Today morning 21476 rs lien in my account. A/c no is [protected]. I am x employee in rbl bank. On diwali occcation huge amount lien by bank without any intimation. Please reverse the same in my account. I have to give bonus to my worker by today. Please do the needful asap. You should not lien huge amount in my account. Please solve asap.in this bad time you lien this huge amount is not good.

    I have got the mesg from RBL that, EMI's are pending for 2 month's. How come bank is communicate wrong information about the payments, even though regular payments are being made by me. Bank is directly debiting my account in the form "NACH".

    Got the mesg like, if I am not paid bank will file FIR itseem. Getting mental pressure for the same. Not checking properly in the

    Please resolve at the earliest.

      One of the worst customer service ever in my life. I am using rbl credit card since more than 3 years. I was given a commitment of annual fee waiver and it's been 2 and half month. And itsnot done. Inspite of multiple times calling customer care no proper response. Worst service, it's not acceptable. Kindly improve and help me out.

          I wanted to avail a vehicle loan for purchase of a 2 wheeler last week and i got to understand that rbl bank credit card division has put a negative marking against my name for allegedly submitting "forged documents". I would require details of this and require a reason why this was falsely alleged against me. I also want to know what i can do against the bank for falsely accusing me of such conduct

            Dear sir,

            I purchased an phone from flipkart under 0% interest emi scheme using rbl credit card on 9th july 2019.

            For price 38506 which emi should be 4280 for 9 months, but rbl is charging me 4500 every month, when asked rblsaying it's from flipkart and when checked with flipkart they saying from rbl bank, i have already paid 3 months extra which is more than 1000 and no one is bothering about it.

            So i request you to please help customers from these forgery and robbers.

              On redeeming my reward points i faced and error in system 707. However also recvd an sms that order placed and will be delivered. Post 10 days checking call centre mentions that no such order was placed and nil reward points in account. Escalation to various people with an assurance still after 1 month no respite. This seems some internal fraud happening. The blame game is on technical team, ops team but how does it matter to me. I need points back with equal no. Of points for harassment. Most highly unprofessional bank in terms of customer service. No value for customer at all. Now escalation will be to ceo and rbi to check and conclude

              So money should refind into my credit card account that didn't happen

                Without my acceptance, rbl released a r-shield insurance and debited 600 rs from my credit card and converted that into emi. I don't want any insurance for rbl credit card and i tried to reach out to customer care but i don't get any response from them. So i'm raising the issue here and requesting to resolve my issue. So please cancel it immediately and i won't pay that amount anymore.

                  Dear rbl bank, greetings of the day!!! I have received your mail i need to pay due after that you will release the noc. I want to inform you i am already inform the customer care in sep 2018 i want to close my titanium delight and money tap card please close it. After that i have not received any update from your side when i call you to reaching time to customer care will 1 hr i am select to option to block and inform them want to close card then not getting support i am inform them i lost my card.
                  Card no 8549 i think its money tap card when i am paid all amount of loan closure around 43000+ but have paid 44000+ after that inform the customer care i have paid amount please closed my both account will close your card within 1 week you will get call.
                  After that i have received the money tap statement my card was minus 30000 then next month 25000 next month 23000 and every month 1200 rupees 1000rupees 200rupees i have paid exceed amount my all dues i have paid till december my money pending in your bank 250rs and 180rs my extra money.
                  I have called around 7 to 8 time and share the concern every time my call transfer my call retention department and hold my call 1 hr i have never seen that kind of pathetic service in my life.
                  I am not getting call from retention department and your team but getting massage we are trying to reach you but not connect..
                  I have lots of complete register in your call center department still not getting any solution.
                  And right now i am getting statement my 7519 paid 853 rupees.
                  I demand to your bank pay me my exceed amount and pay the charges i am waist my 15 to 20 hrs to inform you close the account.
                  I am not pay any amount of card no 8549 and 7519.
                  And defiantly i will take legal action to your bank if i am not received my noc within 24hrs.

