My name is jubin sebastian and i have raised couple of requests to cancel or discontinue my rbl supercard but till today no one from the bank or retention team has called me or reverted with an action or resolution. Below are the sr numbers, sr#06048659, sr#06369091, sr#06660317, sr#06683159 raised by the rbl bank agents wherein few are closed stating that i was unreachable through phone, but i have already shared my primary and alternate number for contacts. The rbl bank agents are claiming that their retention team has tried calling me couple of times but i haven't received any calls from rbl yet. I have asked for call records and proofs, but they have denied by providing the same. I have marked couple of escalation emails to their nodal and escalation teams but no feedback yet. I have all the recorded calls captured by the agents. They have been dragging me and this case for nearly a month now without any concrete solution or action. Worst ever bank i have come across.

Hi Team (RBL),

I am writing this complaint letter on behalf of my father Mr.Sebastian Behanan S who is a retired person of age 65years. I am writing this letter with immense pain and frustration with your pathetic service with an unprofessional attitude from all your CSE and supervisors.

I had raised multiple requests for my credit card cancellation or discontinuation on the below dates with SR#, but never ever received any calls or notification from your retention team which is a hell team.

31st Jan2019 - SR # 06048659
17th Feb 2019 - SR # 06369091
3rd Mar 2019 - SR # 06660317

Today I spoke to one your supervisors named Adkay Anil (13.23pm IST) as well as a CSE agent named Shravani (14.12pm IST) and they gave me the date and timings when the retention team had called me but unfortunately i never got any such calls from any of your teams. Below are the call records that your bank is claiming where the retention team call me,

20th Feb'19 at 23.11pm IST
21st Feb2019 at 10.17pm IST
28th Feb2019 at 10.08 pm IST.

I have been getting sms notification from RBL stating that this to inform you that we have been unable to establish a call on your RMN and we will attempt to call you again from [protected] between 9.00am to 6.00PM. I have never got any calls from this calling number and also when the time mentioned is between 9am to 6pm then why did your team call me post 10pm IST? I would say that you are just fooling us with the service since, we haven't received any calls on the above date and time as confirmed by your CSE agent Shravani from Hyderabad.

Now again Anil has raised a new request and told me that I would be getting a call from retention team again tomorrow and has assured about it. But what if I do not get calls again? I have also shared my alternate number [protected] in all the SR # but even I havent received any calls. Let me ask you a sensible question? If the primary RMN [protected] is unreachable or not responding, you should be trying the alternate number...right? Thats not happening and I dont know why.

Its not annoying and irritating now. Even my registered email id which is updated in your database is an inactive one i.e. [protected]@rediffmail.com (even i do not remember it now) which shows how professional is your banking sector and which is the reason I am trying to convey my concern through an email.

Your service is pathetic and the worst in all banking sectors now.

I expect an early response to this case, else I will have to take it legally and on social media. I do have all the call recordings too captured with your CSE agents and Supervisor.

    Hi i have requested the settlement for my card and they have ask me to pay bill of 7000 and will process for settlement and it will be converted to 12 emi now its more than 20 days the settlement is not done and the person who is committed his not responding to call and now again i am getting msg from bank side for the payment and i am getting charge of interest i want to close this now as i dint want pay any interest witch i am charging

      Worst ever banking solutions provided to customer. Better learn the basic ethics from the brand's like citibank, hdfc, kotak, etc.

        Am using rbl credit card from last 1.5 years and i wanted to close my card by doing a settlement with bank but the rbl bank people are not interested in settlement. I requested them to send an official email confirmation from bank but they are not sending the emails but calling me many times for the same issue.

        They are not behaving with me when i asked them for the settlement and giving me mis leading oral information rather than sending me an email on the same.

        I have declined the offer of R sheild Insurance but without my confirmation they have issue the insurance. I want to cancel it on urgent bases please refund my all amount..

            Dear Bank, Incident Dt. 14.02.2019

            I am redeeming my points and book a Mixer. I am receiving delivery with Different Product Code : Juicer without mixer. and then I am complaining to RBL Customer care to return and deliver my product as per my booking.

