I enquired the customer care of rbl credit card for another issue. After giving consultation regarding the issue they immediately told me regarding the r shield plan, which i couldn't get but i answered 'yes' unknowingly. Now they are going to charge me for the insurance against my card. As card is not delivered till now, i want to cancel my request for the insurance.

Someone made a comment here to provide my phn no.I provide phn no and this guy did fraud transaction in my credit card.Please be careful.I also want to notify the authority.Some fraud people are doing nuisance using your site.
Sir, my credit card add insurance but I can not this amount paid so many charges add of my card . I want to this insurance de-active an all charge s cancel.my card activate of Nov 2018 and this insurance add of firstly.

    I made payment to super card about 83, 340.90 rs but they says its invalid transaction.
    They said they will raise refund. But i am waiting for it from last 28 days. They are not replying on email, they are not reading email properly and replying.
    They shared wrong status for 2 times.
    I have visited rbl branch 2 times but they also do not have any answers or resolution.
    Rbl bank is running fraud. I almost lost hope that i will get my rs. 83340.90

      My name is ashish jayaswal. I been using rbl credit card since long time.
      Because of financial condition i was paying minimum amount for the credit card. This month also i paid the same amount still i am getting harrase from the telecaller. They are threatling me to come house and will take money as they want. Yesterday i was in hospital they called me 40 times. They spoke to my mom and ask for the money which is against the code of conduct. I spoke to them and explain the situation but still they didn't listen to me and in very aggressive language ask to pay money. I can't afford anymore.
      Now i want make the settlement and can pay 20% of the card. I can pay this amount once you give the confirmation.

        I had charged with Rs.38636, 62/- ( narration of Payment Reversal) they ment that i paid above amount is reverse in my Ac.
        I had payed this amount in july 2018 and in this month of sept 2019 they charged me above amount narrating reversal amount.

        i had given my complete bank details and statement. as there is no record of reversal.
        i had called many times to call centre and wrote mails to all thier mail id but my problem is unsolved.

        and receiving mails from rbl to pay amount.
        this is full of irritating

        and even i had complaint 2 months before of fraud used my cr card. some 3 transaction was done from my cr card without getting otp
        Flipkart and RBL bank are robbers and cheating customers

          I have total reward points 45873 as of today, which has been confirmed by your respective nodal officer. So based on your confirmation i tried to make an purchase whose required reward is 42500 rewards points only. By this we were clear that i am having enough and excess rewards points than the required. Still i couldn't allowed to purchase any product whose value is less than the total rewards points in my account. When i tried to process the payment via the potion pay by points it throws an exception i am not having sufficient reward points.
          Though i had raised multiple emails from september 7, 2019 there is no proper response from your team. My issue has not yet resolved too.
          Being having enormous reward's i couldn't able to purchase any products whose worth is half of my total rewards points. For any products it was saying the same exception. Very bad and poor customer support, grievance cell.

            Dear team,

            Im trying to register my card in rewards. Rblbank.com but side is not working.

            I put card number and otp and then it goes to login id and password. I put my login id and password but the site not accepting the password. All-time it shows 'your password should be between 8 - 12 alphanumeric, include 1 number & 1 alphabet'. Although im putting the alphanumeric password and with number and uppercase alphabet still it always shows the same thing. Even i tried the password suggested on site like '[protected]@', but that also doesn't work.

            Please do the needful as soon as possible. Im trying this since so long.

            I am having same problem. The services are so poor. They only call customers when they have to offer loan or upgrade their cards. I have to contact them through email to know how to wind up my loan.

              Hi team,

              In the month of august i had done a payment to amazon using rbl credit card, this was for the amount 24, 175.47

              Later i had to cancel this order and amazon credited the money back to rbl card.

              Inspite of receiving money back from amazon, rbl converted the 24k into emi and charged me amount 8233.71

              When i called customer care, i was told this amount will adjusted with you next bill.

              Now when september bill is generated i see, 8233.71 amount is not adjusted instead, remaining amount 16203 also is been added to my bill.

              Which means i will end up paying 24k which i never used.

              Kindly look into this asap.

              I did try reaching the customer care, but support executive sonam asked me to drop an email to resolve this issue but i have had no response from rbl team.

                I am unable to create the login account at rbl reward portal (https://rewards.rblbank.com/register.aspx). i have taken 8 - 12 alphanumeric, include 1 number & 1 alphabet. But i am receiving all time same error. I don't understand, why am i getting this error. Are this portal is fake? According to me this is not a genuine issue. If possible, please resolve the issue at urgent basis.

