Good afternoon,

My name is miss. Pradnya r. Bhalerao i have rbl bank credit card, my credit card no.[protected]. As per above subject mentioned i am writing complaint against your andheri office staff pallavi (She is maharashtrian) contact no.[protected]. On 28/11/2018 she sent one executive (Collection executive nandu, cont no [protected]) for collection of due amount of my credit card that time i was not available at home my mother attended that nandu and she said she dont have money that time then your executed contact that your andheri office staff pallavi (She is maharashtrian) contact no.[protected]. My mother talk with pallavi very polity very respectably but pallavi talked very rudely.

Pallavi torchered my mother mentally and that pallavi forced my mom very strongly for payment and use wrong words against me and for my mother that pallavi insulted me and my mother.

I know my payment is due but i will not accept this types of miss behaving with me or with my any family member.

Pallavi dont have manner she is mannerless.

I am requesting to you that please take strong against that stupid pallavi and send me reply mail with proof otherwise i will go in consumer court for this case.

RBL bank is using unauthorized access to my credit card without my permission added health insurance plan. Provide authorization letter signed by me or tele verification If i ever permitted then provide the details. RBL bank is liable for any fraud transaction done on my card so improve your services.

    Hi,

    I am prabhakar and my payment of credit card is overdue from past 5 months due to some unseen circumstances in professional life about which i have already informed to representatives of yours and also requested to convert the amount into emis so that i can pay easily. Instead of getting resolution representatives keep calling to persons i am not concerned any more.

    If any call from now on goes to any one other than me i will take necessary action on rbl instead of doing payment. Here what i am seeing that your unprofessional third party persons are doing non relevant calls to the non concerned persons which results to delay only instead of reaching to a fruitful result.

      The executive who gave the card to me told there will be no member ship fee for this card on 1st year. but my first statement came with

      2999 membership fee + 539.82 GST for it.

      I hold 5 credit cards out of it RBL is worst bank. tried reaching the customer care number they are not connecting to executives to speak.

      And they do fake promise for selling the card.

        I am getting threatening calls from rbl bank credit card department for the payment which is due on 4.12.18. Even after telling them that i will make my payment on 2nd they are not understanding.

        I have never lapsed any payment for credit card till now and i am a loyal customer.

          I have payed all the dues pending, but the bank still sends me messages and statements asking for money, it is never ending, i have been asking them to close my credit card for the past 6 months but those people are not acting on it, rbl bank wants to fleece me, it is most worst experience.

          All i get is we will get back to you, our representative will be calling you, but they will not close the credit card, but keep asking money. Consumers beware, if you people want unlimited torture, harassment, want to bleed money, then go for rbl bank, others please stay away. One can never ever call their consumer call, all you get is ivrs voice message.

          Even after clearing all my dues and sending them numerous mails to close my credit card, the bank has failed miserably to act on my complaint. Their customer service is a cruel joke, one can never ever talk to them directly, the IVRS voice facility is a cruel joke on the customers. I have given one star, because, I am not allowed to give less than that.

          For past 6 months or more than that I have been sending mails to close the credit card. The bank wants to fleece as much money from me. The bank is a parasite.
          Made payment through net banking.it is not reflected in app.i have waited for long time still it is not reflecting

            I get calls from rbl to make payment of the bill before due date.

            I get this call from the date of billing, for around 3 to 4 calls a day and everyday..
            Also i get this call even after the payment and after receiving the confirmation of payment from rbl bank by sms.

            Everytime a new person would make call to talk stupid and on one month i had a person visit my house in person asking me to pay the bill. He said the reason at my home as the call is not being picked up and that's why he came directly. I didn't get their calls, because i was in us that time for a month. The person came home to insist to make payment of just rs.25000. Ridiculous.

            I am closing the card and will never ever suggest any of my friends or relatives or colleagues to get one.

            Good bye to rbl.

            I did not give one star. RBL credit card services does deserve any star.
            suppose to be complained to RBI and Ombudsman.
            Third rated Unethical cheap and immoral service provider and the staffs are so.
            One of the third grade credit card service provider . Even in lockdown they didn't stop harrassing people. Even though I have opted for moratorium they never stopped harrassing. Evey day mails, sms, calls to torture. It's a bank with most unprofessional employees. They straight away threaten you if you don't obay to wat they say.

            It's even waste to say third grade also your below that level . Closing the card and I will make aware to as many people as I can about this fraud, unethical bank.

              This is soo unfortunate that without my consent you are cancelling my emi and asking me to pay huge amount of rs. 57, 463

              I had asked you to cancel the below emi only because the merchant has cancelled my order and the amount rs.34, 999 (24 emi's) was transferred back to the card the next day but on which you still charged me emi of rs. 1, 663 for 4 months and this amount was not reversed back by you to my card. Instead you are asking me to pay the whole amount again.

              Stop looting people please

              A person who earns 20k monthly can't pay you 57k

              This is really very unfortunate never expected from rbl

                I am paying my credit card dues on time. However the rbl bank team is continuously calling in the name of intimation that this is the due date and you have to make payment by then. I have been talking to the helpline and they told me that they have passed instructions to stop these calls. However the calls keep on coming. This calls are going on even on weekends up to 7 pm in nights. Please help

                  Last time i have complaint about the that i received a call from rbl supercard service to take card... They forced me to buy free of cost by saying that its a emi card... But i have not taken the delivery of card.. Also the card is send back to co.
                  But still i am receiving the unnecessary bill msg of payment. That card is still not blocked.. I every day mail to the at supercardservice dept. Please help me..

                    I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 64500/-.

                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                      Dear sir, i received the call from supercard call center.. They foced me to take the card by saying that is a emi card without any charges
                      I accept but afterwrds i come to know that its a credit card
                      I have not taken the delivery of card.. Card also sent back to co.

