My rbl titanium delight credit card application number is [protected].

I am applied rbl bank credit card as new customer i applied only for credit card but i received message for the card protection plan added to my credit card and charged 600/- rupees but i have not applied for card protection plan unnecessarily charged to me and this amount is debiting every month for 64/- rupees option also added it is worst giving service of this i cant accept this card protection plan to my card so please remove the card protection plan immediately from my card.

    Hi, started relationship with RBL almost two months back and before second billing cycle thare are fake transactions are been made and been reversed after call to.customer care.
    Second issue that customer care executive are making and misguiding client about offers and benefits.

    After harsh time of two months time I am going to discontinue the card wef. as well as wish to mention that I am credit card user of from last 6yrs but this is been first ever worst experience and strongly recommend to not to go for relationship with RBL else you will be harashed.

    One more point of worst customer service along with slowest change and update in RBL mob app.
    Minimum reflection time of change in mob app is not less than 3 working days.even for transactions

      I have applied for rbl bank credit card and submitted all the hard copies of documents. Both the office, residence and telephonic verification has been done. Later i received a message that your application no #cco2jn54a9 got rejected - dear customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank
      Already i am holding credit cards of other banks with a good credit limit.
      Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

      Before my due date your representative continually call me. 10 to 15 callls per day. Now I m tried and going to file a mental Harassment case again your bank. I always pay regular payment before my due date.

        I am a RBL Card holder for the Card ending in 1354. In case the payment is delayed they start sending threatening messages. The bank has hired unprofessional collection agents who don't have anything to do with Indian Laws. The bank needs to check this before the matter will be out of control. The collection agents keep calling any time they want and if you don't answer a call then they will send messages on What's app or text

          Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccm123n2ni. I got all verification call. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #ccm123n2ni, status dear customer, your credit card application has ops reject as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Sanvi, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards ranjith [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

          I have raised request 7 times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but 5 month completed but card is not cancelled. and asking to pay card charges with penalty

              This is soo unfortunate that without my consent rbl is cancelling my other emi and asking me to pay huge amount of rs. 57, 463

              I had asked rbl to cancel the below mentioned emi only because the merchant has cancelled my order and the amount rs.34, 999 (24 emi's) was transferred back to the card the next day but on which they still charged me emi of rs. 1, 663 for 4 months and this amount was not reversed back by them to my card. Instead they are asking me to pay the whole amount again.

              They are not even replying to my mails and not even giving proper answer on phone calls

              Stop looting people please

              This is really very unfortunate never expected from rbl bank

                Dear sir,
                Myself m s alam, holding a rbl bank super maxima card (Credit card no : 5256xxxxxxxx1829).
                I would like request you to kindly cancel my credit card no : 5256xxxxxxxx1829 as i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed from your service and the way your support & backend executive has treated me during last few months. Here are the consequences:
                1. This card (Card no - 5256xxxxxxxx1829) is issued to me during the month of jan-2018, earlier i was using some other rbl card (The last four digits of that card was: 2225 as i don’t remember all the digits). I was getting many calls that as being a valuable customer rbl is offering you to upgrade your existing card to super card as it has many additional features. The way your executive has represented it to me, i got convinced and accepted to upgrade the card to super maxima card.
                2. We received the card and happily i started using it. After some time i destroyed my existing rbl card (Having last four digits : 2225) and continued using this newly delivered credit card (5256xxxxxxxx1829) without knowing that very soon rbl is going to destroy my all happiness.
                3. I was getting two statements alert sms, one for new super card (5256xxxxxxxx1829) with all new transactions done with this card and the second one for old card (Which i had already destroyed, last four digits : 2225) with the emi which was done earlier with that old cards. I thought since we have some emi with that old cards that’s why i am getting that separate bill for that card.
                Imp: please note that i am very regular in making the payment every months by due date.
                4. Finally when i got the sms alert for the billing period 18jun18 to 17jul18 for that old card (Which i had already destroyed, last four digits : 2225), it was much more than my expectation/calculation. So i downloaded the bill statement and checked the details. I found that there is a card annual charges of rs: 2400 (Approx).
                5. I tried to called customer care executives many times, and finally after trying 3-4 days i got the chance to speak to the representative. When i requested him, i was surprise from his statement as h was saying that “your both the cards are active and you can use any of the cards for your all types of transactions. But both cards are using the same credit limit jointly. This is the reason rbl has charged an annual charges”. When i said that but i have already destroyed my old card (Last four digit : 2225) and why i should use multiple cad on same credit limit jointly and will be paying annual charges separately. He said i such case you must raised a request for card cancellation. I replied him since i was not aware about this this that both card will be active on the same credit limit, hence i did not gave any cancellation request.
                6. Further i requested him to please take request for card cancellation now and revert the annual charges billed to me. He replied it can not be possible now. If you want to do so, first you will have to pay the current total billed amount and secondly you will need to pre-close all your balance emi on this old card.
                7. As per the conversation, i paid the total billed amount, though it became one late due to all these tensions but i paid it.
                8. After that i was relaxed that now the annual charges billed wrongly will be reverted back and the next bill i get all the emi pre-closed. But when i got the next bill, i found nothing has been done, neither the annual charges has been reverted nor the emi has been pre-closed.
                9. I tried to customer care again and after many trail, i was able to speak to the executive. I explained him everything and also explained him my earlier discussion and commitment by rbl executive and requested him please listen the recorded conversation to validate it. I also requested him.
                10. He listened me patiently and confirmed me that, “sir you don’t worry, we will work on this and needful will be done. We will deactivate/cancel your old card as it is still showing active in our system. We will revert back the annual charges billed to you and since you have suffered due rbl, your balance emi will be adjusted against the reversal amount of annual charges which you have already paid. So you please do not pay any money.
                11. I was so happy and thank full to rbl that they really listen to customer. But my happiness again flushed out by rbl very soon, as i got the sms alert that your card cancellation request was rejected. When i called to customer care executive, he assured me, don’t worry sir it is under process and you will get a call back for the same.
                12. Few days later i again called back and came to know that the cancellation request has been rejected with a reason “customer is not responding”. But the fact is, i never got a call from rbl, rather i called two time to customer care to know the status for the same. I requested them to share the date & time when your executive has tried to call me. But she was unable to do so.
                13. I again requested customer care executive to please accept another request for card cancellation and please cancel my both the card.
                14. Two days later i got a call back from rbl, saying that calling from rbl backend team. She told me that this call is regarding your request for card cancellation. She said like this is to confirm you that there will be no reversal of any kind charges as it is already billed and since you had given cancellation request after the annual charges applied to you, so we cannot cancel the card as well. So you have to pay all the money which is already billed to you. I requested her to let me talk to senior who may help in this regards, further she replied that since i am calling from backend team, there is no need to talk to any seniors as my decision is final.

