Guys my suggestion is no one take the RBL bank credit card it's one fake bank & very dangerous bank

    From lasts 3-4 days they are calling. I have told them in last month also that mode of payment is limited for the rbl card and sometimes it missed by mind also so please provide some easy way of payment. So they have done nothing on that now again they have started calling daily even after communicating the date of payment. On an above of that rbl tele caller of collection reminders dont take the communication what customer has done and they also miss behave in talking.

    Really i have seen first time such customer services are provided where service provider doesn't know how to behave with customer.
    I have the recording of this person how he talk with the customer.

      I used rbl credit card and they send me monthly statement. I paid that amount. Next month i again done some transactions on this card. And after few days i received call from them to convert the amount in emi. I said convert only transaction done in current month. But they also converted the amount into emi from previous month which i already paid. I complaint in customer care and they give me complaint no. But its now almost 20 days i haven't get solution. And they always says to me to call after 2-3 days. I continuesly calling but not getting solution. Please help me in this matter.

        I have been requesting for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled and regarding the payment, team is abusing the customers.

        still i have been raising the complaints and the RBL people are not yet closing the Card.

        Dear Team,
        My RBL credit card membership charge is to high it's 3500 included GST,
        So please reduce my membership charge otherwise block or stop my credit card service.

        I agreed RB such worst bank in the india and i also file RBI against this bank for abusing me . They never think difference between male and female customers and i also lodge FIR against this ban too.
        Sir this Praveen sindam I have settled my credit card in month of April even though Iam getting call as that is not settle and this rbl bank recovery team is abusing and not even listing wat u employee who is working in Chennai branch they only the payment and Iam asking why should I pay again after I settled my account with amount of 24000 rs this is the mistake o[censored]r rbl bank not to sent clearance latter till now sir please look in to this matter and resolve it and Ur Delhi team is keep on calling my company HR after telling somany times u guys are not even listing o[censored] have any clarification please Iam attaching the guy who taken charge and ask for the settlement

          After that i have received a call from rbl bank about recovery that guy abusing me and misbehave also i have few recordings of his misbehave with me and my family members also.
          Please solve this issue, i want to meet that guy for pay full amount.

              As i received credit card, my limit was 60, 000/- but, in that 15000/- (+) interest of rs. 1000/- got deducted. Later on i received insurance policy & details, which i was not needed. Request you to cancel my insurance policy & my credit card too with immediate effect. I will not pay a single amount, as it was not communicated to me... So, kindly do the needful.

                Rbl bank provide the names of the policies and suggests us to deposit our money for a safe and useful future. While suggesting us the names they take the guarantee of these policies and after the time we get involved in these policies they take off their hands and let us leave on the situation. So they should at least not suggest us the names or take guarantee of these policies to make the consumer stay on the safer side.

                I have not received my credit card but your credit card department was sending monthly bill, why I am pay bill, so many times I called to your customer care executive told we solved the problem, but no response please take necessary action immediately, other wise I go to consumer court nd pick the case

                  I have done transaction of transferring amount of Rs. 3000/- from my Money Tap card to my beneficiary account on 23-Jan 2019, which is still showing as "Aborted" in the status of the card (also attached below).

                  But for this transaction I have not received money in my beneficiary account and Rs. 3000/- is debited from my card. Customer care as always saying it will take some time, 24 Hrs to successful transaction, but now that time is over and I have made a complaint for this transaction on the same date and as per the time period it will take 10 days to resolve the issue.

                  But why this is happening again and again. For my first case they took 4 months to resolve the issue and solve this problem. Fed up of the service you are offering. Not getting the accurate bill, some time don't know what charges you are taking and what basis you are now returning the amount and all.

                  Attached is the screenshot of Money Tap app, Message, E-mail and my Beneficiary account numbers statement for your reference.

                  Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir,

                    I just want to inform you that i am getting calls from different different operators of rbl bank on my personal mobile and my colleagues and relatives numbers 20-30 times a day regarding my husband’s rbl bank credit card payment which is due from last two month. Recovery agent using bad language during talk with me and my relatives include with lady too and reason of due is bank recovery agent and bank are ignoring convert tod under emi section or settle the amount which i can pay 1 or two installment. Now i am not able to pay total amount in single installment so lot of time have requested to bank via mail from last one year but bank is using agent whom harassing me and my family.

                      I have been cheated by rbl bank credit card stating that the card is free for life time without any joining fees or renewal fees but when i have received the card the schedule of charges clearly explained all charges.

                      I have lodge a complaint to rbl credit card and almost was taking follow up for 40 days but there was no satisfactory reverts in fact its been found that they were not agreed to that. This proves that they are promoting such act by accommodating their erring staff.

                      I have a call recording with me as evidence that they have cheated with me.

                      Please initiate a strict action

                        This ridiculuoysly shameless rbl guys call through different phn nmbrs forces us to lift the call.. daily i get minimumof 10..to max 15 calls. I have aall proofs.. am not exaggerating.. AND TO ANY ONES SHOCK these calls are made even before my due date ..EACH and Every day.. I GAVE COMPALINT TO RBL CUSTOMER CARE.. STILL NO DIFFERENCE IN THEIR CALLS ..
                        I quarrel with them every day.. am totally vexed.. i even tried to aproach my advocate reg this insane behaviour.. frm rbl.

