbed .but they didn't update about customers paid bills in there credit master sheet.instead o[censored]pdating it calling again and again

                            They are very tarchering with they calls and they whatsapp massages even text masseges after payment done also.
                            .One more thing is mostly calls from RBL all are calling after WORKING HOURS only.And HOLIDAYSL also
                            .Even PUBLIC holidays also they calling for payment after I done they payment

                            Regarding this tarcher i informed to Mr.ramu.+[protected], . Anil +[protected], Srikanth, +[protected].They are saying ok sir I will update.but the scene is repeating from next day.

                            Mainly i would like to inform, in the month of Sept 2020, one of the RBL person also visited my home.at the time i am not available ..But that person is given warning to my family persons after done my payment ..And also taken my sister contact info...

                            So this type of all tarcher, my mind not able to maintain, i will go for suicide
                            otherwise I will go as judicial also.

                              I have a RBL bank select credit card. Total outstanding is 89011.92 . My credit limit was 131000. I am using this card from last 1 years.

                              Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. i was able to pay until June but now I am job less and I was paid last bill on 22nd june 2020. After June i am not able to payment because I am job less. still my total outstanding is 89011.92 because every month interest charge + overlimit charges + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

                              I contacted RBL bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding.

                              I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from RBL bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

                              I asked RBL bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

                                I have applied for shoprite credit card ref.no.: #CCT88TL2W8 on Tuesday sep23, 2020. I have received msg from rbl bank says my application has received to bank on 25.09.20. i want to Know The Status of my application for shoprite credit card because they didn't show my application status till date 05.10.20.

                                  Hi i am Manish J Gandhi and i use RBL Bank Super Credit Card. I didn't buy any insurance on my card but R shield & Health Insurance are activated on my card and the premium of Rs.1440 (720 x 2)are charged on my card without my consent. I don't want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

                                    I am getting too many call from your credit card department and selling me credit card, I ask them every time I don't want any card from you so please do not call me again and again, but still I'm getting call every 2 days from last 2 year and I'm feeling mentally harrassed by you guys,
