I have been requesting for my credit card cancellation request on wednesday 10/04/2019 but they are not cancelled that. Bbut no any call comes on my registered mobile no, rbl msg comes on my mobile we unable to contact you. But my o is working other calls are coming, team is abusing the customers.

I raised a request for my RBL supercard cancellation more then 15 -20 days go but they are not doing it..I get a msg that we were not able to reach you and they cancel my request..

I have raised more then 4-5 request now ...but they dont care about it.

I applied for rbl credit card, documents was collected from me and phone verification was also done. Got a email request seeking clarification on certain points (Application no:[protected]), registered mobile number was [protected]. Now got a message from bank employees that card is rejected due to duplicate pan card, which i don’t have. It is totally false reason for rejection, if i have duplicate pan then how come other banks have issued...

Request of closing the credit card was already placed on 4th of april 2019, but till date there is no proper response. Today, recovery agent of rbl, krishna singh misbehaved by calling our neighbours and shouting in our apartment. We just asked for 2 days after which we were going to pay him the due. But he was not listening and so we went to police station to complaint but he was not coming to police station even when the officer spoke to him, and is now continuously calling and harassing my mom and dad. We have recorded video of him shouting at our door....

Without my information how can you start r shield insurance.? I want to cancel it on urgent bases please refund my all amount..

Never buy rbl credit card.. These peoples irrate you a lot.. I failed to pay the bill on the due date... And i said them that i will arrange and will pay in 1 week... Hi my name is muthulakshmi, my card number is and without informing me they have given r sheild policy and i called more than 15 time for cal center they didn't respond properly. I sent a msg (No5b) to 560711 ans received a reply that rbl received a request regarding that but a few days back receiving a reply we are unable to process request for r shield insurance from rbl.

Finely i don't want any insurance policy.. Plz plz...

Hello Team,

Initially when RBL bank executive from Credit Card Department called me first time, offered me Free Platinum Credit Card but when my bill came they charged 999+18% GST as Membership Fee.

I sent query email on 5th March for this charges and they responded on 7th March that this card is not free and you have to pay it and gave information which was of no use like benefits, rewards, etc.

Rbl staff is contacting me regarding a repayment of credit card bill by a defaulter. I have no reference to the defaulter. The first time i got to know about this defaulter is from rbl. My question to rbl staff was that how did they issue card to somebody without verification. These days aadhar is mandatory for even a phone connection. Somebody misused my document and without my consent, without any verification, they issued credit card....

Hi i am sanju yadav, last month i bought rbl credit card after one month i have received call from the bank regarding r shield insurance and i said ok to start my insurance. After knowing the terms and conditions i realise that its not useful to me. Now i want to cancel insurance om my rbl card. Kindly reverse my amout 12000 rs to my rbl account.
