Hi,

I already informed your credit card recovery department my card was stolen by my business partner he cheat me .And my card limit was 42k but i have paid 40k apprx. payment as discussed with recovery department they done with me fake commitments now i am not in that condition to pay any single rupee of payment.But recovery department is torching me.
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

RBL BANK have put an insurance plan on my credit card without any my permission/ knowledge. And after paying the full payment by me, BANK have been billed by wearing late fees. This is not expected by the reputed bank.
Therefore, it is request to please shortout this issue.

At the time of issue of credit card assistant told me that he will charge rs500 per month for the policy. But he charge me full amount of rs 5900/- and he has given me accidental insurance on call he told me health insurance (mediclaim). Policy issue date is 24th may 2019. Kindly cancel my policy and refund back my money

    People from your call centre call us and they misbehave while talking even they do not consider that they are talking to a senior they do not have any customer relationship basic ethic use of foul languages it’s like a harassment from your side teach your staff the basic of ethical nature or ethic norms while talking to a customer all this is done by ur ladies staff .
    So some respect have some respect be humble while talking to a customer they will listen i[censored] will have this type of attitude of today’s customer I’m not sorry to say this but u will loose your reputation
    And make a centralised customer care as we get so many call from ur customer even after asking them not to call us as we know the due date and we will pay it off
    Stop harassing the customer .

      HELLO
      I was using Rbl Platinum Maxima card(****8617) and cash loan(****0449) and right now i am not able to make due payment as well as minimum payment. Because i don't have any job so i need sometimes around 2-3 month for make payment and today one clerk visit my home without any inform on call from laxmi nagar branch and he is name Ravindra-last 5 digit no.***17044 and i've already inform same thing . Please Take Care of it no one home visit without inform me on call.

        I used RBL credit card from 2018. In start executive told me just spent 30000 in a year then card will be life time free. I spent around 50000 with in 6 month. After that I blocked my card that time my outstanding balance is zero. Bank charged me unauthorized yearly fee after blocked. But didn't paid, then that amount increase per month with penalty. When it reached 870 to 2310rs, bank started calls to me and threat me regarding my civil score. They started mentally harassment. I got the call in April 2019, I changed my mind and ready to settlement after discuss with executive. Executive told me that after settlement you need to pay half payment of total pending amount and we will waiver pending amount from our side. She told me that after payment I will send to you NOC and Settlement Letter. I paid 1155rs and got mail for paid not for WAIVER or NOC or Settlement. Now they started again to call and harass to me. They told me that pay complete payment for NOC and for avoid impact on your civil score.They impact my civil score and call again to again.

        I complaint of this to customer care of RBL in may 2019. He takes my complaint and told me we will update you with in 2-3 working days on email. But till yet I didn't receive any response from their side.

        Kindly Help me for solving my this problem.

          Dear concern,

          i am getting consistent calls from [protected] one lady with name navya/sneha is calling me and she is claiming that she is calling from RBL bank and i have offer on credit card. I refused her many times to apply but again she did apply for my card with ref number #CCG2G220QH.

          when i tried calling at your customer care there is no proper channel to speak to your customer representative in credit card section i am tired calling.

          can you please help me and resolve this issue or can you guide me where to register complaint on this.

            Hello

            And i've received too many calls from branch and i've already inform on call same thing but some person talk very rudely on call and as well as they talk third party disclose.
            So please take care of it. Please do minimum calls and no home visit.

            I have not accepted the card issued to me and have informed same to customer care one year back but last week received message of being charged annual fees. Please look into the same on urgent basis and close the card and provide confirmation.

              Hi m pramod i received my bajaj rbl platinum card this month. I have never informed regarding r shield insurance premium. Bank directly deduct 600rs as a premium amount. This is a miss behave to me. I never want this type of insurance. My bajaj platinum card last 4 digit is 7111. Plz stop that primium. Primium amount shows deduct on 3/6/19 plz do needful

              I have done the payment of my emi of rs 14045.52 on 24th May through Razorpay link which was provided by rbl bank. It is showing payment done but everyday 10-15 person calling from RBL Bank to make the payment again.

              Hello,

              The RBL bank telecaller are harassing by calling more than 10 times for reminding of credit card bill payment. They are disturbing a lot for letting my works to be done. Kindly do the needful.
              The annual maintenance cost is high

                I kishan mali, who recently took rbl bank card which dey gave behalf f my bajaj finserv loan after complete, so now they debit on my credit card without intimate or without my concern so it was absolutely trying to fool people.
                I'm imposing charges on them law section 16 (2) dey undue influence me. I writing here because any f dem telecaller person not bother to helm n said wrong department u have called bt according to me dat 1 is correct.

