On redeeming my reward points i faced and error in system 707. However also recvd an sms that order placed and will be delivered. Post 10 days checking call centre mentions that no such order was placed and nil reward points in account. Escalation to various people with an assurance still after 1 month no respite. This seems some internal fraud happening. The blame game is on technical team, ops team but how does it matter to me. I need points back with equal no. Of points for harassment. Most highly unprofessional bank in terms of customer service. No value for customer at all. Now escalation will be to ceo and rbi to check and conclude

So money should refind into my credit card account that didn't happen

    Without my acceptance, rbl released a r-shield insurance and debited 600 rs from my credit card and converted that into emi. I don't want any insurance for rbl credit card and i tried to reach out to customer care but i don't get any response from them. So i'm raising the issue here and requesting to resolve my issue. So please cancel it immediately and i won't pay that amount anymore.

      Dear rbl bank, greetings of the day!!! I have received your mail i need to pay due after that you will release the noc. I want to inform you i am already inform the customer care in sep 2018 i want to close my titanium delight and money tap card please close it. After that i have not received any update from your side when i call you to reaching time to customer care will 1 hr i am select to option to block and inform them want to close card then not getting support i am inform them i lost my card.
      Card no 8549 i think its money tap card when i am paid all amount of loan closure around 43000+ but have paid 44000+ after that inform the customer care i have paid amount please closed my both account will close your card within 1 week you will get call.
      After that i have received the money tap statement my card was minus 30000 then next month 25000 next month 23000 and every month 1200 rupees 1000rupees 200rupees i have paid exceed amount my all dues i have paid till december my money pending in your bank 250rs and 180rs my extra money.
      I have called around 7 to 8 time and share the concern every time my call transfer my call retention department and hold my call 1 hr i have never seen that kind of pathetic service in my life.
      I am not getting call from retention department and your team but getting massage we are trying to reach you but not connect..
      I have lots of complete register in your call center department still not getting any solution.
      And right now i am getting statement my 7519 paid 853 rupees.
      I demand to your bank pay me my exceed amount and pay the charges i am waist my 15 to 20 hrs to inform you close the account.
      I am not pay any amount of card no 8549 and 7519.
      And defiantly i will take legal action to your bank if i am not received my noc within 24hrs.

          Without my information how can you start r shield insurance.? I want to cancel it on urgent bases please refund my all amount..

            These guys are cheaters big time cheaters, deducting money wothout thee customer's knowledge. Worst service. I would request ppl out there not to use their services. Definitely not recommended. Cheaters
            The customer care is highly irresponsible no proper response, they just want to get rid asap. I am not gonna leave it lightly i m gonna fight for it, they have deducted a huge amount I've been a genuine customer for almost more than a year and this is what is done in return.

                श्री मान जी मेरा नाम अर्जुन सिंह है मेरे पास RBL के दो क्रेडिट कार्ड थे लेकिन मेरा पर्स के साथ दोनो क्रेडिट कार्ड कहीं पर गिर गए उसके बाद मैने आपके कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर दोनो कार्ड को बंद कर दिया था लेकिन मेरे पास आज भी स्टेटमेंट आ रही है और पेमेंट के भी मैसेज आ रहे है में एक कार्ड की पेमेंट भी कर चुका है और अब दूसरे कार्ड की भी पेमेंट के मैसेज आ रहे है श्री मान जी आप कृपया करके मेरे कार्ड परमानेंट बंद कराए।

                  On 30th September 2019, Mistakenly I processed my credit card payment twice of Rs. 19000 each. When I called their customer service to refund one of the amount, they said that they will deduct the already done transactions without even generation of the bill and refund the rest of the amount without my agreement. But till date I've not received any refund. Even their all levels of customer care and escalation people have stopped responding.

                      I had redeemed 3600 rewards points into jack and jones 1000rs coupon for online purchase which is valid till mar 2020, but when i have applied coupon online at jack & jones site to purchase products worth 900 it say coupon is invalid. The coupon i have received at my phone through message from rbl bank. No customer care contacts. There is no option to contact cusotomer care executive on their provided numbers.

                        I have received my super card on the month of april 2019. On the date of 15th oct 2019 i have seen that there is a payment of r shield insurance premium of rs 600. At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please cancel the insurance right now. And also please tell me the process of submitting or cancelling the credit card.

                            As per my last complain on dt. 07.10.19 & 08.10.19 but no any solution till from RBL Bank side. again daily call received by Rbl staff and they used abuse language and call my family & relative. at present my financial condition is very bad. I will pay all installment slowly slowly. I need more time for payment. but RBL Bank staff behave is very rudely. no any response from rbl bank.

                            I have rbl bank credit card. I have taken loan from rbl of rs. 226000/- i have paid 2-3 installment. I am regular customer of rbl credit credit and loan account. I have used rbl credit card last 3 4 years. And made full payments on time before due dates. But from last months i have make no payments. Last few months i have many losses in business. At this time my financial condition is not goods. I am not able to pay outstanding amount at this time.

