I booked a ticket with redbus for rs 580 and the money was deducted twice from my account. But they are still not ready to refund me my own money. I have done about hundreds of calls and every time they come up with some # excuse and keep postponing it to next 7 days.

Trust me, they have the worst customer service ever. I will prefer taking a flight than ever open their app again. They are a set of losers who have no idea how to handle trivial issues like refunds.

Screw your pathetic service redbus.

Oh really? So why don't you really WORK on the issue instead of writing this illogical apologetic mails. I bet that will help you gather better customer satisfaction. The issue number is TM4H91930442. Please put all your heads in solving this rather than anything else.

    I booked yellow travels bus through redbus app from hyd to mysore.
    Yellow travels told me they closed service and informed redbus 1 week before.
    But i came to know that my bus was cancelled just before my boarding time.
    App is still showing my trip completed.
    I raised complant to redbus service but i m not satisfied.

    I have lost booking money. It was not refunded yet.
    I have paied extra 5000 money for sudden booking of cab from hyderabad to mysore.
    Please take some action on this redbus service.

    I Have already raised complaint by call and email to [protected]@redbus.in but i am not satisfied with your support model.
    Even they are not providing the escalation path for ur support.

    So i was waited at boarding point and called to provided number and then i realised bus cancelled.
    I have my joining date 22nd in Infosys. You can expect how I struggled to reach mysore.

      I booked ticket through red bus in orange travels bus from madurai to chennai. His ticket number is:tm5j[protected]dhanush-pnr :ts[protected]kdss/7690619/ott-2012 (Sleeper)-travels: orange tours & travels
      My son is just 16year old boy. I boarded him in the bus today in person and settled at his u10 allotment firmly.
      After just 30 mts, i got a call from my son that he was forcibly vacated and accommodated in twin bed side to settle with some other stranger over there!
      There were 19 number of single berth people taken their places comfortably, operator targeted this young boy to vacate his place without his interest.
      I informed the driver sakthi p ot 10011d ph:[protected] in person to get him dropped at perungulathur promptly since he is so young to get it missed in person. He acknowledged promptly for that.
      As a father, why should i allow my child to sleep with some other stranger for that i took all the precautions got chocked by this orange travel for their own benefits.
      I sort a clear explanations from both read bus & orange on this and make you accountable for any mis happnings in between.
      Why should i put my children's life at stake on you people's criminal benefits
      Take action on orange with evidence to me and a prompt response from your end is sorted as first step immediately.

      I booked two tickets from Bangalore to Coimbatore in 28th March 2018. And I cancelled the tickets on 6th April 2018. The ticket number is TM4U77789644. The amount to be refunded is Rs.1330. It has been a week but I did not receive the amount yet.

          I had sent the complaint and pics about the cancellation of tickets but still my money has not refunded since last week. Only the redbus is replying that my complaint is in progress.             Sir. I had booked ticket through the red bus app. The amount 420 is duducted fro my account but ticket is not booked. Ticket booking date 20/04/2018, journey from vijayawada to vijayanagaram. Travels sri sai krishna travels. Please refund amount immediately.               I had booked a hotel room but by mistake i gave the wrong date, i immediatly called the customer care and raised a complain to prepone the booking or cancel it with refund, also a mail was sent to [protected]@redbus.in as told by the customercare executive, but without informing me about it they have closed the complaint without giving solution, i just received a mail that ticket is closed. When i called the customer care again, the executive says that they have sent the mail else u will receive later and the booking is not refundable, its like they just grabbed my money without giving anything.

                Complaint letter
                Mashura here (21/04/2018 time 10:30pm delay to 11:30pm passenger in kallada travels) from kochi to mangalore (Ac sleeper, seat numbr 10aub).
                “manners is the main thing “as we know, but the drivers in kallada bus donot hav that, i was begging them to stop the bus from the way of kannur as i was in my needs (Toilet).. They dint even mind my words, they stopped the bus only at mangalore, the moment i asked them why dint they stopped the bus, they started shouting at me so badly using vulger words... So as a right of passenger, i ask u to take the serious action on this case...

                I don’t know the details about the driver but his photos is attached with this complaint letter.

                  Today i had a disappointing day with redbus representatives as we had a discussion regarding cancellation of ticket no - tm5m78607472

                  I really booked this ticket in mistake because i didnt really notice the time of departure. I was looking for 9:00 pm departure, but booked for 9:00 am bus.

                  Redbus representitive told me they cannot cancel the ticket due to the bus operators cancellation policy, wheras the bus operators officials told me they are perfectly aliright proceed with the cancellation, which the redbus representatives are not agreeing though.

                  I even had a conference call pulling the bus operator representative together with redbus customer support representative. As the bus operator representative doesnt had english proficiency, the guy from redbus told me he could arrange someone with malayalam language proficieny to call me back in another half hour. But nobody doesnt even care to call.

