I have declared over social media that i am not able to pay the bill at this point of time due to huge financial problem same i have put across twitter too. Still rbl recovery agent keep calling me and today they threaten me to come to my home and i need to face the consequences as i am a girl.
Just want to know is this way to treat someone.

    Hello,
    My name is sugat ingle,
    I want to raise complaint against rbl bank credit card.
    In the month of january with bajaj fin. Card rbl card provided that time they have said there is no hidden charges and i didn't request for the card they provided. Annually fees will be 499 and that will be charged end of year and that also be waiver i[censored]sage of card will get increased.
    So while i received my card after one week i received bill of 2500 rs. So i didn't use that card even i didn't set pin code. But still rbl bank executive calling me and sending messages to pay bill.
    I don't understand if i don't did any transaction so how the bill is generated.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please close my credit card, I do not need it
    I do not understand this credit card and no problem is discussed on customer care

      Hello team,
      This is sudhir kumar and i wanted to register a complaint on rbl cc customer and legal services (Priya agent) being rude and demanding to visit head office to proceed a complaint in court. I have already informed them regarding my current situation and said to paid sooner once i arrange the amount.
      I've financial crisis as i have used the limit for father medication and not paid 1 month cc payment and 2nd month due date 9th aug. I've received too many calls and today recovery agent visited my home asking for the amount to paid asap if not he won't be leaving my location his name is mukhram.
      I've informed them to check my past track record but they aren't bothered and said its bank amount you have utilized and have to pay monthly on time. Being in a situation where i haven't got money to pay right now. I told him i will pay atleast min payment by tomorrow but still they insist to pay the amount right away if not agent won't leave my location.

      If they behave in this manner and handle the customers in this way. Do we really feel like making the payments which are in due. I understand i've used the bank amount but for which they are charging me for not paying back on time.in this i would appreciate your decision.

      I have never applied for credit card form RBL bank but I am receiving phone call from RBL bank now one person visited my office location without my consent and asking about my details from my colleagues.
      I have not raise request for credit card this is harassment from RBL bank

Basis your consent, 12000/-will be debit from your bajaj fineserve rbl bank super card with in 2 working days. So finally i don't want any insurance policy.. Please cancel it i i need quick response.

        After payment also I’m getting huge calls from customer service and unexpected charges applied included in my statement, when i ask customer care to give a proper transaction details they were unable to provide and also pathetic service .. my humble suggestion to other customers don’t take any RBL credit cards

          I have raised a request to close my rbl moneytap card ending 9425 on 19/07/2019 - request id 09934187 and was told that the back end team will call and close the card within 3 working days, i also send a mail and recalled the cc to know the status of my request id they informed that the request id has been closed and gave a new req id 10135354 and asked to wait till 01/08/2019, when i call today still they say to wait for another 3 days. Hope at least you will resolve my issue.

          I have been requesting for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled.

            This mail is regarding complaint of my rbl - moneytap credit card. I was informed that i am getting a personal loan which i can transfer to my savings account for that only i will be charged for Rs.588 and also i was not informed that i will get a credit card instead of personal loan and also after that i was not informed that i will be charged for limit set fee in the first month bill. It was informed that only if i use the card i will be charged for the bill and some amount of Rs.588 as processing fee. This is totally unfair from your side for charging me Rs.588 without using it.

              I am logging offical complaint against rbl bank credit card department recovery, they are continuously calling on my office boardline number and using very abusive language, even though i don't have any credit card of this bank, they are mentally harassing me for the recovery of the credit card which i don't have, they are calling for the recovery of some person anubhuti bhatnagar, from last two months. This has raised an issue in my company prestige and they have served me a warning/ termination letter with a notice period of 1 month, if any how i looses my job i will file a defamation and mental harassment case against rbl bank. The numbers from which i am receiving calls are [protected], [protected], [protected].
              So it's a request to the officials to take a strict action against it and stop these calls and get me justice.

                I've raised a request for closure of my credit card which unfortunately got turned down by their executive and explained me until unless i repay the amount i owe them they can't able to consider that request. However i've arranged money and cleared the amount i owe them and then raised a request for closure. It's been more than a month till now they didn't respond me upon that request nor did they closed the account. I've called them like 10-12 times upon this request but each time they keep on telling me that i'm going to get a confirmation call from them which i haven't. So don't know what else to do more than raising a complaint here. Hope after reading this people can stop using their services.

                  Harassment by credit card recovery agent. I am in very bad financial condition and i am not able to pay my loan back.

