      Hi
      I had tried to taken xpress cash through rbl banking app on 17.12.2018. Today is 22.12.2018 i did not get my money in my account. I am trying to contact to customer care and sent so many mails regarding this but i did not any answer so far. Even i have receivedmy credit card statement in which i have to pay 50000 rs which is i did not taken.

      What should i do i don't understand.

        One of my relative had accidentally transferred a 20k on my home loan account. This issue was immediately addressed to rbl banks customer service. After rigourous follow up they refunded the amount with some deductions in it. Upon asking why they didn’t transfer the entire 20k, they said they have deducted rs. 590/- which was the return charges which was applicable 5months back whereas they had already deducted 590/- twice few months back. Now that i sent them proof they are ignoring it and asking me to get in touch with the branch. Also, in between credit card department sends me an email saying they can’t help us, don’t know why this department had to intervene as this home loan departments issue.
        They have harassed me and not given any positive response for refunding the pending amount.
        Really worst customer service encountered ever in my life.

          As i have been issued platinum credit card bearing number #6639 last four digit number of three online transaction on my credit card transaction details first (A charge of inr 4, 999.00 has been initiated on your rbl credit card ending with 6639 at www yesbank in on[protected] at 02:46:03 pm ist. Your available limit is inr 26, 335.69.) second (A charge of inr 4, 999.00 has been initiated on your rbl credit card ending with 6639 at abipbl on[protected] at 02:53:47 pm ist. Your available limit is inr 16, 337.69.) third (A charge of inr 4, 999.00 has been initiated on your rbl credit card ending with 6639 at abipbl on[protected] at 02:53:49 pm ist. Your available limit is inr 11, 338.69.) i called to rbl customer care they said wait for three days but still not received any call from rbl cust care side so i'll requested to you kindly find the dispute form and reverse the amount. Thanks & regards

            Hi i have been your customer since february 2018. I have tried to make payments every month and if not make the minimum due atleast. Last month i paid 7000 which was the more then the minimum due amount and this month 8000. My issue is a collection agent by the name o[censored]nni[protected] has visited my house directly and informed my parents about my credit card details. When my dad calls me up i asked him why he has not checked the system before going to my house he said it was because i don't pick the call. To be correct i picked the call when he called on 18th and i told him i will make the payment which i did on 19th and inspite of this without checking system he went to my home. My question is why was my parents informed about my private information. Why did this agent visit my house without checking the system. I am being hounded by calls til today by your agents. Why is that happening. Don't you inform your agent once a payment has been made. Hence posting this complaint.

              I tried to register a complain in their cardservices, e mail stating the facts, asking for a waver of the late fees and finance charges as i was not a defaulter.
              But they refused to do the waiver.
              I want to clear the payment of my credit card but not able to pay finance charges
              Which is very high.
              I request you to please help me in this matter.

                This is Eddie from Delhi I have a card which is stating as RBL Credit Card
                but exactly a company name Red Carpet who has done a lot of frauds with customers it will also count on you cause you are their sponsor worst service scammer why would i have to wait to generate my new limit. I Share my mobile number and all my identity information with them and then they provide a card i paid every amount and on time even before the due date but i m not getting the service which was promised plz look into this matter and one thing i dont know i did every payment and the mobile number i shared which was registered with someone else i don't know who then why my credit score goes down and i took 10000 in which the emi amount was minimum 1050 per month i cleared with in 4 months and also they are asking for money to reload and when i refused as i have already paid amount with interest and charges then they aresaying that your card will be reloaded after 3 month and my card have been blocked for 3 month what the hell
                such a big scam on your name if they are paying you well then this is ### politics and you the so called Big RBL BANK in india you are also involve and for now i dont want it anymore but i have a some screenshots and call recording i m going to esclate on social media also

                  I got my new credit card and card protection scheme had activated but i applied for cancellation then i received a call from rbl bank telling the process was for cancellation of the card protection plan but later after few min i lost money of rs 30000/- and the person had all my information, the bank is sharing all our info to the third party or the bank is behind tis fraud transaction

                  I've registered my card successfully and set the 4 digit pin. But whenever I try to do any online or merchant transaction, the transaction always decline.

