I have received call from rbl bank credit card department that i'm eligible for rbl bajaj super card. After that the person came to me for kyc verification and i submitted the documents to him, after that i received a tele verification call from the company. And said that i will receive card within a week. But today 12-14 days gone, i didn't received the card yet. What should i do.

    Very bad service, someone else takes the card but they call someone else for it, even now a days they have started calling on whatsapp and office landline number too, i'm not sure what kind of business is this but whatever it is, it's not a good gesture to run a bank,

    They called me on whatsapp from the last 2 days using abuse words, connecting me with other lady who i don't know and asking her my wife and after that using abuse words, whereas i'm not even marriade yet, when i said same to them they reply me that ho v nai skti. Someone from there department have putted rani mukherji photo on whatsapp, and call directly there when you accept they start shouting and using abusing, i don't what kind of training they are getting but that is really unacceptable and no one even like there voice.

    Suggestion or tips

    If anyone get regular call from them just accept the call and put beside on table.

    If they harassing you on your working days, do same with them on your week days.

    Try to connect with them via whatsapp video call, once they accept take a screenshot of the person who are calling and using abuse and put fir against them after doing the payment.

    Hope this will help you to get rid-off from the rbl harassing services.

    I had filed an dispute of transaction made on 16/2/2020 but till date i have not received any reply and their call center has no idea about it, also my card was changed as the card number had vanished and new card details are not getting updated in old registered email address.what should i do now?

      I lodge a complaint regarding transaction done on 20th december i made a transaction of 7319, initially the payment has been failed. After 10mins once again i made the payment and it succeed. Now rbl charged me twice even for failure transaction 7319. I here request please take strict action as they not responding properly.

        Hello i have booked for express cash of rs. 10000/- on 28th feb amount was debited from my rbl credit card but the amount is not credited to my icici bank account till now.

        I have called customer care number many time but there was no response its not tacking me to exectuive to whom i can speak and register my complaint.

        I need my money back immediately. My contact number is [protected].

        I and my family are going through medical exigencies that's why I couldn't make payments for RBL credit card ending 7566. So getting harresment calls and texts from RBL and their team. I had dengue and then my wife had feveric seizure. My 7 years daughter is going through with viral fever. Please assist.
        Iam not interest to R shield insurece premium why you defected my accounts in this premium please retain my amount otherwise icomplaint further
        I was complaint many time to RBL related to revert my Amount which is charging by the RBL bank but bank does not refund my amount.

            From last few days i am receiving phone calls from [[protected], [protected], [protected] name:-amit and preeti]
            Regarding rbl bank credit card payment which is due from last two month; recovery agent using bad language and abusing during talk with me and my relatives include with lady too and reason of due is bank recovery agent and bank are ignoring convert to d under emi section or settle the amount which i can pay 1 or two installment. Now i am not able to pay total amount in single installment so lot of time have requested to bank via mail from last one year but bank is using agent whom harassing me and my family.

              Hi don't have any connection with rbl bank, neither i have credit card.
              Some one from my sister's office (My sister don't know that person properly) had his loan balance outstanding. I got call from following numbers on my office landline as well as mobile and used very abusive language. I didn't understand why they called and i was repeatedly requesting why you are calling me and harassing me. Phone numbers are given below

              If the person is not paying his credit card bill or loan, they should contact him not any other person.I was really tortured.I really don't know who that person is whose credit card bill is outstanding.That lady was very very pathetic with abusive tone.Please take action against RBL bank.Again giving following numbers from which I got call

                There was request raised for waiver (reg mobile no [protected]) on 21.1.2020.. I was asked to clear the outstanding but when it did not happen within 2 days I called again on 24.1.2020 and the executive informed that the waiver would be cleared in 2 working days and asked to clear the other card balance also..

                Another call was made on 28.1.2020 and informed that the committed amount was not refunded I was informed that it was two working days and asked me to wait as it was under process. When next call was made on 31.1.2020 and during the call the executive informed that the request was under process and when the informed that the request was done on 24.1.2020 the staff informed that the refund was processed and when the information was shared that the amount promised and refunded was not same the staff took the complaint and informed that it would be done as per commitment.

                The staff promised to call back with resolution but no call was received. Later call was made and again was informed that it would reflect in the statement. When the statement was received was shocked to see that against the committed waiver of 13k on two cards only 4k+ was done.

                When the customer care was called again on 21.2.2020 the executive informed that there was only record for 1 card waiver. though the call recording I have are clear and the staff also had confirmed the same.

                This kind of misdirection and commitment failure from bank was not expected I am feeling as cheated. I have called so many times for the request and the result has caused immense mental trauma to me to see that the bank has not honored and fulfilled its commitment.

                called customer care and was updated that the request is still under process... there is contradiction within the details shared with the executives..

