I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, i realized that this plan is as good any other policies that i already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, i wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing. Can you guys please arrange for a call or cancel my policy by considering this as a formal request

I have applied for a RBL Credit card which till now i have not recieved i got a call from the executives for r shield policy after hearing everything about it i said yes but then when i realised that its the same product which already have so its not required. I rquest you to cancel my plan.

Hi i am sriharsha one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.

Hi i am huzefa ali yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge. I am using bajaj finencery rbl bank credit card. On 30 the of march i had received an email from bank to make payment through razorpay. They shared the link of razorpay in the mail. I had made the minimum due of my credit card through that link. Now it's more than 48 hours i have not received any confirmation from bank and getting harassed by their customer care people for the payment.

I also got call from a person name Vinod Sharma ([protected]). Threatening me an my family to pay the credit card bill on behalf of the defaulter. They tortured me the same last month. They are so cheap and unethical that they started calling my friends and colleagues and started defaming me as if I have taken and ran way. Where as I don't have any connection with RBL. It's just that one of my relative has taken a loan. I also logged Police complain. They said that they will try their max efforts but since it's in different state and the number seems to be with no name and address it's difficult to find out . The surprising part is when I complained this to RBL bank, their customer support says that we are unaware of this numbers and asked me to take any legal action. I am 100 % sure that these guys are goons hired by RBL. Because when tha last month min amount was paid by my relative they stopped calling . And now this month they have started again torturing and harassing. Please tell me what is the solution for this.

Iam a bajaj rbl bank credit card holder new customer i applied only for credit card but after credit card received the card protection plan added to my credit card and charged 1000- rupees but i have not applied for card protection plan unnecessarily charged to me and this amount is debiting every month for 64/- rupees option also added it is worst giving service of this i cant accept this card protection plan to my card so please remove immediately from my card

Mr. Vinod sharma and neha from rbl bank are harassing my friends and family members and telling them to pay money or else they will keep calling them and also threatening me to pay the amount. I asked them if i am talking to them they have no such rights to call any of my family members or friends but they are raising their voices on the phone and saying either pay the money or will tell collection department to call multiple time to my relatives.
I am asking them to give me a written email about the total outstanding amount that should not be more than rs84000 and that i will pay the amountand they will minus the amount from the principle amount i. E rs84000. They are not ready to send me any email for the same. I asked them not to call my friends and family members as i am talking to them but they are saying we will keep calling your family members. I want them to stop calling my friends and family members. I have call recordings that i can share.

Rbl is the worst bank, which abuses customers family members, your neighbours, your children's school. They will call up the school and mention that remove this child from school as her grand mom has not paid the credit card bill.
They will threaten to rape your grand daughters. They will call up your neighbours and tell them that your neighbours to throw you out of the building you live in. They will call your neighbours 50-60 times a day.

Is this mental torture for people who have nothing to do with rbl

Hi,
I would like to inform you all that I am also a victim of such kind of behaviour by Gagan kohli team. He tried to call me 120 times in a day to me and my family members and badly abused / Harrased and threatened them. Due to job loss I was not able to repay the loan amount and I requested him not to do such kind of activity but he didn't listen and continuely did the same thing.

Then I raised complaint to RBL's nodal team but they did not take any action.

Finally I lodge complaint to RBI on RBI website from where it was routed to RBL bank but it take long time.

Then I tried to reach to RBL Bank's MD desk to stop such activity but they also did not response.

Finally I got the Managing Director Mr. Viswaveer Ahuja's Mobile Number and His residence number, I also tried to reach out him many times in a day at his both numbers then the RBL bank's customer support team came into an action to stop such activity else they don't bothered about it.

If any one is getting harrasement/abusive/threatening calls from Gagan Kohli's team of RBL Bank.
kindly search Managing Diractor number and his residence number and call as you are getting calls from bank. Dont get afraid of this, you are not doing anything wrong. Ask to MD and his residence number the same questions as you are asked by the Gagan's Team.

You will get the immedidate action and resolution of your query.

Hi my name is aditya kalra. I am using rbl bajaj fimserv card. I am making all payments on time. Sometimes minimum or full but paying on time. Why the hell i am. Getting calls from some 3rd party to make paymnet. They are harrasing me and top of that they dont have manners to talk to a customer. The call i received was from a mobile number [protected]. Is this even allowed? Can they call a customer and harras them? I have cards with other bank as well but they dont call or if they call they dont do harassment. You are not allowed to do so. Even my father is using rbl card. He made advanve payment of 15k but last sunday an agnet came home to collect the payment. No prior intimation or notification. Why the # he came as my father had already made advane payment of 5 upcoming months. Dont you check your systems? I don't want this to happen next time. Please look into that

They abuse your neighbours your friends your entire community. Why? Coz 1 person has not paid the bill, why will you go after his family, friends, neighbours, & all the people who are known to you.
They will not stop at just that. They will use filthly...

Dear sir,

I am using rbl credit card since last 8 months on saturday (23.03.2019). I got continuously 4 to 5 messages stating charge has been initiated on facebk ads & almost 16000 got deducted. I had raised a complaint next minute & blocked the card.

Now the problem is there are options for stopping international usage & also i can swithoff my credit card. Both the things i had done. Because whenever i use i will switch on for that minute & again i will be switching off.

After following all the security measures given by bank how come the amount gets deducted.

Customer care service is providing arrogant reply asking me to pay the amount which i didn't used.

I am asking for the case to get solved. They first said 3 days now saying 45 days.

In total rbl bank security levels are zero.
