My name is gagandeep singh a new super card of rbl bank was issued to me on around 20th march 2020, as we all are aware of lockdown going cos of this covid pandemics, i didn't receive the card cos of lockdown situation but a soft copy (Digital card) was received to use it, i received the hard copy of the same around 17th - 18th may, when i went to make a transaction at the store from my card i got to know it has been blocked...

Hi, i have a bajaj rbl credit card, it is one of many other credit i possess, but this particular card has become a matter of constant harassment, whereas all other credit card companies are following reserve bank guidelines to extend moratorium and do not harass customers for payment at all. While representatives from rbl constantly calling for payment at least 4-5 times a day and that too before the due date of payment which is 4th of july......

I am sunil dhanve having rbl platinum plus super card and your persons are activated the rsheild insurance when ever our bank has issued the credit card. But i am not interested on i am pay to r-sheild insurance premium of rs.65/-. I am not interested in this policy so did not pay to next any premium. So plz do not next statement add this amount. Please consider my request and cancel the insurance policy as early as possible and inform to...

RBL Bank — R shield insurance cancellation and refund the amount

Hi I am Chaman and I am using rbl bank Platinum Maxima Credit Card. The amount of Rs. 9, 120 (7800, 720, 600) is deducted from my available credit limit. I do not want any insurance, please cancel all the insurance with immediate effect and refund my amount at the earliest.

I am not at all interested to renew r shield policy with rbl bank credit card. For that i sent hundreds of emails to rbl bank in last two months, but they never responded. I called their customer care number, but no response from there. And they have charged me 600 rupees in my credit card without my permission. Just cancel that policy and credit that amount back in my credit card. I am not interested in r shield insurance policy.

I complaint rbl credit card for xpress cash not received. But in statement his showing this. Then i mail rbl and tweet the msg. Unknown person call me and said he rbl customer care service exucative and solve your problem. And his send me link to operate. And he doing fraud transaction three time 7599rs.
Then i received sms i blocked my rbl credit card within 5min but still i lose 22797rs my card. I have complaint rbl register mail...

Hi i am sunil laxman dhanve and i use rbl bank platinum plus super card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 65.89 rupees. Last one month i am paying this premium. This insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

I applied for loan moratorium for jun, 20 but bank has taken no action regarding this, even loan emi statement has been generated. I want to apply for moratorium scheme for jun to aug, 20. Please look into this and help me....

I have blocked my card but the bank is issuing new credit card again and again without our permission and without demanding any kyc from my side.
I have complaint them 2-3 times through mail and also called them but no one replying. I have visited bajaj finserv branch at universal business hub, lp savani raod, madhuvan circle, surat, gujarat and they replied customer care is not working cause tehy dont have an enough staff available...

I have been requesting many times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled and regarding the payment, team is abusing the customers.
And,
I received statement on last month i which i saw a deduction of Rs. 600 for Rshield...

I had opted for r shield insurance last year which i do not wish to continue and i had informed bank to discontinue the insurance and was assured that i will get a call before renewal, but they have renewed the insurance without my confirmation and their contact numbers are not answering any calls or mails....

My saving account no.309*6110 debit freezed without intimating me and without any reason due to which my financial condition severely affected i wanted urgent unfreeze of my saving account with rbl bank mohanpura branch my mobile number is 9829*88...

This is to inform you that my credit card limit is decreasing without any transaction and i am also attaching the screenshot of the same. I want my balance back.

In may month balance was rs 83414.54 and i pay in outstanding balance rs 6900 which should be total balance rs 90314.54. On 11th june 2020 it was showing exact amount but on the day of bill generated it becomes rs 89200.46. Now it is showing...

Raised mail request. And called customer care number many times to cancel my credit card. Used for one year and cleared all pending. Rbl raised billed for next year subscription fee. Not cancelling card.
