I online apply rbl card but bank give me a card high charges i have complaint many time but no response and helpline no all time busy i will try many time. I go rbl bank branch mi road jaipur but exicutive no response. Exicutive says call helpline no we are not able to help. Please tell me who were help me rbl bank or rbl customer care. I wanna justice

    I've installed moneytap app and submitted few documents and never agreed to open a credit or any type of account. Without my permission or agreement these guys have opened an rbl account and using this account on my name. I've never signed any document or approved. Now i received a statement with a transaction of rs.1100. I never received any type of card from rbl or from moneytap. These guys cheating and i'd like to sue these guys.       I'm not a revolver & always pay my bills in full before the due date but rbl still charged me 1800 + 400 finance charges & all that crap.. I know the ccs & banking basics as i worked with citibank cc, so just to clarify - i was never a revolver & have always been a transactor, hence paid all in full before the due date. So there is no possibility for residual finance charges either.

      Why did they charge me then?

      The only thing that i have from you is an emi for amazon.. That too it was a zero internet emi but here you are looting me for no rhyme or reason.

      They are fraud.. Oh my god!!

      On top of that, their 3rd class website never functions & they have no one to look after this. Called their phone support too for 20-25 times on jan 24th but it said technical issues.

      I want these charges to be refunded - rs 428.75 & 1871.14

      I have used the credit card from RBL Bank. RBL executive said this card is free of cost and no charges debit in future. now they debited charges in my card and block the cards. and threating me that pay the amount otherwise we will decrease your cibil score.

        I am credit card holder in rbl bank my card no. [protected], due to some financial crisis, i was not able to pay my dues every month, but still paying in months gap after settlement. But i don't know why bank hired cheep agency like keepers associates. They don't know how to talk with customers. He saying i am collection head in rbl raaj kundra daily using abusive words to my sister, my old home owner's daughter & my office colleague, finally i lodge a police complaint against them. Also attaching complaint copy for your reference. I am already paying dues on availability of funds. Like last months i paid 35100/-

        I am Credit Card Holder in RBL Bank my Card No. [protected], Due to Some Financial Crisis, I was not able to pay my dues Every Month, But Still Paying in Months Gap after Settlement. He came into the house without my permission also he along 04 other RBL employee they misbehaving with me also frightend to me, If i am not able to give money he will destroy to me. Daily Using Abusive, My Old Home Owner's Daughter & my Office Colleague, If they will come again at my home, I will raised a complaint against him in the police station.

          This is the worst credit card you could ever use. At the beginning they give us so many benifets but when you start using it we come to its a hoax. They have lots of hidden charges and when you convert a large amount they charge you of fees that they do not tell you about... And due to this i have gone over my credit limits so when i called customer care they told me that the charges for conversion and processing fee had caused my card to go over my credit limit.. And now nearly 20 times a day i am harrest by the call centre agents... My advice is never get an rbl credit card... Lots of hidden charges and mis calculation that you will be paying for

              I have applied for rbl credit card i got apporved and executive collected my documents and verification too done now its show me unable to process it doesn't meet policy criteria i really doknw y u guys doing like to collecting all documents and reject my credit card application my application number is #cc99al9al6... I[censored] guys can't approve my card when y ur collecting it please make it possible to get my credit card as soon as possible

                  My problem hadn't resolved yet. It is continuing month on month. I need this forum to voice out our grievance even more sitting know strongly. We do believe this forum is totally public oriented
                  This month also i started getting calls nothingg less than ten calls a day and this is no exaggeration. They say you have exceeded the limit l. While using the card no message comes out even structure usage we don't get any alert stating overlimit. But suddenly the contain m collection agents call and as usual in a unprofessional rude way they talk to the customers failing to understand we are their back bones. Same day back to back they call. If we cut the call they call from different different numbers
                  It's the rbl management to look into it. They cannot sit back and relax after outsourcing the collection dept to unprofessional ppl. The statement shows sine finance charges which i am not aware. Hence it's credit limit exceeded. Is it not the bank's responsibility to alert the customer? Why is it not deducting the finance charges and site the limit accordingly. This is the way they cheat and exploit. I demand an explanation from the higher authorities

                  Got a response from the bank but nothing useful. They again say I haven't made the payment. I think the nodal officers just like that respond to the make without even knowing the history of the customer.
                  I have all evidences for payment made before due date. Without any intimation suddenly I get a call saying exceeded limit.
                  The bank has some hidden strategies like this to unnecessarily penalize the customers who are very regular in their payments.
                  Please let me know how to go legally and file a case

                    Hi.

                    My name is didar singh and i have been suffering a lot due to harassment of the collection agency.

                    As discussed earlier i was told i am getting a loan of 42000 and then they send me the card and told me that this is a loan. They gave me 12 months emi option which is over email.
                    Now i got the card on 26 june and on the 02nd of july they send me a message stating that your outstanding is 45000
                    I called the bank, they told me that this is the interest on the total amount.

                    I got confused and then again i got another message stating that the total outstanding is 49000

                    As it was said to me to pay the emi every month starting 25 july of 3850 and this is for the consecutive 12 months.

                    Due to this i refused to pay anything and created a dispute.
                    Now these people are harrasing my wife and they came thrice to my place and threatened my wife.
                    I was out of town and i am jobless right now so i am trying. My best to deal with my expenses.
                    My home loan emi are also important and i have to take care of that even.

