Dear sir i have opened online savings account in your nasik branch and also submitted kyc documents in month of january for the same, but my account has been closed without any kind of intemation to me. So please give a concern to this matter and open the account again otherwise convey me the reason for the same. If i dont get the satisfactory response then i will have to report this to rbi.
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Recharge of idea prepaid mobile number was not successful even after 4 tries by points redemption, I have 4871 points and was attempting recharge of 599 please resolve the issue at the earliest

    My complaint not solved 1 month are complete I know issue of Corona but 1 month sufficient how money time take rbl bank otherwise I cancel my card
    Rbl has charge creadit card anual fee of rs 5000/ without intimation, at the time of credit card process they said life time free but they charge 5000/ as anual fee

      I have apply for shoprite credit card fees 500
      But thay send me blockbuster card fee 3000
      And also debited15000 from my card for insuranche premium which is not purchase by me... Plz refund me 15000 otherwise plz cancel my credit card... I also complaint for card change refernce no 17507179 but they not change it and send credit bill with annual fee charge 3000 and insurance premium amount 15000 which is not purchase by me they are directly charge 15000 amount from my credit card.. Plz give me refund 15000 and cancely ceedit card... I dont this type of card..

        My namemukesh pal. Few days before i got rbl bank platinum plus super credit card. After that, i received a call from rbl bank insurance company regarding that r shield insurance subscription. But i told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today r shield insurance premium rs.600 debited in my rbl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact rbl bank customer care. But i can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to rbl bank customer. But i didn't received a any reply form rbl bank.
        Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. Otherwise please cancel my credit card.

          On date 22/03/2020 i do one payment of 2250 at petrol pump shashtri nagar ghaziabad by my rbl credit card.. After 5 min i received 2 msgs of deduction 2000 and 3000. My card is with me.. I did not go even delhi.. And i didn't do any this type transaction.. There two are fraud transaction.. Pls take action about it.. My registered mobile num is [protected].. Pls increase my limit. I changed my password. And in these emergency days i dont want to block my card.. Pls cancel these two transactions..

            My issue is with teh credit card of rbl bajaj finserv
            I have already paid the used amount as per the statement.
            The spent amount was 1487.00 inr, but they have charged 8935.40 inr as annual fees and charges. And made it 10400+
            I have called the customer care multiple times but they have not resolved the issue. I also asked for a degarde of card also but was unresloved
            They have blocked my card for more than 3 months.
            However they are going on sending the bill.

            The called me and asked to upgrade the existing card to super card (Rbl bajal finserv) for free of cost without annual fees.
            But now they have charged 8000+ inr as charges.
            Today i have called him in this regard, but the executive asked me to pay 1750
            Inr to activate the card.
            The ref # they provided is 16464157.

            The collection department guy with name n. Naveen kumar on behalf of bajaj finserv has been calling multiple times even after conveyed him the issue but stiil the person has sent the collection guy to our place.

            Iam expecting that all the charges are waived off and a memo to the person who called us and has failed to update the peers in this regard.

              My rbl card due that was13th march 2020 amount is rs-14184.22
              I have processed balance transfer from my sbi card on 11th march-2020
              But they processed cheque on 18-mar-20, during this period i have already transfer 5000 rupees from neft to rbl.

              Sir, after 14th march, i have regularly received a call from rbl representative regarding payment in a day multiple time.

              I have already explained to them my problem, they call me and directly asking for payment, they behave very rudely, from 14th onwards i have daily received a call from them and they use abuse language.

              They told me like this - abhi ja aur payment kar ke aa.

              I have torcher from them since 14th march to till now.

              I already drop rs-15000 cheque yesterday on rbl iffco chowk branch gurgaon.

              Today again i have received a call from them on 9:00 am, again i explain to them i have already submitted a cheque iffco chowk branch.

              But he told me balance transfer not applicable, this process tack around 20 days, so go now and make a payment right now.

              Then i have again pay 7110 rupees via neft today.

              They change me rs-27110

              Request you to look into this matter due to they miss behave to customer.

                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 35% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                    Mr. Vinod sharma from rbl bank is harassing me, my friends and family members and telling them to pay money or else they will keep calling them and also threatening me to pay the amount. I asked them if i am talking to them they have no such rights to call any of my family members or friends but they are raising their voices and abusing me and them our the phone and saying either pay the money or will tell collection department to call multiple time to my relatives.

