Hello sir/madam,
This is the complaint regarding the transaction done on 12-oct-2018.

I have done the transaction on 12-oct-2018, by transferring the amount of rs. 10000/- from money tap application. For which i have received the email and message saying transaction is complete, but actually the amount is not received in my beneficiary account of sbi.

Hence after that i raised a complaint for the same on rbl helpline number. They said the problem will get resolved in 10 days. The bill generated after that does not shown the entry of that transaction, hence as per my assumption you have settle the things from your end as discussed on the phone while raising the issue.

Suddenly after that in december month i received a letter saying that the amount is transferred to you and hence the liability of transaction lies with you. But as per my beneficiary bank account record the amount is not credited to my account.

I have done many communication for the same since last almost 45 days, but still they are saying it is taking more time to investigate the problem.

For what situation it is taking so much time, i really did not understood.

Its almost 3 months now and the issue is not resolved yet.

I am getting the bill for which i did not used money or not get the money in my account.

I have mailed to many complaint taking emails like this [protected]@rblbank.com, but still not getting any positive reply. They all have already crossed their time period for resolving the matter.

Please investigate the whole things as soon as possible and revert back to me.

Attached is the screenshot of the money tap application showing that the transactions are declined and that to up to 15 oct.

Also the bank statement of my beneficiary account for the month october which clearly showing no transaction for the date of 12-oct.

    My name is chandana naveen and i am an existing customer of rbl using rbl bajaj finserv credit card. I cleared all my dues and contacted the customer care to close my card. The customer care people says, they don't have authority to cancel the card and they schedule a call with the escalation department, where i gave my available time in the afternoon session for them to call me, but they don't call me between the given time. As they are unable to connect with me they are not closing my credit card.

      I received a call from rbl credit card department & i agreed to proceed for credit card. After several days chasing up to the team, some of the team says your card has been approved, some of them says it is in process, some of them said that within few days your card will be delivered. But today i saw that you doesn't meet policies with rbl bank. How it's possible that when i was waiting for confirmation then i got rejection even there is no clear reason for rejection.
      I have a strong cibil background too.
      I am going to file a complaint against rbl, it's the matter of my precious time wasted due to rbl processing unit.

        I'm nilesh patel, a resident of mumbai. Past month i received a call from team member of vicky goswami to apply for rbl bank creditcard with promise of providing double limit of my existing other bank's creditcard, however i was shocked when i received the rbl bank's creditcard and found the limit lower than my existing other bank's creditcard. I tried raising the issue with rbl bank through the customercare number, but they said that they were helpless as the limit is only provided by rbl bank officials. Why was i promised that i would be provided dpuble limit if rbl bank officials do not honor such promises? I was asked to use this creditcard free for 1 year but i have asked for disconnnection of the creditcard since i find myself duped and i do not want to use creditcard of the bank who do not honor their commitment. It's a fraud bank and i would ask people to stay away from these scamsters who try to sell anything to earn their commission in the pretext of offering you something that their officials will not honor.

          I myself (Santosh sunder nukala) customer of rbl bank credit card service, would like to get your notice regarding an issue with my rbl bank credit card which was issued by bank via etmoney app.
          As i am writing this mail to you after several calls and mail draft were initiated by me to rbl bank, where i couldnt get any response and resolution to my issue..

          As i trust banking services still, i would like to make the issue clear here for a quick resolution and response from you atleast.

          I had a rbl credit card issued from et money with a credit limit of 2, 88, 000, where i have used some amount previously and i was very prompt in payment aswell with statement dates, in the way i have a left over limit of 1, 45, 000 amount on my card as on dec 6th and on requirement i decided to utilize that amount as a insta loan (Xpress cash) prompted me on my rbl bank (Mobile app) app, i myself clicked on it and followed with all the procedure, unfortunately that did show-up anything and the amount which i tried to withdraw/transfer was not successfully deposited in my saving account. Reason is not known yet.

          So i tried the same amount 1, 45, 000 from etmoney app, where i got the amount immediately deposited to my saving account and i was happy going through that.
          Suddenly after a week so, checking the rbl bank app and et money were showing a overlimit of 1, 45, 000 was utilized on my card, then i sent several mails with the screenshot and spoke with multiple people explaining the scenario, everyone are borrowing my time to wait... Wait.. Wait hours.. Finally they initimated that the xpress cash loan which was not shown-up on app at that time was processed without depositing the amount and they said they will initimate the backend team to correct this, but nothing worked till date.

          Unfortunately both transaction were processed here in the statement, where i only received the amount which i requested in etmoney app and i see i have 2 emi's generated now in my statement for a single successful transaction.

          I have attached my transaction statements and the a screenshot where i have clearly lined the red and green borders to get understand you guys clearly what was happen exactly.
          So please please, do help me to sortout this asap, as i am getting a repeated calls from customer service team who are no-way bothered about my issue to pay the overlimit amount immediately where i haven't used soo.

          You can see the attached statements and the chasing mail to rbl bank management team also, where i couldnt get any reply yet. I have been harassed by rbl customer care team with repeated calls and words using on calls daily to pay the amount which i havent used though and in regards i m in deep depression with this financial crisis.
          Request you to please take the appropriate action accordingly.

A. At first i opted the insurance but i don;t want to open the insurance, i also inform till now i haven, t activated the card.                 An insurance on me has been processed for rs.720.00 p. A. On my bajaj finserv rbl super credit card on name abhijit sinha haldar. But i have some problems now. So i earnestly request you to cancell the insurance immediately otherwise i'll return the super credit card. I have also mail to [protected]@rblbank.com but no response get. I declare that i will be not liable to pay the premium. Please do the needful and oblige.

