My name is murali r from bangalore and my registered mobile # [protected].

I have received a call from rbl bank stating that you guys offer a life free credit card.

I have received a card; however in the agreement its mentioned that i need to pay joining fees and renewal fees of rs.750 every year.

Please don't try to make the people fool and provide your cards with false promises.

I want my card to be de-activated immediately and request you to call me at [protected] and cancel the card asap.

Kindly revert for any clarification.

    Please look into my matter the problem which i am suffering from 1 week in your nallasopara (East) branch.
    Actually i got a cheque from my parties so i directly went for deposit to it but i was not having my account no. Along with me.
    So i asked the employee there can you provide me my account no. By name.
    Then they provided me a wrong account no. Which was my last 2 yr before saving account no.
    And even i have submitted account closing form to bank manger but i think he has not done that now the manager is changed.
    But i wanted to deposit that cheque of amount 8200₹ to my current account no. But they deposited in another account i. E saving account which i am not using it because it was difficult to maintain 2 account at time to me so i have submitted account closing form to bank manager.
    I was waiting for my money then they said on 3rd day to do kyc of account you will be get your money back so i did that process also.
    Then on 4th day i visited they said your all money deducted you have to pay more.
    I have one question if my account was freeze so how can cheque all transactions can happen then why did you asked for kyc after money transfer why don't you asked me before.
    During that time the managers where not available so all employee over there they said we can't do any thing please talk to manager but even he was not available for 2-3 days.
    If your giving all the access to your employees for getting money then why not giving access to pay back right to them.
    I am your old and existing customer from since 5 yrs this time i got very bad and worst experience from your bank.
    Please give me my all money to my current account otherwise i will close my account from your and even i will tell my all friends and family member the people who has opened and account by my references to them all.
    If you can't help me out from this problem.
    Then i will again post a consumer complaint.

      The staff of rbl bank pitampura new delhi-110034 is highly incoperative. I had deposited the cheque on 28th september 2018 at this branch for credit card payment. The cheque did not reach my branch and nor did the bank or the credit card department intimate me about the issue with my cheque on time even if the phone number is written at the back of the cheque because of them i will be charged for the late payment.
      Please take my request into consideration.

      I did purchase a product using RBL supercard pricing 16649 but later cancelled it, Flipkart returned the money same day but credit card is still showing EMI.
      Tried to email and call custercare but did not get any reply.

        My name is basudev chaudhary. Recently i got a bajaj fine serve rbl bank super card. 13 the september a fraud occurred to me. I logged a fir against this fraud and got blocked my credit card immediately by customer care no. I got the statement of 29000/ and minimum of 2039.41 something. I want to make the minimum payment against my bajaj fine serve rbl bank super card. But i am not able to make payment.

          Rbl bank reject my credit card without giving reason and responding on my complain, as per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected], i have to rights to know why rbl bank reject my credit card application, if my all document and verification was right, rbl bank executive called at least 15 time me and my office and said that all your verification is clear, and you will receive your card within 3 to 4 day, then how did you cancel my application, cancellation is effect my cibil, if they not answer and not tell the right reason to rejection of credit card application, so i will file complain against rbl bank in consumer court, the rbl bank misleads the customer, and does not even brink back customer all the confidential papers. And reject application without reason.

            I applied for rbl credit card, submitted all the hard copies of documents as asked by their representatives, office plus telephonic both verification has been done positively and finally got call from rbl side and they briefed me regarding benefit of card.
            1. Next day got msg that your application no cc15m9rih5 got rejected - we are unable to approve your credit card application as it doesn't meet our assessment criteria.
            2.in todays scenario every bank check that person is eligible for credit card at very initial stage, then why all verification has been done.
            3. However i am holding credit card of 4-5 banks with a good credit limit.

            First they have wasted my time by all verification and office verification and briefed me the benefit of card. This approach is not acceptable as this will mark bad impact on my cibil score. This has to be taken at serious note, else i will lodge complain against rbl.

                My name issachin ingale currently i am having personal from rbl bank with lock in period of 6 months.
                Now i want to foreclosures the loan and and they are now allowing me to close the said loan as they are saying now lock in period is revised to 12 months and i have paid 10 emis till now..

                Now i am not going to pay any emi for this loan and i dnt have any problems with my cibil score if it affects.

                  I had applied for rbl credit card on aug 8th (Application number: [protected]). 2 days after i had received a call from one of the rbl executive regarding document verification. They asked me for local address proof. I just send them through email that they provided to me ([protected]@rblbank.com). 50 days got over i didn't get any call from their end. There is no notification to me till date at least they can tell me the status if they can't provide means please notify me with the reason. So i can find some other source.

                    One of your representative at the time of verification at my native place he ask 500 rs and also i am ready to give...

                        Hi team

                        I wish to complain against rbl bank for wrongly charges on my credit card bill. I have been chasing the team for more than 10+ days and explained everything over email / phone calls but they are not responding me back.

                        I am complaining because they had charged me an faulty outstanding amount of nearly 10, 000 rs

                        My last month total transaction amount is around rs 32-33k and previous due amount is rs 22734.71.

