Dear Sir/Madam,
As I'm Amal Stalin hold RBL Super Credit Card, I swipe the card 10th March and need to pay the Credit amount on 01st April 2020 only, Suddenly Mr PM announced for the lock down for Covid-19, so I miss to pay the credit card payment on date, As per RBI guideline I mail to the bank regards about the Credit Moratorium legally.
But the Collection Agency called me on April onward I will explained it clearly about my situation sure I will make the payment after lock down bcoz my nature job cannot able to work form home, so past month salary is not credited on my account please try to understand my situation will explain clearly .. so far the agency will try force to make minimum payment. Again I explain to her mam we don't know how long will be lock down extended but I survey to live its very difficulty now.
After 17th May 2020 onward I can recv 10 to 15 calls from RBL super Credit Card collection Agency each a call I will explain it but that guys not yet all lisent what I'm saying while disconnect call time for her safety ( Sir just asking to clear the Minium Balance not asking to pay the full amount)
I really tired to pick the call and explain it again and again, some of the tell callers I asked to need stop call regards about it means suddenly will disconnect the call. Next day some one called me I need to talk to manager, she simply replied manager cannot to spy all customers so when u pay the amount just tell me if not pay the amount the call should be come random she harassment speaking..
Tdy that means 28th May 2020 I recv 8calls from RBL credit card Agency will smoothly I start to explain what before did other callers same id it .. but Today I got chance to speak manager but we don't know he is manager or not I ask the employe ID he not ready to give but one thing clarify It Once we make the payment send the screen short his what's app means he will block the call from agency, I asked him sir I agree so Covid -19 all are impact to pay the due amount and credit card dues regularly but u call the customer will ask the quire why should update on ur system and block the call, if what he promise not fullfill means again to call the customer.
I don't Know how effect of this compinat letter, but heartly said if the rbl bank going do give trocher means better I will subside that is better solution to avoid the call . what the effect from RBL bank.
