I reported credit card fraudulent transactions done on my card around 3 months back. No action has been taken on the card. I received a mail saying that pay the minimum due last month and they'll take care of the rest. I did as i was asked.
But its been again a month more.
I'm again getting messages to pay the minimum due.

From last 4 months, i'm not using the card and now again and again getting emails to pay the bill for fraud transactions when it specifically says in rbl tnc that it would 45 days to fix the issue, but its already more than 90 days.

Please check and do the needful.
I again got the message saying pay the due amount and so i called you guys, and said to mail on this id but i haven't receied a word since then. Please fix the same, i dont want to continue using rbl bank this way.

Making me wait and pay bills again and again.

    Hi I had applied RBL bank ShopRite credit card on March 2020, but it is showing wrong application submission date. It took very long time to process my application. No customer care will work, they are very worst in service. First they told me that its a Pre-approved credit card, and with that only I have applied for CC. But no they are telling that its not a pre-approved card. That to Many times they have asked for the documents and again...

    Please find the mail that I am receiving continuously and multiple times in day below,

    "PAYMENT FOR
    Your RBL Bank Credit Card ending with XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX3099 is due immediately.

    Hello NEELAM VASANIYA
    Below is the summary of your Credit Card outstanding.

    Total Amount Overdue: Rs. 3566.9
    Minimum Amount Due: Rs. 3566.9"

    Apart from this, they text the same, and continuously call for the same. We went to the their Bhopal branch and talked to them that this is due because of their own fault and is not our fault, they accepted that and said that they'll not be calling or sending any mails from now on, but this hasn't stopped and now the people their are not responding.

    Please find below the mail my mother and I have been trying to send them to resolve this at their central level, from where too no response is being given,

    "Hi Team,

    This is my fourth mail to you regarding the issue of wrongful transactions and deduction still the harassment from your call support hasn’t been stopped.

    The EMI and the interest charges are wrong as we have only done one transaction from this card on 3rd of November 2019 of ₹52900 and for that too, the order was cancelled by the PayTm and the amount was refunded back in credit card on 15th November of the very same month.

    When called upon to your customer care in the month of November, 2019 they just told me that the money is not yet refunded back by Paytm and they assured me that the EMI won’t be charged if the total transaction amount will be refunded.

    If the transaction was converted to EMI then after it don’t your system tally the amount debited and credited in your customers account?

    Kindly look into this matter on priority and reverse back the credit limit to it’s usual or cancel the credit card because if we knew that the money we spent on thr product is cancelled and still the EMI will be generated, we would have never taken your card.

    Request you to please omit this wrongful EMI of ₹9153.96 as the order was cancelled and total money was refunded back in your account.

    Please have a look at the screenshot for the proof and omit the wrongful EMI as I won’t be paying for this and if your call support will call and metal pressure will be given by your company then I will have no choice but to take legal actions against this matter.

      One of your collection agent called me and asked for payment of the outstanding dues. While i told him politely, that currently, i won't be able to pay for this month however, whatever outstanding along with penalty will be cleared by 25-aug 2020. And i would clear all my dues. I'm going thru tough time during this covid 19 pandemic. While i mentioned, this, he threatened me that if i won't make the payment. He'll call up my wife, my parents, my friends. And he also made few offensive statements such as compare my situation worse than a riskshaw wala. How could you?

        Hi my name is justin... Based in chennai.. I made atm transaction yesterday morning at 6.45 am in one of the boi atm. But unfortunately i'm not getting cash from atm, i have cancelled the transaction and unfortunately amount got debited from my account.. It's 6000 rs... But it's very difficult to handle my family in this pandemic time... We doing daily wages and save this money for monthly use. But now i don't know how to run family without this money... Anyone please escalate to rbl bank and get it resolved as soon as possible... Thanks

          xpress cash/insta cash

          Yesterday i have opted for insta cash rs 50000.00/- on the card [protected]through mobile app.. Now it showing debited in the mobile app.. But till now i haven't received the cash please do the needful...

          My Name is Vicky from Mumbai, I was having some normal outstanding amount of RBL credit Card due to Covid 19, I havent paid the amount so RBL recovery department was harrassing me & my parents continuouslyfor the payment & talking abusive language incuding threating oo legal charges .
          The Names Arvind Kadam & Srikant Kale, Numbers are [protected] & [protected].
          I need to take strict actions on them for harrasing me & also they got my parents numbers from my card transaction details, which was unethical .

            It is regarding annual fee but my issue is that
            I have asked for closure of card so that why i have not paid the annual fee and that was been reversed later but next month i have received the statement with reversal of annual fee but there was a interest charges on the dispute amount which was latter reversed so i request you to please reverse all the charges applied on my account and close the card

            same happened for me. i blocked and asked to close my card, instead of revolving my issue, RBL bank again and again is sending me bills to pay and now with yearly premium.
            Fraud bank activity.

