Re: written notice of rbl blockbuster credit card not received

To whom it may concern:

My name is hetram meena. I have applied for an rbl bank block buster last month. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number. That the card had been approved and will be delivered seven to ten working days after issue card. I have not received any message for dispatched tracking number we are again and again mail ([protected]@rblbank.com) regarding for this serval time but resonance nothing. My application number #cc7n9h1mm4. Last day received the pin no. Thorough mail rbl bank credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx xx94.

I have not received my (Block buster) credit card yet. Please provide me with tracking number so that it will be easy for me to know the status of the credit card. Keep in mind that we have not received the credit card dispatch. I have not received any information for this. I have been waiting for a long time to become a credit card, please keep this in mind action should be taken as soon as possible and tell me the current status of the credit card.

When the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the customer care, but the line never gets connected.
Can anyone help me through it?

    Sir,
    I have requested to block rbl credit card 5369 xxxxxxxx 8986 block in december 2018, one year back but they are not closing my rbl credit card. Now they are asking for money for no reason by putting useless unrequested payments. They are calling me daily twice to thrice a day for payments which is harassing me.
    I got this rbl card in september 2018 and shop for 3000rs. I have paid the billed amount of 4, 898.82 on 30.09.2018 which is 3 days before the due date i. E. 02.10.2018 of bill payment on rbl app. Here i have paid 1898.82rs extra for unwanted services. Even after that they say to me that you didn't have paid the bill and summarize it by asking for penalty for not paying the bill before due date.
    Then i talked to customer care for that but they told me that you have to pay the penalty amount of rs. 671.14 amount. So, i have to pay the amount requested by them. I have paid all the dues including wrong penalty of rs. 671.14 for this rbl credit card required by rbl on 28th december'2018 with a request e-mail to block and close my rbl card account and further relations with rbl credit card.
    Then they replied on this e-mail on 2nd january'2019 that we regret to note your decision to discontinue the card account with us. We would like to inform you that your request for closure of the card account is being forwarded to the concerned unit and quote reference number is 05561142.
    After 8 months they send me a religare health insurance renewal certificate for insurance amounting rs. 720. When i have requested to close the account with rbl then why did they pay via this blocked rbl card and ask money for that billed amount. Then i put a request e-mail in this regard but still they are asking money without any reason. Then they cancelled the policy and say that you need not to pay the amount but on 12th january’2020 they sent me the following message and asked money again and again a cue of calls begin for payments starts from the behalf of rbl credit card services.

      Hi, i got a call from rbl credit card department afteras i hold my salay account with rbl bank. They said you are eligible for "rbl titanium delight" credit card, i had no interest at all, but due to various calls from banks end i applied for it. I provided all the necessary documents and also answered all verifications calls multiple times. I got my application reference no - #cca8it921u, and also i got a verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked my status two days back, it shows "reject ops". What is meant by it? Is my card disapproved? Or something else? And i had a good cibl score of more then 700., if my card is disapproved means, i would like to know about the exact reason, other wise what is meant by it? Please let me know the exact card status., thank you.

      i need a valid reason about it, or else i will go leagal against it. whats the point of having my salary account with BL when they cant provide me their card failities.

        Hi i am parmod kumar and i use rbl bank super credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

          I have started withdrawing 10, 000 rs. From pnb atm machine but unfortunately, my account debited and i didn't receive it.
          I have already contacted rbl bank customer service and also visited my branch and let them know about it. They are saying just do wait and wait...

          What to do now?
          Will i get it back anyhow?
          10, 000 is a big amount for me.

            I purchased rs. 2220/- through my credit card in jul 2019 which i paid in next bill cycle. And my account was on negative balance on card of rs.861/-. Now again they charged me 2220 rupees in dec 2109 bill. But as per there guideline they are forcing me to get the merchant transaction copy where as the merchant is not available there. And they forcing me to pay the amount.

              I have been issued one credit card from bajaj on 22nd dec 2019. While issuing the said card, bajaj had asked me for r shield insurance policy for said card, upon which i had categorically declined their offer and told my disinterest in the said card. However despite my specific refusal, bajaj had issued said insurance policy towards my rbl credit card, moreover amount of rs. 600 is showing debited from my credit card. I request the forum to take action and cancel the said insurance and remove the said item from the debit list on my credit card.

                I got a call from rbl credit card department after our conversation they told your eligible for "rbl monthly treats" credit card, i also interested about it, rbl person took my documents on 2th of january 2020, after that i got my application reference no - #, #cc958dee4s also i got 3 verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked they said u will recevied last call to confirm the limit as yours verification got successfully done. By today it shows "reject ops" and i had a good cibil score 806. And in last 3 year a single payment not missed and also i was a loan with rbl and foreclose before 2 month ago... And they said sir.. Ur our old costumer... Be sure 100% u will get credit card.