                    I am credit card holder of rbl bank. RBL billed rs 10000 on card which i have cancelled a year back. I have cancelled card ending 1696 a year ago but rbl bank give me bill of 10000 without any transaction done by me. I have lodge a complain no 16880082 but not getting any answer on that by tha bank

                      When all the malls and movie halls are closed as per goverment orders due to CORONA VIRUS the RBL BANK should extend
                      the validity of monthly movie offer for card ending 1808. as the offer on my credit card is expiring on 17/3/2020 for billing cycle 18/2/2020 to 17/3/2020 for my RBL BANK MOVIES AND MORE CREDIT CARD. Italked to customer care on 16/3/2020 but they denied to extend the validity

                        Please note that i applied for rbl bank titanium credit card 2nd time and got reference no : #ccj80mv5ts. I got all verification done. I got multiple calls for verification. Today got a sms from rbl bank saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria." i gave the documents to rbl bank, executive called and i gave all papers and verification also done positively. Circular dbod. No. Leg. Bc.65/09.07.005/2006-07 dated march 6, 2007, banks have been advised that in case of all categories of loans irrespective of any threshold limits, including credit card applications, banks should convey in writing the main reason/reasons which in the opinion of the bank have led to the rejection of the loan applications. Rbl bank should give us reason. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got hdfc sbi kotak stc. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                        Regards j singh. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

                          I have received multiple calls from rbl bank representative that they want me to allot shoprite credit card without joining fees. At first i was reluctant to take the card but after multiple calls from them i have accepted because they told all checks are please submit the proofs, then we will provide you the credit card. I have submitted the proofs to there representative. My reference number is #cchu287aa3. I got an verification call i have validated my details. When i check my status of my card "dear customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank" status they have mentioned, also they did not mention the reason for the rejection. This will reduce my credit score and effect cibil score when i try to apply any loan.
                          Please solve the issue or let me know exact reason why it got cancelled.

                              I enquired the customer care of rbl credit card for another issue. After giving consultation regarding the issue they immediately told me regarding the r shield plan, which i couldn't get but i answered 'yes' unknowingly. Now they are going to charge me for the insurance against my card. i want to cancel my request for the insurance.

                                My query is regarding the xpress cash. I applied it through rbl mycard application for the amount of inr 20, 000 on[protected], simultaneously the amount got deducted against my credit limit on[protected] but the amount did not get transferred to the bank account details which i provided. I would like a quick response to my issue and also make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.

                                Rbl bank has put inquiry on my cibil report for 2nd time i have not provided any consent or inquired. Few years back happened same. Remove Inquiry on my cibil or i will pull you at obdusman and court.

                                  I have received call from rbl bank credit card department that i'm eligible for rbl bajaj super card. After that the person came to me for kyc verification and i submitted the documents to him, after that i received a tele verification call from the company. And said that i will receive card within a week. But today 12-14 days gone, i didn't received the card yet. What should i do.

                                    Very bad service, someone else takes the card but they call someone else for it, even now a days they have started calling on whatsapp and office landline number too, i'm not sure what kind of business is this but whatever it is, it's not a good gesture to run a bank,

                                    They called me on whatsapp from the last 2 days using abuse words, connecting me with other lady who i don't know and asking her my wife and after that using abuse words, whereas i'm not even marriade yet, when i said same to them they reply me that ho v nai skti. Someone from there department have putted rani mukherji photo on whatsapp, and call directly there when you accept they start shouting and using abusing, i don't what kind of training they are getting but that is really unacceptable and no one even like there voice.

                                    Suggestion or tips

                                    If anyone get regular call from them just accept the call and put beside on table.

                                    If they harassing you on your working days, do same with them on your week days.

                                    Try to connect with them via whatsapp video call, once they accept take a screenshot of the person who are calling and using abuse and put fir against them after doing the payment.

                                    Hope this will help you to get rid-off from the rbl harassing services.

                                      I lodge a complaint regarding transaction done on 20th december i made a transaction of 7319, initially the payment has been failed. After 10mins once again i made the payment and it succeed. Now rbl charged me twice even for failure transaction 7319. I here request please take strict action as they not responding properly.

                                        Hello i have booked for express cash of rs. 10000/- on 28th feb amount was debited from my rbl credit card but the amount is not credited to my icici bank account till now.

                                        I have called customer care number many time but there was no response its not tacking me to exectuive to whom i can speak and register my complaint.