                    Now as my wife said to them that i am out of town still they discussed the loan with her and my neighbors as well.

                    As per rbi guidelines they can't harass and disclose the debt to anyone else, but they did.

                    My wife is very much threatened and feeling scared because of this. These guys are forcing her to pay and they used abusive language.

                    Now if anything happens to me or my wife then rbl bank is responsible for everything.

                    I have written docs which can. Prove that they are harrasing me and my wife.

                    I told them to send me the legal notice still they refused.

                    I am keeping this as a copy as well with me and will submit to the police station and will give it to the neighbors as well.

                    My brother is a lawyer and one of my friend is in a media house. I can take any action but still i am not doing it.

                    I want a quick call back from the bank and till then if anyone comes to my place and if anything goes wrong with us. Rbl bank is responsible for that.

                      Before issue of my card ending 0261 i was being told that is absolutely free for one year but after the issue of card i was charged for insurance and membership charges. As i never asked for any insurance and i was not told about any membership charges before so this is wrong practice by rbl.
                      As i had not even generated any pin even so you are kindly requested to cancel my charges of rs1000.00 as early as possible

                        I got a offer for bajaj rbl supercard in last month.
                        Its been 1 month but they cant deliver my card on my address and every time it was returned back without my concern.
                        And last week i got a message to pay membership charges
                        How can i pay such amount with a card.
                        Resolve this issues otherwise block this card and close my application.

He said his name is harish but did not provide his employee id number.. He said that it was you are not able pay minimum payment then why u did swipe the card do you think it's your father money and he was screaming to his core.. I would like to involve a lawyer and take up this issue to the court. I was anyways planning to pay the full outstanding amount and close the card by next month.. Collection agents even dont have basic manners.. When someone defaults due to unavoidable situations they cross their limit..

I have been repeatedly harrassed by your collections agent just for missing one payment inspite of informing the collection agents that I have lost my job as I have health issues.. I'm trying my best to come up with the total amount due by 10th Feb and close the card. but still and was also communicated this to your agents.. never I have experienced such a harrassment with any reputed banks.. RBL certainly proves to be not a reputed bank and agents who work there are so cheap and use unparliamentary words
                          I have been using since 6 months with Credit limit of 62000/-every month they are charging 6000 to 7000/- which I have been paying but still outstanding amount is not coming below. I am thinking of writing to ombudsman.

                              I am sanjeev zetly, my last 4 digit card no. 4080 is this. Due to some medical happening and severe loss in my business i was unable o pay the amount which was used for this card.
                              Th collection department using abusing language with everybody touched with me. The collection agency calling continuously to my all relatives my old father and my office friends and using abusing language and torching my relative and threat my sisters also.
                              They are using abusing language to my sister and threat for misbehave in market. Request you to kindly take step. They are dialling with[protected] and so many different numbers to all of them.

                                  I have raised 2 times for closing credit card but simply they said your mobile number is not reachble but my mobile is always in full signal and working condition but i dont know why they are updated like that i think they are simply trying to escape with simple reasons. But finally i would like say that one thing that is i have given request to closing of credit card so please do considered my request and close my credit card

                                    rbl reward .com portal how to set password

                                    I am unable to create the login account at rbl reward portal (https://rewards.rblbank.com/register.aspx). i have taken 8 - 12 alphanumeric, include 1 number & 1 alphabet. But i am receiving all time same error. I don't understand, why am i getting this error. Are this portal is fake? According to me this is not a genuine issue. If possible, please resolve the issue at urgent basis....

                                    Rbl marketing people are calling me every day and torching me to take there credit card. I said many times, i am not interested in any credit cards and not to call me again and again. But no use, they just ignoring my words and keep on calling me every day. I am really getting mentally disturbed with this phone calls. I started blocking there numbers but everyday they are calling me from different numbers. So, there is no use of blocking the numbers. I even said i am going to give complaint against rbl bank but they are not minding my words.
                                    Please help me to come out this bad situation.

                                      My credit card is newly activated by this month 03.01.2019 and is being used by me via online and card swiping method. I have received message stating that "as per your request, r-shield insurance program has been activated" on next few days. I have sent a mail regarding the same to rbl consumer compliant mail ids on 09.01.2019. Even though, they have sent mail on 10.01.2019 stating that "r shield program" is activated and product price is rs.15000/-.. Without my knowledge they have activated the insurance program.. I have conveyed the same.. But there was no action taken from their side. Now, rs.15000/- has been added into my account and need to pay the same. Please consider this complaint sympathetically and do the needful, as i haven't given my consent to activated this insurance also rs.600/- deducted for activated theft program. Kindly revert the total rs.15600/- immediately... I am sure about i didn't give my consent to activate the said programs...

                                      I have received a call from RBL Bank credit card team (from [protected] & [protected]) on Saturday 19.01.2019 (03:00 pm) and told that our complaint has been forwarded to them and they are there for resolving the same.
                                      They have verified our details and asked credit cared details, valid till... Later he asked CVV number which i haven't given to him.. Since, i had doubt about them, i didn't give CVV...
                                      He insisted to get CVV number.. He told that if i give CVV, then only he can able to to revert the money Rs.15600/-
                                      What kind of habit is this? RBI and other banks are not recommending to give CVV, OTP and pin.. But a person from RBL Credit card called and asked CVV...

                                      Kindly expedite the matter urgently and do the needful.
