billdesk rbl credit card amount deducted through billdesk payment but not credited

My name is heramb samant, i have paid rs.26, 275.06/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 15th sep 2020 transaction details — (15th sep 2020,

I have purchased a trial on shaw academy earlier and then i deactivate it. So after some days i got email in which one purchase e certificate link is there when i just clicked on it to see the certificate information my money got deducted even i did not fill any otp and i got a mail that you have purchased it and 999 deducted without otp validation. I got the email with the same content and i attached with this complaint.
How it possible and what that otp means if i cannot verify it. I got only email with no transaction id no reference id details in it. Then i go to the shaw academy portal and saw there transaction id and download the pdf and attached it. So i blocked my credit card and refer a complaint that if i click only from my email id and directly money lost even i don't want it.
So, i am worried about the bank system and their card system even they don't let me fill the otp and this merchant shaw academy how they are doing it. Please i request to investigate it.

    This is to bring in your kind notice that i had applied for an rbl bank cookies credit card almost 10 days ago, online that too on “card to card basis”. After verification calls and everything, i was told by the phone banking executive handling my case/application that ; one the bank’s executives will be visiting my home address for physical pickup of my documents which included duly signed and self attested adhar card, pan card and other bank credit card statement; to process my application further and thereby provide a good and acceptable credit limit to me. But to my amazement nobody has visited till date and today i got a confirmation sms that my card has been approved and issued and it will be dispatched shortly. I accessed the digital card through the link provided in the sms only to find out that the credit limit provided to me is total crap i. E. ₹35000/- only and the card image as shown digitally is also toally different from the card which is shown officially on you website under the name “cookies card”. How the hell the card has been issued without my documentation and document pickup despite of the commitment made by the executive. Secondly, i am using three cards already since last more than two years and the highest credit limit i am having is ₹1.60 lacs, and that too i am not paying even a single penny as annual fee for any of those cards. You people expect me to pay an annual fee of around ₹600 for this crap card with this useless credit limit of ₹35000/- that too for which i have been fooled around with the process and miscommunication on document pickup and also the appearance of the card has been totally different from the one on the website which is a clear case of intentional cheat on the customer by making a fool out of him. Please take necessary actions regarding this case on super priority basis or i will be forced to launch a detailed report and complaint with all the conversation screenshots, call recordings having the commitments made ; to reserve bank of india and make this unprofessional bank pay a heavy legal price for the frauds they have committed. This was the complaint email sent to them which clarifies that just to lure the customer to not lose him and extract money from him, they have not followed professionalism and not taken self attested income documents physically, and issued a card on their own randomly that too with a useless credit limit according to my income documents and cibil since they didn't took any of the documents. This further implies that they can issue cards to any third person through online means too if a fraudster tries to use my name and pan to issue and exploit a card since they don't physically self attested documents which itself is a proof of the customer's consent. This is a big security issue which is being neglected by this unprofessional bank. Please take necessary legal actions against this bank for this fraud.

      No one is responding for emails and calls hopeless service inspite of numerous mails no one take the issue seriously and inspite of resolving the issue they are charging late fee charges and finance charges, they are just harrasing customers on calls in the name of banking, I was given assurance that the issue has been closed in my favour but still it is unresolved

        I got call around 2 year ago and one of the rbl bank executive told me you are getting life time free credit card. Then i did procedure of card and i got card after few days.
        When i open card envelope and i have seen annual membership fees of 2000. So i called to customer care immediately and told them i don’t want this card as you executive told me it’s life time free card. After that in few days i got bill without using a card for single time and also without informing me they did insurence i wasn’t aware of anything. Again i called to their customer care they told me it ll be resolved sir don’t worry but nothing happened i called them more than 10 times still they are not resolving and close my card without any charges.
        So i have some proof of reference number of customer cate center with whom i register complaints which are as follows.

        Recently i got call from mamita mishra on 07/09/2020 and i agian i told her all matter. But now they are calling my dad and tell him to pay bill as we don’t have use card for a single time nor i have set the pin and did immediate complaint still not getting any response from them and they are calling my father again and again.

        Request you to help me.

          I have made a payment of 5338.73 from my icici account to my credit card RBL via bill desk to RBL BANK emi but amount debited from my bank account but soon after payment bill desk gateway not redirected to success page...From that time rbl mobile application and rbl online is down for 15 to 20 minutes but soon after mobile application working again so i have made a second payment and now this time it is successful, kindly do the needful as I have already paid.
          But what about the first payment?...will it be refunded or adjusted in next month?

            I am kripesh, this is regarding my credit card bill payment, i have min due of rs 4100 around due by 4th sept, i have made commitments that i will pay on it but still didn't pay due to other commitments on personal loan, on 12th September after 10 pm i got a call from rbl bank collections team in the name of babu and he was blaberring phone #[protected] in true caller search it shows as arockia dass, he was so rude and shouting, who gave authority to call after 10 pm ist ??               Hi i am suresh unnam i am using rbl bank super credit card. I am not apply any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 720 rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

                  I recieved my RBL bank credit card (Supercard) recently and then i get a call from RBL Bank and they tell the features regarding Protection cover (BFLC[protected]) and they ask me for verification and transferred the call to another executive but i did not verify it for proceed and confirmation not given from my side. But they actiavte this insurance on my credit card and one EMI amount deducted from credit card.

