I am chandra shekhar sharma. I got a courier of credit card from blue dart yesterday (30/05/19), which i opened in the evening in which only the paper, did not get the card.
I already registered complaint in rbl for permanent close of card. Closing no. Is 08683493
I request you to plz help me for this matter.

    Hi i have been using my bajaj platinum super card for an year now. But, for the past few months i have been receiving hell lot of payment reminder calls from the customer service. That too i receive 5 - 6 calls same day eve after i tell the each rep to add my number in dnc. The worst part is i start to get the payment reminders from the mid of the month even if the account is in current status & the due date will in the 1st week of the coming month. This is going way out of hand nowadays. I don't even understand how the bank end department works? Are they not annotating the account of the customer after talking to them? Are you not do not have an option of dnc?

        Yesterday I received a message from RBL bank that there was a auto debit of Rs588/- from my RBL acct to "www.Airtel.in (pgsi)"; But I don't have any Airtel connection (dth/mobile/broadband).

        I couldn't understand how this payment has happen? I never instructed for any auto debit from RBL credit card.

        I don't know about this payment and don't want to pay this amt.

        Kindly suggest what to do and how to get the refund of this payment.

          When I went to RBL bank with the problem, they sent me bajaj finance office and when I went there one person saw my credit card statement and dialed number to some customer care through his mobile and asked me tell the problem. I said that person that I did not receive any credit card but still getting statements and threatening calls. He asked my details and said that since I do not used the card the card will be cancelled and I need not pay anything. I got a mail stating that my card is cancelled and account is closed permanently.. I was happy seeing the mail that my problem got solved. But unfortunately it is not.. I am getting due payment messages very often.. I do not even know it is bajaj finance or rbl. Messages are haunting me.. when will get rid of. Please help me.

            Hi Team,

            Please see the issue:

            Saturday: 1. I received the calls from the Collection team on behalf of my brothers-in-law over the due issue. They are asking me the contact number. I said I will inform him to get in contact with you. I didn't reach my brother-in-law because is on an office trip and called my sister to inform him.

            Sunday: Received call again from +[protected], I said them wait until we meet and I will help them to solve the issue.

            Monday: received a call from the same number, asking me they didn't receive the call. I said them wait. Then they asked for my sister number. I said I can't share somebody information and requested for their identity or asked to come near my office.
            Then the person started scolding with saying brutal words. I called RBL CUSTOMER CARE and explained the issue. RBL support said, since you are not a Primary card holder, we request you to ignore the calls. I ignored them. Then they found our office number and started calling it. ( RBL service request number: 08624063. after complaint)

            Tuesday: I spoke with them due to the continuous call's. When I asked him to share the Identity, he said come to Delhi and it was printed on my ###. He was so brutal and torturing me with the continuous call's and he said, he will come and pick from my office.

            Wednesday: Today they called our company around 30 times since morning. I spoke to RBL support and they said they raised the complaint and it will take 3 working days. Here are my questions :

            1. Why your people are calling to me, even I am paying a regular dues/ payments?
            2. I went with the collection policy document and nothing is written to contact/torture to customer family. Then why you are calling me?
            3. How to stop continuous calls to my office?
            4. you are asked to attach the Photos, then what about the recordings, because people are calling through phones?

            Note: If the issue is with me, I can obey your calls and words. But this is not related to me. I didn't attach the recordings because your system is not supporting the format.

              I am receiving credit card bills from past 5 months. Now my due amount is above rupees 6000. Its is not even six minths since i had got a call to apply for it.. The problem is i have not received the card in hand nor pin is generated. I am so much depressed with the mail and messages of due bills that i feel like committing suicide. How can they issue card without enquiring whether i am working or not and how much i am earning. I am not finding solution for this issue. Please help

              The complaint is about bajaj finserv rbl bank super card.. I had been to the office last month, rbl bank sent me to bajaj finance office.. now I am confused is it bajaj finance or rbl bank... On what basis they are generating statements when the card is not activated even once and pin is not generated. I can only view digital card. What should be done with such problems. Please help. I do not have patience to see the false due bills anymore.

                Mutiple times self has reach out to rbl bank team for closing my credit card issued without seeking my permission and after which they inform me that you will be getting a call from our dedivsted team for confirmation. From the last 5 consecutive days they are droping me a massage stating that they were unable to reach out to me. I dropped an email and even try to contact them through phone but they are not helping me out and instaed of that they had applied some charges around to 1200 for issuing it as annual service charges.
                Please help me out in resolving it at the earliest as ms rozina nodal head office of rbl bank is even finding it difficult for getting it resolved.

                  I have requested to cancel my credit card on 23.05.2019 and my request quote number is 08527905. And i got a mail from ms. Deepika that my card will be cancelled with in 5 working days and noc will be sent soon after the cancellation. Today is 28.05.2019 and still not got any response. But on 24.05.2019 at 7.43pm got a text message that they were unable to reach my number and they will re-attempt the call again on 28.05.2019. Meanwhile i just had word with customercare executive and he said my request is cancelled due to the reason that they were unable to reach the customer.

                  Is this a specific reason to reject the process. As i have cleared all my dues and 100% eligible for the cancellation. Now as per their executive, he will make the request again and it will take 3 days again for the cancellation.

