My self haseena. My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 1367. Am recently received a bill of amount rs. 20, 834.72. This is inform you that i cannot able to pay this amount as i have no job due to delivery of baby. I want to settle this in a fair and just manner so i can be relieved of burden of owing this debt. I can able to pay 20%of my debt (Above mentioned amount). If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing your dues with in next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in present situation. Am ready settle this as soon as i get confirmation from your side. Thank u

      An amount of 720 and 1000 is charged. I was informed about an emi of 65 as an insurance coverage... Then what is these amount... Without my permission who gave the right to charge these amounts... I want to know whether the amount of 720 is calculating on emi as 65/-
      But the amount 1000 is for what... What is the need of two r shield protection

        My name is praveen kumar, i was holding rbl platinum supercard credit card xxxxxx2984, rbl credit card collection team were called my 10-20 times in a day for payment where due dates is after 20-25 days but they repeatedly calling me, after this much of harassment i have received a call from mr. Manish who is collection field executive, i have spoken him and make him understand everything then he connect me with mr. Amit verma then again i make him understand and i told him that, tell me full and final payment settlement amount inorder to close this card, and he told me my outstanding amount is 36468 and he asked me to pay 28835/- final amount and share screenshot with him and he said between 4-5 working days the extra penalty amount will become zero and the card will close, i have made the payment and sent him screenshot on whatsapp and informed him that i made the payment then he said your card will close within 4-5 working days and you will also receive noc on email, but the card is still not blocked and they sent me another outstanding bill, and again their collection call centre calling me and saying you have to pay this amount otherwise your cibil score will effect and their call centre team always use abusing words, now mr. Amit verma's has blocked my contact. After when i made the payment, i spoke to mr. Praveen who is manager in collection team as well i informed him as well he said we will deactivate your credit card in 4-5 working days. Totally fraud bank.

        I have raised complaint against rbl platinum supercard credit, and now i'm getting calls from different numbers and they are saying my rbl credit card is not linked with registered contact and asking me to share last 6 digit of my hdfc saving account debit card no. and expiry date, i don't understand why would i share my saving account debit card detail to block my RBL credit card. they are just getting link my saving account with UPI, please find below the contact. [protected] - Rahul Sharma and [protected] - mukesh sharma, i dont undertsand onething how they can close my rbl credit card using my hdfc debit card detail.

My card was debited with the amount of rupees of 12000 with the name r sheild policy that i hve didnt given the acess for proceding the policy i hve sended the msg no7a to 5607033 so i want to register a complaint against the rbl supercard team for debiting unauthorized amount on my card thus i want your team should refund the same amount and cancel the policy and any of plans from your team on my card.

            Hi,
            Firstly I approved to activate the Rsheild in Rbl bajaj card but then after some days for confirmation I received a text meaasage that If i want to cancel the rsheild then I can reply on that text message, so I replied on that message because I don't wanted to activate it...

            But now I received message that rsheild is now actived in my card.

            I tried to contact to customer care but I there is no option to contact them.

                Hi my name is akhil joseph, my card number is and without informing me they have given r sheild policy and i called more than 15 time for cal center they didn’t respond properly. I sent a msg (No8f) to 5607033 ans received a reply that rbl received a request regarding that but a few days back receiving a reply we are unable to process request for r shield insurance from rbl.

                Finely i don’t want any insurance policy.. Plz plz cancel it i i need quick response

                  I am k. Madhankumar having rbl credit card and your persons are activated the rsheild insurance when ever our bank has issued the credit card. But i am not interested on r-sheild insurance and your persons are told to me the premium of rs.12000/- will be deduct in my credit card in 2working days. I am not interested in this policy and did not deducted in my credit card. If your persons are deducted that premium i will not be responsible for that. Please consider my request and cancel the insurance policy as early as possible and inform to me by way mobile or through my email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                    Today i have received a sms bajaj finserv rbl bank super card for activating the r shield incase you wish to opt out sms cppno to 5607033 within 24 hrs.

                    I wrongly understand this sms for cancellation of insurance and i forwarded the sms.

                    Now i received a sms card protection plan as a part of r shield insurance. We will process the same within next 3 working days.

                    Pls clear me wheather cppno is for cancellation insurance plan or for activate.
                    If is for activate pls cancel that plan, i don't need that r shield plan.

                    Pls do the needful.

I informed him to do not call on my mobile as this is my personal no and i have nothing to do this. He is continuously calling from nos [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]. He is saying we have given loan and he has given your no in the reference. Can you explain have i given any guarantee. He started abusing me on the phone.

                        With without getting the OTP they doing fraud transaction of bank we call to customers care but they not resposed and not conforming the fraud transaction amount will refund?.FIR also give to bank. They not responding. Don't take the crite card of this bank because they don't have protection of cards and bank accounts . security

                        My RBL account was hacked 7 months ago. For rs 13000. I have submitted all the required documents including police report and still no refund. I don't expect to ever see my money. Good luck.

