People refer to such a busses which provide comfort as well some entertainment in terms of tv, amenities which were show cased during ticket booking contains tv but in reality either tv is in off condition. Through out the journey or it is in repairable condition. This are sensitive issues which should be taken care off. If something is not working should be informed prior through a message or cut down the amenities price in ticket fare. I hope iam clear on my subject and i wish this will be taken care off. This issues will diminish the name and fame of red bus

    Dear sir i am not happy with redbus service i had very bad experience with raju travel (Indo express)
    My boarding time was 11:55 pm

    I am sending the details of my ticket and travel. Due to that delay i lost my customer faith.

      Hi, i have booked a ticket on march 1st 2018 from sattur to chennai. The bus operator called me and said the trip was cancelled and redbus will refund your booking amount in 7 days. But it is more than 12 days and i don't get any refund. I called bus operator and they told they notified refund information to redbus and asked me to check with redbus. I sent three mails and no response. I called three times to redbus customer care and they told they will refund my amount in 24 hours, but after 24 hours no refund came and no response from redbus.
      My bus ticket number is tm3w93138650.
      The ticket id's that was i created in redbus are 3407403 and 3431056. Please advise me to get my amount back from redbus.

        I booked a trip from Pune to Hyderabad on Citizen Travels using the RedBus app for March 3, 2018. The bust broke down and the operator called me on the morning of the day of journey to inform that. They offered alternate bus in which my preferred seats were not available, and I couldn't compromise as I was to travel with my kid. Even after repeated emails and calls to the customer care center, I am waiting for my refund. To my surprise, the executive in the last call made me wait and confirmed that no bus broke down that day. How ridiculous could that be? You never know, the bus operator might also have sold the same seat at a higher price. But Red Bus should own the responsibility to refund the amount ASAP. Let's see where all they want me to canvas this issue.

        Don't fool others with such ridiculous responses which do not hold any water.

        You have been forwarded the emails, but there is no action from your end.
        Even after repeated calls, there seems to be no progress in the matter.

        Admin and Others concerned,

        Please look at the attached image. I have sent all details they asked for, but in vain.
        There must have to be a good way to handle such crimes.

            I booked a ticket in redbus.The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket was not generated.It has been 10 working days since the amount was debited but I didn't get my money refunded to my account.When i contacted the customer care they said that my amount will be refunded within 7 working days.It has been more than 10 working days and I didn't get any amount credited to my account. When will I get my money back?

              I have booked three tickets from balaghat to bhopal on 07 march 2018, with the help of phonepe app. There
              We select redbus option for booking. But on the payment process throuth online banking is stoped in the middle.
              Seats are not book that time, then i call to customer care for conformation of tickets, (Plz find attached recordings)
              They told that deduction amount will be return in your bank account with in 7 to 14 days.
              So i will arrange tickets through offline mode. (Please find attached copy)
              But on the 10th march the application show me your tickets are conform and before that i am not receiving any tickets conformation message.
              So i cancled my tickets and please help me to get my money back, because its a technical fault through your side.

                I booked a ticket from bangalore to coimbatore on 11th march in kavi travels for 9:30 pm bus and i wanted to cancel it because i decided not to travel. When i contacted the bus operator they said they cannot cancel the ticket and asked mw to check the redbus. I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the ticket but i got a ridiculous reply them that according to policy they cannot cancel it. It happened at 6 pm but still i have the time for next two hours to cancel the ticket and they said they don't have the policy to cancel. Such a ridiculous and # service it is. I used to travel in redbus and now i seriously hates these travels because of their irresponsible attitude.

                I have booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai on 27th feb 2018 but my bus operator cancelled the bus and he said that he will refund the whole amount over the call. I contacted the red bus customer care they also confirmed the same. But still now I did not get any refund and if I call redbus customer care the call is not connecting from 2 days.

                  When i was booking a ticket i got below error on website page and it did not show ticket. Since i trusted their website i went ahead and re-booked ticket via different travels but i used same email id and phone number and same bank account for transaction.

                  "dear g,
                  We are sorry your ticket could not be booked!

