This is manoj salavi had applied for rbl platinum plus super card. Thank you for your service that i confirmed for the card but due to some miscommunication with one of your customer care ok to r shield insurance which i understood to my card mobile aap.

    As requested by the cc person to pay a minimum amount of 12500, which resulted in the payment of the same amount from my side. The person assured me that once the payment is reflected in the bill, he will proceed the request of my settlement.

    After a week of calling, no action is taken against the request and again the bill for the next month is generated. This misleads the customer to pay the next billing amount cycle.

    As am not in a condition to pay the debt, still the person asks every month to pay the minimum amount and assures to settle the account further.

    This action is not taken seriously and hence i will not be able to pay any amount from the bill generated.

    This is so uncooperative from their side.

    Please do look into the issue seriously.

      I am contacting you in regards to my account with your company, account ([protected]). My total outstanding was 1, 45, 347.9/- as per last two month statement i am making your payment, on 28th september i made your made payment of rs.6600/- then 5th october i made it again 38, 748/-and then i made 47, 000/- on 24th november as per your last statement my total outstanding was showing 99, 999/- i made 47, 000/- on 24th november according this my balance is 52, 999/- now day before yesterday i got your statement on mail i checked it properly there is mention charge off manual zeroisation so discuss with your customer care executive related same she said your card was settle so without any intimation on call & letter & mail how could you settle my card i am not denying to make your payment and i did not discuss anything about this before so why you settle my card please tell me what is this..? I want to remove charge off from my card and want to make your full payment so please tell me what should i have to do for this.

      According to my understanding of the fair credit reporting act, your duty as a creditor is to accurately report on all accounts and to correct any and all mistakes as found by your accounting department or by myself as the consumer. I thank you in advance for upholding the federal law as dictated by fcra, changing my account status to current, and removing the charge off immediately.

      I am writing this letter to request a goodwill adjustment to my credit report in regards to this account and a removal of the charge off from my report.

          My name is manoj kumar pushkar my credit card is platinum... When i was apply a credit card that time received a few calls about services like insurance and yearly charges, always denied everything but that girl told me only one time charge so i was said cancel this card but they issued a credit card... After that i was call on customer care they said this amount is refundable if we used 80000 a year... But we are not received any amount even they charge same amount this year also... This is a fraud because if they charge highly interest on your credit cash along with that yearly fees and insurance charge... Whyyyy even customer denied this is a fraud... Please take a action against this otherwise i surrendered this card... My contact number is [protected]...

            Dear rbl team
            1. Rbl team confirmed me titanium delight card with annual fees-750 but i received platinum delight with annual card fees of 2000/inr. And when i got a confirmation call after receipt of card that time also i informed the same and your team person said that we will wave of your annual fee for first year but still after that i got statement of 2360/inr
            2. I informed to rbl team that i need credit card with minimum limit of 2 lacs. Even after getting card confirmation before dispatch i informed to not to dispatch my card if limit is less then 2 lacs. I said pls mention my comments in feed back/confirmation form that customer refused to accept card with limit less then 2 lacs. But even after this conversation during confirmation call before dispatch, rbl team provided me card limit which is 36000/- only.
            And this is happening 2nd time. Now my experience with rbl is worst till now.
            And after receipt of card when i got confirmation call from service team that time also i convey the same and wnat to return/discontinue my card.
            And now i really frustrated and hate to have any relationship with rbl.
            This is the worst bank ever according to me.

                Payment of rbl bank credit card ending with 7629 is is made by me by chq of bank of india amounting to rs 2300/- which is not been presented in my bank for clearance n it's third time i m facing this problem n getting calls from call centres every 1hour regarding payment payment is been made in drop box of crawford market branch i m being charged for late payment unnecessary due to banks mistake customers r facing either staff is in appropriate or the bank is not proper they just want to charge penalty from customers

                  Hello! I don't want to use my credit card anymore. Issue is not resolved.
                  It's very disappointing. Received message that could not able to connect you. I can't believe only calls from your service could not be connected. Till now i didn't receive any calls. Getting messages only like cancellation could not be processed. So smart you are. When you need to sell your credit card, will call many times. But when we want to do cancellation of our card, you find very difficult to reach us. Really distressing. Do something for my credit card cancellation. Thank you

                  I had call from customer care executive yesterday. She said will receive the confirmation of cancelling my card. But nothing was done still. Didn't receive any messages. Not confirmed of cancellation of my card. Do I have the rights to cancel my credit card? I don't think so. Violating my rights. The caller only decide should I have a credit card or not. I was trying to cancel my credit card more than a week, nothing was done. Think about unawared people. RBL is not concern about their customer. Very smartly they sent text message like could not able to connect you through phone call . Now they called and I answered. Till nothing was done. What is this? People were cheated like this way. How many times I made a complaint, nothing was done. Need solution. What else to be done?