                        If you calculate the total outstanding amount that i need to pay bank is around rs : 55-56k

                        The outstanding money bank charged me is rs 65, 447.91

                        There is an unnecessary faulty amount on my total outstanding amount.

                        When i explained to support team, they understood the concern and had asked me that they will check if that could be a system error or not.

                        Now i am chasing the bank on that note for last 5-6 days over emails and shouting on them but no one is responding to me. I had escalated this matter to 2nd and 3rd level as well but no support from them as well. ([protected]@rblbank.com,)

                        Now if i dont pay the amount then they will keep on charging me each month unnecessarily and i had to stop this.

                        Last month i had experienced the same when the bank have incorrectly added an emi amount and i had to chase them to get the bill corrected and they had apologized me for same and this month again they doing some different stuff to loot customer.

                        To resolve this problem i would like proper and correct outstanding bill over email / bill so i can pay it.

                        I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                        I m really fed up stop or block my rbl super card I m not using that card I got the call from rbl executive I told him I can't effort credit card he told in 24 hours it will be stop till now I did not receive any response

                          Kindly note, rbl has approved a credit card to me now its been 2 weeks still i did not reiceive my card i belive its being misused by your courirer partner or any of your rbl bank employees.

                          Kindly check and tell me where is my card now?
                          Note: if any misuse happens it will be totally liable to rbl bank and your courier team, you both would be paying it if it is misused.

                            I had applied for rbl credit card 15 days back. They came to my office for verification and they told me that the card will be processed in 6 days however i'm not getting any status update. This is the 2nd time i have applied for rbl and they are not providing any status update or valid reason. They have taken my documents and done with verification part.

                            but today is last day for payment of card.how can i pay again if not get money today.

But add annual fees (1169) my credit cards payment this month. I shocked. Please check that and clear my payment amount. So i want my original amount last month bill.                                 I am ramesh ghadge, rbl team told they will not charge any charges and credit card is free but on 25th sept they charged rs.177/- as a card fee and same direct debited from my bank account.

                                We tried to call all numbers available but we not found any customer care who can cancel the card, since rbl team given fake commitment we do not want any card from them. As they told card free but now charging card fee.

                                Request to cancel the card and reverse fee amount charged from me.

                                  The licence ofbanks published in news papers are canceled - but it surprised to note that why following banks are escaped from this it has reported several times for the abnormal interest and finance charges charged by the bank. But the inspite repeated remindersthe actions are not initiated againt the rbl bank which charged 60 to 70% finance charges p.A. The details are as under:

                                      If you could my payment track record, it will show you how prompt i am in paying my monthly dues.

                                      This month there was a over limit usage without my knowledge since during transaction also it wasn't rejected saying overdue and hence i wasn't aware of it.

                                      For the past 15 days nothing less than two calls a day comes from customer support asking for payment.

                                      Since the due date is only next month 3rd oct, i was planning to make the payment before that.

                                      But i am very sorry to say that such a highly unprofessional way of handling the customer. Before they talk to any customer, i guess its their job responsibility to see the call history, track record etc before making a call.

                                      I get calls back to back on the same day, which clearly shows that they are doing a 'nam ke vas' job.

                                      It has caused me a mental trauma for the past 10 days i am just answering only calls from rbl. Is this the way they treat the customer?

                                      And moreover after making the payment also, i am receiving calls stating over limit, please pay immediately...

                                      Why is that the database doesn't get updated immediately after making the payment?

                                      Is that the customer's fault? The update doesn't happen from their end and customer is suffering for the same. Highly ridiculous.

                                      On top of it, few customer care people when i expressed this they too raised their voice saying, 'it's over limit madam, we will call like this only'

                                      Fine, i am tired answering to those people and hence have decided to register my grievance here. I need an explanation and compensation for my mental trauma

                                        Please be aware of call from sales people from rbl bank as there where many third party out in market who commit false commitment and for their personal interest of commission will chase you to apply for rbl credit card.
                                        They will say that you can use card anywhere and need to pay back to bank after 90 days.
                                        But actually this is not right.

                                        One such incident happened with me - sales executive name-
                                        Kavita (From rbl bank) mobile no. [protected] chased me a lot to apply for card as this has benefit to pay back after 90 days.

                                        After one month i got to know when i received bank statement from bank. Inquired from bank and customer card and surprised that i have to pay the dues and no such facility were there in bank where as the 90 days interest free plan in which you can pay to other bank credit card payment from rbl bank credit and that to with almost 3% processing fee, also they will keep on updating offer after 3 month so this offer might change.

                                        I called the same sales girl after this incident then she told me that she will check with senior and get back to me but after that i haven't got any revert and nobody is picking call on that no.

                                        I will close this card and will handover to bank and will think many times before trusting anybody over call.

                                        I would request to be aware of such call and cross check with bank for details before applying.

                                        Hello, I am payed my credit card payment before time but still it's shows balance payment, last payment done RS. 2200/- which is more then the billing amount.
                                        I am sorry if I have to face these kind of problems. So I want to discontinue the card and never recommend to any body.