                    I purchasd a mobil wth no cost emi in flipkart. At that tim i cal to rbl customr care, if there is any other hidden charges fr it? Or only the emi seen in flipkart. Rbl rplies no otjr charges. So thn i cal to flipkart, they also said no othr charges. Only th emi in seen a that ofr. Bt nw i get the detail card statmnt there bank charges extra fr the emi

                      Myself deepika salvi using credit card of rbl bank since 2 months i m continuously getting minimum 10 calls a day for payment reminders. They even call on sundays since morning 9am to evening 7.30pm they are calling. Its so embarrassing. If i am paying minimum amount due to credit card then y am i getting calls for reminder. There is no over limit not late payment still these call centre person is literary harassing and torturing me while i am working in a company. I need to escalate this issue to the govt. Kindly help

                      We however request you to note that since your card account is overdue for payments our collections team has been constrained to follow up on the same.
                      1. WHAT DO U MEAN OVERDUE?
                      2.IF I AM PAYING MINIMUM AMT AS PER STATEMENT GIVEN BY YOU DOES IT MEAN I M IN DEFAULT LIST?
                      3.WHAT IS THE MEANING OF DEFAULTER? AS PER ME DEFAULT MEAN A PERSON DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO BANK, STILL I M PAYING MIN AMT ON OR BEFORE TIME.
                      4.IF I M PAYING MIN AMT DONT U CHARGE ME ON REMAINING AMOUNT? OR IT IS INTEREST FREE?
                      5.OVERDUE MEAN IF I HAVE A LIMIT OF 10K AND I HAVE UTILISED 11K M I RIGHT OR WRONG?

                        They all me at least 50 times a day, i have used the card, and made large payments, which will reflect in payment history. The collection agency put me on a emi plan, of approx 30k per month. I have made regular payments, but fr last 2 month due to travelling, delayed payments form my clients, the payment delayed.

                        They are harassing me & my family like hell.. Feel like i am a criminal. Non stop calls & visits.

                        Please help

                          I am holding rbl credit card no [protected] and taken loan on credit card loan no. [protected]

                          I have deposited inr 3, 87, 417/- to close my loan account to foreclose the loan account but bank did not close my loan account and continued to deduct monthly installment from amount deposited in loan account

                          I have raised a request for refund extra amount deposited in my credit card loan account. (Its almost month since i raised request for refund of amount with rbl bank)

                          I have received call multiple time from bank to confirm whether i want refund or want to adjust extra amount. I always told them that i need refund of extra amount to be deposited in my loan account.

                          To my surprise, the amount was not refunded to me and my request was cancelled without my knowledge and the amount was adjusted with my loan amount.

                          When i asked to refund extra amount deposited in account then they adjusted remaining amount with my principle loan amount.

                          When i again call i was told that access amount will be credited to my account by 6th dec. 2018 but amount was not credited to my account and it was again told me to wait for another two days.

                          I would request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount.

                            I m gunaraj stephen i got bajaj finsery rbl credit card but i dnt want to use i didn't liked as it was forcefully given to me falls commitment & telling that when issue the card pay the amount of the 3000/- & get a benifit of 13000/- for use to online shopping on rbl side. Am not use your card because your falls commitment but you send me annual card charges amt - 3538.82/-. Why you send the charges amount because i have not any outstanding pending amt & not use your card. You're lootting the customer in the name of credit card.
                            If you not closing my credit within 2-3 days i will complaints on consumer court.

                                I was using your card in a proper way and very well check my payment history and i was paying all the payments in a proper time and i'm not a bad customer.

                                Last payment rs.23, 686/- has be paid one day delay since i was in traveling and i didn’t get proper network to make payment.

                                And i clearly talk to your customer care service centre person several times.

                                But till now i’m getting delay payment charges and interest charges, and i several times called your customer care centre executive to consider and reverse,

                                But no one are able to do solve this issue and this situation they are asked me to send mail you to finalize, and my card is blocked status,

                                Kindly do reverse the amount of rs.3493/- for one day delay payment.

                                Waiting for the positive reply and i'll use your service again.

                                  I have closed my emi on 23 red november 2018. As confirmed with mr. Sachin kumar supervisor. My total outstanding amount was rs.100920/-. (Including pre closer charges of rs. 2699+485 gst charges)

                                  He told me to pay rs.7500/- or 10, 000/-
                                  And remaining (Rs.90, 920/-) amount should be paid in december 2018.

                                  I have paid 10, 000/- on 23rd december 2018

                                  But now new statement ganarated on 14th december, outstanding amount is wrongly showing as 94, 365/-

                                  I have continusly following with customer care person (Vishwa, shivu, isaac, saloni, sachin and tarun) without any proper solutions.

                                  Kindly look in to this

                                        I tried reaching customer care but there is no response.

                                        I want to deactivate my credit card due to pathetic service.
                                        While giving this card rbl said that there are no hidden charges on the card its free. I did not even use the card not even made single transaction and next month i got 3556rs to pay on this card. When i spoke to the representatives of rbl they did not have an answer. I don't want to continue with this services. Please tell me what is the process of deactivation of my rbl credit card
