Rbl bank issues credit card to an individual. Then when the person is not settling the bill. They call your family members. They call and abuse the place of work of your family members. They abuse your neighbours your friends your entire community. Why? Coz 1 person has not paid the bill, why will you go after his family, friends, neighbours, & all the people who are known to you.

I hold rbl credit card and i have outstanding amount to be paid to rbl. All my transactions and payments were very prompt and up to date.in aug 2017 iost my job and have undergone financial crises.in that period more than one year i have managed to pay the minimum amount of around rs.10000 every month to rbl. As requested by the cc person to pay a minimum amount of 12500, which resulted in the payment of the same amount from my side. The person assured me that once the payment is reflected in the bill, he will proceed the request of my settlement.

My name is manoj kumar pushkar my credit card is platinum... When i was apply a credit card that time received a few calls about services like insurance and yearly charges, always denied everything but that girl told me only one time charge so i was said cancel this card but they issued a credit card... After that i was call on customer care they said this amount is refundable if we used 80000 a year... But we are not received any amount...