                            This is regarding to fraud transaction occurred on my credit card number ending with 0492. It happened on 8th feb 2018.

                            Whole incident :

                            Fraud transaction happened on - 8th feb 2018
                            Amount - 30000.00

                            I had used my credit card in morning 7:46am at indian oil petrol pump and just after 15min, there were three transactions happened for 10000 each in faridabad.
                            On the very same day i had put up the request to close the card. Bank had taken the request and credited the whole amount back to my card. Everything was settled.
                            After some days again i started getting calls from 3rd parties regarding the same amount payment.
                            I had also got the new credit card from the bank but i have not used till date because of this things are still not cleared.
                            Now the rbl bank is claiming that the card was with the consumer so they are not responsible for it.
                            My point is, fraud transaction happened just 15mins after i used my card and my location was bangalore and fraud transaction happened in faridabad. So how come i am liable to pay. Please help me with this case. Thanks

                              I just want to inform you that i have never ever taken any credit from rbl bank even i have never applied for this but your recovery team had first visited my house on 18th december, 2018 to collect credit card payment again he visited on 23rd january, 2019 for the same. Here is mobile no. Of recovery person-[protected].

                              I told recovery person that i have never taken any credit card from rbl bank and if you have any proof other than my name and address then show me but he had no additional information. Then he suggested to visit me to bajaj head office, 10th floor, netaji subhash palace to sovle the issue.

                              So, today i visited to bajaj head office, 10th floor, agarwal metro heights, netaji subhash palace, new delhi and met mr. Gaurav & mr. Ankit from rbl but they could not find any details of mine and asked me to write a mail to you.

                              Hope you must be taking all sufficient valid documents and proofs before opening any credit card account and if your team is not doing so then its your lapses and because of your faults other should not be suffered.

                              Kindly solve this issue asap.

                              Again today around 10:45 AM i got call from Mob no. [protected] (caller name : Shivani) for payment of credit card.
                              I have mentioned in my complaint that I have not taken any credit card from RBI then why I am getting calls for payment...Its your duty to find out whom you have issued credit card and with what all documents proof.

                              I am not getting any response from your side so now i have no choice to file Fraud case of FIR against RBL.

                                My credit card is newly activated by this month 03.01.2019 and is being used by me via online and card swiping method. I have received message stating that "as per your request, r-shield insurance program has been activated" on next few days. I have sent a mail regarding the same to rbl consumer compliant mail ids on 09.01.2019. Even though, they have sent mail on 10.01.2019 stating that "r shield program" is activated and product price is rs.15000/-.. Without my knowledge they have activated the insurance program.. I have conveyed the same.. But there was no action taken from their side. Now, rs.15000/- has been added into my account and need to pay the same. Please consider this complaint sympathetically and do the needful, as i haven't given my consent to activated this insurance also rs.600/- deducted for activated theft program. Kindly revert the total rs.15600/- immediately... I am sure about i didn't give my consent to activate the said programs.
                                Later, I have received a call from RBL Bank credit card team (from [protected] & [protected]) on Saturday 19.01.2019 (03:00 pm) and told that our complaint has been forwarded to them and they are there for resolving the same.
                                They have verified our details and asked credit cared details, valid till... Later he asked CVV number which i haven't given to him.. Since, i had doubt about them, i didn't give CVV...
                                He insisted to get CVV number.. He told that if i give CVV, then only he can able to to revert the money Rs.15600/-
                                What kind of habit is this? RBI and other banks are not recommending to give CVV, OTP and pin.. But a person from RBL Credit card called and asked CVV.
                                Then, I have received a mail from [protected]@india.com – REFUND TEAM on 19.01.2019 stating that “As per your mail we are forwarding your issue to RBL Bank and they will call you and provide you better resolution. If you received call from RBL toll free no ([protected]) then you do the process you have valid proof that you received the call from toll free no.
                                Today, I have received a call from RBL registered complaint number ([protected]) and asked CVV which I have gave to them because it has came from RBL registered number. Later they asked Verification code which was sent to me by them. After a minute, I have received main and message that I have swiped my card for Rs.15999/- twice.
                                I don’t know what is going on? from RBL registered complaint number ([protected]), I have received call and they debited Rs.31998/- today (25.01.2019 at 10:49 am)…
                                Totally I lose Rs.47598/- because of RBL Bank.. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                      With reference to the above subject, I would like bring your kind attention about Contact act...
                                      As per contact act if the loan taken party is not paid then the banker has a right to recover from the guarantor but where as in my case, even though I'm not guarantor your bank employees are asking me to pay the loan of other party...
                                      Is it permissable by law... Your employees are calling my office number and my boss is angry on me and he dicided take resignation from my internship...

                                      Is there any rule or law stating that reference person should make payment if yes send us the notice I should make the payment... While taking reference if they communicated or they have taken signature from me.. I will pay the total amount along with interest and applicable fee...

[protected], i had very muchfrustrated about these credit cards calls from rbl bank or there vendors, so i am requesting you to kindly look into these and if these will not stopped same i will take action again below no.