                  What next?
                  Your money will be refunded by redbus in next 1 hour.
                  We will send you an email/sms with more details on your refund status - ref no.[protected]. You will receive the money in next 2-7 working days depending on your mode of payment.

                  Since i did not get refund i called customer care to find what had happened. And they blamed me that i did not them on the same day (Damn who would've thought the website would do such mistake after using for 10 years) and he apologized and said he cant do anything and there is no escalation too (Wow thats bad for such huge website they have no intention in solving customers problems)

                  I tried to contact them by writing an email (Another shock here is cant even enter more 120 characters how can someone explain everything in 120 chars i'm not tweeting dude.) then and i got an email saying

                  "thank you for contacting redbus regarding the ticket number tm3x55475450.

                  As per the update received from the concerned department, we confirm that there was no error while booking your ticket. The ticket was booked as per the request received from you online. Hence we are sorry to state that we will not be able to process your request for the same.

                  It has been a pleasure serving you today. Thanks for choosing redbus and have a great day ahead.

                    I selected the bust to start the departure at 10march, 11:59pm and selected the second pickup point in the city which was nearer to my house. So obviously the pick up time will be beyond 12 midnight and it showed 12:35 am as pickup time. After making the payment the the app booked tickets for 10march 00:35am. This is a big bug in their system and the customer support is even pathetic rude and adamant didn’t want to understand this issue actually didn’t understand, dudds.

                      Based on boarding time i reached the boarding location (No 4 ramakrishna weighing bridge omni bus stand entrance koyambedu) at 9.10 pm.

                      They called me at 9.15 pm and confirmed the boarding time and bus location, i reached the bus location at 9.20 pm. But they moved the bus and given some location, i went their location, but again they moved the bus,

                      I depressed and called them for exact location, finally they informed me another location. I reached at 9.30 pm exactly by auto.

                      I asked them about their behavior, they are not answering properly and talking some rubbish word.

                      Why they moved the bus before boarding time?

                      Please take an action about their mis punctuality and misbehavior.

                      I hope and expect replay from you.

                      If i am not proper solution and i will do legally on this issue

                      I have booked a ticket online from bhubaneswar to nabarangpur for 02.03.2018 by red bus starting from cuttack to nabarangpur .Ticket no tm3y37134659 .Pnr 04180880 travels osrtc seat no 14 .Total fair paid rs 805/-.Bus was cancelled . Early refund is sought.

                            I tried to book a ticket in redbus on jan 20th. The amount was debited but ticket not booked, then again booked via diff. Payment. I waited for 5 days for the amount to return, but didn't receive it. So i contacted redbus and they asked me to wait for 7 working days. Waited - but amount not received. When contacted again, they said they didn't receive the amount itself and asked me to contact my bank. Bank contacted and they told their side the transaction was successful, so i again contacted redbus and they asked me to send my full bank transaction from jan 20th (Mmm... Looking suspicious) yet i sent them and again they were telling they didn't receive the amount at all and asked my to contact my bank (Ooofff).. Raised a dispute in my bank and after verification they confirmed that the amount received redbus. Again escalated the issue to redbus and they have given the reference number alone, but no answer yet even after 3 days. I don't know whether i will get my amount back or not.

                            My last escalation reference number for query is 3312127.

                              This complaint is on sri durgamba travels bus operator registered in redbus.com, i have booked a travel to kumta from bangalore on 9th of feb 2018 and we were picked in hanumanth nagar in a pick-up bus and we were told that we will have to change the bus in rajaji nagar and they dropped us in a very nice pick up bus. And when we saw the bus which we are suppose to travel was in a very bad condition and the bus is full of mosquitoes and is in a very worst condition, myself along with 20-25 other co traveler denied to aboard the bus due to the bad condition and after the long discussion until 12.30 in the midnight we got the promise from the operator that we get the refund for the same and we did not travel on that day. But unfortunately till now we are doing a follow up for the same and nobody is responding to show any concern to the query raised, attaching the ticket for the reference. Kindly help.

                                I had booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Red Bus on 1st Jan 2018. At the last moment the bus operator called us and told that bus has been cancelled and there was no alternate arrangement made.

