Hi,

I had already closed/deactivate the services of my rbl credit card (5243*9534) almost 6 months back by making call to there customer care no, the same confirmation/assurance was given to me of closing the card in 2-3 days (No pending due on card) there was some amount which i was holding in my card, and got it transferred to my personal account (Icici account for which i have the transaction statement) before closing.

But to my surprise after 6 months, they have send me a bill of amounting rupees 1, 180.00 in the month of december 2018 asking me to pay before 4th jan 2019, to which i have no clue, when the card is already defunct /deactivate.

I have already dropped a mail to them, to which i have not received any reply so far.

Also, this is really matter of great concern sending a fictitious/wrong bill of the card which has already been closed long time back. So i request you to please look into this issue and get it resolved and i will not going to pay anything for this.

    The mentally harrassment not stopped yet. They are chasing continiously to my mumbai work office as well as head office kerala.
    I had informed from my head office boss he told me immediately resolve this problem otherwise you leave your job.

    Dear, due to my boss word i am running mentally affected and worry about my job future i will how to survive my family and how to pay rbl depth...
    Due to his continiously ringing all climate of work place getting very busy. We can not work and call to our customer and workplace climate getting very horrible and worst.
    Requesting you if it is not stop by rbl finally we are going to suiside

      I had called rbl bank customer care for emi pre closing purpose[protected] and they raised the request.
      I have paid that amount with the pre closer charges and gst
      But today i have seen that pree closer charges and gst again deducted from account, i don`t know is this how you guys are supported to the customer.

      I just called today and they could not transfer my call to the senior as well as they unable to help me its strange.
      Now i realized i did big mistake to take the rbl credit card.

      I never ever seen before this much of bad and worst services by RBL bank

        I have taken personal loan from your bank a/c no is[protected]. Now I want to close this a/c, for this I want to know my o/s loan bal to close this a/c. Wherever i called to customer care they reply that they cant give loan statement or tell o/s bal over phone/email, you have to visit our hub ohkla branch which in delhi. This is our bank policy.
        I stay in Najafgarh which is so far from ohkla brnch, it takes 2-3 hours to visit branch, I m working person, I m not able to visit bench only for bal enquiry. My question is that just for o/s bal enquiry I have to visit branch, there is no facility in your bank to give details of customers a/c to there email address. Only it's your bank who do not give details of customers a/c on their email ID. It was my bigger mistake to take loan from bank, I never become a customer of your bank in future and add lap tell my near ones to harass by you.

          Hi Team,

          I have raised a request 05327978 for credit card closure with RBL Customer care on 17th Dec because of their worst service from customer care but they gave fake assurance like I would get the call withhin 3 days But I did't, Simply they sent message like we unable to reach you through my registered mobile number, Eventhough I enabled missed call alerts I did not receive any alerts this happened for 3 times, Simply they are passing days and closing the old request by raising new one, Literally I lost my patience and happiness and joy everything because of this follow up, whenever I am connecting with RBL customer care they giving different different updates means each and every assiciates are giving irrelevant updates and they are simply making me getting irritated and unhappy, I am filing this complaint with heartbroken mind, They not at all fulfill their assurance, Kindly help me to close this card

          Hi Team after that I spoke to card closing department on 28th December 2018 but they raised new request and waited for 3 days and I called today as well they told like I was not reachable so They closed the request and raised new one, After I shouted they told like they have taken the request and it will be closed within 3 working days, But literally they are spoiling my patience.

              I requested customer care team as well as credit card department team for preclosure of CC but guess what I neve received any update or resolution. They can atleast tell me the process.

              Additionally, I have been receiving numerous calls from RBL collection and they use abusive language... that’s disgusting and unbearable.

              Just let me know the process and I want to get a rid of this stupid card.

                Dear sir,

                I am a resident of delhi. On[protected], i went to your jagriti enclave branch for the updation of my aadhaar card. But the executive there neglected to do the work and responded very mannerlessly. It was my 3rd visit and that time also he behave very badly like the previous visits.
                Please take some action towards it for better customer satisfaction.

                    Few days ago i have received call from bajaj finserv (I am customer of bajaj finserv) for rbl credit card and i agree to apply.in 3 days the executive comes to my office and collect the information for card.

                    Now, just one day ago i have received my card. I have read documents and try to generate 4 digit pin from their website and it says :

                    "dear customer, entered credit card number, date of birth and expiry date aren’t matching as per bank records. Kindly enter valid demographic details to proceed further."

                    I have filled the correct information so where is the mistake?

