I have been using this rbl credit card for a year and half and stopped using it from past 6 months or more due to less offers and worst services and for that i am trying several times to connect customer care no ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) to deactivate the credit card, but i am unable to authenticate after asking dob verification which is correct according to me.

I have disabled the card...

I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit card ending [protected] is having total outstanding of rs.74000 however the card limit is rs.68000/-.

This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition our family numbers hospitalized so due to we are financially in zero...

I'm mr. Yadagiri gajja, i applied rbl credit card since one month back. Rbl person taken all my documents (Pan, aadhar, photo) verification call also done. Rbl person told me u can collect the card 4 to 5 working days. But i'm not received any card from rbl side.
Please find out send me or cancel my card and send me my documents back.

I am a. K. Sastry has credit card customer in our esteemed bank. I got a message from rsheild on 24.10.18 rs.12000/- debited in my credit card. My credit card no.[protected]. I have already contains of health policy and i did not want to continue in that policy. Would you kindly cancell of that policy and rs.12000/- credit in my credit card as early as possible.

The problem still continues. The customer care people keep calling at least 3 to 4 times a day.
I strongly feel the bank has failed to give orientation to these people as to how to handle customers and maintain a database so that they don't repeat calls to the same person everyday.

I have done payment from rbl app through phone from hdfc net banking rs.45000 on 25th october. Other transactions updated but not thos one... This amount is not updated in my credit card..

Customer care people are also not responding properly...

According to your executive i suppose to receive a card by today itself (P0d no [protected]) but nothing is happen yet; i got a call from blue dart people that due to incomplete address they are not able to handover the card to me so i called ur customer care they said that i will get it by 31...

Today i got message rs.12000/- as deducted in my credit card towards rsheild bundle insurance. But i did not want that policy and what ever amount was deducted in my credit it will be credit my credit card as early as possible.
