Getting so many calls from representive asking for payment before due date (Jan 2019) only. When i said i will pay by next week. But the guy is forcing me to pay within 2 days and and talking a like a # with no manners or respect. This is really not a way to talk with anybody. I regret using rbl credit card wish to close it soon. I am afraid to use there card in future. Its like mental torcher the way they are talking i dont think so they are even educated person no value for customer

    I received this bajaj rbl platinum card 1 month back. The executive misinformed me about the card and so i did not use my card at all. To my surprise i was billed with an unexplained amount which i got a message. I had already asked the customer care executive to cancel my card which i think is still not cancelled.

    Cancel my card immediately as i don't want such a company's product/service where i get misinformed about and then when i ask to cancel it, they don't and instead bill me for reasons unknown without even using the card.

    I repeat cancel my card immediately

      Hello sir
      Miss information has been given by the calling agent that the card will be issued to me free of cost and no charges will be claimed for the first year. I applied for the same on the basis of his deceiving conversation and the card had been issued to me. Now, an statement has been received by me to pay rs.[protected] as member fee + taxes) which was not told by him. I don't want to use the card any more due to false and fraud promise given by your agent. So, it is requested that my credit card bearing no. [protected] valid unto 11/24 may please be cancelled with immediate effect. Moreover, i will pay the falsely charged amount.

        Cce called me explained the charges of credit card i wasn't agreed and told him to cancel my credit card request and he did after 15 days i got message that your rbl card is dispatched,
        After someday another cce called me to receive card and again i told him same i don't want card he cancelled request than again they dispatched card again when delivery boy called me i denied to receive and after 1 month i am getting messages that rbl payment is due.
        All the no. Provided is not reachable

          I also a customer of rbl credit card card no.[protected] using time 8 month only first member ship fee pay and running time renewal with out my permission. Already my card cancelled. Again request me paid another membership fee. I paid this renewal fee but i refund this amount and stop message from your part i want only that amount with out any consequence

            My self deepika desale. I was applied rbl credit card 3 4 times but this was dicline. I was call to your customer care no but my card rejection reason not explaine me by your exicetive. And now when offer from bajaj finserv super card those also reject from rbl. I am very frusted from rbl service. Who have read my masege plz resolve my problem... Have been found

              I, somnath bhosale, m your two wheeler loan customer i did regularly paid your emi 2752/- since april 2017. But last 4 month i was hospitalized for 3 month. So that time i don't have sufficient money to pay your emi. Because that time i am job less person. Last month november 2018 one of your collection person he's name swapnil ([protected]). He is continuously visit my relative home and harassing to my family.
              After words i did pay emi by cash to given him. But still he is not update on my loan amount. And still he is calling me and visited my relative home and asking give me bouncing charge. Even that that charge will debited from my another account. So please take a serious action agents him.

                I have been offered rbl supercard by customer service of bajaj finserv. It was informed that, it is free of cost. However, on 26/11/2018 got a message that it will be charged for inr 999/year. Hence, i have not taken this rbl card during delivery. On date, 15/12/2017 i got a message & email for billing of rs. 1178.82
                Following are the message by rbl:

                Your rbl bank credit card account xxxx-1707 bill of rs. 1178.82 with due date[protected] has been sent &will reach you in next 7 days.

                This message itself shows, i haven't received card.

                Do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                Sir/Madam,

                I have been offered RBL Card by customer service of Bajaj finserv. It was informed that, it is free of cost. However, on 26/11/2018 got a message that it will be charged for INR 999 + 18% GST per year. Hence, I have cancelled and not taken the RBL card during delivery. However, still I am getting messages for card password and others. I will accept this card only if it will be provided as mentioned by customer service. Till now, I haven't taken this card still On date 15/12/2017 I got a message & email of Rs. 1178.82 with due date of 03/01/2019.

                Do the needful to resolve issue ASAP. Consider this for necessary action in future.

                  Once they dispatch bill you start getting tens of call everyday asking when you will make payment and if you miss due date by chance then call frequency increase to at least 50 a day asking why you are not making payment this is not service which other bank give it's pathetic do not ever opt for rbl bank credit card if you do then be preapared for harassment by call by company

                  I had raised a request for card cancelation but strange thing is the retention team tried to reach me but I was not able so they could not process the cancellation .

                  When you want payment you call hundreds of time but when you want to cancel card you never try to reach me over phone stupid process nobody to question.