                  Don't know how they can deal in such a way if the customer is least interested to continue using the card. And i feel very pity myself for choosing their card.

                    Hi there, i am akshatha, i am using my rbl credit card from more than a year. My card no is [protected]. Actually i approached customer service over phone bcz there were finance charges on my account which is around 2300 rs. I requested for waiver bcz i made the full payment within the grace period, i was hospitalized from past 2 months that was the reason i failed to made the payment on march statement, mistake was from my end so i didn't ask any reversal for that, but for april statement the total due was like 69000 n payment due date was 3rd may and i did multiple payments from 3rd to 6th may. The supervisor informed me that they received payments by the grace period but i paid 480 rs less than my payment due, which means i nearly paid 99.9 percent due. May be bcz of multiple payments i confused n paid 500 rs less... I requested for waiver bcz 2300 rs charged for 500 rs lesser payment which is too high for me, but rudely they said it is not possible bcz in last year i got waiver of over limit fee. I really disappointed with their behavior, if i don't make the payment also i will charge with 2500 rs only but here i tried my level best to clear my total dues but bcz of 500 rs less payment i was charged with 2300 rs.. I am requesting bank people pls help me with the reversal. I failed to made that 500 rs payment not intentionally, it was bcz of some confusion. Hope i will get reply from your end. Hopefully i will get some positive support from bank end. Thank you..

                      We have repeated to informed to customer care i am not using your card please close my card and do not charge annual charges. But again they have charges member ship fees. Rs. 2, 999+gst rs. 539.82 on current may-19 bill card ending no. 5827. Whenever i call to customer care only computer selected option there and there are no customer care option there, then i have written a mail to supercardservice

                      Please find attached bill statement.

                      This is totally cheating by rbl bank. Earlier i have paid same amount agn member ship fees so kindly arrange to refund my hard money for rs. 3539+ harassment

                      Please help me to take necessary action agn rbl bank.

                        This is in regards reference no. 08315203 in which i request to close my card asap because there was dispute going on from your side from november 2018 and regarding that matter i have already mailed even had words with you hundred times but got zero response from ur side and this time in the month of may i got a very harsh n rude call from so called lady from rbl for the payment so i had word with your customer care and i told him about my disputes and request him to close my card and i agree to pay my genuine amount only so first i paid rs. 535 on 8th may & rs. 1321 on 20th may and that guy told me that we will deduct your genuine amount only and will reverse you the remaining amount but to my shock i receive another mail of rs 805 from your side so can you pls check my statement and tell me what type of charges are these now? And again i just had words with ur customers care and he simply says that we have to pay nothing now so it’s my humble request you to pls look into this matter and close my card immediately else i only have option to go consumer court because i have all proofs ie e-mails, voice records, reference no. Etc

                          On 4th of may 2019 i have requested rbl bank to discontinue with my card ending 5278 today is almost 20 plus days

                          Right now i am out of country & will not return home for next 6 years as per my new job agreement

                          Hence requesting you to please deactivate the same on immediate basis & confirm...

                          Please note rbl bank will be entirely responsible for misuse of the card if any, also i will not pay any anual fees henceforth if rbl bank is denying my request for discontinuing my card...

                          Also note i have filed a complaint in consumer court & soon you will get a notice from my lawyer regarding compensation of 50 lacs from rbl bank against mental harassment as i have provided all call recordings; mails & message snap shots of interaction between rbl bank & me.

                          To avoid the same hence marking the mails to head card service rbl bank & principal nodal officer

                          Its very much surprising that a head card service & nodal officer is incapable of closing my card ending 5278 even though there is no any due from my side...

                          Kindly request you again & again & again to please discontinue my credit card ending 5278

                              They have hidden charges which you will never be informed or talked about. They suck at customer service. They would never waive or be legit about there tnc. 1 on 10 for this bamks cc. Scamsters.

                              I have tried calling and sorting this. This charge was never told to me. The bill i received in my email was 7000 but then i receive a new email which has an addon charges on 499 for limit fees.

                                This is suraj and today I got a massage for card protection insurance and in this massage they mentioned that after my first transaction Rs.600 will debited as insurance charge but I did not taken any such plan .
                                So please look into this and revert.

                                  I have applied for bajaj finserv rbl platinium card but during verification call they decided world card which is not suitable for me. They are processing differnt credit card like world prime card while i have applied for platinum card.
                                  My credit card application no is-bflc[protected] & there is mentioned card type is platinum choice then why it is issued world prime card.

                                  I have received credit card without pin vide no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx5590 but if the card is chargeable i dont need it. Kindly confirm if its free else block and confirm so that the card can be destroyed.

                                    And now i have fund problem i am not able to full and as well as minimum amount of both account. I've got a 25 call continuously call in 1 month from your recovery branch and different person. Every person talk with very rudely and pressurizer me to make payment ans also send whats app message personally to make payment.

                                      Rbl has provided me a credit card i have demanded for platinum card but they given me blouckbuster card and i am unable to pay such annual charges, so i have raised concern though email and trying to connect them for cancelllation. No one is taking care of it. Evej customer call services are not unable to respond me. It happen multiple time. Right now i want to take strict action if any legal notice will come regarding payment i will never be responsible for that.

                                        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as i have my family & has fallen under hard time in recent months& currently also i m going thru the same & so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                        I can able to give 25% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