                            Rbl recovery staff call me everyday. They threatened us and use abuse language everyday. I have asked many times don't used abused language but their behavior is same. I have all recording of rbl staff calls. They harass me.

                            I have many complained to rbl customer care by mails and calls and requested them pls ask your staff don't use abuse language. But only one time i have received calls but no any solutions. Rbl staff behavior is same.

                            Today rbl staff again call me and same behave use abuse language and harass me and my family. "they called my all relatives for payment use abuse language. Take my all relatives on call conference and talk with me in abuse language.

                            I am very mentally disturb. I don't understand what can i do?. Please help & call me urgently.

                            So your requested please solve my problems & how can we solve this problems. I know am liable for outstanding amount. But no any one used abused language and threatened me and my family & other relatives as per rbi guidelines.

                            I am attached all mails of sent to rbl bank.

                            So please help. And contact me urgently.

                              My credit card no. Is [protected] which is blocked on 9th oct. 2019 on my complaint on 8th october 2019 regarding fraud transactions on 5th october 2019. Total fraud amount rs. 13000/- (5000/-+5000/-+3000/-).
                              I did not shared any otp as because no otp came for this transactions on this day. I did online payment 2360/- as per your bank's executive call regarding due amount to pay immediately so i paid it on the same day. Then when i opened rbl card app. On mobile on 8th oct.2019, i found these fraud transactions, so immediately i called customer care [protected]. They told me our cyber team will enquire it. Yesterday i got call from [protected] that you have to pay this amount. But i haven't shared any otp. So i will not pay this fraud amount 13000/- it's your insecure system that caused fraud transcations. So i amnot liable to pay this fraud transcations amount. I have evident proof to prove my self, so i am going to file fir against your bank.

                                Hello team,

                                I was offered a bajaj rbl bank super card with number [protected] in august on 14th and i agreed for the card and in the month of september i got statement on september 14th for my bajaj finserv rbl bank supercard ending with 3418 for total amount due rs. 5898.82 and min amount due rs. 1149.77 due date 02/10/19 without even using card and when asked i was informed that it is annual fee which i was not made aware of in the beginning.

                                I placed a request to cancel my card on september 16th and they said their team will contact me and i was getting messages that they tried calling me but i didn't receive any call.

                                Please note that i was getting messages about not answering their calls after 7.30 pm wherein their call centre is open only till 7.00 pm and after i making several follow up calls they cancelled my card for which i received confirmation on october 10th and now they are billing me for rs 156.11.

                                This is basically fraud and by not paying my cibil score is getting impacted. Hence i need your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me wherein as a customer i was cheated by hiding charges and why should i pay annual fee in advance for something which may or may not happen.

                                Also it will impact my cibil score wherein i have been managing my finance well by paying all due bills for credit card i have been using.

                                  I am writing this mail with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 1, 30, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only).

                                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my company is not paying me on time since last 5 months. Since last 2 months my salary is arrears from my company. Even a home loan is going on and for repaying the same, I have encashed my savings as well as my gold ornaments. I am really having a hard time for the daily expenses. Besides me my husband is the only sole earner as well as we are having a 4 years old child. Employees in my office are losing their job & the company's financial condition is worst. I am in search for new job for last 2 months.

                                  Bajaj Finserv is harassing me and using abusive language for the payment. Even they are continuously calling my company HR as well as my colleagues. They are using abusive language for payment which is very disturbing and insulting. Literally it’s a mental torture which they are doing. We are not fraud people; we just want to settle the amount in a fair manner. Due to my financial crisis I had to borrow money from a friend to pay the latest payment of Rs.7800/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Only) dated 14.10.2019 which I could make on a 2 months gap, I can't go on borrowing money from friends to pay the dues for indefinitely time. Its very hard to pay the full due amount which has been arrived after levying high interest rate.

                                  It’s not possible for me to pay the next payments, so here is an ernest request to the RBL Bank to stop harassing the customer.I want to settle the dues before the next payment date in a fair manner so that the issues with the credit card is settled ASAP.

                                  Please look into the matter with urgency.

                                    Hi i am sudha i am the credit card holder of rbl super card, through which i applied for xpress loan on 13th of september but i didn't get any details regarding the process of loan amount, but the amount got credited on 16th september 2019,, but bill gets generated on 15th of every month, but the bill got generated before the amount got credited to my account that was on 17th i received it.
                                    When i mailed them i didn't get any satisfactory answer from their side then the person called from customer and he saying the processing date is 5 working days but i clearly said him i did int get any updated on the same,

                                    But still their are asking me to make payment for the same and i get en number of calls and they have charged some late payment fee
                                    So please block the card i don't want to use such rubbish card, and i will pay loan amount as per next month statement my card no ending with 75

                                        I am not doing any transaction but still I am getting messages like
