When i applied for the rbl bank card, i was told that the card is life time free. When i got a confirmation call about the card, i was suggested a different card variant, which was chargeable. I declined that variant and asked for my current variant (Titanium delight). I bought rbl credit card (Last 4 digit 1158) last year. At that time i got a call from r shield and i activated r shield plan on my card. But now i dont wanna renew it again. I got a message of auto renewal but i dont wanna do any renewal. I tried to call customer care regarding this and they said that let it be renewed again thn we ll cancel it.
