Since last month i am trying to buy mobile online on emi using my premium credit card for which i am being charhed rs. 2000 annually and now all time my transaction are declined by rbl. I have put email for the same and reply was just sorry and nothing else.
Today also tried buying phone on emi but result is same so again put email and no response for the same.
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am new card holder of bajajfinserve rblbank platinum plus card. I am in free lock in period. I'm not satisfied with your service. Please revise my all insurance policy under r shield plan of rblbank. As when your rblbank executive called me i was struck in traffic i could not understand about insurance whatsoever. Please cancel my credit card account. With immediate effect. I have tried so many helpline number. But i was not responded.

        They promised for one year their is no charge of it. But within first
        Month bill they allot a bill of rs. 588 and said that it is card
        Maintenance charges. And this month they are without my permission
        Activate card protection membership of rs 1000.

          They use very vulgar n rough language to my friend, even there was no fault
          Someone name swati from rbl bank oklha ncr delhi and they use so abusive language to her father and her mother and when talk to them they said, send your friend to me for one night all ures dues will be clear, even we do not have any link with rbl bank but they call the office and misbehave with them then after that to her father and mother which is not tollerable, please take some strict action aganist them they tried to spoil someone name even though we do not not know and do not have any link with that bank please help us and share this as much as possible and they so rude saying go n do complain and do whatever you want to do we do not care

              your employee using abusive words for the customer.

              Sachin desai (Rbl employee) called a friend of mine who has to pay his credit card bill. My friend was calmly telling him, by tomorrow he will clear the dues but sachin desai didn't agree with him and started abusing my friend. He used the words "harami" and "chutiya" a lot to address his customer. His tone was disrespectful. He also commented about my friend's family.
              This is how rbl treats their customers. Even if a customer fails...

              I would like to bring to your notice that i am approved for standard chartered bank for 5 lakhs but its denined just because i am staying at kamothe navi mumbai and its default area, so in that case new navi mumbai airport work should also stoped because its in same area.

              Sorry to say but kamothe navi mumbai is very fast developed area were dominos, cdd is also availabe

              And rate for buying houses are also 8800/- per sq ft.

              So i think your bank should change their mind and issue me credits cards.

              I am ussing credit cards for other banks also for which i am paying them on timley basis

                I warn all of you not to take rbl bank super card or credit card. Please do not do this or you have to repent. They will say after first purchase you will get 12000 reward pints. It is not true and never believe them. And they provide you the worst service. Even to cancel the card you need to raise several requests after paying the outstandbing amount. No action will be taken from the service team. And simply you will be getting messages saying that your mobile number not reachable. But i am getting many calls on the registered number. Sofar i have never seen this type of worst service. I request all of you to beware that this bank can go to any extent to cheat you and grab money from you. And their customer care is the worst care

                So i request the rbl credit card customer care team to cancel my credit card

                  I was approved a credit card from RBL bank in September 2017 for which I was told there would only be one time annual/membership fee of Rs. 2999 at the time of starting the card. Later i got billed annual fee after completion of 1 year which I was not told.

                  Now I am billed a charge of Rs.2999 on Sept 15, 2018 for which I am not willing to pay. I lodged a customer complaint to RBL bank however didn't get any resolution yet (please refer the attachment). I lodged the complaint before the due date and now I am receiving many calls a day without any assistance from the bank.

                    I'm not satisfied with your bank. I'm not able to pay the due amount because of lack of means. Neither from your mobile application nor from your website i'm able to pay money. Using bill desk also it's not taking. Here in mysuru there is no rbl bank at all. I'm very disappointed with your bank. Please contact me as soon as possible before i get late payment penaulty.

                        I clearly told you when there is annual charges for card i don't need it. The executive has told me that its ok we will not send any card. They sent a credit card and they are putting charges on me... I don't need it and i will not pay any charges.. And i have not used any cash from that card... Pls waive of that card charges and cancel that card... Sincerely requesting and ordering you..

                          I have received a call from rbl bank stating that you guys offer a life free credit card.

                          I have received a card; however in the agreement its mentioned that i need to pay joining fees and renewal fees of rs.750 every year.

                          Please don't try to make the people fool and provide your cards with false promises.

                            Please look into my matter the problem which i am suffering from 1 week in your nallasopara (East) branch.
                            Actually i got a cheque from my parties so i directly went for deposit to it but i was not having my account no. Along with me.
                            So i asked the employee there can you provide me my account no. By name.
                            Then they provided me a wrong account no. Which was my last 2 yr before saving account no.
                            And even i have submitted account closing form to bank manger but i think he has not done that now the manager is changed.
                            But i wanted to deposit that cheque of amount 8200₹ to my current account no. But they deposited in another account i. E saving account which i am not using it because it was difficult to maintain 2 account at time to me so i have submitted account closing form to bank manager.
                            I was waiting for my money then they said on 3rd day to do kyc of account you will be get your money back so i did that process also.
                            Then on 4th day i visited they said your all money deducted you have to pay more.
                            I have one question if my account was freeze so how can cheque all transactions can happen then why did you asked for kyc after money transfer why don't you asked me before.
                            During that time the managers where not available so all employee over there they said we can't do any thing please talk to manager but even he was not available for 2-3 days.
                            If your giving all the access to your employees for getting money then why not giving access to pay back right to them.
                            I am your old and existing customer from since 5 yrs this time i got very bad and worst experience from your bank.
                            Please give me my all money to my current account otherwise i will close my account from your and even i will tell my all friends and family member the people who has opened and account by my references to them all.
                            If you can't help me out from this problem.
                            Then i will again post a consumer complaint.

                              The staff of rbl bank pitampura new delhi-110034 is highly incoperative. I had deposited the cheque on 28th september 2018 at this branch for credit card payment. The cheque did not reach my branch and nor did the bank or the credit card department intimate me about the issue with my cheque on time even if the phone number is written at the back of the cheque because of them i will be charged for the late payment.
                              Please take my request into consideration.

                                My name is basudev chaudhary. Recently i got a bajaj fine serve rbl bank super card. 13 the september a fraud occurred to me. I logged a fir against this fraud and got blocked my credit card immediately by customer care no. I got the statement of 29000/ and minimum of 2039.41 something. I want to make the minimum payment against my bajaj fine serve rbl bank super card. But i am not able to make payment.

                                  Rbl bank reject my credit card without giving reason and responding on my complain, as per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected], i have to rights to know why rbl bank reject my credit card application, if my all document and verification was right, rbl bank executive called at least 15 time me and my office and said that all your verification is clear, and you will receive your card within 3 to 4 day, then how did you cancel my application, cancellation is effect my cibil, if they not answer and not tell the right reason to rejection of credit card application, so i will file complain against rbl bank in consumer court, the rbl bank misleads the customer, and does not even brink back customer all the confidential papers. And reject application without reason.

                                    I applied for rbl credit card, submitted all the hard copies of documents as asked by their representatives, office plus telephonic both verification has been done positively and finally got call from rbl side and they briefed me regarding benefit of card.
                                    1. Next day got msg that your application no cc15m9rih5 got rejected - we are unable to approve your credit card application as it doesn't meet our assessment criteria.
                                    2.in todays scenario every bank check that person is eligible for credit card at very initial stage, then why all verification has been done.
                                    3. However i am holding credit card of 4-5 banks with a good credit limit.

                                    First they have wasted my time by all verification and office verification and briefed me the benefit of card. This approach is not acceptable as this will mark bad impact on my cibil score. This has to be taken at serious note, else i will lodge complain against rbl.
