I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Guntur in nani’s sai Krishna travels. As I am new to chennai I was not knowing the place where to board. So I have opened the red bus app and clicked on get boarding directions to go to my boarding point. After clicking using google maps I have got directions for my boarding stop. I have went there and I was waiting for my bus. I got a call from the driver that he is waiting at hotel royal plaza, omni bus stand & I said I am waiting at Arumbakkam police booth (location showed in red bus) & the driver said that is not the boarding point & the bus has been started already so come soon to next stop. I got mad and was thinking what the hell the redbus has showed me wrong location & there was no gps location for the bus to track it. I was really worried that I will be missing the bus. Along with all these confusions there is language problem & I am unable to understand both bus drivers & cab drivers language which made it difficult to chase the bus & catch it. Finally after lot of struggles I have into the bus but this left me a bitter experience with redbus. I have heard a lot about redbus but never expected this situation to me. I have got so much tensed & wasted a lot of money for my cabs unnecessarily because of this. What if I am not lucky enough to catch my bus & if I miss it. This thought itself is disturbing alot.
The red coulour pin point shown in the photos is the boarding point displayed in the app. Black person icon is my current location. I have reached the boarding location displayed in the app & then found that is not the correct boarding point. The transport office person called me and said that I have missed the bus & told the next boarding point location to catch the bus. The next boarding point was almost 4-5km away and luckily I have managed to reach it.

Please take the necessary action on this Redbus service so that such insidents do not repeat again.

It’s good that I got a quick response from the redbus customer care. But I don’t want your apologies. I need a compensation for the loss I got by paying for cabs unnecessarily because of your mistake. Why should I suffer the loss & tension for your fault. Anyways you can’t do anything for the tension I had but you can compensate for my loss, & make sure such incidents do not repeat again.

I didn’t get any response yet from the redbus customer care for my reply. Is the validation of my complaint over or not. Please initiate the necessary compensation which I am demanding for my loss. Or else should I submit another complaint.
Very bad experience with the app.Always show the booking cancel in the app.But still the seat shows blocked and no further booking possible.

    I booked scania bus from Aligarh to Lucknow, boarding mentioned in ticket was Masudabad bus stand but actual boarding is from Gandhi Park bus stand Aligarh. Faced lot of problems. Also bus was degraded to Volvo from scania as scania was out of order on this date 17.04.2018.
    Wrong helpline numbers are being provided as these are either switched off or not answered.
    Also behaviour of bus driver is very shameful as he was not assisting us instead humiliating us by asking waste questions. This is the last time I've booked bus ticket through redbus.Contact : [protected]

    I made a transaction of Rs. 1064.07/- on 13.04.2018 via Tez app. for bus booking via REDBUS.
    My transaction was complete but booking is failed and amount debited from my account.
    As per REDBUS they did not received money that is why my booking was failed. But its successful transaction.

      I had cancelled the tickets and had received mail also that my money will be refunded in 2-7 days but it havent refunded.The details you may find into the photos attached.I had book the tickets on 1st April 2018 and on 30th March 2018.After that i had cancelled the tickets and i got the mail that i would get the refund of 490/- and 375/- from Pune to Dhule return.PLease reply to the complaint ASAP and refund my money as soon as possible.

        I initially booked bus in redbus hire and our tour plan was cancelled and i wanted to cancel my booking. I tried calling[protected] but there was no response. And i have sent email to [protected]@redbus.in, bushire. [protected]@redbus.in and persom who helpme for booking praveen. [protected]@redbus.com.

        And, i was waiting for refund but i'm getting email and message saying i traveled and asking me to rate the experience. Please update on my refund.

          Online ticket booking everywhere showing the website through redbus.com here my complaint is 14th apirl doing the bus ticket booking bangalore to chennai booked the ticket 15th apirl sma travels, but ticket booked after payment paid its showing travel date 14th, immediately i called redbus customer care they told mistake is yours we can maxiumum help you immediately you booked the ticket tomorrow date within 45minutes same travels same time so we can refund the your amount 50% of the ticket amount.. So immediately i booked the ticket but still now the didn't refund the 50% of amount.. Actually here mistake is redbus after paid the ticket amount its convert date 15th to 14th and 50% refund commitment is still now the did not..