                  Recently my brother also expired i have explained the same to them but they are insisting that i pay them. One girl from rbl recovery department started calling up my boss and started harassing him and shouting at my boss. He had lodged a police complaint with amboli police station.

                  Today i have again received a call from mobile no. [protected] (Name as given to ms. Shushma - goregaon) and asked for payment. I told her that i don't have money right now and if possible i can arrange for a minimum payment of 500 to 1000 so that they can hold my account. She started to raised her voice and asked your boss was coming to office, now what happened to him? Etc. After that she told me collect money from in laws an give it to her.

                  I told her that when i receive enough money i would settle the account.

                  Sir, i think that they would visit my office and create scene.

                    Date of transaction: 11th july pre-authorised amount: rs.4000.00
                    Location: radisson blu marina hotel, connaught place, delhi
                    Pre-authorization reversed by hotel on 13th july for rs.4000.00
                    Fresh charge made on card on 13th july for rs.1277.94

                    With reference to the above points, i would like to inform you that, my account is not reversed with the pre-authorised amount of rs, 4000.00 on the bill generated on 17th july 2019. And hence, i am not going to make payment of the said amount. If you have any point to counter the transaction, kindly revert in next 72 hours failing which, i will consider that you have adjusted the amount that you have charged by mistake.

                    Note: i had tried thrice to your contact center this evening to your contact center. Where i had the most pathetic experience! The ivr do not identify my card. What non-sense service facility you have?

                          My credit application was rejected by rbl, i want to know the reason. As i am having good cibil score, i dont know why you rejected my card. My application reference number is #ccd0k0h99i. Please do reply else i will file a case against rbl for defaming customers.
                          I got an call for verification but no one was came to verify my address or myself.
                          They rejected it without giving any reason.
                          While i have much better cibil score.
                          While i have sbi card last year approved & my limit also increased from last 3 months against my credit history.
                          I cant understand that sbi is bigger brand then all other bank.

                          THEY ALWAYS TELLING ME THAT WHENEVER I ASKED THEM WHAT IS THE ACTUAL REASON TO REJECT MY APPLICATION BUT THEY ALWAYS MAILING THIS REGARDING THE REJECTION.

                            I am not using my rbl bank credit card since last 7 months but today under my surprise, i have received few messages (7 to 8 msgs) in a period of 1 to 2 minutes that a charge of rs. Xxxx has been intitiated on your card and available balance is rs. Xxxxx
                            This way in one minute, rs.70,, 000/- is debited (Initiated) from my credit card. I am very much surprised that without pw and otp on mobile how it is done???

                            I have immediately lodged complaint to rbl credit card toll free number within half an hour on seeing this misuse activities on my card and blocked my card.

                            I dont understand what is the security of the common men???

                            Mr. Modiji says be digitalise and use and promote digital payment...

                            How can we move a head with this kind of lacking in system???

                            I want immediate solution for this transactions done on my credit card today ie.29/07/2019.

                            Pl help me to solve this matter...

                              Hi iam hari prasad using rbl credit card for the past one month. All of a sudden i received an sms stating that i have to pay rsheild premium amount rs 1000 in instalments. Iam not interested in this policy and dont want to pay the amount. When called customercare there is no option to speak to an executive to log a complaint regarding this so i request to cancel this premium amount or cancel the card.

                              I have made payment to rbl bank on 12th july but y payment is not processed

My reward points are not added from the old credit card and also for the welcome kit i need to get 20000 reward points but i did not get them also. I tried to call the people and talk to them but none of their customer care numbers have an option to talk to them. I tried many customer care numbers.

                                        Rbl bank is doing totally fraud with customers.

                                        I got a card from rbl in which commited for credit limit of min. 200000/- with card annual fee of 750/-. But when i received my card if is having limit of 36000 only with 2000/- annual fee which is not discussed and agreed by me. And when i just complaint and dumped the card then rbl team called me for use this card andm they will wave off my annual fee for this year., and if i will like the card then i can continue with the same features card otherwise i can discontinue later also. And they said that i have to make transaction within 48 hrs for annual fee wave off process. But not resolved my annual fee wave off complaint and same statement along with penalty charges comes again in next month. And when again i called to customer care they said we will close your card if you clear your used value but even after paying that dues, customer executive said now we can close your card but when got confirmation call then again they asked for pay due amount before closing. Now i will not pay any amount do what ever rbl bank can do. Now i will keep all records and will consumer court if required but not pay any extra fee which i was even not confirmed. Or if i confirmed then rbl can share that recording then i will definatelly clear all my dues
