    I was booked a railway ticket through irctc and pnr number is [protected]. The payment made through rbl credit card. Due to corona virus all trains cancelled by indian railway. So my ticket also been cancelled and refund also initiated as intimated by irctc. Today rbl bank shown the half amount in my credit card account.in this regarding my contact number is [protected]. Total refunded amount is rs4860 and shown in my account is rs2430. Please solve this problem. My credit card number is [protected].

      I have Paid the outstanding payment which the RBL bank informed me about the credit card and was closed, The Bank still calls and informs to pay the due which I closed 2 year ago which is illogical as I am not using it and it has been closed.

        I have transferred 45000 other bank credit card outstanding to rbl bank credit card into 3 month emi.

        I have filled wrong credit details so amount has not been transferred yet but emi and charges showed in my current month statement.

        I have already sent an email, tried to connect with phone, twitter and facebook and did not get any response.

        Can please look into this and remove alll emi and charges form my rbl bank credit card as soon as possible because payment date is 4th may.

          Dear Sir,

          i am sukanta mishra, A customer of bajaj capital of personal loan and credit card of rbl, i want to convey RBL credit card charges are baseless, none is there proper to respond, the customer care.The worst service, none is there to give proper service when someone raise a complain, the supervisor attending the call after waiting i hour, that i am talking about i month back before lockdown.now none is there to respond, but that person if not pay the bill they will charge like anythings.i want a RBI interference as a general customer.no one is there to solve our problems.Even in personal loan of Bajaj their tie up bank without giving any notice they deducted the emi of personal loan at the time of lock down.they are worst bank as per all customers..

          can i get a solution, can someone interfer in this matter

              Dear sir

              I have last month bill of 5.5 laks and its due date is 03 april 2020.. From last month total lockdown unable to get salary and unable to get amounts from other sources all planning are blocked due to lockdown.. Still by 03 april 2020 i have managed and paid 4.55 laks and with in 3 days by 6th april2020 i have managed remaining amount 0.95 lak and finished my total due.. As i saw bill i am surprised with charges by seeing financial charges for three days delay for 95000 balance amount that to such bad situation.. Please consider my request and do needful.. By due date i have paid 85 percent of my bill amount and balance 15 percent of bill amount i finished in 3 days of bill due date.. By considering the present situation in india due to corona please consider and remove this much charges for the 3 days delay in payment fro 15 percent of bill...

              Simply charges given as above i am not even understanding this much charges how i got for 3 days delay for only 15 percent of bill amount... Balance 85 percent of bill amount i paid by due date...

              If all well i can understand you can charge as per your rules but by looking into present situation i have faced only 3 days extra time for 15 percent of bill amount balance 85 percent of bill amount i paid with in due date only.. So please consider my request and do needful

                Dear all,

                Fraud transaction happened with me on 12th april 2020 with my rbl bank super card. I logged complain in bank, cyber crime police station and google as well. But still amount not refunded. This is very dangerous bank. This bank is not providing secure and safe credit card.
                Below message i received.
                Alert, you have spent inr 3999, 1949, 799 and many more at google proxima beta using your bajaj finserv rbl bank super card ending with x720 on[protected] without using otp/pin.

                Need your support for refund.

                  Dear sir rbl credit card charge me of late fee 1000 and deferred finance charges 346.31 and finance charges 307.11 and total bill is 10791 and i paid 10700 rs on 6 april and due date is 1 april due to corona lockdowen and i was a not able to deposit in my bank and i have no transactation for fro march to april and i and i had charge for only 3 days

                    Fraud transaction done in my rbl credit ending 3805 on[protected] without any otp/pin/swiping the card. This is very bad in security of thcarde card. The following amount are deducted in my card without my presence.

                        This is to inform you that i have ordered “bajaj finance rbl credit card” but till date i have not received credit card and i am getting outstanding due massages from rbl credit card bank.

                        Now please explain me how outstanding is showing without receiving credit card in user end.

                        Even i am trying to contact customer care but call is also not connecting.

                          I applied credit card. Rbl rep. Call me amc chargers is 499. Now bank statement is coming cutting 999+gst i don’t want this credit card please close this card i am not using this card. This cheating for me. I want return this credit card..                             My name is parveen begum few days before i got rbl bank platinum plus super credit card. After that, i received a call from rbl bank insurance company regarding that r shield insurance subscription. But i told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today r shield insurance premium rs.720 debited in my rbl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact rbl bank customer care. But i can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to rbl bank customer. But i didn't received a any reply form rbl bank.

                            Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. Otherwise please cancel my credit card.

                              We have not any pay in future for rbl because we have already many times mailed to rbl team for deactivated our rbl card and close the account but till now not deactivate our rbl card and not got any reaponce from rbl team. We are not responsible for any payments.

                              Once again i requested to rbl team please deactivate my rbl card and close the account. Settelment the all payments and issue to me no dues certificate. I left the rbl card services because poor services and also poor talking of your representative

                                I, Hiren satra was told by the bajaj finserv credit card with the limit of 35000. And was told that annual fee of Rs. 999 will be waived of for the 1st year and in the bill, there is R-Sheild insurance premium which was never purchased by me as i already have insurance of bajaj finserv it self for all my cards, i never gave consent for the credit card insurance premium and how can they charge such without consent. I want solution how so ever for the same!

                                      Again and again requested to you that this is wrong statement generated. Nothing i have purchased in this regard. This card was free for life time. Any type of charge will be payable as described by your representative but not rs 999.00 has been added.
                                      Also i have registered the complaint to costumer care in this regard and he gave full assurance to resolve my problem within 7 days but one month has passed without resolve and remove this amount from my current statement hate taken, it was life time free.

                                        I am complaining one month back via phone & email id regarding wrong statement generated by RBL bank, also i have done complain to customer care of RBL representative. i am still awaited for any response after several verbal & written request .When the same credit card has been issued to me, it was life time free, why charge has being added in my statement, also costumer care representative has assured me to wave /remove this from my bill generated.
                                        Therefore again and again you are requested to remove the same charges on urgent basis, kindly do not try to cheat with your customers.
                                        An other request to convert my reward point in rupees on urgent basis so that i may use all reward points