                  I am saunesh jain my last 4 digit card no. 4326 is this. My friend use this card and some misshaping in his home so he does paid this payment.

                  He using abusing language i am say the guy i talk with bank and pay to bank direct than he pressurize me for and torcher me for payment direct.
                  When i am say no to this guy or or collection agency he call me my all relatives my old father and my office and using abusing language and torcher my relative and threat my sisters also.
                  He using abusing language my sister and threat for misbehave in market.

                      I was checking my credit score and got to know that somewhere back in time i have applied for some kind of credit card from rbl in 2017 and when i raised a dispute for this on the website, automatically following reply came to me:

                      Enquiry rbl bank limited[protected] never applied with this bank no change - please get in touch with rbl bank limited[protected] for the required correction

                        My name is Dr Aby Robinson. I am an rbl bank credit card customer.
                        They have subscribed to a "card protection plan" and "r shield insurance scheme" in my credit card without my knowledge or consent. It was subscribed on December 29, 2018. I tried contacting the customer care number of the rbl bank credit card as given in their website but it was of no use. in spite of calling their number multiple times nobody responded.
                        Kindly refund the same as early as possible.

                            Hi bank,

                            I have no relation with the rbl bank. Even though i had rejected the card from money tap yet it was dispatched. I had rejected and asked the corrier boy to mark as rejected and return it to bank,

                            Since then i have been receiving sms about payment of rs499, i had called the bank and asked for explanation, agent said they are blocking the card, i wounder how they could block a card that not even received by the customer,

                            How could you charge on my name when i rejected your service,

                            Later they had lodged an complaint and no response yet and this was 7 days back

                            Please clear the charges on my name and ensure that this doesn't hurt my cebil score

                            Note: i dont want this issue to hurt my cebil score

                                Hi team,

                                This rakesh reddy marupati. I have opened a ticket on 4th december regarding an amazon echo dot gift voucher which i supposed to get on 30th november. I contacted your costumer care support multiple times for an update on this and every time i got a false commitment by saying it will be resolved in 48 hrs but the bad thing its more than a month but still the issue issue is persist. What is the use of your support team if the issue is not resolved after multiple follow-ups; seems they are thinking i dont have any work and contacting the customer care just do some time pass?

                                Find the below notes on this
                                30th november — i supposed to get gift voucher nut they failed to send.
                                4th december — then i contacted the customer care and a ticket was opened by the support team member and given a commitment of 48 hours for resolution.
                                8th december — in follow-up call ticket was updated by support team member and given a commitment of 48 hours for resolution.
                                11th december — in follow-up call an email was forwarded to marketing team by the support team member and given a commitment of 48 hours for resolution.
                                22nd december — in follow-up call it was escalated to higher management by support team member and given a commitment of 48 hours for resolution.
                                27th december — in follow-up call another email forwarded to concern team by support team member and also suggested me to send mail to their support me.
                                27th december — i had sent an mail to support team ([protected]@rblbank.com)
                                27th december — sent follow-up mail for an update.
                                1st january — called costumer care and asked for an update but after explaining all these he asked me to stay on hold and disconnected the call (It was happened 3 times earlier also and in the ticket they mentioned i disconnected the call)
                                2nd january — sent follow-up mail for an update.

                                  The worst bank ever, i have received a promotional sms from rbl bank on 2nd november 2018 where is clearly mentioned that i have to spent a particular amount before 10th november 2018 to get an amazon echo dot of rs. 4500/- and i did to spent more than particular amount but after the 70 days of offer ended. They are unable to give me the promised item. I have called and written so many email to them but haven't received any satisfactory reply from thier side. Every single time they asked me to wait for 3 working days. It am totally disappointed from them. Now, i am thinking to get them to consumer court for lier promise.: (

                                    I tried recharging my airtel no on the 29th oct. The transaction did not go through so i tried on the 30th oct which went through and i also got confirmation for it both by airtel n rbl. But i recvd a statemnt stating charges of rs.448 on 29th also. I raised a complain n than rbl gave me a temp credit n than in dec again reversed the credit of 448. Is the bank playing the fools n troubling customers. It takes 20 mins on the ivr to raise a complain n speak to dumb people. I spoke to the airtel dept they say they billed me only once thats on the 30th oct. Than how is the bank charging me twice.in the month of oct n nov ive made purchases of 1000 n above 6 times but still havent recvd 1000 bonus points. I have been raising several complains but its been in vain as the bank n employees dont seem to work honestly. Im totally fedup n frustrated dealing with rbl thinking its a good bank. Kindly revert my charges n points at the earliest.

                                      Initially i was having a loan and credit card with rbl banking for which i was and i am still paying the dues. Recently & unfortunately i got my salary account in rbl bank and since day 1 i am having issues with it. First i was and i am still not able to transfer my money to any other bank at all, i am not able to add beneficiary, i am not able to create vpa, i am not able to change or update my personal details, i am not able to use any other banking services and after calling their call center the only answer will be let me raise a complaint for the same and they will be working on it for years, because they were not able to fix my mobile banking since 3 months now (I am handicapped now). I have to use old way of banking to visit a bank with a cheque book and withdraw the money then deposit it in any other bank so that i can pay dues even for them as well (Such a # bank i have never seen).in this fast life if one will have this # banking services we'll be way behind the other countries. I suggest all not to open an account with them even don't think of taking their services at any cost otherwise you'll regret like me.

                                        My name is janardhan i have account with your worst bank, submitted every details of my working permanent details and my employee details to the bank. No person is came from your bank to verify my address and blocked my credit to the account. For online deposit from november onwards i'm struggling to deposit money into my account still now it is not resolved they levied charges against my account.

                                        Verify and let me know.
