[Resolved] RCOM — Not providing toll free customer care number for their customers | |||
I am having one mobile number[protected] in tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu. They are now and then debiting my talktime money towards some services without my consent though i have registered many times my complaints. When i check the balance and try to complain, their 198 number is not responding. Then i call them by number 30333333 from my mobile for registering the complaint. They charge 50 paise per 3 minute. How they do this? Please advise them to follow the trai guidelines. You can check my mobile calling log dated 15.06.2017 and 18.06.2017. On these both days they have arbitrarily deducted my talktime and i have made complaints to them. On 15.06.2017 i have sent an e-mail regarding this to reliance customercare. Copy of my email is M chellam Jun 14 (4 days ago) To [protected]@relianceada.com Dear sir, from my mobile number[protected] you have debited rs.15 on 13.06.2017 at 11.18 pm towards shotfor bisc sub60 for 5 days. This arrogant and unwanted deduction has been made while i was sleeping. How did you deduct the amount? Under which trai act did you make this? This is not the first time you have done this. On 16.04.2017 you have deducted the amount and on raising my complaint you have refunded the same. Now you the worst reliance communication has erred again. Please go through my email dated 16.04.2017 addressed to you. Now i strongly condemn your action. To raise and register my complaint from my mobile[protected], there is no customerservice option in your network eventhough i tried calling 198. So i have to write this. You are requested to refund the amount fully immediately. Otherwise i have to register and take up my complaint to trai. Jul 17, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved RCom is not providing toll free complaint facility to their mobile customers till date. Please verify if you doubt, from any of RCom mobile number. They have replied that the problem is resolved. How much bigger lie and cheat they give

I already paid my bill till now in you system showing pending solve this error as soon as posible or i do not want your poast paid connection . Find the attachment of my bank statment.