          Here first booking amount rs 1428.6
          Demand able booking 2nd time amount rs2517.89
          But same travels same time same distention

          I booked a ticket from pune to nagpur (chitamani 2×1 AC) and cancelled my ticket on 17 Feb as the date of journey was 23 Feb, till now I didn't recieve my refund...

            I have been booked two tickets from shirdi to vadodara through red bus with details ticket no. Tm5b84132088 bus service provider-eagle falcon bus
            Pnr no. 74268028 date of journey 15.04.2018 departure time 19.00 hrs
            But bus service was cancelled due to technical problem in the bus as sms received from service provider on 15.04.2018 at 21.00 hrs. And as directed by the driver of the bus at the boarding point i travelled to my destination by own arrangement along with three other same bus passengers paying rs.2500/ per head. Please refund the booking amount of above red bus booking immidiatly.

                Weekend date all travels charged too much costs... Who will be controlled...
                I understand your issue without weekend day all travels are ideal so u reduce charge costs it's accepted but see your chart
                Non a/c travels charged rs1000 for coimbatore to chennai @ weekends this charger's are too high.. As per court order you charged?? If my side view any wrong thinking means kindly clarify me else who's responsible for this???

                  I booked the bus named "samuthra travels" on redbus. The travel is from coimbatore to srivilliputhur. The boarding point is omni bus stand, coimbatore. And the boarding time is 10:50pm. I had waited nearly 1 hr till 12:00am solely on bus stand. But the bus didn't come. I had already complaint to the redbus about this. They called me and said, i will verify it with bus operator. But they didn't call me.18 days ago from the date of booking. Call me immediately. And refund my money very soon. Otherwise i will put complaint on consumer court. # #. Why are you doing like this. If you are born to a single mother. Call me. Very worst bus service. There are some other words coming out of my mouth. You son of #.

                      Had a very bad experience! Booked orange travel bus (Ticket tm5c[protected] through redbus kept waiting for the bus, don't know from where it went. They didn't even called the customer, if he is boarding. If there had been any rating in negative, i would have given that. I want my money to be refunded. I would recommend people not to book any service of redbus/orange travel.

                        Booked ticket on rao milan travels from redbus.
                        They board us on another bus (Rajpreet travels).
                        He refused to take us in because not having enough seats for rao milan passengers.
                        Now somehow we adjusted 3 persons in a 2 person spleeper for a well paid ticket.
                        They should have arranged something for the convince and should have told us earlier.
                        They asked rajpreet travels for their passengers but we didn't got fit in.
                        Rao milan bus service should be banned because of this fraud behaviour.
                        This is one issue from several.

                          I have booked my ticked using redbus app and ticked id: tm[protected], pnr no.72603813, amount 1065, from mumbai to surat.
                          A photo is also attached for reference.

                          Since the bus was supposed to reach at pickup location at 6:30 am and me reached there early at 6 am and waited for the bus, since bus didn't come to pickup location till 7 am and after calling the driver, who told me that the bus not operating due to technical failure and it won't be reaching there, after waiting at pickup point till 8:30 am i have found 2 more passengers traveling from the same bus and they are also waiting for the bus.

                          Since the call center service of redbus started functioning after 7:30 am, i have called them and updated about my situation and they told me to use the alternative and later they will compensate me for this.

                          After reaching and complaining about this services with ticket id: 3360242, i have received a mail from red bus but since i haven't received any resolution from them after making multiple call and effort and they are telling that they will contact with bus service provider and will return the payment and yet i have not received anything from them. Since this is 3rd time i had this issue from them and i have finally decided to take action on it.

                          Kindly please help me to resolve this issue. I have already made multiple effor to get this solved but now redbus is completly refusing to resolve this issue.

                            I booked a ticket from chennai to pondicherry for 23-mar-2018 for the bus rathimeena travels through redbus. I have cancelled it on 22-mar-2018. The refund amount was rs.360/-. I paid them rs.407.2/-.