            RBL receive the wrong product, but not deliver my product.
            and also yet not received my RBL Points.

              Initially I was having a LOAN and credit card with RBL Banking for which i was and i am still paying the dues. Recently & unfortunately i got my salary account in RBL Bank and since day 1 i am having issues with it. First i was and i am still not able to transfer my money to any other bank at all, I am not able to add beneficiary, I am not able to create VPA, I am not able to change or update my personal details, I am not able to use any other banking services and after calling their call center the only answer will be LET ME RAISE A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME AND THEY WILL BE WORKING ON IT FOR YEARS, because they were not able to fix my mobile banking since 3 months now ( I am handicapped now). I HAVE TO USE OLD WAY OF BANKING TO VISIT A BANK WITH A CHEQUE BOOK AND WITHDRAW THE MONEY THEN DEPOSIT IT IN ANY OTHER BANK SO THAT I CAN PAY DUES EVEN FOR THEM AS WELL (SUCH A ### BANK I HAVE NEVER SEEN). In this fast life if one will have this ### banking services we'll be way behind the other countries. I AM SUGGESTING ALL NOT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM EVEN DON'T THINK OF TAKING THEIR SERVICES AT ANY COST OTHERWISE YOU'LL REGRET LIKE ME. BECAUSE RBL BANK IS FAKE BANK, IRRESPONSIBLE BANK WITH PATHETIC SERVICES & FAKE PROMISES AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT'LL BE FIXED TILL 12 OF THIS MONTH AND SO FAR NOTHING HAPPENED. THERE ARE FEW MAY BE 3-4 TEAM LEADERS WHICH ALSO GAVE FAKE PROMISES THAT THEY'LL CALLBACK AND ALL BUT REALLY A ### (SORRY) SERVICES AND BANKING.

                I have a rbl supercard no. [protected], for which i have paying all bills promptly. Recently the executive called me and said they are upgraded my credit card with a new card. I have changed my residence and intimated my new address for two times.
                As of today i have not received the new card as they have claimed, moreover they have generated a bill for rs. 12, 000.00

                Everyday their executives are calling and asking for the bill payment, i am surprised to receive the messages from rbl.

                Most of the calls are in tamil language and their english is to worst to understand.
                I assume that rbl have ethics unlike some other banks but, they are proving me wrong.
                Dear rbl please take corrective steps if, not no one will trust your bank.

                At this juncture i feel it is appropriate to surrender my existing card also, please do the needful.

                  I made a purchase on oct 2018 for 5k which was converted as emi but i cancelled my order and the refund has paid back to my card but rbl instead to cancelling my emi they started charging me the interest and processing fee for the item which i dint purchased and now when i asked them to close it they are charging foreclosure charges on it.

                  My card was damaged due to which i asked bank to give me new credit card …. This card was delivered to me on my office address
                  This card was not delivered as i left this office and i joined new company, i called up the bank and informed the same and asked them to update the residential address in bank data base and request them to send my credit card once again on my residential address…. After giving clear instruction the rbl bank tried to deliver the credit card on my previous address 4 time which was so annoying

                  With this complaint i am seeking my reversal o[censored]nnecessary money levied to me and asking you team to deliver card on correct address of not then close this card.

                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                      Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no :.#ccahc5008r, i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #ccahc5008r, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Swathi, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards rajender [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined.                           To intimate credit card overlimit usage, people from collection team keep on calling to balance my overlimit. As i have already paid overlimit amount to balance my card. March 4 is my due date but stupid people from rbl telecalling team torturing me to pay my overlimit fee. There is no automated system to update our payment made via app. So please never and ever buy any product from rbl. It is really irritating.

