These guys are not responding.
Kindly do favourable.
Have called customer service more than 10 times they are not even helping me have raised the issues everytime.

Kindly describe my acct without calling me and acknowledge me or else i have to take legal action against rbl.

    I took 50000/ credit card. Due to my job loss i not pay balance amt. Since last couple of months these guys are continuosly calling & harrassing me to make the payment,

    They are contacting my friends & relatives & also make calls at my wife work place. & using abusive language, making offensive conversation with them, also threats over phone to my work place & also at my wife office. They insult publically.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I am highly disappointed and going to complain in police for rbl representative mr rahul rathore [protected]/ [protected]. This person was using abusive words as well as threatening me.
      This call was regarding credit card dues which is pending and right now i m not able to pay due to bad economic condition.
      But if he was creating the situation like this who will pay the money? No one ..
      Rbl representative do not have courtesy to talk, it was very very bad experience i ever had .
      Please cancel my credit card on immediate basis and also dont dare to call on my no. i m in depration any thing can happen to me and reason will be u guys.
      Everyone knows this in my office as well as in my house that u guys are creating my situation pathetic day by day.
      I m not in situation to pay anything right now.
      Again i m adding if anything happens to me you rbl people will suffer.

        The ppl from collection department kept harrassing me for continously day and nite. I was busy with my father in law in hospital. But they did not believe me and used filthy language and also abused me. The person varun aggarwal... I assured him that the payment will be done as i am in hospital and he used filthy language and asked me kya mam ab jooth bol rahi he ki hospital me he. Thae after making the payment i send 1 of his colleagues my msg that payment has been done but she said that u have framed this msg. All this happened because my banks net was down so payment was not going forward. But finally it got debit and i forwarded my msg. But they still din believe me and abused me. Kindly take action against these 2 ppl

        15 to 20 days back i called RBL customer care and asking them to block my credit card and i don't have any interest to use this card, they take a request but till today also i.e.,[protected] my card is in working condition.

          One super card No *****0375 was given to me as an offer for using Bajaj Finserv EMI card, and one Rbl agent who contacted me on telephone told that there is no annual charges for first year then it is the customer's choice to continue or not. I got the first statement to pay Rs 3538.82 before the initial purchase with that card. I wonder why should I choose a card which charges more than 3000 as annual charges as most of the banks are providing it free.
          When I noticed the the initial charges on statement, I contacted the customer care and they informed that by purchasing for more than Rs 2000/- by this card with in 60 days, I can redeem the amount through credit points earned. After that I made a purchase of Rs 2154/- through this card. Even after the purchase, I did not seen any credit points. So I decided to close the card and asked the service centre "Why should I pay the extra charges". They informed that If I close this card there is no need to pay the extra charges. There after I made a payment of Rs 2154/- against the purchased bill. I also mailed a request to close the card. Again I got a statement dated 18 Aug 2018 with a due of Rs 3717.37.


          stop this fraud and ridiculous practice, stupid customer care servant continuously cheating and never making a cancellation process.

          Still I’m receiving statements with recurring interests

          so shameful for such a renowned company like Bajaj too.

            It didn't look like the back is taking any steps to solve the issue. What next to be done to get rid of this nuisance. Please advice
            The bank interest gets back saying we have looked into it and say since it's overdue from our end or christy cats people call. But

            When they have a time limit why do they call bloody n number of times for reminders
            And top of it there's is also a message be on a daily basis
            I think rbl bank is new to they industry and doesnt know to maintain customers very intact.
            If this is going to be their modus operandi then they're will be a real dearth in their customer database i mean business like me will surely surrender their cards. Better let them wake up

              Rbl isn't closing my credit card. They are saying we r not able to contact you. The card is in the name of vijaya nagini. They are saying it will be resolved in 3 days but not happening, it's been 20 days. I have been following up with the customer services people since 20 days and all i get is apology for inconvenience, ur complaint is taking long time message. Please help.

              In December 2017 policy is offered by RBL Bank. And i have taken it. And still i didn't get any documents and policy number or any mail regarding this. So i don't want to continue with this policy. I want my money refund. Please do so...

                Hello,

                My rbl card is been blocked without any intimation which is creating lot of issue now.