                  It would be really appreciated if amount can be refunded as the bus operators are okay for it

                    Respected team,

                    I have booked 2 bus tickets for my family well in advance with red bus, everything was clear payment done and ticket has been issued. Also i have been added travel insurance along with the ticket, which is an additional prompt in all the online booking for our safety, which is welcomed as a part of ehs

                    In spite of booking got an alert by the service provider menakshi travels on the same day of traveling, that the bus got breakdown and the trip been cancelled.

                    Please note this is because of poor maintenance by the operator and not having any back up no such natural reason due to earth quake, terrorism, or any routes been blocked by our respected government.

                    India's no 1 red bus is tied up with such a company, without validating any above concerns towards the passengers.

                    Claiming that they are not responsible for anything after collecting money directly from the passengers.

                    Now that me trusting red bus and following multiple times through emails and calls no proper alternative arrangements.

                    Finally they are still giving 2 options like money will be credited to your account or as wallet cash in red bus where i cannot book the ticket in any other service providers on the same day. Since there were no tickets available in red bus for my trip.

                    Red bus should answer for the incapable system and need to correct the policies... This harassment for me is only due to the poor maintenance and registering the operators without any proper check or as per the standards.

                    I have been literally harassed by the system multiple times with the outmoded system.

                    Everyone has their own automated answer we have registered the complaint issue will be resolved with in 24 hrs.

                    Now that they are just seeking advice for refunding my own money as a resolution.

                    Then this information/terms and conditions should br prompted before receiving the payment.

                    Commit with your promise before.

                    Please change the law which is been made only for your money generating conscious.

                    Here there is no costumer/consumer been noticed and respected for his/her comfort, respect, trust, commitment their family, importance, weddings, relationship gathering... Just not cared for nothing.

                    You have not authorized to play with any induviduals feelings.

                    Red bus to be penalized for the mistake where they should understand the law and respect every indians has a right to respect/care.

                    Thanks an hoping law of our governance should evevaluate the red bus service and to be questioned over the poor passengers concern.

                      I had booked a bus through redBus app for 1st April, paying the full amount in advance but the operator cancelled the bus and told me that they would refund the full amount to my account within 3-4 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and they have not refunded my money. Numerous calls to customer care also did not bear any result. Please help me get my refund.

                        I did not get my refund after bus tickets being cancelled.18 days passed.please see to it asap.
                        I am mailing redbus frequently but they remain undelivered due to some technical issue.

                          I had to book a ticket from kochi to bangalore on 29th march 2018 and twice after the transaction the booking got cancelled automatically and my money was deducted twice. I called the customer care and they told me the refund will be done with in 7 working days. I still havent received any message or mail regarding the refund.                             I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Guntur in nani’s sai Krishna travels. As I am new to chennai I was not knowing the place where to board. So I have opened the red bus app and clicked on get boarding directions to go to my boarding point. After clicking using google maps I have got directions for my boarding stop. I have went there and I was waiting for my bus. I got a call from the driver that he is waiting at hotel royal plaza, omni bus stand & I said I am waiting at Arumbakkam police booth (location showed in red bus) & the driver said that is not the boarding point & the bus has been started already so come soon to next stop. I got mad and was thinking what the hell the redbus has showed me wrong location & there was no gps location for the bus to track it. I was really worried that I will be missing the bus. Along with all these confusions there is language problem & I am unable to understand both bus drivers & cab drivers language which made it difficult to chase the bus & catch it. Finally after lot of struggles I have into the bus but this left me a bitter experience with redbus. I have heard a lot about redbus but never expected this situation to me. I have got so much tensed & wasted a lot of money for my cabs unnecessarily because of this. What if I am not lucky enough to catch my bus & if I miss it. This thought itself is disturbing alot.
                            The red coulour pin point shown in the photos is the boarding point displayed in the app. Black person icon is my current location. I have reached the boarding location displayed in the app & then found that is not the correct boarding point. The transport office person called me and said that I have missed the bus & told the next boarding point location to catch the bus. The next boarding point was almost 4-5km away and luckily I have managed to reach it.

                            The redbus support mail ID is also not working so that’s why I am filing a complaint in this forum.

                            It’s good that I got a quick response from the redbus customer care. But I don’t want your apologies. I need a compensation for the loss I got by paying for cabs unnecessarily because of your mistake. Why should I suffer the loss & tension for your fault. Anyways you can’t do anything for the tension I had but you can compensate for my loss, & make sure such incidents do not repeat again.

                            I didn’t get any response yet from the redbus customer care for my reply. Is the validation of my complaint over or not. Please initiate the necessary compensation which I am demanding for my loss. Or else should I submit another complaint.
                            Very bad experience with the app.Always show the booking cancel in the app.But still the seat shows blocked and no further booking possible.

