I am writing this with regards to my rbl credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [5239xxxxxxx40490]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 91000/-

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

Basis your consent 12000/- will be debit from your bijaj finserve rbl supercard with in 2 working days. So finally i'dont want any insurance policy. Please cancel it. I need quick response.

      Hi i am sravan...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. I didnt get any forms now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident.

        Dear sir
        Last month my credit card bill is rs.3416.11, but my last month expense are as under.

        2nd july 2019. : rs. 1928 spent on amazon
        3rd july 2019 : rs. 701 spent on amazon
        4th july 2019 : rs. 498 refunded back from amazon.
        So my net expense from credit card is rs.[protected]+701-498). Instead i got a bill amount of rs. 3416.11.

        I have called costumer care number for clarification, there explanation was that in the month of april i have spent rs. 53090 with flipkart on emi scheme and i cancelled the order next day. This excess amt of rs. 1285.11 is because i didn't called the rbl bank and inform.

          Dear team,

          I am currently using rbl bank credit card # [protected]. Due job loss and financial stress. I was delayed payment on/ before due date. However, i have paid / cleared along with penalties. But bank still wants to harass me with personal remarks and stress me and dosen't want to provide solution.

          When i am paying with penalties. This type of harassment is disturbing my already stressful situation.

          Hope a resolution soon

            I am selvamani k i having rbl credit card and your persons are activated the rsheild insurance when ever our bank has issued the credit card. But i am not interested on r-sheild insurance and your persons are told to me the premium of rs.12000/- will be deduct in my credit card in 2working days. I am not interested in this policy and did not deducted in my credit card. Please consider my request and cancel the insurance policy as early as possible and inform to me by way mobile or through my email: [protected]@gmail.com

                I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 1, 36, 683/-

                Already paid rs. 17, 000 in the month of july. Recovery team was promised me that"you have to pay 17, 000 then you will receive settlement letter from bank within a week". Still didn't receive any settlement letter from bank.

                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 7 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      Rbl credit card is one of the worst organisation duping customers with false commitments. I had received call for rbl card from executive of rbl credit card. He offered me a rbl credit card. They said that the annual fee for the same rs 499 they didn't tell finance charges minimum amount payment texes now i checked my previous bills they charged me lots of finance charges and now my financial condition is not good kindly reverse my all finance charges approximately rs 16357.42

                        Can you please update me on the last complaint raised by me.

                        For a single complaint, how many days will you take to resolve a single issue.

                        Every time we send a mail we jus receive a reference number which is of no use.

                        Very idiotic service

                        Can you please tell when this issue is reaolved.

                        I paid payment on incorrect card.
                        So i kindly request you to revert those amount to citibank account.

                        Its been 4 months that i raised the issue.

                        As per the request of your CRN team for credit cars.At the time of verification your sales team told me about the limit of RS 2-3lacs now due to less credit limit I don't need this card so I just wanted to close it.

                          Reason for surrendering my card are as follows.

                          1) offers explained while applying card is no o[censored]se now (E. G. Monthly free tickets for book my show)
                          2) insisting of early payment (I. E. 10-12 days before due date) of credit cards by your recovery agents
                          3) continuous calls from your recovery agents
                          4) calls even though early payments have been made.
                          5) overall poor services.

                          Rating 3 out of 10 just because of above points.

                            They claim to provide insta cash. However the amount has been credited from my credit card it has not yet come to account since 3 days. What's the meaning of this insta cash. Useless credit card. Now i don't want this instant cash as it is already 3 days. But even after trying for so many times i could not reach any of their customer service representative.

                              The debt recovery team and their executives not having sense how to talk with customers.. They abusing customer family.. If customer not paying emi properly u should be taken legal action against him. But they took such situation personally and using bad words and abusing customer's family at his house.

                                Still am getting call for payment reminder and customer care asked to pay 1074 more to clear your dues.
                                As executive said that you have to pay min. Half of my card annual fee i have to pay which i wasn't demanded and even after so much complaints still i am facing same comments.
                                Your one executive said that we will reverse all your dues due to annual fee and its late fee charges. But today got different comments from your executive. This is totally disgusting. That even after so many complaints rbl is not clearing complete picture/terms for the next action. I got new titanium card but still i have to pay for the platinum card annual fee. Noe by this experience i will not use new card also. And now i already posted all your fake commitments on facebook and will do the same at every social site.

                                  Me aapka rbl titenium delight credit card use for 4 month but kal dophar mene apki app me cash express me 10000 ka payment logeti 3 hapto me 3334 aur har machine me 200 ka apka charge yani 200*3=600 plus get 105 to mene process kiya aur mere bank me 10000 kal receive bhi ho gaya lekin mene raat ko apki rbl app open ki to usme aapne 200+36gst aur credit card over limit charge 600+108gst laga diya mere credit card me 7000 credit meri baki this wo bhi block kardi aur charge laga di. Aek charge bhi loge aur credit bhi block karoge??? To iska kya matlab hua??? Please reply fast aur ye cash express wali balance wapas le lo mujhe nahi chahiye please reply fast

                                    I have a credit card of RBL bank. Due to some personal reasons I have not made whole payment . I paid only partial payment. I will deposit payment very as I said. But your customer care executives are very bad . I called in very add time even in night also. They are abusing very harsh. I will not tolerate this things if it not stopped. Kindly take necessary action. Otherwise I have to take necessary action against your bank.

Damodar and i’m one of the user of your rbl credit card.3months ago we made a payment with my card in pepperfry.com in the form of emi for three months which is completed in the last month july 13. This we not even used the card. But we got a statement saying that i have a due amount of 2514/- but where as in statement i only have a due amount of 444/- but asking me to pay an amount of 2514/- it’s not fair and transperant i need a perfect explanation immediately and i want a clarified statement of my account also

                                        I applied for rbl credit card since 24-july-2019, rbl executive taken all my documents, 15 days is over i still following up the customer support team for delivery of my card, till now i didn't get any positive feedback, they given application no:[protected], but when i check online its showing different no: bfcl[protected], could u please check and provide the status of my card, if you are processing or not, or return my all documents.