                I had made full payment of my credit card on 22feb 2020. After that, I called on customer care service to close my credit card account number permanently. RBL CCE said that you'll get a confirmation msg from RBL CARD. But after 4 months I have not received any confirmation msg and mail. I have received SMS for making a payment of card dues when I have not used card after 22Feb 2020 and submited a request of close the credit card account, so why I am getting SMS for bill dues. I called to RBL Bank Customer care for giving a request again to close the credit card permanently but they did not any respond on call or mail. I am very disappointed with this.

                  I availe business loan from rbl bank and my loan account no is[protected]. I want to close my loan but roorkee branch manager is denied to received chq. I am very depressed with this type of services.
                  Branch manager provide me different account details to deposit money.
                  He always say that we can't accept chq in faver of loan account mention above.

                  I was visited lot of time roorkee branch office they not bother to guide and and solve my issue and some time they talk so rude.
                  I am attached my chq pic also.
                  Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    My credit report is got down by 70 point because of rbl bank. As they have updated one delay payment to cibil beuro and my cibil score decreased by 70 point. I have called in rbl customer care to know the issue they said please write a mail to rbl card services. I have written mail to then thrice but no positive response from them. I have talk to cibil beuro as well they said talk to your bank. But i'm not getting response from bank. My score should not be impacted in this pandemic situation as per goverment but still my score impacted. My whole family is suffering from covid-19 and same i have informed to rbl bank on mail but no response on that. Last payment i have done in may month 2020.

                      I am useing your credit card from last five years and all payment has been paid before due date. Last three payment has been not paid due to extra charges has been put like finance charge, intrest thrice on the payment and your recovery agent are not even try to understand my problem and mentally harrassed me to make the payment and not even giveing me the suggestion what to do i emaail before but no response from your side i got
                      So i request you to release my extra charges so i can give the payment and use my services further and i have forwarded the mail to rbi complaint so please overcome my problem and in convience so it good for both till my statement of payment will not be revised i will not make the payment

                        My name is gagandeep singh a new super card of rbl bank was issued to me on around 20th march 2020, as we all are aware of lockdown going cos of this covid pandemics, i didn't receive the card cos of lockdown situation but a soft copy (Digital card) was received to use it, i received the hard copy of the same around 17th - 18th may, when i went to make a transaction at the store from my card i got to know it has been blocked...

                        Hi, i have a bajaj rbl credit card, it is one of many other credit i possess, but this particular card has become a matter of constant harassment, whereas all other credit card companies are following reserve bank guidelines to extend moratorium and do not harass customers for payment at all. While representatives from rbl constantly calling for payment at least 4-5 times a day and that too before the due date of payment which is 4th of july... They force you to lose your cool. I was always committed to pay any sort of interest, fine or charges and never asked for any type of reversal or refund of such changes. But i have all right to get the facility of moratorium. It is clearly updated on rbl website that "your card will be enrolled for moratorium if the payment for minimum amount due is not received on or before the due date for the current statement." yet they constantly harass the customer for the payment and that too before the due date. Even if i don't want to opt for a moratorium facility they can't harass me for the payment before the due date but they keep on doing that. Now i'm really feeling harassed by this bank and their executives who think they are above reserve bank guidelines and indian courts. I have every call recorded to prove my point.
                        Any guidance towards legal remedies will be very helpful as this forum has previously helped me to get justice with my grievance toward mruti suzuki india.

                        They are not paying heed to my complain and telling me a legal team will visit for the payment. They think they are above the law, RBI and can harass citizen with muscle and power.

                          I am sunil dhanve having rbl platinum plus super card and your persons are activated the rsheild insurance when ever our bank has issued the credit card. But i am not interested on i am pay to r-sheild insurance premium of rs.65/-. I am not interested in this policy so did not pay to next any premium. So plz do not next statement add this amount. Please consider my request and cancel the insurance policy as early as possible and inform to me by way mobile or through my email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                              RBL Bank — R shield insurance cancellation and refund the amount

                              Hi I am Chaman and I am using rbl bank Platinum Maxima Credit Card. The amount of Rs. 9, 120 (7800, 720, 600) is deducted from my available credit limit. I do not want any insurance, please cancel all the insurance with immediate effect and refund my amount at the earliest.

                                I am not at all interested to renew r shield policy with rbl bank credit card. For that i sent hundreds of emails to rbl bank in last two months, but they never responded. I called their customer care number, but no response from there. And they have charged me 600 rupees in my credit card without my permission. Just cancel that policy and credit that amount back in my credit card. I am not interested in r shield insurance policy.