                              I booked scania bus from Aligarh to Lucknow, boarding mentioned in ticket was Masudabad bus stand but actual boarding is from Gandhi Park bus stand Aligarh. Faced lot of problems. Also bus was degraded to Volvo from scania as scania was out of order on this date 17.04.2018.
                              Wrong helpline numbers are being provided as these are either switched off or not answered.
                              Also behaviour of bus driver is very shameful as he was not assisting us instead humiliating us by asking waste questions. This is the last time I've booked bus ticket through redbus.Contact : [protected]

                              I made a transaction of Rs. 1064.07/- on 13.04.2018 via Tez app. for bus booking via REDBUS.
                              My transaction was complete but booking is failed and amount debited from my account.
                              As per REDBUS they did not received money that is why my booking was failed. But its successful transaction.

                                I had cancelled the tickets and had received mail also that my money will be refunded in 2-7 days but it havent refunded.The details you may find into the photos attached.I had book the tickets on 1st April 2018 and on 30th March 2018.After that i had cancelled the tickets and i got the mail that i would get the refund of 490/- and 375/- from Pune to Dhule return.PLease reply to the complaint ASAP and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  And, i was waiting for refund but i'm getting email and message saying i traveled and asking me to rate the experience. Please update on my refund.

                                    Online ticket booking everywhere showing the website through redbus.com here my complaint is 14th apirl doing the bus ticket booking bangalore to chennai booked the ticket 15th apirl sma travels, but ticket booked after payment paid its showing travel date 14th, immediately i called redbus customer care they told mistake is yours we can maxiumum help you immediately you booked the ticket tomorrow date within 45minutes same travels same time so we can refund the your amount 50% of the ticket amount.. So immediately i booked the ticket but still now the didn't refund the 50% of amount.. Actually here mistake is redbus after paid the ticket amount its convert date 15th to 14th and 50% refund commitment is still now the did not..

                                    Here first booking amount rs 1428.6
                                    Demand able booking 2nd time amount rs2517.89
                                    But same travels same time same distention

                                    I booked a ticket from pune to nagpur (chitamani 2×1 AC) and cancelled my ticket on 17 Feb as the date of journey was 23 Feb, till now I didn't recieve my refund...

                                      I have been booked two tickets from shirdi to vadodara through red bus with details ticket no. Tm5b84132088 bus service provider-eagle falcon bus
                                      Pnr no. 74268028 date of journey 15.04.2018 departure time 19.00 hrs
                                      But bus service was cancelled due to technical problem in the bus as sms received from service provider on 15.04.2018 at 21.00 hrs. And as directed by the driver of the bus at the boarding point i travelled to my destination by own arrangement along with three other same bus passengers paying rs.2500/ per head. Please refund the booking amount of above red bus booking immidiatly.

                                        நான் ரெட் பஸ் செயலி மூலமாக ஆப்பிள் ட்ராவல்ஸில் திருப்பூரில் இருந்து சென்னைக்கு 16.04.2018 இரவு 11.05க்கு ரிசர்வ் செய்தேன். ரிசர்வ் செய்யும் பொழுது செயலியில் போர்டீங் இடம் திருப்பூர் என்று மட்டும் காண்பித்தது டிக்கட் உறுதி செய்த உடன் போர்டிங் பாய்ண்ட் திருப்பூர் என்றும் லேண்ட்மார்க் அவினாசி என்றும் டிக்கெட் கன்பார்ம் ஆனது. பின்னர் இந்த போர்டிங் பாயிண்ட் தொடர்பாக ஆப்பிள் பஸ் நிறுவன பொறுப்பாளரிடம் இது பற்றி கேட்டதற்கு அவர் அவதூறு வார்த்தை பேசி டிக்கெட் ஐ அவராகவே கேன்சல் செய்து விட்டார். ஆனால் ரெட் பஸ் செயலில் நாங்கள் விசாரிக்க டிக்கெட் முன்பதிவு கேன்சல் ஆகவில்லை என்று அவர்கள் சொல்ல நாங்கள் பஸ் பயணம் செய்ய கிளம்பி பஸ் நிறுத்தத்தில் ஒரு மணி நேரத்திற்கு மேலாக காத்திருந்து பஸ் 11.30க்கு வந்தது. நடத்துனரிடம் கேட்டால் என் மனைவியின் பெயரும்.அவள் தாயார் பெயரும் என்பையன் பெயரும் இல்லை. ஆப்பிள் ட்ராவல்ஸ் முதல்வர் அவராகவே அதை கேன்சல் செய்துள்ளார். இதனால் நாங்கள் மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகி நள்ளிரவில் வீடு திரும்பினோம். இதற்கு தாங்கள் தகுந்த முறையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