                          No dues on my credit card attempted to cancel because not able to manage and not in use for me. Its now almost more than week three times different customer service member spoken to me then always telling you will get a call for credit card cancellation confirmation but everyday evening i received a message rbl team attempted to call you but you were not reachable. But the fact is i never received a call from them. I am getting many call from friends and colleagues. This clears that the rbl bank is a fraud. Not sure why they had been delaying if any charges levied on future i should not be held responsible the rbl bank staff should be held for the same who failed to cancel my card. Note my card is already blocked since 1 week.

                          Need my card to be closed soon. Also recommend other ppl never to buy rbl bank super credit card.

                            My query is without my intimation and acceptance how you guys are enable the r shield insurance for myself, first you need to ask me whether i want to take this or not, if i am interested then only you need to subscribe this plan for myself.
                            & the option which is given for me to opt out that is also not working, i could not able to send message on "5607033" (Cppno)
                            This is completely ridiculous i am seriously disappoint with this kind of action taken, i don't want to deduct any money from my account if anything is deducted, please revert the money. I am opting out again. Give me the ways to opt out.

                            One more thing i need to add in my complaint after insurance plan subscribed, no body from "RBL bank" or "bajaj finsarve" is lifting the call, simply this guys are ignoring customer call and even not responding on messages,

                              I have several non acceptable issues regarding credit cards.
                              The credit card services provided by your bank are the worst, the respective executive of credit card of rbl bank provide one information that the card is life time free and then after allbthe approval asks to pay rs.2000 per year. After cancelling the credit card application by me, i am still getting the message of credit card delivered at wrong address for several times.
                              Please take note of it, as i don't want any misplace or misuse of it.

                                I have requested to delivery person to not delivery credit card few year and this year I got a call for renewal of card which I didn't used also requested over the phone to check the records of credit card. This month few days back I received email for bill due, I don't know what is wrong with RBL Bank u guys are spoiling my credit score. I always try to pay bill accordingly without delay. I am not using your service and you are asking to pay. If I would have received card or used it I would have paid happily but here situation is different, also I have emailed through Singh.[protected]@gmail.com however not received any response.

                                Note I am a Seaman and work on ship so major time my Indian no is not reachable.

                                  He using abusing language i am say the guy i talk with bank and pay to bank direct than he pressurize me for and torcher me for payment direct.
                                  when i am say no to this guy or or collection agency he call me my all relatives my old father and my office and using abusing language and torcher my relative and threat my sisters also.
                                  He using abusing language my sister and threat for misbehave in market.

                                  I ask you when i ready to pay why you doing this type of activity if you think you got payment this type of activity i am going to suicide you come and collect payment my body.

                                  If you think its not to correct way please call me this number-[protected] and urgently close calling and one more request to Nodel officer please arrange call by bank or your side directly for pls talk to me and make some easy way i m ready to pay full amount but create some installment.

                                  Request to you please solve my issue because i am tring 4-5 times to RBL for connecting me directly and give me proper solution but he is not contact me.
                                  He heir some Gunda Type people and he using abuse language with my family and me he tourcher me and do mentally harassment .

                                    mujhe RBL bank ki taraf se pareshaan kiya ja raha hai, mere brother ne bank se loan liya tha, jiska bank ki tarraf se settlement ki baat chal rahi hai, but is case ko recovery agent ko de diya gaya hai, mai apne bhai ke sath nai rahti hu, mai apne husband ke sath alag rahti hu, mere brother ke loan ke liye recovery agent mujhe call kar kar pareshan kar rahe hai aur mujhe suicide karne par majboor kar rahe hai, wo mere husband ke sabhi jaane walo ko call karke ulti sidhi baat kar rahe hai aur mujhe dhamki de rahe hai ki agar aapke bhai ne loan nai diya ham aapke husband ke ofic jakar unki bejjati karenge aur unhe marenge, mere ko kha rahe hai aap apne baap ki aulad nai hai agar hoti to paise de deti, agar bank is tarha se recovery karta hai to mai bhut jaldi sucide kar lungi, kyonki batmizi ab mai nai jhel pa rahi, agar maine sucide kar liya to iski puri zimedari RBL bank ko hogi, mai wo contect details share kar rahi hu jinse mujhe calls aa rahi hai, - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], meri jald se jald help ki jaye,

                                      I had paid already my advance till june 2019 payment of my credit card bill and still all the people of customer care are misbehaving with me, all day and night continuously calling me by different numbers, rudely talking to me specially when i had got a call on 9th july 2019 by some lady in afternoon time around 13:45 to 14:00 hrs and it's getting repeating again and again and lastly i will not tolerate it.. And if it happens again and again seriously i will not pay a single penny to them. It's final.

                                        This is to inform you that on 31-05-19 i call rbl bank cc regarding my credit cards dues, and executive guide me to pay rs.13372/- before 4-6-19 (Actual amt.[protected] revesal of annual fees i got from bank). I paid rs.13400/- on 31-05-19 after made coversation with cc executive. But they charged me late payment fees for that n told me reason that i have not paid full amount of dues.
                                        From 4-6-19 i continuesly calling on cc regarding this but they puss me on date to date and not guide me properly. I done all as they told me to do call, email and wait till today but still they levid me late payment charges and harrasing me money twice or thrise in a day from calling from various numbers.

                                        Please help me out for this..