                So, inform the particular insurance department stop the process of policy& inform the section to not deduct R-shield ins. Premium from my card.

My name is ravikant gauniyal and i want to warn you guys, how badly i have been harassed by your pathetic customer care & debt collection agency. â i works in a private school (St aloysius senior secondary school polipathar jabalpur) and because o[censored]nlimited calls with abusive language to my workplace i have been called by our principal for scolding. I have nothing to do with your policy procedures because i don’t use your worst services. But because of my known individual devendra kotnala you are harassing me which is not acceptable at all. From last 1 week i am completely under depression because of all this crap created by rbl bank. Final warning to you guys, i will be tracking all the numbers if i am getting next call on my mobile phone or to my workplace, and i will be doing fir against rbl bank and will be filing a case against rbl for mental harassment.

                  RBL call center girls are highly rude and they start talking rudely from the start after talking to bank that I will pay by 31 st august she keeps calling me 100 times.and I am being like a criminal who does crime and she behaves like a policeman who want to torture us. This is really a harrasment nothing else. 1 or 3 calls are okay bt this is hight she keep calling on my office number 100 time and rudely talking to reception guy and other person who receives her call.

                    I opened a bank account with u and u guys closed my account without calling me and telling me that ur closing the account. What # service do u render. I need to be informed. Today im at a merchant place and my card is declined. How will i use money and ur bank does not work on sundays. I want a full compensation on this and i'm very well posting on social media about this. I want my money with compensation. And i need a call back from the highest officer. You hold my money and u can't just close my account without telling me that ur doing it. And ur # call centre ppl have the nerve to cut my calls. I have asked for an in-person to come to my place and do the kyc as the branch is too far and sent the location to the person and he did not turn up, not my problem. I need immediate compensation for this for the inconvenience u guys have caused. And i wil not wait for 30 days for dd to reach my place. Are # crazy.

                      I recently applied for homeloan and during the verification process i came to know that somebody has taken a credit card on my name during the 2017 and its an overdue and home loan are not processing since i have an outstanding and i called to cbil and raised a dispute, and that too 2016 to 2019 i was not in india and not sure how did this bank ppl processed my credit crad, i tried reaching all the numbers given here but no response at all.. I dropped a mail to the team and still no nobody reached to me. Now the bank which i applied a loan from are asking a copy of written mail from rbl that i dont have any outstanding and this is a fraud one so i am not sure how to reach i tried all my possibilites, can somebody help me out in this issue.

                          No person is responsible to answer the customer questions.

                          Bad customer service ever.
                          Rbl bank and person are rude to respond while we're trying to pay our debts.
                          Why you people trap customers into this credit card scam. If we use the card, you people call us continuously and when ever we want to pay then you people don't even respond then what sort of a bank you're. Worst experience with rbl bank.

                            I have been charged an annual fee which itself was not as per original offer still i wrote a mail to help desk for reversal of such fee and on that mail i have received a acknowledgement mail confirming for required action within 3 working days.
                            Further a mail came from help desk i. E. Kanika confirming reversal of annual fee but till today they are showing the same in their outstanding and levying interest and penalties on that.
                            Further around 10 calls i receive on daily basis for such outstanding and further it is damaging my cibil score.

                              My personal loan account number :[protected].

                              I want to inform rbl bank executive forcefully approved me this loan after i clearly asked him to cancel this application.

                              I agree i applied but when i know i don't have job to pay the emi now, so i requested him to cancel the loan after few 2 hours as i am not able to pay the emi. I reply on email, call and message after 2 hours of submit the application and clearly ask them to cancel.

                              I did not signed the agreement and not picked the cheques and now executive everyday calling me again and and and saying i will see you outside i will see you road.

                              I did email to [protected]@rblbank.com but there is no response for same even i added many executive from there but there is no response.

                              As i emailed, called and send message to the executive vaibhav. Attached chat and email screens for reference.

                              Again want to mention i am not able to pay any penny in emis so don't want the personal loan and i don't want any relation with rbl bank too. Not signed any agreement of loan application and not picked the cheques from your branch.

This is to inform you that we have been unable to establish a contact with you on the registered number(s) with us. We will attempt to call you again from[protected] or[protected] to address your concern on 18-Sep-19 between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM . For any assistance, please call us on [protected]." My register mobile no. working perfectly. So you are requested help me to cancell my credit card.

