I dharani kowsalyaraman hold a money tap credit card from october 2018, i took a loan amount of 30, 000 rs and 55000 rs on different dates in the month of oct. I paid the first emi due on nov 13th. I called the customer care on 11th dec and told her i want to close the loans i. E. 55000 and 30000 and asked her what is the procedure and closure charges. She checked and told me, i need to pay 71, 459.34 rs for this, which i did the same day.br...

Dear sir, my credit card ending no.1084, feb month credit bill received. Total bill outstanding amount - 7731.73, this bill add charges - finance charge - 3163.58, & deferred finance charges - 2877.90. + gst amount 1087.46. Total charges - 7128.94. I have been abused by calling me fraud and calling me as dog, asking me to resign the job. Threatening me that they will call to my office and they are doing the same. Rbi bank is not good working bank. They have charged me wrong charges on my cash withdrawal, first the give offer to withdrawal of interest free loan without any charge showing on your rbl app and after that they don't charge interest but the charge process fees which was not a part of the offer advertisement showen on rbl app. Now after that after first month they charge 2 mont and then 5 month and for all 3 mont one time. This is very bad...

I hvae refused personal loan at 16% and clearly said no over email then also loan amount is transferred.

Please dont force us for such thing.

Harassment by credit card recovery agent (Mr. Sameer shaikh and mr. Nilesh kadam). I have taken a loan but due to some financial difficulty i am not able to pay my emi. Rbl credit card dept., i do not know what operations are you running in terms of convincing customers to buy your credit card. It was mentioned as bajaj finserv, so i went for it.

The following is the worst scam i have seen.

They asked me to buy insurance i have clearly told "no".
I did not know if you credit card sales people have been well taught to communicate with customer, and now i can know that....

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my father in law Mr. Banana hari Thorat. I Ihave been raising multiple requests to support team of RBL to deactivate my credit card by still there is no action taken and also I have been charged. This is straight fraudulent activity. Please take necessary actions on this ASAP.
They are fooling customers and making fraud. Strict action needs to be taken on RBL bank....

I did cancelled my credit card on feb 15, and he told your account is closed. But i did not got any conformation call or cancellation message. I requesting you close my account if it is not closed.

I have raised request to close RBL credit card and have cleared the outstanding too it they are not closing it and saying will call you in between 9-6pm and attend your concern and I get call each day but no one respond to it and when I callback it doesn't connect.

I have made complete payment for the total outstanding on my credit card before the 15th feb 2019 (My bill generation date). Still i see finance charges on my card for 1259.91+226.78 (Gst)=1486.69. Hi, this is b. Raghavendra rbl credit card holder.. I am using ur credit card since 2 years.. I got rewards points about 28000 points.. I have redeemed my points with extra cash 2050/- for the product fossil watch on dt jan 17th 2019.. But till now i didnt got my parcel.. After several complaints via email and calls they didnt responded and they are simply sending the recorded emails......

Using rbl credit card since 4 month. Set for a limit rs.29897 and blocked international transactions. On 8th feb 2019 happened fraud international transactions. Raised complaint and submitted the disputed form with attached fraud transactions on same day immediately to rbl bank. But till now they have not rectified the issue. The bank is not safe and securely to maintain the credit card. Then how to possible to cross more than limit.