                  I don't want this insurance policy. I want to deactivate this feature but i am unable to contact with RBL executive.

                  Please, kindly take action and stop this feature on my card.

                    rbl bank offered me they said we are credited 3000 reward points on your card within 48 hrs after that i received msg reward points successfully processed like that but reward points not added on my card i sent mail to customer through mail no proper reply from their and i complaint in twitter they said u will get call from my representative im not received any call please help me sir they are very negligence

                      I am lokesh sanghi from hyderabad, telangana, india.

                      And recently, i became the new customer and user of rbl supercard value plus credit card. I just saw that in my transaction summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care. Please refund my money have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed with rbl bank and there customer care service number is also not working as they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. I need rs. 720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as i am not going to pay for which, i have never asked for... If not so please cancel my card and note that i m not going to pay.

                        My name is navjot singh bedi and i have this so called rbl credit card department is good for nothing.. My complaint is regarding 10000 milestone reward points which i didn’t receive after spending more than 156000 and the first milestone is already complete and the second milestone has started but this so called bank says that iam not eligible for 10000 reward points because i haven’t spent 150000 according to their so called unprofessional systems.. Its been more than 20 days i have made n number of calls to resolve this issue but every time when i call them they say that we have taken ur request, we have marked ur issues on priority basis.. And we assure u that ur points will be credited to ur account with in one day, their so called supervisors give me lame excuses and fake commitments that sir we have also calculated ur the amount u have spend u should get the 10000 reward points but in our system it says that u have spent only 137000, now this is so disgusting.. They have sent me a message on aug 21 2020 -

                        (Your journey to the 2nd milestone begins! As on 12/08/20 you have spent rs. 156005 using your bajaj finserv rbl bank world prime supercard. Spend rs. 193995 or more till 23/09/2020 and earn additional 10, 000 bonus reward points. T&cs apply)

                        And still it’s not showing in their systems such a pathetic service and unprofessional supervisors, few days i spoke to one of their unprofessional supervisor named neetu, she said sir i have raised the request for the reward points and i spoke to my manger and i have got the approval so u will get ur points with in 24 hrs and for sure but i haven’t received any points after two days i get this message -

                        (After thorough investigation of your issue [20413510], we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to cater to your concern. Thank you for your patience.)

                        This is not the first time iam getting this message when ever i call them they gave me a time for two days and after that i receive this message.. So this is a height rbl is full o[censored]nprofessional people with pathetic service and useless systems. Iam not going to use this card anymore.

                            Please don't buy supercard... Because they will enforce you to pay 720/- for their tied up insurance policy... Which was not permitted by me... Automatically when you want supercard this will automatically come into existence whether you want it or not...
                            Please please don't buy supercard..
                            But it is not permitted by me...
                            I will not pay for it... If their is any record please present it. Otherwise i will not pay for it...
                            I also asked to sales caller... That are their any hidden charges which you are not speaking write now... He said no!

                              Rbl lien my balance of rs.500 with customer id:[protected]. I was not intimated about this. And in this covid-19 pandemic, their customer support is also not working. I am in urgent need of my money to run my household. Please look into it and reverse the money to the account as soon as possible

                                My name is raju gopal p from ongole (523001).

                                Total 10 number of fraud transactions amounting to a total of rs. 37, 440.63 were done by using my rbl credit card at “fb. Me/ads” (1111111 vnd (Vietnamese dong) * 10 transactions) on 15.08.2020 between 04:04:00 pm ist to 04:04:50 pm ist by fraudsters. All these fraud transactions have been done without otp validation. I don't know, how rbl bank allowed such fraud transactions without otp validation. I came to know about these fraud transactions at 04:06:00 pm ist dated 15.08.2020 by seeing the transaction messages on my mobile phone. Then i called the customer service number of rbl bank and lodged a complaint about these fraud transactions at 04:08:00 pm ist of 15.08.2020. Customer service center has raised a request id no. “19781917” against these fraudulent transactions and blocked my rbl credit card completely. Now bank officials are saying, the investigation is going on and within 45 working days, the case will be resolved.

                                On 04:09:2020 i got a message from rbl credit card service noting that, the transaction is valid and the temporary credit has been reversed and will reflect in the next statement.

                                And i’m sure that i had not made any international transactions and payments with my rbl credit card, and in rbl application in my mobile, i switched off the international transaction 8 months ago only.

                                And also, i’m not getting a proper response from the rbl customer care department.

                                Could you please do the needful and try to credit my total amount of rs. 37, 440.63/-

                                  Fraud transaction on my credit card

                                  Fraud transaction of around 36000 was made on my rbl card on facebk. I got message in my inbox all of a sudden that these transactions were made without pin Or otp.
                                  I lodged a FIR against this in cyber police station at DLF gurgaon office and at the same time called the bank and and lodged this complaint.
