Very bad service, someone else takes the card but they call someone else for it, even now a days they have started calling on whatsapp and office landline number too, i'm not sure what kind of business is this but whatever it is, it's not a good gesture to run a bank,
They called me on whatsapp from the last 2 days using abuse words, connecting me with other lady who i don't know and asking her my wife and after that using abuse words, whereas i'm not even marriade yet, when i said same to them they reply me that ho v nai skti. Someone from there department have putted rani mukherji photo on whatsapp, and call directly there when you accept they start shouting and using abusing, i don't what kind of training they are getting but that is really unacceptable and no one even like there voice.
Suggestion or tips
If anyone get regular call from them just accept the call and put beside on table.
If they harassing you on your working days, do same with them on your week days.
Try to connect with them via whatsapp video call, once they accept take a screenshot of the person who are calling and using abuse and put fir against them after doing the payment.
Hope this will help you to get rid-off from the rbl harassing services.
