This is rohan vijay naik currently i am having personal from rbl bank with zero lock in period.
My loan account number. [protected]
Now i want to foreclosures the loan and and they are now allowing me to close the said loan as they everytime they are saying to pay me some amounts everytime i had paid it but now feedup of your lethargic and irresponsible behaviour towards customer also i have paid 5 emis till now.
Also note i had paid 186000 other than that 5 emi of 7800 also on monthly basis i had paid. 20000 to your bank for foreclosures but everytime you people are fooling stating that some more amount to pay for foreclosures of loan account it is happening from last four months.
Now i m having all recoding of your helpline people, i will make sure you be fine in consumer court.
You are the worst bank i have came to.
Now i am not going to pay any amount for this loan and i dnt have any problems with my cibil score if it affects.

    Hello team

    I hold and rbl credit card ending in 5924... I called up the customer care and informed that i wish to close my card for which i was asked to make the pymnt in full and the full amount is £34945 which i have cleared on 16/04/2019 and i called the customer card on 17/04/2019 requesting them to close my credit card.. They mentioned they have taken the closure request, temp block has been placed and the card will be closed.. I clearly mentioned that before the next billing date my card has to be closed.. And it was on 22/04/2019 i receive a message stating that the back end team tried to contact.. If they werent able to reach me thats not my fault. There is no need of reconfirming why i want to close my card. Though its a part of their procedure when the primary card holder has given the permission to close the card it has to be actioned.. And today (I. E) on 24/04/2019 i again receive message stating 795.45 is due.. Iam not going to make single paisa payment.. Such a worst service worst products.. I couldn redeem a single point out of the total 4000 points i had and it just got wasted.. I couldnt give the complete card number as i have disposed the card on the very same day.. But my registered mobile number is [protected] and the name on the card is j kezia kankipati
    I dont want any single message from rbl anymore and i want this to be closed with immediate effect..

      I applied for rbl bank xpress cash program a week ago. Rs80000. The money got deducted same day from my credit card but yet not credited to my hdfc bank account. Even though i emailed them like 4-5 times but i got only reply that please wait while we process your request. However i received a sms from rbl 3 days ago that money will be credited to your hdfc via neft in 24 hours, that is why i am concerned. I tried to contact them over phone...

      My name is mohd mohtashim and i am the victim of rbl settlement fraud. I had 1 lakh rupees credited from rbl and i was unable to pay that amount so last year in october one of the rbl third partt agent called me and tild me that he will settle my anount in 75000 and i was agree with that and paid 75000 via portal to rbl bank but they never sent me any comfirmation e-mail and just after 2 month they again started to ask money...

      Myself narender sharma using rbl credit card [protected]. I am facing excess charges from last two months.
      I am complaining about the bill generated having the amount which was added since feb'19 against purchase of mobile from flipcart and i cancelled it on the same day. But bank didn't adjust it and remain billing me with emi in march'19.
      My complain registered and they give me a number 07179285.
      Again in april billing, the same is added in bill without emi (Total amount 8500). I again complain about it and again they (Mr ganesh from rbl) give me complain number 07722353. And assure that it will resolve in 4 working days.
      Kindly recheck and adjust my all credits which i have already paid and resend me correct bill before amount due date 07.05.19.

        Hello
        When i applied for the rbl bank card, i was told that the card is life time free. When i got a confirmation call about the card, i was suggested a different card variant, which was chargeable. I declined that variant and asked for my current variant (Titanium delight). I also confirmed that it is life time free, meaning even if i don't spend single rupee on the card, i would not be charged any annual fee.
        Now when i called customer care they told that it is free for first year and second year onward it chargeable. Fee would be waived if i spend a certain amount on the card.
        Please refrain from such mis - selling and fraud.

        This isn’t fraud. This is common business. Did you clarify what were the terms of the lifetime free card earlier?
        Third party and rbl Executives are shouting on calls and come home misbehave with me .he is also putting mentally preasure and it can lead to depression . So kindly help me

          Back in 2017 due to father's hospitalization went in to huge pile of debts as he had a major brain issues. He was discharged with being half paralyzed and then the same day my daughter was admitted due to typhoid. I had to exhaust my entire savings. Since then have defaulted on all my cards and never been able to pay anyone. Became the sole responsible person to my family as my father cant work. Prior to that had cibil score of over 800. None of the other bank agents have threatened me. But this rbl agent has been a real. Menta stress to me. He calls me about 100 times a day at time 19 to 20 continuous calls. Explained him to help me. He becomes rude and demands payment right away. Threatens to call friends and family members. Once on the phone he and his friend i could hear in the background tells him to call my brother 100 times if i dont pay. He does not want to listen what i had to say. It didn't even matter to him that i may lose my house. Because i have defaulted on my mortgage. He called people in my office and tells them how he plans to ill treat me. What he will do and shares my information with them. I am seriously very depressed by this. It's gone beyond my frustration level now. Yesterday he has called me 116 times from the numbers i know. Not sure if need to add up more ot it. I am not sure what should i do about him. He wasn't pleasant at all. Just kept on saying pay him now. Borrow now. Wants something now. I told him had about 1340 in my bank account he wanted that will give it him. He was full off insults. I know defaulting on my cards wasn't the right thing and i dont support it. But my father's and daughters health were more important at the time then paying my dues.

