I complaint rbl credit card for xpress cash not received. But in statement his showing this. Then i mail rbl and tweet the msg. Unknown person call me and said he rbl customer care service exucative and solve your problem. And his send me link to operate. And he doing fraud transaction three time 7599rs.
Then i received sms i blocked my rbl credit card within 5min but still i lose 22797rs my card. I have complaint rbl register mail id and i also complaint cyber crime portel and near by police station. I have attached all documents for your reference. Please solve this.

I already pay premium of r shield insurance one assist policy last few month and still i covered in policy.

    Hi i am sunil laxman dhanve and i use rbl bank platinum plus super card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 65.89 rupees. Last one month i am paying this premium. This insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

      I applied for loan moratorium for jun, 20 but bank has taken no action regarding this, even loan emi statement has been generated. I want to apply for moratorium scheme for jun to aug, 20. Please look into this and help me.

        I have blocked my card but the bank is issuing new credit card again and again without our permission and without demanding any kyc from my side.
        I have complaint them 2-3 times through mail and also called them but no one replying. I have visited bajaj finserv branch at universal business hub, lp savani raod, madhuvan circle, surat, gujarat and they replied customer care is not working cause tehy dont have an enough staff available due corona pendamic. I have complaint it from my side and i dont have any requirement for the new card but the bank is issuing new card and charging me for that.
        I am requesting you to please see in the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

          Dear sir/mam

          I am Jagadeesan m.

          I have been requesting many times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled and regarding the payment, team is abusing the customers.
          And,
          I received statement on last month i which i saw a deduction of Rs. 600 for Rshield insurance premium but i had never opted or asked about this premium the how the bank on thier own can activate the insurance without the confirmation of the customer. This is a one type of fraud activity done by the bank. It should be reported to RBI that without prior information their is unauthorized transaction done by the bank. I should get my refund as i am not all interested in the insurance and please cancel the insurance.

            I had opted for r shield insurance last year which i do not wish to continue and i had informed bank to discontinue the insurance and was assured that i will get a call before renewal, but they have renewed the insurance without my confirmation and their contact numbers are not answering any calls or mails.

                Dear sir/mam,

                This is to inform you that my credit card limit is decreasing without any transaction and i am also attaching the screenshot of the same. I want my balance back.

                In may month balance was rs 83414.54 and i pay in outstanding balance rs 6900 which should be total balance rs 90314.54. On 11th june 2020 it was showing exact amount but on the day of bill generated it becomes rs 89200.46. Now it is showing the gap of rs 1115 which is not tolerated. At this time every money matters. Kindly solve my query as possible as possible. Now i checked that every month rbl credit decreasing 1500rs from my limits and doing same from 1 st day when my card issued and now i want to clear all the dues of my card and wants to pay whole amount lumsum for closing my credit card. Reply me as soon as possible because it is creating difficulties for me. This is one kind of fraud.

                  Dear sir, my name is tejas dari. Due to unemployment and loss of income i have been unable to make payment for last 4-5 month. Rbl bank credit card recovery team has illigally collected contact numbers or my relatives and some others whose last name is matching with my last name that is dari. They are receiving calls from the following numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and may be some others. They are receiving calls from some ladies who are informing that mr. Tejas dari has given your name and number as guarantor or reference and now they are harassing them for my debt recovery. I have not even given number to rbl bank of any one of them. Also i don't even have some of contact numbers. Also they are informing my liability details to them which is anyway illegal. She is also harassing them and asking to contact me. I tried to contact on same numbers but either they denied that they have not contacted any of my relatives or some time no one responding on that numbers. One of my relative contacted me regarding the same who is a manager at a very reputed company. His name is mr harish dari and his contact number is [protected]. He has also logged a complaint to rbl about from where they have got his number and why they are harassing him. I have also complained at rbl bank by email fo the following email ids: [protected]@rblbank.com and [protected]@rblbank.com.

                        Raised mail request. And called customer care number many times to cancel my credit card. Used for one year and cleared all pending. Rbl raised billed for next year subscription fee. Not cancelling card.

                            Today 0n 6/6/2020 at 8.25 am i paid credit card annual fees and taxes rs 3451.01.
                            Due to economic problem i wish to block and surrender credit card with immediate effect now. For that before one month i had already requested for the surrender of my credit card. I will not responsible for payment that will be raised by you in future.

                                    I am very much suprised with rbl bank services of credit card, you wont believe that if a customer is paying the total outstanding amount of credit card regulary, then you people have to increase the limit of the card, instead of that you people have decreased the imit of my card from 62000 to 30000 that at a very crucial point of time in lockdown, im a person who is using your card and paying the amount regularly in lockdown situation also, that was the time you people have to support us but gaved up, im totally not satisfied by this, and at the time of providing a card they told that you will recieve the card ofannual fee of rs500 but they have provided me a card of rs2000 annual fee, that also i had accepted and paid the charges also of that

                                        Hi rbl i am using your credit for last few month i seen that you charge 47% interest on outstanding balance and also taken processing fee deferred charges and also add some more charges last few days asking your tele caller for foreclosure amount but no response from your end
