I have booked my ticked using redbus app and ticked id: tm[protected], pnr no.72603813, amount 1065, from mumbai to surat.
A photo is also attached for reference.
Since the bus was supposed to reach at pickup location at 6:30 am and me reached there early at 6 am and waited for the bus, since bus didn't come to pickup location till 7 am and after calling the driver, who told me that the bus not operating due to technical failure and it won't be reaching there, after waiting at pickup point till 8:30 am i have found 2 more passengers traveling from the same bus and they are also waiting for the bus.
Since the call center service of redbus started functioning after 7:30 am, i have called them and updated about my situation and they told me to use the alternative and later they will compensate me for this.
After reaching and complaining about this services with ticket id: 3360242, i have received a mail from red bus but since i haven't received any resolution from them after making multiple call and effort and they are telling that they will contact with bus service provider and will return the payment and yet i have not received anything from them. Since this is 3rd time i had this issue from them and i have finally decided to take action on it.
Kindly please help me to resolve this issue. I have already made multiple effor to get this solved but now redbus is completly refusing to resolve this issue.