                Commitment given on dates do not match with the records details shared by the customer care executive???

                  Has clearly stating the fraudulent from rbl agency want details how rbl agencies in chennai. Named singadurai (+[protected] called on my registered mobile number has calling from rbl. Has he said the blockbuster card which were given that from his side he said he will block the card before that too settle the payment of rbl blockbuster card, he asked to sent payment to his gpay following details will be pinned in the mail, and i asked him is it legal to do transaction like this, has singadurai said it can be done by his id so payment also done to close the card on jan 13/2020. But even after one month the card has been not closed and payment also not reflected has more further enquiries has to be done

                  The questions is there is no way to track rbl agencies in chennai, how can agency call to my registered mobile number from rbl. This is first ever facing problem like this, because of this my rbl payment has been lagging become penalty my maintenance of cibil were good in banking payments because of this made me sick raised an complaint to city police

                  Am using another credit card whereas there were no problem till date it's been one year but this RBL put me to trouble really felt sick, who is operating it how boldly using RBL name ? My RBL card not been closed mailed to RBL customer care no response doesn't bother to track the relevant person, will bank collection leaves me when I didn't pay the payment . Scoundrels the bank team itself doing like this issue who is responsible for it

                      This is in regards to an rbl credit card recovery representative mr dhiraj rajput mumbai branch with cell no. [protected] who is being personally giving threats against my credit card payment.

                      I am jobless from last 1 year and in search of a new job. I am sure to get a job confirmation in this week and further will make my payments regular against overall outstanding amount on my credit card. But unfortunately mr rajput is being threatening to harrase my family members and make their life miserable.

                      Kindly note that i am in contact and my residential address is the same mentioned on the records. So though i haven't run away then why is this guy making such statements as if i am untraceable. Please speak to him and i will make sure my payments are credited on the rbl credit card account.

Then i call next time 284000 and then 286000 speak differently every time. And talk in the wrong way, there is absolutely arthritis service, everyone would like to sow theirs, no one can take credit card & loan

                              This is last warning mail from my side, every time you cheat with your customers :

                              I am your credit card customer, i convert my total outstanding rs. 36, 000/- in emi, rbl give me option (3596* 12 = 43152). I agree for that. I got your confirmation on 17th jan 2020. As per emi amount i pay 3596 @ 23rd jan 2020. Now rbl collection dept force me to pay 9000 for 3 months emi amount. Whats going on???

                              Before that you guys add 2 emi's on same time on same out standing (3596*12 + 2050 *24= 92200) means my outstanding is 36000 and you force me to pay 92200. What type of working happening in rbl.

                              If i not receive any kind of mail from your side i drop complaint against you. You doing 420 against me.

                                In my first credit line statement i've been charged a limit set up fees of 3000 rs. These charges are implemented now which were not communicated to me while availing this facility. I've been informed about the processing fee only. They are automatically deducting the money by keeping hidden charges and making us suffer. They are just harassing the customer.

                                  Sir, i received a threatening call today from rbl hazratganj lucknow agent named "vikas singh" with his cell no: — ([protected]). Some lady living in my housing society (Gomti nagar lucknow) took credit card and defaulted on her payment and this agent was threatening me to pay on her behalf. Please help me and stop such calls. I don;t know that lady and neither i acted as her guarantee while she bought the card.

                                  3 fraud transaction were done on RBL credti card and now the bank is not helping to solve the issue.

                                  The transaction of Rs. 11500/- has been done by the bank and now they are asking me to pay the amount.

                                    मला rbl bank कडून रोज खुप त्रास दिला जात आहे. Message whatapp वर तसेच call करून ते low leval ला जाऊन बोलत आहेत. सध्या माझा job नाही आहे. मी regulal payment करते पण सध्या income source नसल्याने 30000/- payment करू शकली नाही पण 2-3 महिन्यात मी नकी clear करून card कायमचे बंद करेन. मला सध्या rbl bank वाले खुप त्रास देत आहेत. Please आई request you मला 2-4 महिन्याची मुदत हवी आहे.

                                      Hi, more than past two years i am reputed customer in rbl. Dec'19 - i am releived from my company, so salary not received for 60 days, waiting for settlment amount, i clearly projected to this customer care, but poor response from collection agent, i am searching job,
                                      Either i got the job in next month / settlement amount, i will settle the card account and closed. Till such time give me the excuse from phone torture.

                                        I've paid the feb'2020 due of rs. 6591/- on 5th feb'2020 thru neft transfer from my savings bank account maintained in federal bank but still i didn't receive any mail/sms reg payment acknowledgement from rbl.
                                        I tried to contact the bank reg payment acknowledgement since today is the last for due payment but couldn't get connected to executives even after half day of trying over phone.
                                        Atlast, by no choice i mailed the incident to complaints department of rbl but no reply from them as well.
