I am very much suprised with rbl bank services of credit card, you wont believe that if a customer is paying the total outstanding amount of credit card regulary, then you people have to increase the limit of the card, instead of that you people have decreased the imit of my card from 62000 to 30000 that at a very crucial point of time in lockdown, im a person who is using your card and paying the amount regularly in lockdown situation also, that was the time you people have to support us but gaved up, im totally not satisfied by this, and at the time of providing a card they told that you will recieve the card ofannual fee of rs500 but they have provided me a card of rs2000 annual fee, that also i had accepted and paid the charges also of that