                        Hi,
                        My name is sujit and recently there was fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card. Immediately i called customer service and raised complaints regarding the issue and requested them to not to process the transaction and also block my credit card. The representative registered the complaint (Complaint #[protected] also asked me to send the dispute form. I immediately filled the dispute form and sent the scan copy to bank. But few days later i see that the bank have processed the transaction. How bank can do this when i have rasied complaint and also registered it in police.

                        Note: the person who contacted me was knowing that i got the credit card recently and also my registered mobile number along with my card expiry date.
                        How come the person know about this? Whereas i have used my card only in one place and no where else i used it. And also bank have not taken any action against this. I feel the bank is doing all this fraud activities they issue the card and they have separate team and does the fraudulent activities and the highlight is the transaction was done through yesbank.in site.

                        I kindly request to take necessary action regarding this.

I request this needs to be taken into consideration which can help lot of people. And as I mentioned earlier I have not used anywhere else or shared any of my card details anywhere.

                            When i was transferring the amount.. Interest was being shown as 13%.. But after transferring it got changed.. Before transfer interest was different, after transfer it become different.. It become 16.9%. After following up with bank for 1 month they accepted there mistake.
                            Mail response for my issue on 16th sept:

                            Hi rahul dwivedi,

                            Thanks for reaching out.

                            We apologize for the the inconvenience being caused to you.

                            As per our telephonic conversation, i am sending you the mail regarding your issue.

                            Below are the things that we have already discussed over call :

                            In case of 13 % of interest rate for 1200000 for 6 months of emi, you will have to pay (20, 765.14 * 6) = rs 124, 590.85

                            If case of 16.9% of interest rate, you have to pay (20, 997.32 *6) = rs 125, 983.93

                            The difference of the payment would be rs 1393.07

                            It would be difficult to close the loan and open a new loan with 13% on this particular loan.

                            So, we request you to provide consent for the interest rate of 16.9% as we will waiving of your processing fee amount.

                            Once you will provide your consent, we can then post a processing fee reversal transaction which will reflect in your statement.

                            Till now now money is reverted to my account and nothing is reflected to my statement. I m raising concern, so i m being informed that whatever bill are being send, pay it otherwise i will be penalised.

                            Even i have send mail to rbl nodal officer, but its more than 15 days no response from them also.

                                I took 50000/ credit card. Due to my job loss i not pay balance amt. Since last couple of months these guys are continuosly calling & harrassing me to make the payment,

                                They are contacting my friends & relatives & also make calls at my wife work place. & using abusive language, making offensive conversation with them, also threats over phone to my work place & also at my wife office. They insult publically.

                                  I am highly disappointed and going to complain in police for rbl representative mr rahul rathore [protected]/ [protected]. This person was using abusive words as well as threatening me.
                                  This call was regarding credit card dues which is pending and right now i m not able to pay due to bad economic condition.
                                  But if he was creating the situation like this who will pay the money? No one ..
                                  Rbl representative do not have courtesy to talk, it was very very bad experience i ever had .
                                  Please cancel my credit card on immediate basis and also dont dare to call on my no. i m in depration any thing can happen to me and reason will be u guys.
                                  Everyone knows this in my office as well as in my house that u guys are creating my situation pathetic day by day.
                                  I m not in situation to pay anything right now.
                                  Again i m adding if anything happens to me you rbl people will suffer.

                                    The ppl from collection department kept harrassing me for continously day and nite. I was busy with my father in law in hospital. But they did not believe me and used filthy language and also abused me. The person varun aggarwal... I assured him that the payment will be done as i am in hospital and he used filthy language and asked me kya mam ab jooth bol rahi he ki hospital me he. Thae after making the payment i send 1 of his colleagues my msg that payment has been done but she said that u have framed this msg. All this happened because my banks net was down so payment was not going forward. But finally it got debit and i forwarded my msg. But they still din believe me and abused me. Kindly take action against these 2 ppl

                                      One super card No *****0375 was given to me as an offer for using Bajaj Finserv EMI card, and one Rbl agent who contacted me on telephone told that there is no annual charges for first year then it is the customer's choice to continue or not. I got the first statement to pay Rs 3538.82 before the initial purchase with that card. I wonder why should I choose a card which charges more than 3000 as annual charges as most of the banks are providing it free.
                                      When I noticed the the initial charges on statement, I contacted the customer care and they informed that by purchasing for more than Rs 2000/- by this card with in 60 days, I can redeem the amount through credit points earned. After that I made a purchase of Rs 2154/- through this card. Even after the purchase, I did not seen any credit points. So I decided to close the card and asked the service centre "Why should I pay the extra charges". They informed that If I close this card there is no need to pay the extra charges. There after I made a payment of Rs 2154/- against the purchased bill. I also mailed a request to close the card. Again I got a statement dated 18 Aug 2018 with a due of Rs 3717.37.


                                      stop this fraud and ridiculous practice, stupid customer care servant continuously cheating and never making a cancellation process.

                                      Still I’m receiving statements with recurring interests

                                      so shameful for such a renowned company like Bajaj too.

                                        It didn't look like the back is taking any steps to solve the issue. What next to be done to get rid of this nuisance. Please advice
                                        The bank interest gets back saying we have looked into it and say since it's overdue from our end or christy cats people call. But

                                        When they have a time limit why do they call bloody n number of times for reminders
                                        And top of it there's is also a message be on a daily basis
                                        I think rbl bank is new to they industry and doesnt know to maintain customers very intact.
                                        If this is going to be their modus operandi then they're will be a real dearth in their customer database i mean business like me will surely surrender their cards. Better let them wake up
