I have payed all the dues pending, but the bank still sends me messages and statements asking for money, it is never ending, i have been asking them to close my credit card for the past 6 months but those people are not acting on it, rbl bank wants to fleece me, it is most worst experience.
All i get is we will get back to you, our representative will be calling you, but they will not close the credit card, but keep asking money. Consumers beware, if you people want unlimited torture, harassment, want to bleed money, then go for rbl bank, others please stay away. One can never ever call their consumer call, all you get is ivrs voice message.