                            Refund was not yet sent by the company.

                              I made a hotel booking using mobile app. Booked for 2 adults, got confirmation of 1 adult instead of 2. Ended up paying extra at the hotel. Customer care wasn't helpful at all. Suggest users to switch to other available better apps. I had paid for two as per displayed rates while booking and first representative i coordinated with ensured on call that i don't have to make any extra payment. But still i will have borne the additional cost now.

                                I booked a ticket from hyderabad to pune on[protected]. My money was debited twice, the amount is 580. I have been told that my refund was initiated on 27th march and will be credited to my account in 7 working days. It is more than 10 days, yet the refund is not processed.

                                Please resolve the issue soon.

IF YOU DO, PLEASE COUNT 7 days after your GREAT REFUND REQUEST on 12th April and let me know how many eons are you going to continue this process. No kidding, but you guys are really getting on a lot of people's nerves. I will sure leave everything and get all of them together to kick your lazy ### customer service. I swear. Give me back my money, you losers.

                                  Redbus — trip cancelled but ticket amount refused to be refunded

                                  Submit a complaint for cancellations amount transfer amount to my account.
                                  I have booked ticket in redbus portal on 24th january 2018, but the ticket got cancelled immediately (Got the information through message and phone call).
                                  So i informed redbus call center and they promised me that amount will be refunded in few days,

                                  I waited patiently and even after repeated calls and followups no refund is issued.

                                  It is very disturbing that my hard earned money which is supposed to be refunded is getting denied for no reason.

                                  Even after customer service representative committing that it will be acted and i will be getting feedback or response with 48 hours,
                                  Still no one responded to me on this.

                                  After multiple contacts each time they provide ticket no for lodging the complaint but never respond back to that.
                                  I was called 48 times and mail 20 times with bank account statement sent to consider mail but no reply for last 3 months, there were not respond.
                                  Please help me.

                                  Sir,
                                  I am p. Ramachandra reddy, i was book the ticket january 23rd and 24th 2018 and cancelled the ticket january 25th 2018, i request to transfer the refund amount to icici bank for the month january 26th 2018 and provide my bank details on same day to redbus company mail id is [protected]@redbus.in and [protected]@redbus.in provide my details but not respond me through mail and customer support team still not yet credited my account, i was visited my icici bank branch manager please check any transaction from redbus into my account for the refund amount of rs.975/- not credited and taken the my bank statement from january 2018 to april 2018 and sent redbus but they are not respond me also scold me.
                                  Here i am waiting for reply me asap.

After a month it still hadn't come and I contacted redbus and they were saying it would take some more days . It still hasn't come yet .

                                    My friend is travelling by bus no ka-51 d 7188 and the conductor of the bus is talking rudely and not giving answers regarding destination arrival time. He is coming upclose to my friend and crossing personal space boundries, despite her asking him to keep away. She feels unsafe to continue her travel. On talking to redbus customer service we realised they did not even have the conductors number. How do you respond to that? What safety are you talking about? Need action need now!!

                                      Hi, i tried booking bus tickets from vijayanagaram to vijayawada through redbus app on 24th march, 2018 (The transaction i. D is sbipg[protected] and during payment through online the transaction got failed. But amount has been debited from my bank account. I got a message from redbus as

                                      "dear anand,

                                      We are sorry, we could not issue ticket to you!
                                      We have received your payment of rs. 1360.8 and refund will be processed by redbus within one hour.
                                      The bank would take 5-7 working days to credit in to your account and credit is instant if paid through redbus wallet.

                                      Thank you for your patience and keep travelling with us!
                                      Team redbus"

                                      While we contact customer care there is no clear response. So please help to resolve this issue and let me know when the amount will be refunded.
                                      And please refund my money early..

                                        I book a bus ticket using redbus app and i got confirmed massage of bus seat etc. After 3 days of booking one massage came that my ticket got canceled. Now when i called them they are saying that operator canceled my ticket not the bus. Now there is no availability of ticket on that day. They are totally irresponsible for their booking. People please use other plate from for bus booking, otherwise same will happen to you also.
