I strongly recommend everyone not to take rbl credit card
They just harass u i know it was mistake to. Miss one month payment
But you don't have to harass the customer.in this case one lady is harassing me her name is neelima and contact is [protected]. I hope at least one person will listen and change. Please the person who will have authority please take action on her...

My rbl credit card which i have been using long period and it has been told that due my usage forex trading and virtual currencies transactions my card has been blocked. The ref nos given by them are [protected] dt 5th nov 2018 and [protected] dt 6th nov 2018.

I would like to inform you that i may have use this for subscribing services from google, microsoft and amazon for buying cloud services and procurement of some items.in...

I was taken the rbl credit card where i was trying to contact with bank as din't
Get any response after mark mail to ceo they just incensing the interest charges and however i want final amount which was not given by bank till yet..
However they are not proving me resolution... Please help me as it is impacting on my cibil score......

I had many time request to close my credit card on urgent basis but they aren't close it. now next month they will charge me renewal fees but i want to this card any more then why should i pay it. request you please help for close my RBL Credit card. Hi my name is harsha thakkar without informing me they have given r shield insurance and i have received a card a 1 week back but that r shield insurance 6, 600 amount deducted only.. How it can be possible, and i called so many time for call center they didn't respond properly. Final don't want any insurance policy.. Plz cancel it this policy. I need my money back... I need quick response......

Personal loan tele excutive promised and confirmed interest rate and charged rate is variabce of 3%.
Regarding this i was contact all type of customer care centers through phone and nearest branch (Madhapur branch) mail there is no response from them.
Some has to take care of these and why can't they reversal the rate and give any other solutions.

This is mahesh singh bisht i have rbl credit card, please closed my credit card which issued by you, your executive said after one year no annual fee but still you charged it its total fraud done by you, time of making the card your executive also said its totally free

I had also complaint it after that you fee but you again charger annual fee

Hi am gm jayalashmamma am one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don't have any interest in any type of insurance subscription... I am being disturbed by the collection agencies for my credit card payment even after my prompt payment history and also i requested them many times not to call for or follow up for payment

But from 25th of eery month onwards they started disturbing me for the payment

Insurance card and paper not send to me but premium add to my credit card bill so this policy cancel my account and premium credited my credit card. I told your telecaller 100 times that i don't want insurance. Stupid people. So many time. But still charge 1000 for r sheild insurance. To bad service. No helpline number picking phone. No option in app to stop insurance. Totally fraud bank.

I am prabhakar and my payment of credit card is overdue from past 5 months due to some unseen circumstances in professional life about which i have already informed to representatives of yours and also requested to convert the amount into emis so that i can pay easily. Instead of getting resolution representatives keep calling to persons i am not concerned any more.

The executive who gave the card to me told there will be no member ship fee for this card on 1st year. but my first statement came with

2999 membership fee + 539.82 GST for it.

I hold 5 credit cards out of it RBL is worst bank. tried reaching the customer care number they are not connecting to executives to speak.

And they do fake promise for selling the card....

I am getting threatening calls from rbl bank credit card department for the payment which is due on 4.12.18. Even after telling them that i will make my payment on 2nd they are not understanding.

I have never lapsed any payment for credit card till now and i am a loyal customer.

I have payed all the dues pending, but the bank still sends me messages and statements asking for money, it is never ending, i have been asking them to close my credit card for the past 6 months but those people are not acting on it, rbl bank wants to fleece me, it is most worst experience.

All i get is we will get back to you, our representative will be calling you, but they will not close the credit card, but keep asking...

I get calls from rbl to make payment of the bill before due date.

I get this call from the date of billing, for around 3 to 4 calls a day and everyday..
Also i get this call even after the payment and after receiving the confirmation of payment from rbl bank by sms.

Everytime a new person would make call to talk stupid and on one month i had a person visit my house in person asking me to pay the bill....

This is soo unfortunate that without my consent you are cancelling my emi and asking me to pay huge amount of rs. 57, 463