                    I have been trying to their customer care from morning but there is no success.

                    I have been trying to generate pin from customer care enter 16 digit number, enter cvv, enter card expiry and they said we sent otp to your registered mobile but there is no otp i have received.

                    Now this is very frustrating because i don't like there customer service at all.

                      मुझे RBL बैंक क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिए कॉल आया था।
                      मैंने कार्ड के लिए स्वीकृति दे दी। कार्ड भी मिल गया। मुझे ऑफर दिया गया था कि 60 दिन के भीतर ₹2000 की शॉपिंग करने पर आपको वार्षिक फी ₹3000+GST नहीं देना पड़ेगा। मैंने 2 दिन के अंदर ही ₹5000 की शॉपिंग कर ली। इसके बावजूद पहले ही स्टेटमेंट में वार्षिक फी due दिखा रहा है। कस्टमर केयर पर कोई बात करने वाला भी नहीं है।
                      धोखाधड़ी कर रहे हैं ये झूट बोलकर फंसा रहे हैं।

                        I have request Xpress cash loan through app on[protected] but today on[protected] I received massage your account 2630 neft transfer proceed 20000k but my account number show wrong my last digit 2631 I have contacted many time customer care and many mail according issue but not get any response so I visit our bank branch and tell that any amount credited in 2630 account no they tell me that 2630 account not exist in bank contact to payer bank so I contacted many time rbl credit card department and mail but they not responding and getting any complaint

                          Few days ago I have received call from Bajaj Finserv (I am customer of Bajaj Finserv) for RBL Credit Card and I agree to apply. In 3 days the executive comes to my office and collect the information for card.

                          Executive is filled the form at that time i have said CPPNO but they done mistake here. I have messaged CPPNO on 5607033. On message it says will respond in 3 days but there are 6 days but no response.

                          Now, just one day ago I have received my card. I have read documents and try to generate 4 digit pin from their website and it says :

                            I am TAPAN DABHI from Rajkot, Gujarat, I am using RBL Credit Card Since 1 year, My bill amount was 65000 rs. Which was due since some months because of the low financial conditions, However I managed to give payment of 53000 Rs. to the bank in the NOV.2018. After that also, Rbl Customer Care Executive calls from [protected] to me & my family many calls for payments. That Lady executive actually mentally harassing me & my family and using abusing languages like 'Tu chor Hai', 'Tu Bhikhari Hai' etc.& making me & my family frustrated. They are using abusing language that has no limit.Please Resolve the problem Otherwise I have to lodge complaint against RBL for mental harassment.

                            I have got RBL CREDIT card. But still I have not used and not set pin also. But I got messge bill to pay 1178 rs. Please cancel this card. I don't want use it. With out using card how can I pay bill.
                            I didn't apply RBL Credit Card, but I don't know how they courier me RBL Credit Card name of mine in September 2017, I had used card 2-3 times and paid their payment on time, in 2018 I requested them to close my Credit Card Account I don't want to use it but still they did not close my account, I had requested to close it 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 but still active and they harass me for payment, now they told my pending dues above 1+ Lac without any use how this amount they charge after requested to close the account. Now I'm ready to pay 10k to 12k settlement amount but they force me to pay 40k+ payment as settlement amount. I am so much depressed because I don't have any job after closing my business. Please help me to get sort out from this RBL Harassment.

                              This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 7 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                              I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                In my understanding, i have never applied for any kind of credit card with rbl bank, but i dont know how and why they have made enquiries and it has hampered by credit score as well. Not once, twice, thrice or 4 times they have checked my score.                                       I had tried to taken xpress cash through rbl banking app on 17.12.2018. Today is 22.12.2018 i did not get my money in my account. I am trying to contact to customer care and sent so many mails regarding this but i did not any answer so far. Even i have receivedmy credit card statement in which i have to pay 50000 rs which is i did not taken.

                                        One of my relative had accidentally transferred a 20k on my home loan account. This issue was immediately addressed to rbl banks customer service. After rigourous follow up they refunded the amount with some deductions in it. Upon asking why they didn’t transfer the entire 20k, they said they have deducted rs. 590/- which was the return charges which was applicable 5months back whereas they had already deducted 590/- twice few months back. Now that i sent them proof they are ignoring it and asking me to get in touch with the branch. Also, in between credit card department sends me an email saying they can’t help us, don’t know why this department had to intervene as this home loan departments issue.
                                        They have harassed me and not given any positive response for refunding the pending amount.
                                        Really worst customer service encountered ever in my life.
                                        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