                Imp: also like to add that, i had also availed a personal loan (For rs : 2, 50, 000 as on 30/01/2016, a/c no :[protected] from rbl and paid it back before time, within one year.

                Now i am feeling like, i have been cheated very badly by a bank to whom i trusted enough and always tried to be a loyal customer by paying all bill amount before due date.

                But since rbl is not respecting my trust and loyalties as a customer, so there is no point of being further customer to rbl. So i wanted disconnect my all relationship with rbl peacefully.

                So kindly cancel my all the cards (Card no : 5256xxxxxxxx1829 and the older card whose last four digit is : 2225 which i have already destroyed almost a year back) and bill me the final amount on the same (Please cancel and pre-close all the emi on my cards)

                Once you will cancel the cards and will send me the final bill, i make the whole payment immediately so that rbl bank can grow further as i believe that rbl is managing their growth in this manner only by cheating their various customers who trusted to rbl.

                Dear sir,
                I am getting daily threatening calls 10-15 times from rbl bank credit card department from day of credit card bill generation till due date is over even after making the payments also. My bill is being generated as on 18th of every month and due date for the payment is 6th/7th of next month, but i am getting 10-15 calls during the period of 19th to 6th/7th of next month and every time forcing me to make the payment today itself. Whatever i will update to them, it doesnot matter, i will again get the same call from different no.
                Even some time getting call after making the payment also. Surprisingly, after confirming the transaction id, again will get another call for the same.

                I am very much regular in making payment and have never lapsed any payment for credit card till now, but still suffering

                I got very much frustrated from their collection department.

                  Rbl bank are charging more money for every installment. Every time the installment money is increasing. For every cash installment they are charging rs. 250/- this is not fare i am paying installment in cash still they are charging 250/- rs. I want my refund and statment for every transanction and reason for excess money charged for each transaction

                    Even after clearing all my dues which the crooked bank created. I have cleared all of them and asking them to close the card, but these crooks are not doing to it.

                    I have sent 100s of mails to those so called bank.

                    Their customer care customer is nothing but a cruel joke on the customers, you could never ever ever... Reach them.

                        I strongly recommend everyone not to take rbl credit card
                        They just harass u i know it was mistake to. Miss one month payment
                        But you don't have to harass the customer.in this case one lady is harassing me her name is neelima and contact is [protected]. I hope at least one person will listen and change. Please the person who will have authority please take action on her

                          My rbl credit card which i have been using long period and it has been told that due my usage forex trading and virtual currencies transactions my card has been blocked. The ref nos given by them are [protected] dt 5th nov 2018 and [protected] dt 6th nov 2018.

                          I would like to inform you that i may have use this for subscribing services from google, microsoft and amazon for buying cloud services and procurement of some items.in rare case i had used the card for availing forex like usd, sgd and cny during my travel to the respective countries.

                          So i request you to reinitiate the card by advising the banker m/s rbl.

                              I had many time request to close my credit card on urgent basis but they aren't close it. now next month they will charge me renewal fees but i want to this card any more then why should i pay it. request you please help for close my RBL Credit card. They are alloted me a card as free card no AMC applicable on this card. Now they are charging 2500 Rs. So, I don't trust any more and I don't want to keep this card. But they are not responding I mean to say their all customers care number not ringing how can we call them to close this card before renewal. I am trying to call them since 20 November but they are not responding properly.

                              I talked with rbl customer service executive at 11.18 pm after many attempt for call they are finally received my call for close my credit card. Now executive told me I m not able to check your details for closing the cards due to server upgradation. Now sir, what will I do please, because they were sent me massage they weren't contact me and inform me that kindly call customer care for further assistance. Now they are not closing my card just wasting my time and I will not pay them renewal charge if they are not close card before renewal.

                                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                  Hi my name is harsha thakkar without informing me they have given r shield insurance and i have received a card a 1 week back but that r shield insurance 6, 600 amount deducted only.. How it can be possible, and i called so many time for call center they didn't respond properly. Final don't want any insurance policy.. Plz cancel it this policy. I need my money back... I need quick response...

                                  I get calls from rbl to make payment of the bill before due date.

                                  I get this call from the date of billing, for more than 7-8 calls a day and on everyday..

                                  every day they are calling from unknown number and really getting irritated after saying due date is there...

                                    Personal loan tele excutive promised and confirmed interest rate and charged rate is variabce of 3%.
                                    Regarding this i was contact all type of customer care centers through phone and nearest branch (Madhapur branch) mail there is no response from them.
                                    Some has to take care of these and why can't they reversal the rate and give any other solutions.
