Customer care of RBL, are behaving not properly with customers, his phone no is [protected], like that different branch customer cares, after payment also they are calling . next time we never refer to any other of RBL bank .'fedup with customer care calls after payment also .

Dear team, plz deactivate r sheild insuranc policy from my credit card bcoz 12000 rs was debited from my credit card. Plz help to stop this otherwise i will blok this card.

Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccr828I8IR. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got a massage from rbl bank saying "we regaret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria"