                        These guys are cheaters big time cheaters, deducting money wothout thee customer's knowledge. Worst service. I would request ppl out there not to use their services. Definitely not recommended. Cheaters
                        The customer care is highly irresponsible no proper response, they just want to get rid asap. I am not gonna leave it lightly i m gonna fight for it, they have deducted a huge amount I've been a genuine customer for almost more than a year and this is what is done in return.

                              On 30th September 2019, Mistakenly I processed my credit card payment twice of Rs. 19000 each. When I called their customer service to refund one of the amount, they said that they will deduct the already done transactions without even generation of the bill and refund the rest of the amount without my agreement. But till date I've not received any refund. Even their all levels of customer care and escalation people have stopped responding.

                                मेरा नाम प्रतिक गोर है मूझे क्रेडिट कार्ड स्टेटमेंट की कोपी मूझे मेरे रजिस्टर्ड एड्रेस पर नहीं मिल रहा है हर महीने मूझे कस्टमर्स केर मे फोन कर के कम्प्लेंट कर नि पड़ती है तब जाके मूझे कॉपी मिलती है लास्ट महीने की कॉपी मूझे मेरे एड्रेस पर तीन बार कम्प्लेंट करनें के बाद भी अभी तक मूझे नहीं मिली और कस्टमर केर मे भी फोन नहीं लग रहा है गटीया सर्विस rbl बेंक क्रेडिट कार्ड की है इस लिऐ मेने ये बार कोई भी ट्रांजेक्शन rbl बेंक क्रेडिटकार्ड से नहीं किया मेने लास्ट टाइम बात हुई थी तो मूझे 10 ऑक्टोबर तक आपके रजिस्टर्ड एड्रेस पर मिल जाऐगा ऐसा बताया गया था अफसोस के साथ मूझे अभी तक नहीं मिला ये मे इस लिऐ लिख रहा हु की आप के क्रेडिट कार्ड डिपार्टमेंट को मालूम पड सके की आपकी सर्विस कैसी है

                                  I had redeemed 3600 rewards points into jack and jones 1000rs coupon for online purchase which is valid till mar 2020, but when i have applied coupon online at jack & jones site to purchase products worth 900 it say coupon is invalid. The coupon i have received at my phone through message from rbl bank. No customer care contacts. There is no option to contact cusotomer care executive on their provided numbers.

At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please cancel the insurance right now.                                         As per my last complain on dt. 07.10.19 & 08.10.19 but no any solution till from RBL Bank side. again daily call received by Rbl staff and they used abuse language and call my family & relative. at present my financial condition is very bad. I will pay all installment slowly slowly. I need more time for payment. but RBL Bank staff behave is very rudely. no any response from rbl bank.

                                        I have rbl bank credit card. I have taken loan from rbl of rs. 226000/- i have paid 2-3 installment. I am regular customer of rbl credit credit and loan account. I have used rbl credit card last 3 4 years. And made full payments on time before due dates. But from last months i have make no payments. Last few months i have many losses in business. At this time my financial condition is not goods. I am not able to pay outstanding amount at this time.

                                        Rbl recovery staff call me everyday. They threatened us and use abuse language everyday. I have asked many times don't used abused language but their behavior is same. I have all recording of rbl staff calls. They harass me.

                                        I have many complained to rbl customer care by mails and calls and requested them pls ask your staff don't use abuse language. But only one time i have received calls but no any solutions. Rbl staff behavior is same.

                                        Today rbl staff again call me and same behave use abuse language and harass me and my family. "they called my all relatives for payment use abuse language. Take my all relatives on call conference and talk with me in abuse language.

                                        I am very mentally disturb. I don't understand what can i do?. Please help & call me urgently.

                                        So your requested please solve my problems & how can we solve this problems. I know am liable for outstanding amount. But no any one used abused language and threatened me and my family & other relatives as per rbi guidelines.

                                        I am attached all mails of sent to rbl bank.

                                        So please help. And contact me urgently.
