I have activated dnd with my mobile service provider but still i get calls from rbl bank.
I have time and again mentioned to all callers from rbl bank that i am not interested in availing any of their services and also that i do not want to receive any calls.

Just last week they apologized and said they would add me to their dnd list and today i get a recorded call.

I keep blocking their numbers but they call from new numbers repeatedly.

This is plain harassment.

    Hi i m wrting here 2nd time i have applied for RBL credit card on 21st may and i got some calls for telephonic verification and i was told that sir u will be receiving card within 1 week but its been more than a month so today i called one of your RBL guy and he said your application decline because of verification i dont understand how can u guys decline my application without verification, i m using postpaid number since 8 years and i have proof that no one called me for any kind of verification so without doing anything how can u guys take decision n no one came to my home address as well, i m staying there since 3 years and everytime some one is there at my home, I asked everyone they said no one visited my home till now, I think your bank is fraud bank and without doing anything just reject the application as its been more than a month, give me solid reason or i will file a complaint against you guys.this is really frustrating that after one month of process u guys just decline application without doing anything this is not acceptable atleast do your job then if anything found then u guys have right to decline my application look in to this or i will file a complaint against RBL

      At the time of card purchased marketing person said there is no any joining fees or one year no any membership charges, but still at the time of my first payment which i had paid against my credit card rbl bank auto charges rs. 999/- as membership fee,

      Till date i cant complete one year after buying this rbl bank credit card
      Till date bank charged me more than rs. 5000/- as excess or higher charges as finance charges

        This complaint is regarding my rbl credit card. I clearly refused to take the card protection on credit card worth 1000/- but after a month rbl team activated card protection plan when i asked customer service team they said we can`t do anything. None of the supervisor answerable to me ended up with the call. After 2 days of this incident still i am receiving sms that card protection plan is activated on you card. Worst experience.

          I applied for 10000 instant cash from rbl but money not credited in my sbi account but deducted from rbl credit card same day. Calling to customer care but no one attend the call how i believe this so called bank who will pay the money. This is cheating rbl bank doing fraud please help me. Will tell everyone please don't buy rbl service third class services go for another banking option.

            Hi i have applied for RBL titanium delight credit card on 21st of may, its been more than a month but still i didknt get any update from rbl. I cant call to rbl customer care number and i have mail them 10times and evrytime they revert back that within 2-3 days they update but till now nothing and thwy only call for verification after every verification and all i dont understand why its takimg so much of time and when i visit ur bangalore branch they think (credit card department sales) they own the bank and never answer your calls so can u tell where should i go and talk. This is not my first credit card so its happening i m already using other major banks credit cards, they didnt take this time, so please do the needfull as i have given my all documents, do your work atslt for what bank is paying which bank takes more than a month for credit card

              I made a payment for my cc on 21/06/2019 of rs. 2200 thought bill desk netbsnking and it has been deducted from my bank account but is still not reflecting in my rbl cc account. I am also attaching the screenshot. Please do see into the matter. I also checked with the concerned bank, they asked to make a complain at your end. I would be highly obliged if the matter is looked into as soon as possible.

                I would like to cancel my card and close the services. I could not connect with the customer care. Please start the process.
                I am really annoyed by the false promises and follow ups from your team. I keep getting calls for new cards when i actually have one and my account shows two cards though i rejected one. Please cancel and close all cards and services of my rbl supercard.

                  I have been getting call from mobile no:[protected], the call is regarding recovery of loan amount which i have not take. My no was mentioned in the reference no of the borrower. I have not signed any document or have not given any confirmation at the time of giving loan.. but still the bank is calling me 100 times and mentally harassing and using abusive language.

                  Kindly look into the matter as iam not responsible or any such loans and nor im the witness. They are continuously calling up my family members.

                  Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis or else i will raise the same to RBI, as no recovery agent have authority to call in office premises of the referral or they do not have any authority to take any information regarding the same. The recover agent is also calling up all the random people from my friend list in inquiring about me.

                    I paid credit card loan emi on 6th June 6667, where the due date was 10th June through NEFT, but he payment was not updated, so I called customer care no they told It will be updated till one week. on 15th June money was
                    transferred from RBL bank. Same day I paid the amount again. Now they accepted the payment and charged the late fee 1000/-. When I checked with customer care they told I have to pay late fee charges. From 6th June I called customer care many times I asked them should I repay the amount as it is not reflecting. They told not required. If their information was wrong then why I need to pay late fee.

                      A executive name mamta phone number is [protected] and [protected] she called me with my pan card details and asked me for a credit card and says without verification i should get my card withh in 7 days and in third year my card got free anually i only get to paid 750 on second year. Now after 10 days i am calling her she is not picking call also the fake commitment shows the integrity of bank . They are making this bank worst.

                          I am getting harrasment calls from Rbl credit card collection agents since 10 days. They are asking about a person who is sharing my name and saying that he is my brother. They are not listening what am saying and using abusive words. The fellow who has not paid the bill is only sharing my sur name. RBL Credit card collection agents are worst fellows i think. They are not only making calls to me and also to my colleagues. Is this the way to collect defaulter money from the people. If this is the system the Rbl bank is using, it is really disgusting. Please anyone take it seriously and take action against that Rbl bank(worst bank)

                            Yesterday (18/06/2019) I have received a call from [protected]. Some lady told me that she is calling from RBL bank regarding new credit card which has a limit of Rs.80000, you have to done an e-verification only. She already have my PAN card details. I just want to know I have never share my PAN card details with RBL Bank then from where she can get my PAN details. When I refused that I do not want any credit card, she is forcing me and took my company details and salary structure. So, I request you kindly take this matter seriously, they are using my PAN card details illegally.

                              Harassment by credit card recovery agent. I have taken a loan but due to some financial difficulty i am not able to pay my EMI. The recovery agents are harassing me calling all the times from Phone No. [protected] / [protected]. They are harassing calling my brother who is been hospitalised in ICU. She told that she would call relatives and friends. The lady who is making the call is threatening that she would come to office/house and create scene. She told me that she would see that I am dismissed from my job.

                                    I used RBL credit card since 2017 but i lost my RBL card and i raised request to block my card and close my card permanently in quarter end of 2018 and my outstanding balance was zero at that time. I thought that my card is closed but RBL Bank charged me unauthorized yearly fee after blocking my card in February 2019, i called to customer card and ask about it and they said that your card is still active, i again raised request to close this card. I called to customer care may times to close this card, "06326028" this is one of the request number but i did not positive response and i did not pay yearly charges of the Credit card because i already raised multiple request to closed this card, Now RBL is increasing penalty every month and penalty is reached 2359.87 to 3169.16 rs. Bank started calls to me and threat me regarding my civil score. They started mentally harassment. I got call everyday from RBL bank and recovey man but i did not solution from RBL customer card. I am attaching some email which i send to RBL to take action but as usual, they said your request will be closed within 3 working days but i did not get solution. Please help me to get solution.

                                      I'm DEVARAM KARTHIK REDDY, i did a UPI transaction on July 15th and the status was showing that it's still pending an the amount was debited from my account i.e the transaction with reference no:[protected] with amount of 4000 is debited from my account and not credited to payee account. UPI transaction was still in progress. Please go-ahead with backend and complete the transaction as soon as possible.