                      Hi,
                      I have always maintained a stance to clear my bills every month. However this month since i am between jobs I couldn’t make the payment on the 8th of this month but be sure you will receive a payment (including your late fee) by 15th of this month. However even on those months i make the payment well before the due date, your collection agency staff calls me from the 20th of every month coaxing me to pay up even though my due date isn’t up for next two weeks. Making calls after 7 pm is illegal under the guidelines put down by IBA and calling a customer 10/14 days before the due date and coaxing for payment is even more uncalled for. Clearly RBL doesn’t follow it. This is the first time i have delayed a payment by a week and i get an SMS from a debt collection agent to keep the due amount in cash @ my residence. After I make the payment I am going to mark a copy of this to the bank obudsman that how come a bank is at a liberty to send debt collection officer @ home in a week of delay instead of putting late payment charges.

                        2. one of our Relatives had Taken Loan and we were not aware of this loan nor we were guarantee for this loan...

                        3.HOW RBI As Giving My CIBIL details TO THAT Recovery Agency were we are not involved.

                        4.How Can they call my Company customers were they dont have any link to us.please take this Matter in media

Stil i am facing problem. Card taken with in 5 months and no purchasing but there employees are pathetic.                               I following with rbl bank cuatomer care from 2 months for closure of my credit card i already paid all my outstanding but there customer care ask everytime that you will get call from us but i am not receiving any call from rbl bank they are doing financial harrasment with customer charging high late fees and other charges and more than 10 times i requested for close my credit card but they are not replying.
                              Pl look into it otherwise i will go to police i have all call recording with there customer care i have all proof how bank charging me.

                                As per the below information, rbl bank has issued the health insurance, before providing the same its was informed to me that there will not be any kind of pre conditions as your policy is group policy

                                But now i m planning for my gall stone surgery and enquired about the cashless treatment the insurance company has started all the unwanted stories

                                I m unable to contact rbl cust care as everything is on ivr and no human interaction.

                                Now that doctor has suggested for surgery it costs me 80, 000 rs but the insurance company is not accepting this and unable to connect to rbl bank

                                    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    We have been going through multiple fraud transactions, each time the custome care changes the card and says we will investigate and later tgey say merchant didnt claim it so it will not b reversed and we have to pay for it which is not right.i am looking for a resolution on this case.i demand rbl authorities to take some action on this

                                      I have been repeatedly calling the customer service desk to get my problem resolved wherein i didnot get connected to the customer service executive at any time.

                                      Your automated telecaller voice over guides us something #.
                                      What is the use of organizing a bank without proper knowledge.

                                      I want to close your bank credit card immediately.

                                      I have sent a mail request to "[protected]@rblbank.com" and "[protected]@rblbank.com". But no response for the mail. At the same time, I tried to call all available numbers of RBL Customer care, but no number is connecting to the executive.
                                      Made 8550rs transaction on my RBL credit card on 4th march I can't done so I want to refund my amount in my credit card skyworth has fraud company many reviews has saw on consumer complaints

                                        Hi,

                                        I have got a call from the person who is representing from the rbl bank saying that you have a offer in which bank is providing you a lifetime free credit card (Titanium credit card) having limit more than 1.5 lakhs.

                                        After that i have submitted the documents and i got my credit card after 15 day's. Now i was shocked when it comes to know that my limit is only rs 85000/-
                                        And bank is charging rs 750/- (Annually) for it.

                                        Now why such fake promises are given by the person from bank?

                                        First lie: this credit card is life time free and no annual charges will be there,
                                        Second lie: the credit limit amount is more than 1.5 lakhs.

                                        Now it is my request to bank management that please take action against that lady, because she is giving fake promises to customer and if still this will go on, the reputation of rbl bank will go down.