                                I have been following with Red Bus on this for the past few months but I am frustrated with the same response from their end. The response from their end is always the same and they say -"Complaint team is working on it and we will update you shortly ".Two service request numbers have been created by Red Bus team for this but there is no resolution/refund given for these.
                                Service Request no's are: 3223564 and 2915792

                                Below are my ticket details:
                                Date of Journey : 1/1/2018
                                Ticket no: TKD[protected]
                                Bus Operator :Kallada Travels.

                                I would request for the necessary action so that I get my refund for the cancelled bus ticket.

                                I am attaching the sms received regarding bus cancellation for reference.This was also sent to the Red Bus team in a mail for reference.

                                  I have booked a bus ticket from somnath to dwaraka on 6th march 2018. The boarding time was given as 8.55 am and boarding point was somnath. I have planned my dwaraka sight seeing as per the time to reach dwaraka from the boarding time. I was waiting at the somnath bus stand from 8 am and when the
                                  Bus did not come at 8.55 am i enquired with bus stand enquiry counter and was shocked to know that the boarding time given pertains to starting point of the
                                  Bus i. E rajula and it will reach somnath after 12 pm. I could not waste my time
                                  Waiting for the bus for 3 hours and so caught another bus and forego reserved seats. I therefore request you to refund some amount.

                                    It was on dated 5 march 2018 that i booked two tickets from Kanpur To Guna
                                    Ticket No.: TM3Z51443990
                                    PNR.:[protected]

                                    Since 4:30 pm was the departure time, i along with my travelling companion had reached the boarding point the bus provider (Hans Travels) had asked.But on reaching there we got to know the bus had already been departed. On further queries and complaints as to why they didn't call us before the departure (which they generally do in case the passenger is late), they said the bus was full.On further queries we got to know that in our seats there was someone else's name. The bus provider told us that he could do nothing because they had this passenger named 'Ayush Srivastava' with the same ticket and PNR no. as ours for the same bus with same timings and date. We tried contacting Red Bus and sent our ticket to the Red Bus enquirer on the other side. the person told us that the seats were actually booked with the name of 'ayush srivastava' but at the same time, i had the ticket in my hand with the same PNR no.
                                    After much argument with the Bus provider, we booked the another set of tickets which cost us another 2000 bucks cause we were running late and there were no more buses available.On further inquiries ( as the person named 'Ayush Srivastava' is in the same college as ours, we matched our tickets and found that the PNR no. was indeed same. WHAT KIND OF FACILITY IS THIS??!!
                                    SO tell me, whose fault is this? I have the ticket intact with me, money was charged from my bank account for the tickets, but when i reach the boarding point, i get to know that someone else has the same ticket as me and got to be in the bus. This is such a poor service!!
                                    I DEMAND REFUND OF MY TICKET MONEY.
                                    Please learn to lock the bus seats as and when they are filled rather than charging for a single seat from double passengers and causing them pain!!!
                                    i have attached the ticket sent sent by REDBUS for further "confirmations".
                                    please take measurable actions towards the issue and refund my money as soon as possible!!
                                    i hope to get a positive response as soon as possible.

                                      Have booked upsrtc bus from varanasi to lucknow on 28th january 2018 with pnr-xchb[protected], bus operator informed me bus is cancelled, i immediately informed red bus support they told me next 48 hrs they will issue refund.
                                      More than 45 days are passed no refund received i have called on alternate days to there support team for refund they use to say we will refund in next 24 hrs
                                      Very pathetic service from red bus team.

                                      I booked a ticket on 25th on redbus and got confirmation msg.24th night bus operator told me that the ticket is booked for 24th.I called redbus customer care they said they will refund my money. I didn't get any refund till now and I have been calling them for the past 10 days. They close my issue every time without proper explanation.

                                        Redbus — ticket cancelled, but no refund till date
                                        On mar 5, 2018
                                        On :02/2/18, in evacacy transports, i have booked 2 tickets to travel on 11/2/18 from chennai to hosur. Ticket no: tm[protected]
                                        Pnr: evcy[protected]. Later i cancelled one ticket and immediately i got the mail from redbus.in and free recharge about refund. The money will refund within 2-7 working.. But till today i didn't get the refund amount.
