The bus started 35 min late and main problem is the driver was smoking the whole journey it was very unpleasant and finally i didn't reach my boarding point and had to walk like 3km i'm so disappointed with their service and their response also very arrogant the bus details are as follows

I have made a recharge of rs 160 from my bank account through redbus recharge and i got a message from redbus that recharge successful but I didn't get recharged i trusted redbus on bus booking and made this recharge for first time disappointed on you redbus please refund the amount Order ID: 544985

    Hi, i tried booking ticket through redbus app today (Feb-23, 2018) and during payment through online the transaction got failed. But amount has been been debited from my account. There are no clear details of when the amount will be refunded. If we contact customer care there is no clear response. So please help to resolve this issue and let me know when the amount will be refunded.

My money (Rs.525) was collected but the transaction was failed. It showed as the session was expired. I didn't get my ticket booked. And my money isn't refunded. I request you to look into this complaint asap.

      Refund money is not refunded and also 2 times payment accepted but ticket was not booked and that money is not refunded till now date.it is very very worse app for ticket booking . I'm very disappointed this app.

        I had booked ticket (Tm[protected]) from bangalore to pune for 24th jan, 2018 through redbus but the operator cancelled the ticket and till today i am chasing up for my refund from redbus but they have not refund my money back.
        The operator was greenline travel and holidays.
        The amount to be refund is rs. 1056.45.
        First they put me in trouble by cancelling the ticket at the last moment without any proper reasons and then they are not giving the hard earned money of ours also.
        These cheater companies should be strongly condemned for these type of acts.

              On the same journey date, i called 4 times to redbus team hoping to get the same booked seats for me and my wife journey. All the time, result was negative. We had to go on upper berth seats which is the changed seats given by bus operator and did not want them due to discomfort and vomits faced during my past journey experiences.

              First call to redbus, was wen i received a message from sam tours and travels on 17th march 6:50pm about seats changed to 10u, 11u and to confirm i called redbus team and they were not aware of our seats change and was informed that there is no seat change. They confirmed that i will be getting the same seats as booked.

              At the time of travel, at 9:15pm, i was informed by sam tours bus driver that our seats were changed. I talked to redbus customer service staff named john paul and was reconfirmed that he has spoken to bus operator and i will be getting the initially booked seats. With no positive results, i called once again and it was taken by some other redbus staff. This time, call was on conference and was connected to bus operator (He was not present on the boarding point) but he was insisting red bus staff to talk to his bus driver. After 5 mins, with no results, i made fourth attempt calling the red bus staff and was told the issue has been escalated. I requested red bus staff, i needed lower berth seats and not upper berth, which is discomfort and creates a vomiting tendancy. I and my wife had past experiences of vomiting tendancy when taken upper berth seats. I told red bus staff that if there is no way to get lower berth seats then we need 50% refund as it is going to be very tough time throughout the journey. My wife vomited 3 times during journey and we had a tough time. Had i be given the initially booked lower berth or any lower berth seats, i would be satisfied. Please refund 50% of my journey fare as a fair compensation and i hope you value customer service. I expect a justice to the money paid. If i am not getting what have been informed then i deserve my money back. I am not requesting full refund but atleast 50% will be a fair deal.

              I have travelled many times with redbus but this is the first experience i had with the operator sam tours and travels through redbus. I need redbus to react for requested compensation.

                  People refer to such a busses which provide comfort as well some entertainment in terms of tv, amenities which were show cased during ticket booking contains tv but in reality either tv is in off condition. Through out the journey or it is in repairable condition. This are sensitive issues which should be taken care off. If something is not working should be informed prior through a message or cut down the amenities price in ticket fare. I hope iam clear on my subject and i wish this will be taken care off. This issues will diminish the name and fame of red bus

                      Hi, i have booked a ticket on march 1st 2018 from sattur to chennai. The bus operator called me and said the trip was cancelled and redbus will refund your booking amount in 7 days. But it is more than 12 days and i don't get any refund. I called bus operator and they told they notified refund information to redbus and asked me to check with redbus. I sent three mails and no response. I called three times to redbus customer care and they told they will refund my amount in 24 hours, but after 24 hours no refund came and no response from redbus.
                      My bus ticket number is tm3w93138650.
                      The ticket id's that was i created in redbus are 3407403 and 3431056. Please advise me to get my amount back from redbus.

