Working in one of the media channel,
One of the bank name is RBL from Somaji Guda Branch is provided me one credit card with limit of 60 000 in 2018 at .
Since now I am using that card.but last year some personal issue I am not able to pay the amount 0f 60, 000
.for that they are done penalty and late intrest so total amount is 72, 000. .I am accepted for pay the bill amount with late fee and intrest.

After that I am payed within 6 months 40, 000.even lockdown period also i am paying MAD amount every month .

But here the problem is,
The collection department or some else from somewhere continuesly calling me telling from RBL, ASKING PAYMENT after payment done also calling.

i informed them that i made my payment but they were asking intolerable questions that when you paid and also my otps and many more questions, this makes me disturbed .but they didn't update about customers paid bills in there credit master sheet.instead o[censored]pdating it calling again and again

They are very tarchering with they calls and they whatsapp massages even text masseges after payment done also.
.One more thing is mostly calls from RBL all are calling after WORKING HOURS only.And HOLIDAYSL also
.Even PUBLIC holidays also they calling for payment after I done they payment

Regarding this tarcher i informed to Mr.ramu.+[protected], . Anil +[protected], Srikanth, +[protected].They are saying ok sir I will update.but the scene is repeating from next day.

Mainly i would like to inform, in the month of Sept 2020, one of the RBL person also visited my home.at the time i am not available ..But that person is given warning to my family persons after done my payment ..And also taken my sister contact info...

So this type of all tarcher, my mind not able to maintain, i will go for suicide

Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. i was able to pay until June but now I am job less and I was paid last bill on 22nd june 2020. After June i am not able to payment because I am job less. still my total outstanding is 89011.92 because every month interest charge + overlimit charges + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

I contacted RBL bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding.

I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from RBL bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

I asked RBL bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

I have applied for shoprite credit card ref.no.: #CCT88TL2W8 on Tuesday sep23, 2020. I have received msg from rbl bank says my application has received to bank on 25.09.20. i want to Know The Status of my application for shoprite credit card because they didn't show my application status till date 05.10.20.

Hi i am Manish J Gandhi and i use RBL Bank Super Credit Card. I didn't buy any insurance on my card but R shield & Health Insurance are activated on my card and the premium of Rs.1440 (720 x 2)are charged on my card without my consent. I don't want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

I am getting too many call from your credit card department and selling me credit card, I ask them every time I don't want any card from you so please do not call me again and again, but still I'm getting call every 2 days from last 2 year and I'm feeling mentally harrassed by you guys,

I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccr828I8IR. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got a massage from rbl bank saying "we regaret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria"

. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear .

If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regard

I am suresh kumar i have rbl supercard platinium credit card. Without my knowledge, your bank put the r shield insurance worth rs.21000. I dont want any insurance. Could you cancel the insurance. Card last 4 digit (1424)

From last 3 months, i am getting multiple calls daily regarding payment before due date from bank asking payment.
My payment due to date is 1st /2nd of the month. As soon as my bill generated on 12th /13th, i start getting calls from credit card team for payment that to multiple times a day, sometime 10 calls a day.
My ending with xx5630 (Super card - master card)

From last 2 weeks i am receiving calls and messages from rbl credit card recovery department maharashtra pune. They are harassing me mentally and using abusing language also messages like ‘bhikari’ ‘sharam aari ki nhi’ and many more and also calling my family members and using abusing language.
I explained them my situation that from past 9 months i don’t have job and facing financial crisis. Few days ago me and my family members are tested as corona positive. Our hospital bills was 2.5 lakh per member i have taken money on interest from some personal lenders. These people doesn’t understand this continuing the same abusing me i am in so pressure thinking about committing suicide.

I have activated dnd with my mobile service provider but still i get calls from rbl bank. I have time and again mentioned to all callers from rbl bank that i am not interested in availing any of their services and also that i do not want to receive any calls.

I keep blocking their numbers but they call from new numbers repeatedly.

This is plain harassment.

Rbl bank — just for one day i could not pick their calls, and they called up my mother, and my mother in law for the pay.

I have transferred the money from rbl credit card money tap application while transfer i choose emi option but it was not converted in to emi i called meny times and i wrote e mails to concerned departments there is no use then bill got generated thy charged extra penalities

Hi this is lokesh sanghi credit card holder of rbl bank.

Please find the attached photo copies in which the amount deduction of 3083rs in the name of fees and charges and amount of and 2999rs in the name of membership fees are deducted along with this 541rs for goods and services tax are deducted.

At the time of issuing the card one of your employee said that there will be no fees abd it's free if cost, now they are deducting unnecessarily.

Please refund my amount or please close my card.

I had taken a credit card from bank and also they have offered me loan on credit card. Before pandemic situation, my business was going smooth and was making payment on regular basis. I had applied for moratorium as per rbi guidelines. However, bank has come out with their own guidelines and forced me to make certain payments, which i paid.

However, again last month, i had applied for moratorium which they extended on card and not on loan account. However, without understanding my concern, their collections team are calling me and today they have sent me a harassment message that their person would visit my residence and need to sign obhp bond. And also, they have mentioned that they would freeze all my accounts linked to pan and aadhar card.
