This is to inform this is first and worst experience ever with the rbl bank, the bank gives card on checking the customer reputation or cibil score or credibility i dont think so...
Where as you treat the customer as # and your collection harass them to feel that they are have nothing of there own.

This is regard to my card with you guys which was issues in the month of jan 2019 after almost 4-5 attempts to your calls and visit i finally took the card they called up and forced me to transact worth 30000 on the card which i did - i have made the first transactions do informed that i will not be able to do the payment a i am not available in city and the person said fine mam, secondly well informed to customer support — i have made the payment to the bank minimum due after two months and again i was travelling so i was not able to make the payment - am not denying any transaction on the card and in well position to make the payment but as am not available in the city and will not be able to make this payment of minimum due till 15th of may 2019

Today some one walked in to my registered address name stating sikander number - [protected] / [protected] stating that he is from pritampura collection department and he will not leave the premises without taking the payment from the premises even if am not available.
I have been picking all his calls and replying to all his messages but he is not ready to listen. I am getting calls from 7-8 different collection department for the same every day and i have been responding so far to all of them - no one can say that i have not.

He is standing outside my premises and shouting saying that he will not leave till the time he gets the payment in his hand right away

I have called up your customer support and none of them is supportive so far on this i have been on call for more than 60 mins to speak to a customer support guy or a superior to speak to him where i was not able to get connected.

I will pass the spread for sure not to let any one take rbl credit card specially with such conditions. The heights of harassment is the way he talks and speak to a women stating to not make him fool and make the payment if we have the funds.

If in case the bank doesn't take an immediate action against the same i will be filing a complaint and sending a legal notice of harassment to the bank.

Excepting a early revert. Asap

    I have been trying to get my credit card closed from RBL for quite some time, but the bank just seem have made up its mind not to close the card. I have sent several e mails. Everytime I get a response that someone will get in touch (which means till the time someone talks to me they will not close the card). Then i do get calls, I keep saying "Hello, hello... ", no one speaks from the other end and then after a few seconds the call is disconnected. At the end of the day their side of the story is, their representative did try to call me, but i was not available. This is happened on more then one occasion.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I received a RBL Credit card which is having tie up wid Bajaj Finserv. I didnt applied for that. I need to surrender that. But no customer care is responding. Neither got any feedback from my mail.

      As per discyssion with our customer care executive. He told me about r - shield insurance about i am agry to take plan but due to some personal reasons i dont want this policy. I have call a customer care to cancel this policy. Our executive tell me there is about policy in system. Policy updated in 7 days please call us after 7 working days. I am alwary dop the msg on same day to these no.5607033. Sokindly i am you to canceld these policy as soon as possible

        Hi,

        Kindly do not share your Credit card nos and OTP, if any of the customer care officials asks for it, you will be get lost all of your money. They will say that it is just for verification procedure and they will withdraw the money from our account.

        There is a fraud things going on in the name of customer care executive, so please donot share any account related information to any one.

        I don't want any insuarance who applied for the insurance and they had withdrawl the money from my rbl super credit card without my knowledge so I want a clearance

          Regarding rbl bank credit card payment which is due from last two month; recovery agent using bad language during talk with me from [protected] no of due is bank recovery agent and bank are ignoring convert tod under emi section or settle the amount which i can pay installment. Now i am not able to pay total amount in single installment so lot of time have requested to bank via mail from last four months but bank is using agent whom harassing me and my family

            Hi

            I am not rbl credit card customer however i have been receiving calls on my mobile from the collection team regarding a pending credit card payment. They ask for some other person named "eknath" it seems one of their customer has updated incorrect (My) mobile number in profile.

            I have tried explaining that to the callers but the calls keep on coming. I do not have information on the card number as it does not belong to me. I have only my mobile number [protected].

            Please assist and correct the contact details.

            I have applied for RBL Bank credit on March and our executives verified home and office and moved to televerification and finally everything completed but till now my am not getting my credit card and I don’t know when I will get my card please help me

              I have rejected rbl bank offer. Caller asked that they have my home address and they will come to home. Will call and message. Harassment and forcing for card. Never want to make any relation with this bank.

              [protected], this is the number from where i got call. They are speaking like why you are rejecting and this is not "sabki mandi". She asked me for other offers as well. I am expecting strict action on this.