                Please unblock my card as soon as possible as i want to check my payment status.

                And how you guys can block any one card without any prior notice and what is this i am geeting prompt tgat complaint is too short. I think mail should be easy to understand mail length doesnt matter

                  I am satish mange writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected],. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 48850/-.

                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                  I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                  My name is gairik shyam, ph no : [protected], from ahmedabad. I recently got a RBL credit card from paisabazar. on 6 th nov i tried to take 30000/- from card to my account.. but transaction failed. and from then its showing i took this amount.
                  from that day several times mailed you with screenshots but no result. and now getting msg's and mails from you about card statement included that 30000/-
                  you people didnt take care about the problem but at the time of month end you carefully sending the statement? trying to fraud?

                    The staff of rbl does not have manners how to speak with customers and they behave as if they are doing a favour by speaking with customers, your employee called smita is telling me that mere pass kya apka hi kaam hai, aur kuch kaam nahi hai is this the way to speak and on top of that she is telling me that apko jisko complaint karna hai karo i don't care, so please take action against her

                        I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, i realized that this plan is as good any other policies that i already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, i wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing. Can you guys please cancel my r shield insurance policy immediately. RBL bank has worst collection agency people, even after giving them dates and payment commitments on mail, they harass mentally via call, msgs, whatsapp etc..                               I have closed my credit card ending with 8954 with rbl bank 3 months back.

                              I have paid all my outstanding balance at the time of closure.

                              I have been said that the membership renewal amount will be waived of since i have paid the full amount and raised the closure request in the first year membership period.

                              I am continuously getting several calls from rbl asking me to pay around[protected] and i am keep on saying the same story to everyone. The next day am getting a call from a different person.

                              What is the pending amount in my above said card and why it has been charged?

                              I have checked the rbl app before 3 months and it said that there were no active cards at that time.

                              I have sent several emails to [protected]@rblbank.com but i dint get any response.

                                Before some time ago, i have received a call from the rbl bank to provide me a platinum super card free of cost i. E. Without paying a single penny. The delivery boy of the bank has also intimated me that this card is free of cost and having a maximum facilities to you.

                                But after some time i have received a phone massage to pay an amount of rs.1178.82 stating that

                                Your rbl bank credit card account xxxx-3738 bill of rs. 1178.82 with due date[protected] has been sent & will reach you in next 7 days.
                                I request you to cancel this card, as i have no need of this card because your statement is found fake, regarding not to issue any amount against this card.

                                  I am a. S venugopal has credit card customer in our esteemed bank. I got a message from rsheild on rs.15600/- debited in my credit card. My credit card no [protected] i have already contains of health policy and i did not want to continue in that policy. Would you kindly cancel of that policy and rs.15600/- credit in my credit card as early as possible.

                                    I am user of supercard from bajaj finserve. Somedays back they ask me to have RBL supercard and told to have a transaction of 200 once I receive card after that your card will being active. Now, day before yesterday I did transaction of 499.00 from paytm now RBL is charging me 1100+

                                    I need to know why I supposed to pay you more then I used in between 2 days. This is not fair.
                                    I tried to call you again and again and I can't get in touch with you please call on my registered number[protected]

                                      In the month of july i have swiped my card. At that time, firstly i swipped my of rs 5000 after that within 3/4 min again i swiped of rs 5000 but this transaction was failed. As per normed if you payment was failed you get your money automatically but i was waiting for 10/15 min but it's not received i felt it's received after 1 hr. And i swiped the amount of rs 5000/- this time i got the money. I got the money only 2 times. And my one transaction was failed.
                                      After complaint to rbl customer care they reverse my amount after my complaint. But in this month the charged me directly 5000 rs. Customer care told me our team has been verifing you want to pay the amount. But i have send the mail many times to rbl cardservices, because i had got the receipt of transaction failed. Still it's available but they neglect my receipt and charged me 5000 rs. If i haven't received that amount how can i pay 5000/-. It's so big amount. Without check my receipt they directly charged they just check cctv they avoid my receipt of transaction failed please help me into this matter. I can't pay this amount please help...

                                        I have never applied for credit card, loan or any of the other facilities at RBL bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
                                        Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

                                        Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.
