RBL Bank Complaints & Reviews

Rbl bank has worst collection agency people, even after giving them dates and payment commitments on mail, they harass mentally via call, msgs, whatsapp etc.. Can anybody tell how can people harass on whatsapp? Is this is a legal way of communication? Inspite of request mails and poliet language they use bad words and unethical behaviour with ladies which is against their policies and rules....

I have closed my credit card ending with 8954 with rbl bank 3 months back.

I have paid all my outstanding balance at the time of closure.

I have been said that the membership renewal amount will be waived of since i have paid the full amount and raised the closure request in the first year membership period.

I am continuously getting several calls from rbl asking me to pay around[protected] and...

Before some time ago, i have received a call from the rbl bank to provide me a platinum super card free of cost i. E. Without paying a single penny. The delivery boy of the bank has also intimated me that this card is free of cost and having a maximum facilities to you.

But after some time i have received a phone massage to pay an amount of rs.1178.82 stating that

Your rbl bank credit card account xxxx-3738 bill...

My credit card no [protected] i have already contains of health policy and i did not want to continue in that policy. I am user of supercard from bajaj finserve. Somedays back they ask me to have RBL supercard and told to have a transaction of 200 once I receive card after that your card will being active. Now, day before yesterday I did transaction of 499.00 from paytm now RBL is charging me 1100+

I need to know why I supposed to pay you more then I used in between 2 days. This is not fair.
I tried to call you again and again and...

In the month of july i have swiped my card. At that time, firstly i swipped my of rs 5000 after that within 3/4 min again i swiped of rs 5000 but this transaction was failed. As per normed if you payment was failed you get your money automatically but i was waiting for 10/15 min but it's not received i felt it's received after 1 hr. And i swiped the amount of rs 5000/- this time i got the money. I got the money only 2 times. And my one transaction...

I have never applied for credit card, loan or any of the other facilities at RBL bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

I have submitted my docs on 2 nov for application of credit card but still there is no progress in the process of application, the executive called pooja is so stupid that she does not know the process also and her senior venkat is another nut, my application ref no is #cc2a0e42ap and this guys are working with pun branch kindly call me back because no one is responding properly...

Hi i am using credit card.. Today 10.11.2018 at 5.30pm one of your executive called from [protected] numbers for credit card repayment i told her i repaid on 9.11.2018 only even though she used bad words she did not tell her name also so i am planning to put complete in consumer court.
So within 24 hours answer for this mail... Otherwise tell her to face the problem.

The licence of 30 non banking finance companies are canceled - but it surprised to note that why the following banks are eescaped from this it has reported several times for the abnormal interest and finance charges charged by the bank.
Rbl bank: 60 to 70%
Citi bank - 50 to 60%
Hdb financialservices ltd - 35 to 40%
Sbi credit card 50 to 60%

I got a call from RBL executive through a reference of Bajaj Finserv and had taken all the details from my end. They processed my application (No:BFLC[protected] SuperCard), got confirmation saying that my card will get delivered within 5-7 working days and after few days was passed. I got a call from delivery boy at that time i was in my office. The delivery boys understood that i've given wrong address and returned the card to RBL.

I had initiated a fund transfer on 5th november early morning but till date i. E. 2:45 pm of 6th november, funds have not been credited to my account. This is the second time that i am facing the issue.

Sorry to say but the service provided is very poor. Ideally neft transfer should be done within a couple of hours instead of 2 days.

I made a purchase through flipkart for rs 17099 for a mobile device & returned the device as i was not satisfied & flipkart returned the full money to rbl bank as well.
Now there is a total balance of 218.58 showing up in rbl mobile application.
When tapped on the amount to go further the screen keeps loading & nothing further is shown.

Through the moneytap app.

I am unable to transact with my credit card either online or without pos machines.