                Hi I hold rbl bank credit card, I have been charged unnecessary charges when i validate my statement all the false charges where applicable inspite of several complain no one bother to get in touch with me, Then i taught to cancel the my credit and paid the amount in one single shot 48100 and extra amount, inspite of this and sending email calls to customer care my card is not been canceled i paid the amount on 6th april 2019 and i got charges of membersip fess of 3400 again and getting collection calls. Not sure where can i post write request to cancel this card, I DON WANT THIS CARD ANYMORE KINDLY CANCEL THIS, I have writeen to grievence team nodal team, posted to every department there customer service is not worthy, this is one of the fraud bank which loot the money and inspite of so much complain regarding there work ethics, RBL bank does not follow any rules and regulation

                  Rbl bank offered me a credit card ending number 0955. While offiering me card rbl executive told is absolutely free but just after a month they raised a bill of 1178 inr. Which i have already paid. Now again they have issued a 1000 inr bill to me for cpp which i was continuously denying for that i didnt even ask for cpp. So kindly help me. I want my money back. Bahut hi madarchod company hai rbl

                    I am trying to close my rbl credit card from past 2 months. Everytime they will say you will receive a call from our side in 2 days. But till now i didn't received any. They are just harrassing customer by not closing. Everytime i call, they say you will receive call in 3 days but later they will some technical issue. Is it how you care customer.

                    Worst bank. Please don't buy any service from rbl bank.

                      I was defaulter of rbl card and paid parlty payment after that that guys making call to my relatives and mis guide them againts me i wanna take legal action now if rbl not taking any action againts that person which they said there name NANK ARORA DEEPAK SHARMA AND RAJIV. I ask them about their employee ID they dont provide me their any id thanks

                            My name is manish kumar mani, my mobile no is [protected], i have used rbl credit card, previous year approx 1.10lac, and which out standing amount
                            Is 1.91 lac, was paying all minimum due on time, suddenly in month of jan 2018 my father expired and my financial and family condition gone worst, i was unable to pay bill for same card and same has been informed to rbl by mail, men while rbl recovery guys tourchring me on phone call and also using abusive language to me they made my life like hell, i am not in good financial condition to pay this bill right now need some more time, they are calling me and asking for statement but not giving emi option to pay and neither giving latter of statement. They visiting my office place and tharteen me to pay this amount i am really in mental pressure, and also have fair to lose my job, they are frequently visiting my work place and harassing me kindly help me.

                              This is to highlight the rude and abusing behavior of your collection executive that i am facing.

                              I have used credit card no is [protected] under name of sachin kumar and due to some financial situation i wasn’t able to pay the same back on time. My intention was to get the paid of and have confirmed the same with your executive team but needed time of 10 to 12 days for make payment.

                              From last 4-5 days i received a call from rbl bank executives (Meenakshi tomar) from phone [protected]/[protected] who started abusing (Attached call recording for your reference) me. She was way too rude and abusive he didn’t understand that i am ready to pay but i needed 10-12 days.

                              I need some action to be taken against these caller as no collection law allow anyone to call 100 times a day and push for payment on top of that use abusive language which is inappropriate.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                  We regret to inform you that as per banks internal assessment guidelines we are unable to process your application. Thank you for your interest in rbl bank cr card.

                                  Why are your guys are increasing my inquiry. It's effect on my cibil score. It's loss of 0.10%...

                                  I don't want credit card... I have money, credit balance

                                  I hope you understand... Give me reply fast...

                                  I recieve a call from RBL Credit Card office Delhi, A boy name Deepak ask me about my credit card payment and his behavior was too bad, his communication was too rude and arrogance to me, customers never allow this type of rude behavior by any, never acceptable
                                  I am a new customer of your credit card.after 2 or 3 days message was arrived that activation or shield which I did not selected.

                                  Automatic service charged 720 rs.
                                  Service name is R shild.
                                  We visited in local store on 14 April 2019 we first time thinks to pay amount through card bit card shows 'remove the card' we not pay anything through card but rbl app shows that we make transaction of RS 2131 twice please launch this issue why this amount show in our rbl app

                                    My reference number 07829437, collection people called and said to pay 50000 instead of 59000 now i have not received and waiver and other collection people call me and ask for money which i already paid customer is charging me additional amount now i need to 11000 instead of 9000, and now that collection ppl not receiving my call after my payment is done. They had cheated me and false promised me to give a waiver now im not able understand what to do. This customer care people say that they had listened call it was not rude but they had not listened that they people had promised me to give waiver. [protected], [protected] this are the 2 number of agency people who are not receiving my call

                                    Rbl ka credit card liya tha uska pura payments poora jama kiya tha per ab due Bata raha hai aur card ko band karwa diya tha aur uska no 048825 ko band karwa diya tha uski date hai[protected] time 2.30pm please close the card

                                      unnecessary added card protection

                                      As per the above subject Rs.1000.00 is deducted from my credit card without any intimation Card ending with 3407 against purchase of card Fraud protection program but i informed previously regarding the above service which i didnot need of the protection. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      Hi am nethravathi m am one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...2 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don't have any interest in any type of insurance subscription... Even though they had activated... Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000... How come if a customer is not interested in a particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge... Now i don't want to pay premium... Plz take immidiate action on the above incident other wise come and take your damn credit card...
