I am kuthalingam. I have rbl super card. No annual fees your team tell to me at last year purchase that card. But add annual fees (1169) my credit cards payment this month. I shocked. Please check that and clear my payment amount. So i want my original amount last month bill. Attached the details of bill photography. Now i want my original amount. Thanks...

I am ramesh ghadge, rbl team told they will not charge any charges and credit card is free but on 25th sept they charged rs.177/- as a card fee and same direct debited from my bank account.

We tried to call all numbers available but we not found any customer care who can cancel the card, since rbl team given fake commitment we do not want any card from them. As they told card free but now charging card fee.

The licence ofbanks published in news papers are canceled - but it surprised to note that why following banks are escaped from this it has reported several times for the abnormal interest and finance charges charged by the bank. But the inspite repeated remindersthe actions are not initiated againt the rbl bank which charged 60 to 70% finance charges p.A. The details are as under:

If you could my payment track record, it will show you how prompt i am in paying my monthly dues.

This month there was a over limit usage without my knowledge since during transaction also it wasn't rejected saying overdue and hence i wasn't aware of it.

For the past 15 days nothing less than two calls a day comes...

Please be aware of call from sales people from rbl bank as there where many third party out in market who commit false commitment and for their personal interest of commission will chase you to apply for rbl credit card.
They will say that you can use card anywhere and need to pay back to bank after 90 days.
But actually this is not right.

Dear team,

I had raised more than 3 complaint request (From 9th sep 2018 to till date) to close my credit card but without acknowledging me the team are continuing to close my complaint request.

I even daily coordinating with the level 1 customer support team twice a day but no proper response. One final stage they convinced me that they have escalated this issue to level 2 team but they not even bothered me...

Rbl credit ard collector called me as soon as the credit statement is generated. My due date is 65th of every month and they have started calling from 16th of the month before the due date. This is really annoying and disturbing me. Please stop this immediately and employ people who can speak in a proper english. Their pathetic english accent and the rude way of their talking really annoy me....

I have a credit card with rbl. I am having issue with amount dispute since july. I raised a request in july regarding the same. Since then i am facing a terrible experience with rbl. Customer support, nodal all are worst support. All of them just tell me to wait regarding my dispute. Its almost three months now. My issue is under investigation. I raised a request for cancellation of card, but no confirmation call from bank. When i called the customer care the executive said that the request is closed because my number is not reachable but my number is reachable all day and i was receiving calls all day. Worst kind of service. If the issue is not resolved in 48 hours i will go to consumer court....

From 20 days, my mail chain is going on. I deactivated my credit card however rbl reactivated it without my confirmation & now sending bills to pay annual charges.
Rbl is not replying to mail.
Call centre is saying that email dept is different & they can't handle this.
I have given my no into mail, but no one is calling.

Amount is transferred from ET money to bank account not credited.

On 21 Sep 2018 i transferred sum of 10000 & 5000 2 transaction through ET money to my registered bank account.But its being 3 days no confirmation nad no amount credited.

I raised query in application on my phone also spoke to customer care again sayting 10 days.I really need that money but its to hard to know the actual status of the trnasaction...

I am not able to make payments due to my job loss. Before 6 months i met with an accident and i was not able to pay the amount to rbl (The ratnakar bank ltd) delhi.

Recovery agents started harassing me and my family and started threaten us to beat and kill us for the recovery of the amount.

I sent rs. 19476 from my wallet to bank account on 22nd september'18 morning but the money not yet credited to the account.
Moreover i tried to contact udio by chat & phone number but no assistance from chat, the phone number mentioned in their site not working. I sent them email also but no reply.

The best answer given by the credit card corporate body - this our policy to charge the abnormal rates of finance charges and even rbi also can intervene and change our cheating policy to customers - card ending - 6176 - ramesh patel - [protected] - i had requested the reversal and credit of finance charges which are charged at the abnormal rate of interest - you have have committed in writing that the charges are levied at rate of 45 to 50%...

I have submitted a request for closing my account and submitted the request form through your executive last week who came to my residence but when i checked with national grid it is showing my account as active. Please make sure that my account is closed once for all and inform the national grid accordingly. Any dispute after this mail will be wholly on your account....