                            I dharani kowsalyaraman hold a money tap credit card from october 2018, i took a loan amount of 30, 000 rs and 55000 rs on different dates in the month of oct. I paid the first emi due on nov 13th. I called the customer care on 11th dec and told her i want to close the loans i. E. 55000 and 30000 and asked her what is the procedure and closure charges. She checked and told me, i need to pay 71, 459.34 rs for this, which i did the same day.
                            I again took a loan for 50000 rs on 10th dec. When i received the statement on dec 22nd, it showed an amount of rs. 29, 582.35 as due amount. I again called the executives and gave all the details again and got to know that the closure request was not raised. I was shocked to know this and inspite of paying the amount before the due date, i dont understand why it was not closed nor intimated to me.

                            Again i called on jan 2, gave all the explanation from the beginning and he said it was not raised for closure and he will raise now and he also gave me closure receipt no[protected] for rs 30, 000 and 05550609 for rs 50000)

                            Again to my surprise, i received this months statement saying amount due is rs. 28, 841.59.

                            I just want to know, what is all these, is this the service you are giving the customer or are you fooling the customer with unreasonable charges.

                            According to me i have paid 71, 459.34 on 11th dec itself to close my loans by which i would have had only one loan for a amount of 55000 now. I am not going to pay any amount going forward until i get clarification on all these.

                            Infact, i told the executive, dont tell me that the amount of 71, 459.34 is being used to pay the due amount every month.

                            Now when i call the customer care, they are saying only rs 50000 loan has been closed and they adjusted the remaining amount to the january due pay. I want to know with whose permission you did this. Did you inform me about this?.

                            There is different version of amount in e-statement, app and in the site. This fully shows how you manage the customer and their money.

                            Revert back immediately, i wont pay untill i get clarity on my payment.

Total bill outstanding amount - 7731.73, this bill add charges - finance charge - 3163.58, & deferred finance charges - 2877.90. + gst amount 1087.46. Total charges - 7128.94.                                 Reference number is # 06316685,

                                Request you to process the closure of my rbl super card and donot send any sms/email related to the amount due in this account.

                                No call was received from your end till today and every time i sent remainders to close the card as an reply, immediately there will be a sms "our customer care number tried to calling and could be reached... And will cal you from 9.00 to 6.00 pm..." and none them call or replies " when i call from my mobile number. Please donot waste our precious time by doing this.

                                I am requesting you all to close the card and send one letter stating that it is done, instead it was dragging for three months unnecessarily.

                                I am wondering, how could it be possible after several request and remainders still the same monotonousness the sms and email is sent continuously.

                                Hence, i request you and others please donot waste my time again and again.

                                  I'm messaging you to inform you that i'm getting lots of harassment calls from the collection team for the recovery of my credit card payment. I have been abused by calling me fraud and calling me as dog, asking me to resign the job. Threatening me that they will call to my office and they are doing the same. I would like to be in touch with any of your managers to solve my problem. I have lots of call recording where they are threatening me. I was about to make payment the reason i didn't pay because your bank official commented me that i'm barking like dog. One more guy calles me and says if you can't make the payment then resign your job. I need an apology letter from the official then only i will make the payment or else i won't.                                     Rbi bank is not good working bank. They have charged me wrong charges on my cash withdrawal, first the give offer to withdrawal of interest free loan without any charge showing on your rbl app and after that they don't charge interest but the charge process fees which was not a part of the offer advertisement showen on rbl app. Now after that after first month they charge 2 mont and then 5 month and for all 3 mont one time. This is very bad and hidden service provided by rbl bank. Please don't take rbl card. This is the third class services by rbl bank.

                                      I hvae refused personal loan at 16% and clearly said no over email then also loan amount is transferred.

                                      Please dont force us for such thing.

                                      Pull back the amount or i will launch

                                      I have been contacted by Komal and I clearly said that I can't take this offer andy last quote is at 14%

                                      Check with her I never said that proposal is approved and give me the amount.

                                      Sir this is purely a case of cheating and forcing us.

                                      LOOK INTO THIS AT THE EARLIEST

                                        I have raised 4 times for my credit card cancellation but they not cancelled that
                                        They are reply by mail that we have raised the request with in 3 working days our executive will contact you but not any single call form their executive why they not contact and talk on phone even so many alternate phone number is given to them