                                  I am holding the credit card of your bank for which the number is
                                  5243 — 0357, ankit manocha. I have some outstanding amount. Last time mr. Monu from rbl ([protected]) approched me for the payment on july 21st, 2018. He made some commitments regarding the payment, and when i made the payment he bluffed at that time. I launched a complaint against him in your bank. Then somebody approached me stating that he is from rbl, and kept on visiting, and creating mess outside my house wherein my mother, and my 3 years old nephew were all alone. I launched a complaint regarding the same in nhrc, women cell, as well as consumer forum. I am having the copy of all three.

                                  Now out of the blue moon mr. Nitin saxena ([protected]) called my mother raman manocha stating that he wants to talk to me regarding settlement. Monu from rbl dotched me long time back, and nothing was done from your end. When my number is working, why somebody is approaching my mother or any third party for my card. After all this crap, neither we people ran away nor stopped entertaining your threat till date. On 17th september, 2019 at 9am one policeman came at my place stating that he has come along with the arrest warrant against me for which he got an order from rbl, bangalore branch.

                                  Firstly my mother was all alone, and when she asked that person to show the notice or copy of arrest warrant, then he had a4 size paper on which complaint was written manually and that too only two lines. Apart from that when my mother told him that no notice came till date from rbl's end, then he said another person will come in the evening to arrest the card holder, which is me.

                                  Now, the question is how dare you people can play mind games of sending fake policeman at my place, without sending any notice to me from your end. How can you call and share my personal credit card details with my relatives, neighbors? Don;t you think sharing details to the third party is illegal, and threatening to a women is another illegal practice which you people are doing. Is this the way you people deal with the customers? You can go so low for some amount.

                                  I am gonna lodge a police complaint, as well as complaint in nhrc for the same. I have all cctv footage at my place which has a week backup, so before you threat me, my family more, i will teach you the law. Legally you should have sent me the notice, and now when you have crossed all the limits, just see the collateral damages.

                                    This is the worst credit card service provider experience for me. They do not know their process and calculations and unnecessary charging penalties on my outstanding amount. Few months back there has been fraud transactions happened from my card of rs 20000/ and when we called support to assist, we’ve received no help at all and atlast they asked us to pay the amount and blocked our card. O was paying the amount continuously though today a msg was received that there is a new purchase of of some amount, god know from where!!

                                      I couldn't agree more with the similar sort of complaints on rbl credit card. Thought of sharing my personal experience as well with rbl. They sell the credit cards offering 1 free movie ticket on book my show every month, which if we look is only 200 rupees off besides you will get similar sort of waiver offers on any of your existing cards (Debit or credit).
                                      The bank provides the worst credit card services they have hired unethical, uneducated fools who will unnecessarily harasses ppl by calling multiple times and visiting people house. I had to call security personnel of my building to throw that # out of the building.
                                      As per rules all this (Harrasment) is not allowed at all. The bank is anyways earning via fines/dues/penalties even if there is a late payment, they cannot pressurize and force any customer like this.
                                      Pls refrain from taking their cards (Anywhere their shares are down like anything it will slump more, the company has already suffered major losses internally from its partners and there has been rampant cases of fraud being reported).

                                      I had a bad experience personally both working in rbl for a brief period and using their card, now i had left both. One more thing to note is after u close the card kindly take a noc and no dues letter from the bank (If they don't provide immediately pls write to nodal officer & banking ombudsman - it is your right) as the bank doesn't stop your card and they keep it active status to collect yearly fees and dues from the member.

                                      Incase you want to use any other bank credit card you may use hdfc bank cc as they provide the best services and they will never bother you like these unscrupulous people.
                                      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      With out my knowledge they activated insurance and debited amount from my card.i don't want this policy right now.

                                        Dear team, as per my credit card statement of month aug 19 my money deducted on 8 sept 19 for one 97 communication of amount rs. 3284.68 but this transaction was not completed and on that day. So pl. Check the issue and provide me amount back as soon as possible. Paytm log book screen shot attached. My credit cards last 4 digits are 3341. Revert on priority basis.

                                        I Amol uttam Pawar I would like to cancel my insurance policy .which have been given by the Rbl bank. so I request you to cancel my insurance policy . The payment which have been taken from my credit card. Plz refund my payment in my credit card .as soon as possible