            Rbl is purposely trying to harass me since i have raised credit card cancellation request. I have already paid all the dues and submitted credit card cancellation request. Every time they close the request saying they could not contact me but that is wrong. Even i changed my registered mobile number when they said so still they close the same mentioning same reason. After 14-15 days of continuous chase, rbl executive from retention department called me back and i clearly asked her to cancel my card and she later accepted the request and said i will get confirmation mail within 3 working days. Now after 3 working days, they again sent me a message on my registered mobile number saying they could not contact me. This is a clear harassment. Though i have all the evidences of requests, dues, call recordings etc. I can provide if needed. Thanks.

              Hi,
              I bought rbl credit card (Last 4 digit 1158) last year. At that time i got a call from r shield and i activated r shield plan on my card. But now i dont wanna renew it again. I got a message of auto renewal but i dont wanna do any renewal. I tried to call customer care regarding this and they said that let it be renewed again thn we ll cancel it. But how could i trust on such verbal talk. I dont want to renew this r shield again. Please do the needful.

                          They cancelled it without my permisson or without even calling me ( some unknown reason was put for cancellation)

                          I was informed will get a call again in 3 days which i never recieved so kept calling them.
                          I spoke to the retantion 2 times on the same the last time i spoke to retention He told me that it will be cancelled in 3 days as he already send an email to the back end and i wont receive any calls or anything

                            I applied for rbl credit card, documents was collected from me and phone verification was also done. Got a email request seeking clarification on certain points (Application no:[protected]), registered mobile number was [protected]. Now got a message from bank employees that card is rejected due to duplicate pan card, which i don’t have. It is totally false reason for rejection, if i have duplicate pan then how come other banks have issued credit card to me. No response from rbl bank for my mail.

                              Request of closing the credit card was already placed on 4th of april 2019, but till date there is no proper response. I keep on calling and informing the same for the closure, but no proper response. 1st reference # 07377612 was closed without informing, 2nd is still under review ref # 07509250. But i haven't got any single call from them for the closure of the credit card. By now i have made 10 calls for the closure of the card, but every-time i have got the fake assurance
                              I am fed up of calling and informing the same thing to the different caller. They keep on promising me it will be closed, but till date it has not happened yet.
                              I wonder they are simply buying the time and waiting for the next statement to be generated, so that i will be charged for the annual fee.
                              I would request someone to take some action against rbl credit card department who is unnecessary harassing the customer.

                                I missed my due date this time to pay my due on time. I clearly communicated with the RBL team that its delayed and i will share details soon. History, I have always paid my dues without fail.

                                Today V. Subramanya(+91 [protected]) from Chennai office called me and messaged me on whats app. I communicated i will share the transaction soon. I gave him enough communication but he did stop taunting me with his messages. He was really rude and harassed me.

                                He continuously called me even after communication. He later called my wife and started harrassing saying 'you should pay, he is your husband and so on'. My wife was polite and answered she will check and let him know but he did not stop harassing. She was not the primary customer but she had to go through the trauma. Women harassment not acceptable.

                                I later paid the minimum and sent him the details of my transaction as agreed.

                                  I hold a Small Business loan (No : SLMUM[protected]by the name of I .S Protection force with you which was taken in December 2017 and wanted to change my
                                  link Bank Account for EMI debit from SBI Account No [protected] to Indian Bank Ac no. [protected] as SBI account is closed due to some personal reason.
                                  For the same have called customer care on 10th March and as per customer care I have visited Borivali Branch where Miss Tanvi
                                  directed me to Dombivali Branch with list of documents.
                                  So again I have visited Dombivali Branch on 27th March and provided the application for change in Bank details with six Indian bank cheque
                                  1. Cheque not exceeding the 7, 50, 000/-
                                  2. Three EMI amount cheque Rs - 28275 each
                                  3. Processing amount cheque of RS 295 approx
                                  to Mr. Avdoot and Miss Archana Pharale.
                                  As per confirmation of Mr Avdoot since process will take 15 working days so upcoming EMI amounting cheque of Rs 28257/- dated 5th April 2019 has been given to dombivali
                                  Branch.Also Mr. Avdoot informed us that since your previous bank account is closed EMI will bounce and will take the amount from New bank cheque.

                                  However the cheque is still not debited from our new Bank account ( Indian Bank A/c No [protected] ) and when we called Mr. Avdoot for same on 11th April 2019 he informed that
                                  we have already forwarded your request to Backend team and it may take more time to debit the EMI amount.

                                  From last week we are getting call from RBL bank Executive from[protected] where executive was asking us about the EMI funding
                                  so we informed them the application given to Dombivali Branch and also we provided him the Branch No [protected], but person was saying the given no is not connecting and
                                  ask us to visit the branch where the application provided.
                                  However when we are calling on same number its connecting and Mr. Avdoot told us to ask bank executive to call him.
                                  But your executive is not ready to call, spoken us roughtly and threaten us that he will put negative remark in CIBIL against us.

                                  Hence we request Bank to investigate the matter and action against the Bank executive who was called and threaten us.
                                  Looking for the rapid action on it.

                                    I am kazi from bangalore, i received mail from rbl razorpay.
                                    I have done the full amount payment on 12th april from the mail i received from rbl.
                                    The mail opened razorpay and i have made the payment.
                                    Its been more than a day but i have not received any confirmation and also i keep getting the same mail and message to make payment again.

                                    The amout is app is also not updated!
                                    Is this a fraud?
                                    Please contact me. I have sent a mail as well
                                    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
