I am saunesh jain my Card No. [protected] is this. My friend use this card and some misshaping in his home so he does paid this payment .
.I need time i am doing job and got 25000/- rs and i have responsible for 3 person now i m not able to pay

He using abusing language i am say the guy i talk with bank and pay to bank direct than he pressurize me for and torcher me for payment direct.
when i am say no to this guy or or collection agency he call me my all relatives my old father and my office and using abusing language and torcher my relative and threat my sisters also.
He using abusing language my sister and threat for misbehave in market.

I ask you when i ready to pay why you doing this type of activity if you think you got payment this type of activity i am going to suicide you come and collect payment my body.

If you think its not to correct way please call me this number-[protected] and urgently close calling and one more request to Nodel officer please arrange call by bank or your side directly for pls talk to me and make some easy way i m ready to pay full amount but create some installment.

Request to you please solve my issue because i am tring 4-5 times to RBL for connecting me directly and give me proper solution but he is not contact me.
He heir some Gunda Type people and he using abuse language with my family and me he tourcher me and do mentally harassment .

Request to you pls help.

    mujhe RBL bank ki taraf se pareshaan kiya ja raha hai, mere brother ne bank se loan liya tha, jiska bank ki tarraf se settlement ki baat chal rahi hai, but is case ko recovery agent ko de diya gaya hai, mai apne bhai ke sath nai rahti hu, mai apne husband ke sath alag rahti hu, mere brother ke loan ke liye recovery agent mujhe call kar kar pareshan kar rahe hai aur mujhe suicide karne par majboor kar rahe hai, wo mere husband ke sabhi jaane walo ko call karke ulti sidhi baat kar rahe hai aur mujhe dhamki de rahe hai ki agar aapke bhai ne loan nai diya ham aapke husband ke ofic jakar unki bejjati karenge aur unhe marenge, mere ko kha rahe hai aap apne baap ki aulad nai hai agar hoti to paise de deti, agar bank is tarha se recovery karta hai to mai bhut jaldi sucide kar lungi, kyonki batmizi ab mai nai jhel pa rahi, agar maine sucide kar liya to iski puri zimedari RBL bank ko hogi, mai wo contect details share kar rahi hu jinse mujhe calls aa rahi hai, - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], meri jald se jald help ki jaye,

      I had paid already my advance till june 2019 payment of my credit card bill and still all the people of customer care are misbehaving with me, all day and night continuously calling me by different numbers, rudely talking to me specially when i had got a call on 9th july 2019 by some lady in afternoon time around 13:45 to 14:00 hrs and it's getting repeating again and again and lastly i will not tolerate it.. And if it happens again and again seriously i will not pay a single penny to them. It's final.

        I am vikram c jagad

        This is to inform you that on 31-05-19 i call rbl bank cc regarding my credit cards dues, and executive guide me to pay rs.13372/- before 4-6-19 (Actual amt.[protected] revesal of annual fees i got from bank). I paid rs.13400/- on 31-05-19 after made coversation with cc executive. But they charged me late payment fees for that n told me reason that i have not paid full amount of dues.
        From 4-6-19 i continuesly calling on cc regarding this but they puss me on date to date and not guide me properly. I done all as they told me to do call, email and wait till today but still they levid me late payment charges and harrasing me money twice or thrise in a day from calling from various numbers.

        Please help me out for this..

            I was a victim of online fraud. By saying lending loan, i have filed a complaint in 2018 jan. After solving my complaint i got an order from court. That the amount should refund. My loss was 82930.in which 72930 have received from rbl bank. But 10000 have not received from federal bank.

                    This refers to a fraudulent transaction done on my credit card.

                    The details are as follows :

                    The payment was done online for an amount on 3rd july 2019. (Dispute form attached below)

                    I was informed via the card statement last week.

                    I have been, since then writing to rbl card dept and their vigilance dept and the nodal officer cards for the area.

                    They kept asking for details and i gave all the details. The dispute form is attached below which gives the details of the fraudulent transaction.

                    I wish to submit that the payment may pl be reversed as its not done by me. The fact that the one time password which the bank sends thru sms and e mail also was not sent by the bank for this transaction.

                    The bank also sends a confirmatory email after the transaction is done to reconfirm the same. This email also was not sent by the bank for this transaction.

                    I need your help to sort this issue at earliest.

                      There was 4 nos of fraud transaction on my credit card issued by rbl bank, i reported this to rbl bnk on the 25.04.2019, on the 11.06.2019 i received a letter from rbl bnk stating that this was otp generated transactions so i am liable to pay for the 2 fraud transactions and wiped their hand out, based on the information given to me by rbl bank, i checked with the merchant clear trip, it was informed the following;

                      Passenger names : travelled from mumbai to delhi
                      1. Ms. Saima k airline pnr d3jgqv
                      2. Mr. Aslam za airline pnr d3jgqv
                      The tickets have been booked using following mobile number [protected] land line number [protected].
                      The total amount is rs. 37, 560/-
                      2. Payu biz trip id[protected] ticket booked on april 22.04.2019 at 01.02 am email id [protected]@gmail.com
                      Passenger names: travelled from mumbai to jaipur
                      1. Mr. Manoj k: airline pnr gbl1yy
                      The tickets have been booked using following mobile number [protected]
                      The total amount is rs. 15, 065/- please note as per clear trip this ticket payment has not been done it is stuck. Please hold this transaction
                      Also the rbl bank has given an overdraft on my card transactions

                          I am preeti sharma writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 112000

                          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 12 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                          I can able to give 40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 40% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                          I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                            Hi i am sriharsha one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.

                              With out my information the insurance got renewed but i want to cancel the insurance. Ragarding this i registered a complaint in your customer service. Complaint no. Is 07766294. I have registered the complaint from april 22, 2019. But your executive send the mail from april till now regarding this. I am very disappointed with your behavior and services.

                              I requested you to that please close the insurance and refund the amount which i have paid from april.

                                Hi team, I have repaid the credit card bill of Rs23006.07 through upi payments on July 1st which is not being reflected. I have a screen shot of the payment made and the same information has been given to customer care. They said it may take 07days to reflect why is that so?? My money has been struck and why the hell should I wait for 7days? [protected] is my card number and I want you guys to clear whatever the issue is ASAP.

                                  I swiped RBL debit card for Hotel bill and money deducted from my account and not credited to the Hotels account so I have to do another payment to pay Bills.
                                  Now I raised complaint for the same I didn't got my complain ID to track and whenever I am asking for update their answer is as always your query will resolve in 47 days that is too much period. And whenever asking to transfer call to senior I am getting same answer.
                                  I think I lost money because of having account in RBL Bank.

                                    Hi i am rupesh one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.
                                    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear sir/madam please i requested my rbl credit card amount 15000 debited insurance plan i am not interested in insurance already my office insurance is their pleas cancel insurance plan and refund 15000rupees my credit card amount this is my strong request pleas sir /madam pleas solve my problem i am call customer care service pleas cancel insurance plan.

                                        I have raised a request to close my credit card account with rbl customer care. Am trying for more than 30days. Still i did not get result. Payment and emi everything is closed. Everytime i spoke with executive they said "request has been taken concern team ll call u for further process" still no one call regarding this issue. Worst customer service. Rbl collection team spoke with me about 2days late payment with local and harmful words thats the reason am closing rbl card.

                                        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        One world prime super card was sent by RBL. I never applied for this particular card. I refused the card even before its delivery. One R Shield insurance added by RBL for Rs.600. I returned the card without opening it. More than 5 mails sent to RBL for cancellation of the card. Nothing heard from RBL except the every increasing payment calls.