                Anjali, executive called and we give all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved someone saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court., please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response

                They have Reverify my all deatil by calling 15-Jan-2020 and after that my application showing application under Process ...but still IVR telling me rejected due to technical Resone...
                I am receiving call for verification still... I don't know whats going on...i drop mail on 2 RbL mail id..bur they are still not responding

                Iunderstand your concern so send me details on my email [protected]@gmail.com so i can share you my mobile no for filing a case against the RBL Bank.You can file a case in consumer court and in civil court against the mental harassment by the the RBL and its employee.
                I had taken rbl bank platinum plus supercard. It was delivered on January 1st. When O check my statement O came to notice that they had added R shield insurance without my concern. They didn't even inform me about the plan. They are charging 720 Rs. for that. I am not in need of that plan and I want to cancell it. I need my fund back.

                      I am martin britto with personal loan account number[protected]. I would like raise complaint of a fraudulent act in my account.

                      Pfa! Screenshot of my bank account where rbl has made unauthorized transaction of two emi in the month of january 2020.
                      Due to which i have been charged penalties from my other auto debit.
                      This has not only created situation for me to get defaulted in some other payments and also put me in big financial crunch.

                      Who is going to pay for the interest charged?
                      How could rbl take money out of my account without h my knowledge?

                      Also i spoke to atleast 10 representatives and all them have their cooked up story about this concerns

                      Also wanted to report false promise to get my money from
                      Sagar kale one o[censored]r representative.

                      He was constantly in touch with me from the past years and half. He was giving promise that its shouldnt be happening as i have no pending payments which he refused to give me anything writing.
                      When i address my concerns to him he promised me to resolve this issue with 24 hours and since then he has stopped answering my calls. He message me the number of your rcm for mumbai's number.
                      When contacted him he is telling me that my loan account is been settled and closed.

                      Is this banking services provided to your customer.

                      Kindly refund the authorized money debited from account.

                        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months that we had to borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                        I am able to give 20-25% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                          Good afternoon,

                          I have rbl bank credit card loan "[protected]". I have taken credit card loan from rbl of rs. 226000/- i have paid many installment of loan. I am regular customer of rbl credit credit and loan account. I have used rbl credit card last 3 4 years. And made full payments on time before due dates. But from last 3-4 months i have make no payments. Last few months i have many losses in business. At this time my financial condition is not goods. I am not able to pay outstanding amount at this time.

                          Rbl recovery staff call me everyday. They threatened us and use abuse language everyday. I have asked many times don't used abused language but their behavior is same. I have all recording of rbl staff calls. They harass me.

                          I have many complained to rbl customer care by mails and calls and requested them pls ask your staff don't use abuse language. But no any response from rbl bank. Rbl staff behavior is same.

                          Today rbl staff again call me and same behave use abuse language and harass me and my family. "they called my all relatives and their office employees for payment & use abuse language. Take my all relatives on call conference and talk with me in abuse language.

                          I am very mentally disturb. I don't understand what can i do?. Please help & call me urgently.

                          So your requested please solve my problems & how can we solve this problems. I know am liable for outstanding amount. But no any one used abused language and threatened me and my family & other relatives as per rbi guidelines.

                          So please help. And contact me urgently.

                            They simply call you for a payment even if it is delayed by 1 day, and in a situation you ask for more time, they ask you arrange it and pay it... Why... Is it a crime if one payment on a card is delayed. When you have already informed once, what is the purpose of multiple calls on the same day every hour???. Even after telling them, they still call and say that it is the dialer making calls. Is this practice approved by rbi?? Or is this harassment of consumer's time??? Can someone tell me rbls take on this

                              The collection team does not follow any rbi norms around collection practices used by them even if by any chance you miss one payment around the bill they call you 20 times a day with rudr agents asking to repay. I have been mentally harassed by the agents for one delayed late payment when i missed my due date by 10 days for a credit card issued by them.

                                  I didn, t agree on any insurance over the telephonic call on the issuance of rbl super card, please refund rs. 600 for r shield insurance.
                                  Rbl issued a credit card to me and they deducted r shield insurance preminum of rs.600 without my agreement. Their customer care numbers are not working to report this farudulent activity.
                                  Nobody asked me about this insurance.

                                    Am unable to create the login account at rbl reward portal (https://rewards.rblbank.com/register.aspx). i have taken 8 - 12 alphanumeric, include 1 number & 1 alphabet. But i am receiving all time same error. I don't understand, why am i getting this error. Are this portal is fake? According to me this is not a genuine issue. If possible, please resolve the issue at urgent basis.

                                      I recieved a call from Rbl bank executive & they told me that as you are getting R shield insurance under offer for which i will be charged Rs. 1000/- binsurance instead of Rs. 12000/-. which is the actual, but they have deducted Rs. 12000/- from my credit card account without knowledge & clarification. This is fraud & i dont want to use this card any more & i am not going to pay the amount.
                                      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi, the most terrible mistake i did in my life was avaiing a rbl credit card.Card No[protected]. As i was jobless for a few months, unable to make payments for about 2-3 months and they imposed mighty penalties add on to their hefty rate of interest.I Pay all payment Shortly Give some time Pls

                                        Then, the epic of harassments began. The recovery team started coming to my home and harassing my family members too.

                                        I can't take it anymore and now i have decided to take this very seriously, if they doesn't stop it here. Kindly help & guide me with the further necessary actions.