                Hi, I want to open a saving account in RBL Bank I give filled form and a cheque of 20, 000/ rs on 22/05/2019 . Here deduct my amount on 27/0572019 from bank and still not opened account on this bank so kindly refund my amount in my bank my mobile number number is [protected] Noida
                Today i pay my monthly payment through rbl.app, amount debited in my savings account but not reflected in my rbl credit card account. still it shows due amount is pending

                        My interest amt is rs.5600/- pending to pay due date is 02/05/2019, due to shortage of funds i had paid amount on 7/5/19 in between your rbl bank credit card recovery team ms. Pallavi had harassment me with mentially and physically on phone. They had send the people in my office and shouted on my other office staff as reception girl as well as on me. On next day they had calling 100 to 125 calls about to talk director, hr head, team head of my company she wants to talk with all head of my company and calling on my personal number harassing me mentally torching me on phone.
                        After i had complaint against ms pallavi in police station so your rbl recovery person said do want ever you want to do police will not do anything on us. We will harass you like this way until you not clear interest payment.
                        After that i had call director of rbl bank mr vishawaveer ahuja. So director said this thing will not going to happen i will take action on it and told to sent all this details to ms mala madam what had happening between this 4 days so ms. Mala will take action on it
                        I have proof as video and audio, cc tv photage will going to send to you and sir if you will not take any action soon then i will go in consumer court also file petition asap.
                        And i want proof in legal that court have given you authority legally to sent person in office to recover fund and harasshment with mentially and physically with us.

                          Hello

                          I have trying to change my mailing address with rbl and they seems like they do not accept registered rent agreements, and i needed a chq book urgently to be delivered. The branch told me that they would get the chq book to the branch and this has been going on since over a week. These guys are just not bothered in regards to the urgency and as per rbi what i have read off a registered rent agreement can be accepted as a legal address proof.

                            I receive calls everyday regarding credit cards and i am not interested or have i ever applied for such services. Your advisors are claiming that if i do not submit my personal documents then a credit card will be processed under my name without any documents whatsoever. I consider this as identity theft.

                            My number is registered as a dnd number, yet i get calls from your bank from a different number all the time. Stop this harassment immediately. My number is [protected].

                                Hi i have been using my bajaj platinum super card for an year now. But, for the past few months i have been receiving hell lot of payment reminder calls from the customer service. That too i receive 5 - 6 calls same day eve after i tell the each rep to add my number in dnc. The worst part is i start to get the payment reminders from the mid of the month even if the account is in current status & the due date will in the 1st week of the coming month. This is going way out of hand nowadays. I don't even understand how the bank end department works? Are they not annotating the account of the customer after talking to them? Are you not do not have an option of dnc?

                                    Yesterday I received a message from RBL bank that there was a auto debit of Rs588/- from my RBL acct to "www.Airtel.in (pgsi)"; But I don't have any Airtel connection (dth/mobile/broadband).

                                    I couldn't understand how this payment has happen? I never instructed for any auto debit from RBL credit card.

                                    I don't know about this payment and don't want to pay this amt.

                                    Kindly suggest what to do and how to get the refund of this payment.

                                      When I went to RBL bank with the problem, they sent me bajaj finance office and when I went there one person saw my credit card statement and dialed number to some customer care through his mobile and asked me tell the problem. I said that person that I did not receive any credit card but still getting statements and threatening calls. He asked my details and said that since I do not used the card the card will be cancelled and I need not pay anything. I got a mail stating that my card is cancelled and account is closed permanently.. I was happy seeing the mail that my problem got solved. But unfortunately it is not.. I am getting due payment messages very often.. I do not even know it is bajaj finance or rbl. Messages are haunting me.. when will get rid of. Please help me.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Please see the issue:

                                        Saturday: 1. I received the calls from the Collection team on behalf of my brothers-in-law over the due issue. They are asking me the contact number. I said I will inform him to get in contact with you. I didn't reach my brother-in-law because is on an office trip and called my sister to inform him.

                                        Sunday: Received call again from +[protected], I said them wait until we meet and I will help them to solve the issue.

                                        Monday: received a call from the same number, asking me they didn't receive the call. I said them wait. Then they asked for my sister number. I said I can't share somebody information and requested for their identity or asked to come near my office.
                                        Then the person started scolding with saying brutal words. I called RBL CUSTOMER CARE and explained the issue. RBL support said, since you are not a Primary card holder, we request you to ignore the calls. I ignored them. Then they found our office number and started calling it. ( RBL service request number: 08624063. after complaint)

                                        Tuesday: I spoke with them due to the continuous call's. When I asked him to share the Identity, he said come to Delhi and it was printed on my ###. He was so brutal and torturing me with the continuous call's and he said, he will come and pick from my office.

                                        Wednesday: Today they called our company around 30 times since morning. I spoke to RBL support and they said they raised the complaint and it will take 3 working days. Here are my questions :

                                        1. Why your people are calling to me, even I am paying a regular dues/ payments?
                                        2. I went with the collection policy document and nothing is written to contact/torture to customer family. Then why you are calling me?
                                        3. How to stop continuous calls to my office?
                                        4. you are asked to attach the Photos, then what about the recordings, because people are calling through phones?

                                        Note: If the issue is with me, I can obey your calls and words. But this is not related to me. I didn't attach the recordings because your system is not supporting the format.