                        I booked a trip from Pune to Hyderabad on Citizen Travels using the RedBus app for March 3, 2018. The bust broke down and the operator called me on the morning of the day of journey to inform that. They offered alternate bus in which my preferred seats were not available, and I couldn't compromise as I was to travel with my kid. Even after repeated emails and calls to the customer care center, I am waiting for my refund. To my surprise, the executive in the last call made me wait and confirmed that no bus broke down that day. How ridiculous could that be? You never know, the bus operator might also have sold the same seat at a higher price. But Red Bus should own the responsibility to refund the amount ASAP. Let's see where all they want me to canvas this issue.

                        Even after repeated calls, there seems to be no progress in the matter.

                              I have booked three tickets from balaghat to bhopal on 07 march 2018, with the help of phonepe app. There
                              We select redbus option for booking. But on the payment process throuth online banking is stoped in the middle.
                              Seats are not book that time, then i call to customer care for conformation of tickets, (Plz find attached recordings)
                              They told that deduction amount will be return in your bank account with in 7 to 14 days.
                              So i will arrange tickets through offline mode. (Please find attached copy)
                              But on the 10th march the application show me your tickets are conform and before that i am not receiving any tickets conformation message.
                              So i cancled my tickets and please help me to get my money back, because its a technical fault through your side.

                                I booked a ticket from bangalore to coimbatore on 11th march in kavi travels for 9:30 pm bus and i wanted to cancel it because i decided not to travel. When i contacted the bus operator they said they cannot cancel the ticket and asked mw to check the redbus. I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the ticket but i got a ridiculous reply them that according to policy they cannot cancel it. It happened at 6 pm but still i have the time for next two hours to cancel the ticket and they said they don't have the policy to cancel. Such a ridiculous and # service it is. I used to travel in redbus and now i seriously hates these travels because of their irresponsible attitude.

                                I have booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai on 27th feb 2018 but my bus operator cancelled the bus and he said that he will refund the whole amount over the call. I contacted the red bus customer care they also confirmed the same. But still now I did not get any refund and if I call redbus customer care the call is not connecting from 2 days.

                                  When i was booking a ticket i got below error on website page and it did not show ticket. Since i trusted their website i went ahead and re-booked ticket via different travels but i used same email id and phone number and same bank account for transaction.

                                  We are sorry your ticket could not be booked!

                                  What next?
                                  Your money will be refunded by redbus in next 1 hour.
                                  We will send you an email/sms with more details on your refund status - ref no.[protected]. You will receive the money in next 2-7 working days depending on your mode of payment.

                                  Since i did not get refund i called customer care to find what had happened. And they blamed me that i did not them on the same day (Damn who would've thought the website would do such mistake after using for 10 years) and he apologized and said he cant do anything and there is no escalation too (Wow thats bad for such huge website they have no intention in solving customers problems)

                                  I tried to contact them by writing an email (Another shock here is cant even enter more 120 characters how can someone explain everything in 120 chars i'm not tweeting dude.) then and i got an email saying

                                  "thank you for contacting redbus regarding the ticket number tm3x55475450.

                                  As per the update received from the concerned department, we confirm that there was no error while booking your ticket. The ticket was booked as per the request received from you online. Hence we are sorry to state that we will not be able to process your request for the same.

                                  It has been a pleasure serving you today. Thanks for choosing redbus and have a great day ahead.

                                    I selected the bust to start the departure at 10march, 11:59pm and selected the second pickup point in the city which was nearer to my house. So obviously the pick up time will be beyond 12 midnight and it showed 12:35 am as pickup time. After making the payment the the app booked tickets for 10march 00:35am. This is a big bug in their system and the customer support is even pathetic rude and adamant didn’t want to understand this issue actually didn’t understand, dudds.

                                      Based on boarding time i reached the boarding location (No 4 ramakrishna weighing bridge omni bus stand entrance koyambedu) at 9.10 pm.

                                      They called me at 9.15 pm and confirmed the boarding time and bus location, i reached the bus location at 9.20 pm. But they moved the bus and given some location, i went their location, but again they moved the bus,

                                      I depressed and called them for exact location, finally they informed me another location. I reached at 9.30 pm exactly by auto.

                                      I asked them about their behavior, they are not answering properly and talking some rubbish word.

                                      Why they moved the bus before boarding time?

                                      Please take an action about their mis punctuality and misbehavior.

                                      I hope and expect replay from you.

                                      If i am not proper solution and i will do legally on this issue

                                      I have booked a ticket online from bhubaneswar to nabarangpur for 02.03.2018 by red bus starting from cuttack to nabarangpur .Ticket no tm3y37134659 .Pnr 04180880 travels osrtc seat no 14 .Total fair paid rs 805/-.Bus was cancelled . Early refund is sought.
