I got a call from RBL executive through a reference of Bajaj Finserv and had taken all the details from my end. They processed my application (No:BFLC[protected] SuperCard), got confirmation saying that my card will get delivered within 5-7 working days and after few days was passed. I got a call from delivery boy at that time i was in my office. The delivery boys understood that i've given wrong address and returned the card to RBL.

Within 2-3 days got a call from RBL and the executive said that they will send the card to my office address, but nothing happened. I'm still wondered and getting gmail notifications to use the card and redeem exciting offers. I tried reaching RBL customer care but no luck.

Can you please check my case and do the needfull.

    Hi,

    I had initiated a fund transfer on 5th november early morning but till date i. E. 2:45 pm of 6th november, funds have not been credited to my account. This is the second time that i am facing the issue.

    Sorry to say but the service provided is very poor. Ideally neft transfer should be done within a couple of hours instead of 2 days.

    Also would like to mention that when the emi due date is near, i receive 4-5 reminder call in a day but during fund transfer the attitude is very relax.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest, thanks.

      Sir/Madam,

      This is with reference to the application submitted to your bank dated October 15th, 2018 regarding the foreclosure of the loans.
      As discussed with your employee Mr. PUNEET, Contact No.- [protected] in your Chandigarh branch the foreclosure amount can be known to me by 10 days. But its already 20 days and counting, and Mr. Puneet is also not responding to my calls. I just wanted to know about the amount to be submitted for the foreclosure of my loan accounts i.e[protected] and[protected].( Classic Petronergy)
      Is this the way your bank treat to your customers? I am really not satisfied with your services and your staff. This harassment is not bearable now because it has also happened to me before.

        Dear Team,

        I have not subscribed to the R-Shield Insurance program on your Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard.
        I don't have any interest on this. Please cancel this . I don't have any necessity. and make sure that no amount should be debited from my card. With out my confirmation or knowledge it has been activated.

        For more than 15days im trying to reach customer care but i can't,
        Im very dissappointed by this. so cancel this scheme. as well as credit card

          I made a purchase through flipkart for rs 17099 for a mobile device & returned the device as i was not satisfied & flipkart returned the full money to rbl bank as well.
          Now there is a total balance of 218.58 showing up in rbl mobile application.
          When tapped on the amount to go further the screen keeps loading & nothing further is shown.

          What is this balance of rs 218.58 please help.

            I had applied for and received my rbl credit card
            Through the moneytap app.

            I am unable to transact with my credit card either online or without pos machines.

            When i try to transfer money to my bank account using the moneytap app also, the app throws an error saying bank not authenticated. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Kindly guide me.

            I have been trying to reach customer care but unable to reach a customer care executive. I have tried mailing but haven’t even received a response.

              I am lovelesh k dahiya. I have my credit card with me. I have been making payments on time but still the credit card people are calling every other minute with foul language asking to make payment. I have told multiple times please dont call me as i will do it my self and there is no sense in calling even after the payment the very same month that too over the min amount. My min due is 3500 and i make 5000 permonth. Still these # call me every other minute stating it as a reminder call. Also, have illiterate # working with your firm.

                  I am sachin bembi from ludhiana punjab, having a credit card of rbl with card no.[protected]. I have received this card in july.2018 but this credit card is not usable, when i am trying to use above mention credit card then payments declined every time and no reason shown for decline. So please note my complaint and resolve asap. If there is any delay in process then please close my credit card asap. I will not pay any annual charges against this credit card. So please look in to the matter and resolve asap.
                  Also many time i will try to contact you on your customer care no. But unfortunately it is not responding.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been using this rbl credit card for a year and half and stopped using it from past 6 months or more due to less offers and worst services and for that i am trying several times to connect customer care no ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) to deactivate the credit card, but i am unable to authenticate after asking dob verification which is correct according to me.

                      I have disabled the card usage from the rbl my credit card app and these people are calling me 50 times a day for just 518 rs and even after repeatedly telling the tentative date and time of payment they keep calling again and again.

                      Totally pissed off...

                        I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit card ending [protected] is having total outstanding of rs.74000 however the card limit is rs.68000/-.

                        This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition our family numbers hospitalized so due to we are financially in zero position.

                        I want settlement, as i can pay around 50% of the outstanding as i'm not in the position to pay but i can pay my emi option only.

                                  The problem still continues. The customer care people keep calling at least 3 to 4 times a day.
                                  I strongly feel the bank has failed to give orientation to these people as to how to handle customers and maintain a database so that they don't repeat calls to the same person everyday.
                                  Very very very poor Management
                                  Yesterday I have attended the call and given the payment details and they assured you will not get calls anymore.
                                  But today again I received a call got payment reminder.
                                  I am sorry to say absolutely worst systems and process followed.
                                  Actually causing lots of mental trauma to customers.
                                  Especially calling continuously working people is ridiculous.
                                  I have already registered consumer complaint. I think I need to take further first of action.
                                  I will quiet all long since I received a call from your side assuring no more disturbance but didn't happen.
                                  Actually I hold 3 credit cards haven't faced problem with other banks.
                                  When there is a SMS follow up for reminders then why calls that too to customers who have never defaulted.
                                  This action of yours is actually pushing us to surrender the card. So annoying.
                                  And that too calls from different different numbers not even able to block them
                                  I think it's high time for the to management to pitch in and resolve this issue. I am sure I am not the only costumer facing such a difficulty.
                                  Will appreciate prompt action

                                  i agree with sivapora ...they start harrassing 8 days before the due date of payment ...calls after calls and dat too in a rude manner ...we have never defaulted any payments ..still they speak to us in a manner as if we are criminals ...never ever faced such a problems with other bank ...plss train ur employees in how to handle customers or be ready to lose them ...

                                      Dear sir / madam

                                      I am mr. Sangram s rashiwadekar applied for rbl bank credit card ;done all the necessary process from both the end. According to your executive i suppose to receive a card by today itself (P0d no [protected]) but nothing is happen yet; i got a call from blue dart people that due to incomplete address they are not able to handover the card to me so i called ur customer care they said that i will get it by 31 of this month. The fees is also deducted from my card so who is responsible for this. Its not my problem i want my card by 27th of this month. I also use other bank credit card but i never face such problems. U told me to visit courier office u people trouble me a lot.
                                      Resolve the problem by tomorrow itself.
