        This refers to a fraudulent transaction done on my credit card.

        The details are as follows :

        The payment was done online for an amount on 3rd july 2019. (Dispute form attached below)

        I was informed via the card statement last week.

        I have been, since then writing to rbl card dept and their vigilance dept and the nodal officer cards for the area.

        They kept asking for details and i gave all the details. The dispute form is attached below which gives the details of the fraudulent transaction.

        I wish to submit that the payment may pl be reversed as its not done by me. The fact that the one time password which the bank sends thru sms and e mail also was not sent by the bank for this transaction.

        The bank also sends a confirmatory email after the transaction is done to reconfirm the same. This email also was not sent by the bank for this transaction.

        I need your help to sort this issue at earliest.

        I have applied for personal loan and your executive has picked my documents and given me the application no. 347583. And even your executive spoked with me.

          There was 4 nos of fraud transaction on my credit card issued by rbl bank, i reported this to rbl bnk on the 25.04.2019, on the 11.06.2019 i received a letter from rbl bnk stating that this was otp generated transactions so i am liable to pay for the 2 fraud transactions and wiped their hand out, based on the information given to me by rbl bank, i checked with the merchant clear trip, it was informed the following;
          1. Clear trip trip id[protected] ticket booked on 22.04.2019 at 01.07 am email id [protected]@gmail.com
          Passenger names : travelled from mumbai to delhi
          1. Ms. Saima k airline pnr d3jgqv
          2. Mr. Aslam za airline pnr d3jgqv
          The tickets have been booked using following mobile number [protected] land line number [protected].
          The total amount is rs. 37, 560/-
          2. Payu biz trip id[protected] ticket booked on april 22.04.2019 at 01.02 am email id [protected]@gmail.com
          Passenger names: travelled from mumbai to jaipur
          1. Mr. Manoj k: airline pnr gbl1yy
          The tickets have been booked using following mobile number [protected]
          The total amount is rs. 15, 065/- please note as per clear trip this ticket payment has not been done it is stuck. Please hold this transaction
          Also the rbl bank has given an overdraft on my card transactions

              I am preeti sharma writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 112000

              This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 12 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

              I can able to give 40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 40% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

              I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                Hi i am sriharsha one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.

I have a screen shot of the payment made and the same information has been given to customer care. They said it may take 07days to reflect why is that so??                       I swiped RBL debit card for Hotel bill and money deducted from my account and not credited to the Hotels account so I have to do another payment to pay Bills.
                      Now I raised complaint for the same I didn't got my complain ID to track and whenever I am asking for update their answer is as always your query will resolve in 47 days that is too much period. And whenever asking to transfer call to senior I am getting same answer.
                      I think I lost money because of having account in RBL Bank.

                            I have raised a request to close my credit card account with rbl customer care. Am trying for more than 30days. Still i did not get result. Payment and emi everything is closed. Everytime i spoke with executive they said "request has been taken concern team ll call u for further process" still no one call regarding this issue. Worst customer service. Rbl collection team spoke with me about 2days late payment with local and harmful words thats the reason am closing rbl card.

                            RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            One world prime super card was sent by RBL. I never applied for this particular card. I refused the card even before its delivery. One R Shield insurance added by RBL for Rs.600. I returned the card without opening it. More than 5 mails sent to RBL for cancellation of the card. Nothing heard from RBL except the every increasing payment calls.

                              I hope you will take this issue as serious...

                              First one of tele caller contacted me name sravani and she asked me to take the loan from hdfc i said no, and she urged me so said i had loan so she said rbl will give me the loan and they will pre close my hdfc personal loan and they started process and i sent all my documents through mail to d. [protected]@rblbank.com (Emp id14546 as per conversation) and after suffering a lot i asked to close it i don’t want to go through loan process then they said it is approved but i didn’t received any file login message or approval message even after i gave my checks they called me for documents here i didn’t understand that how come it got approved with out complete documents why they collected me the checks after a week i asked them my checks back then he disconnected my call mr. Moulali and tele caller called me and she started speaking and requesting.
                              At last they said it has been approved and total amount is 11, 50, 000 and they deducted 3, 74, 390 rs as outstanding
                              Hdfc loan amount and i received 7, 43, 824 rs. (Till now i didn’t receive any loan acc number)
                              And today they called me today and they are proving check for the pre closing amount and asking me to close the hdfc loan i asked why should i close it they said they will close it as pre closing and they will transfer the remaining amount
                              When i asking the same they started scolding mr. Moulali is the employe who is speaking wrong completely and i didn’t accept the check still i didn’t take it. I don’t want to pay the pre closing chares that is not my responsibility.

                              Impotant i didn’t receive any loan account nnumber.

                              I hope you will respect the customer’s words...

                                  I was carrying one rbl credit card. Due to some personal reason i could not done payment for few amount. So rbl blocked my card and applied huge and multiple late payment with other charges. After so may call and requests, rbl send me transaction details where i could see that the actual payable amount was rs 7010.02 and late fees with other taxes has been applied rs 4625.68. Which totally becomes rs 11635.70. Every time when i was calling...

                                  Myself, dinesh s/o shri ashwani kumar, mobile [protected] and i am lodging this complaint about rbl credit card. I am requesting to the rbl credit card team to pay my total outstanding into emi and i have been requesting them for 03 months but instead of solving my issues, they are disturbing me their recovery team staff talk rudely and misbehave like mentally harassment. They are calling me 10-20 times a day. I am getting mentally harassment from their side. I am ready to pay the total outstanding but due to jobless right now i can't pay the total amount in a single short, therefore, i am requesting them again and again to convert my total dues into emi. But till date no positive response from their end.

                                    I have activated dnd with my mobile service provider but still i get calls from rbl bank.
                                    I have time and again mentioned to all callers from rbl bank that i am not interested in availing any of their services and also that i do not want to receive any calls.

                                    Just last week they apologized and said they would add me to their dnd list and today i get a recorded call.

                                    I keep blocking their numbers but they call from new numbers repeatedly.

                                    This is plain harassment.

                                      Hi i m wrting here 2nd time i have applied for RBL credit card on 21st may and i got some calls for telephonic verification and i was told that sir u will be receiving card within 1 week but its been more than a month so today i called one of your RBL guy and he said your application decline because of verification i dont understand how can u guys decline my application without verification, i m using postpaid number since 8 years and i have proof that no one called me for any kind of verification so without doing anything how can u guys take decision n no one came to my home address as well, i m staying there since 3 years and everytime some one is there at my home, I asked everyone they said no one visited my home till now, I think your bank is fraud bank and without doing anything just reject the application as its been more than a month, give me solid reason or i will file a complaint against you guys.this is really frustrating that after one month of process u guys just decline application without doing anything this is not acceptable atleast do your job then if anything found then u guys have right to decline my application look in to this or i will file a complaint against RBL