                  Only way to cancel card is calling customer care and then waiting for call from retention team to confirm again which they never do

                      I have taken pl of 3 lakhs. Rbl bank has credit rs. 2.89 lakhs after deduction of processing fee & loan cover amount. Executive komal mailed me of emi 10541 monthly but i have received alert to activate esc of 15812.

                      I called komal for schedule & emi then she told me to call customer care.

                        Hi,
                        I have issued rbl platinum choice card.
                        And i have done a transaction of lumpsum of 9400/-. And when i call the rbl customer care for transfer it to in emi.
                        They confirmed me by saying that this is on process. And when your bill will generate, the emi will be done.
                        But when my bill was generated, the rbl executive call me and told me that your emi cannot be generated due to some technical issues.
                        Please sort out my problems

Then she tell me has given reverts point on my credit cards but this call is fraud call or fake information and near about 37989.1 credit loss from my credit card then i will given police complaint and rbl bank complaint. Please help me...

                            I had complain in consumer forum. Still they are not responding. They are not close my card. They are totally cheated there customer. They are doing mis selling credit card and levied card fee from customer as huge amount like 2500/- or 5000/-. Request you please help me to close my credit card. I had raised query before 1 month then after result not came. So, i need put a complain once again here. They sending me massages daily for they cannot able to contact me. But i am getting call from rbl bank for new offering of credit card. So, is it possible to closer department can't contact me and seller department can contact me.

                                I never used my credit card, and still bank mark a bill on my name. Initialy they said that i have some insurance emi on my card which i havent purchased. Still i paid all the bills. I think last month i have paid all the emis so there is no upcomming emi on my credit card. And guess, today just i got a message that my credit card is billed for rs. 875.48/-.

                                I made complaint about this bills so many times to bank customer service and they did nothing except reply like, ' our executive will get back you'.

                                I have already switched of my card from there app. And still i am getting these bill every month.

                                This is so pathetic.

                                  My self gatikrushna singh, from a178 bhanger mohlla, madanpur khadar delhi, my rbl credit card last number 6065, due to my wife in critical and addmited in icu last 5 months, and my father in critical stage, in this stage i am not payment in credit card bill, but rbl credit card recovery agent are mentally harrased my family and neibours for fake calling in rude language.
                                  Agents are threatening my family and neibours saying we are police and saying we are murders you.
                                  Plz check it and take action against recovery against in delhi.

                                    This bank is full of fraud services. Making fool of their customers.
                                    I have credit card with this bank which i have blocked because of their hidden charges apply every time without any information and their was some transaction which need to be canceled and charged without any information.

                                    Please find my complain and concerns with my credit card i have faced till now.
                                    I want to close my card services with rbl bank. So please help to do so.

                                    Now coming on my concerns i haven’t used my credit card from last few month due to unknown hidden charges getting applied continuously on my account. Please go through my concerns and close my account with my outstanding bill amounts only.

                                    1. I have done one transaction on amazon web near about 14799 and after that transaction it been canceled and refund credited back in my cc account which was not cleared at that time and converted to emi which shouldn’t be. I have sent mail for same on this email id but no response till now can check trail mail.

                                    2. Month back someone call from rbl regarding my card upgrade and limit enhancement and upgraded same without letting me know that there should be charges for limit change. All was going good suddenly 3000 rs fee deduction showing in my account relate to limit change (All we can say hidden charges not informed) which i will not pay a single penny.

                                    3. Every time i tried to reach rbl customer care services, but never able to reach them through any medium.

                                    4. From last few month i am not aware what’s going on in my account after that amazon transaction and refund credited in my account. Emi request not canceled which shouldn’t be processed as payment was credited back by amazon team.

                                    Now coming to the point of closer my account. Close all emi’s available at my account and let me know the outstanding due amount with details.

                                    Waive all extra charges like 3000rs or any further hidden charges done in last 4 months. I will pay only my outstanding amount which i have transact and are genuinely applicable by emi's. Will not pay any extra cost or charges which are deducted without any information by rbl bank.

                                      I have asked to close my rbl credit card 2 months ago and got a call from one of their representative stating they will credit 4000 reward points and even increase my credit limit, but nothing happened till date.

                                      Now when i am trying to call to the customer care numbers there is no response.

                                      Please help me close my credit card with rbl bank. Its is the worst thing i have ever seen in a service industry.
