Hi..i had booked ticket from bangalore to mangalore on 2/5/18 and done payment via tez app...first time ticket was not generated and it showed failed transaction but amount of Rs.1628 got debited from my account...So i booked again...I had addressed this issue to the redbus customer care and they said they would refund the amount which was initiated on 4/5/18... But i just realized i have not yet recieved the refund and it has been more than 20 days now...so i request you to help me to get my refund back as soon as possible...

    Hi. I was booking for a bus on a date for 26th my 2018 saturday through redbus.in app but they booked my ticket for 24th may thursday. But my mother plan is for 26 may saturday. When i cancelling my booking they told we can't cancel. Please refund my booking amount from redbus if they can't book my confirm date of booking. Or again book my mother bus ticket for my choice date of booking

      Hello,

      We booked the vehicle for 4am pickup and all our travel plans are spoiled by redbus and the operator. I am going to make alternate arrangements and redbus is solely responsible for the financial and emotional damages. Once i return, i am going to consumer court to claim the damage.

      Please go ahead and cancel he booking and be ready for the court proceedings.

        After a lot of reminder, phone calls no one in redbus team is responding to my query (Reference number for query is 4065636).

        I had booked tempo traveler 10+1 on 17th may’2018 after making the advance payment of rs. 6, 370/- (Confirmation ticket received from redbus attached).

        The details provided by the rebbus is wrong because the operator had informed me that he has no such type of booking with rebus on your behalf. The details provided by redbus is as below:

        Operator name: raath travels

        Phone number: [protected]

        Thereafter making a lot of calls and mails to resolve my issue but still pending.

        After booking the traveler with redbus, i have booked my hotels in different places and helicopter for kedarnath ride accordingly. I had made a advance payment for all around rs. 1, 84, 000/-. If i am not availing my services for hotels and helicopter then suffer a loss of rs. 1, 84, 000/-. Due to non availability of tempo which i booked with redbus.

        So, again requesting you to resolve my query at the earliest.

          Such bad experience in pakage
          First thing pick up point is not near
          Second thing bus operator very rude
          Thired thing bus stop in dinner only five minutes and bus is reach in hotel also dinner not available
          Next day morning breakfast then going to darshan local bus so much problem
          No seating bus proper
          Then darshan also not available as per your display darshan in 6hr and 8 hrs its wrong information
          Then hotel dinner lunch not available
          Next droping point not convenient also bus not stop for dinner
          So much problem

            I booked ticket in blue bird travel through red bus my ticket number tm[protected], i booked ticket from chennai to madurai i paid total amount rs.1362.90 /- travel date was on 12/05/2018, unfortunately i couldn't travel on that day. I asked red bus customer portal to cancel my ticket on 11/05/2018, itself still they din't refund my amount. The red bus customer care not giving proper response instead of that they are asking to contact blue bird travel for refund. The blue bird travels person saying that i dint receive amount from red bus so you contact red bus directly. Kindly go through this issues and refund my amount after deducting the necessary cancellation.

              I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to pipariya (Madhya pradesh) from redbus but it was highly shocking that the travels did not go to the destination pipariya (Mp), instead it was a small village “pipariya in gujarat”. My whole trip, hotel booking everything got disturbed and me and my wife faced many problems. I had to book another travels on the spot paying hefty amount that too in midnight. The redbus website still shows pipariya (Madhya pradesh) on its site, and no other pipariya except this. This is a very serious error and i want my ticket money back plus the compensation amount for the wasting 24 hours in a very bad condition.

                Hi, i booked ticket for two adults from trivandrum to bangalore (Travel date 26 may 2018) in orange ac sleeper bus via tez app... Ticket cost was rs 4000... While booking, i got msg saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking tez, i see that money is paid to redbus and payment was successful... Could you please help me? I had to book ticket again... I lost 4000 rs.. Pls help

                Hello, unfortunately my issue is still not resolved... Yesterday while booking ticket, error occurred during payment and I didn't get ticket, but RS 4200 gone from my account...after that, I booked again and then I got the ticket..I paid 4200 again that time...so, in short, total RS 8400 debited from my account...in Tez app, I saw that both transactions are successful and money has been given to redbus.. kindly request you to refund RS 4200... Please help...redBus Ticket - TM6G36511764 this is the number I got when I booked for the second time

                  I had cancelled my booking of mahalaxmi tavels from pune to jalgaon and i was getting a refund of rs 530 withing 5-7 working days. It was on 29th april from viman nagar pune and the amount was rs 958 from which i was getting rs 530. I cancelled my ticket at 28th april. I cant get my refund amount of 530 rs as they told that i will get in 5-7 working days and its already been 3 weeks!

                    We are four o[censored]s scheduled to travel from Chennai to Rameshwaram - on 18/05/2018. Ticket no : TM[protected].
                    Out of the 4 passenger one passenger - Radha Balaji is unable to travel on account of medical reasons. Therefore we approached their call center for help - in the 1st place their IVR does not help us properly ... when we attempted to connect to their call center executive to explain - it want going thru. Their IVR options does not permit / allow partial cancellation . Either entire ticket of all 4 passenger or none. This in my view is a very important information for some one buying the ticket. This information should be available / passenger should be aware before booking their ticket. This was not known to us. Secondly get across to their call center executive is tougher task - after trying for more than an hour i could speak with Arun - their call center executive. After all credential verification - he tells me the same thing that their stated ... i had requested for his senior whom i can speak with and take help - he refused to connect,
                    The experience has been pathetic, no human dimension associated and completely misleading. Whilst when we spoke with the operator for this service - we were informed that if we had booked tickets directly with the operator he can help in cancellation partially...but since we had done it thru redbus - he cant help us we have connect only with redbus.

                      I was knew at red bus app. I was just checking the boarding point of the bus that i selcted to board from delhi to chandigarh. After enquiring about the bus, i came back to book it later. But suddenly i got a text message that my seat is booked in advance and click on the link for further payment. As i clicked on the link they asked for otp as i gave it then i got the message your ticket is booked and your amount would be paid by some third app lazzypay.in without any acknowledgement or warning. And now some third app, to which i have no connection, asking me the payment. Even i cancelled my ticket, in that senerio, red bus took 30% amount.

                      First of all, who is red bus to share my detail with some third party named lazzypay.in without my permission.

                      2nd how he allowed some third app to pay on behalf of me

                      3rd when i asked them to cancel my ticket they denied to do so.

                      If this is the way to provide service to your new customer then red bus is the worst service provider.

                      And i will sue them in consumer court to deceive me by disguishing the payment platform.

                      I want my money back that shall be returned to lazzypay.in

                      We would like to inform you that the transaction is successful as you have already entered the OTP post which a ticket was generated. Upon checking, ticket is already cancelled on May 17, 2018 and we've issue Rs. 599/- in your bank account and the same will reflect within 7 working days as per banking procedure.

                      Please be assured the payments are confirmed only when the customer confirms from his end. The transactions are manually completed only when the customer confirms from his end.

                      Dear sir,

                      I don't know how your call didn't coonect with me as i have been receiving everyone else call. I don't have issue with this 599 amount which i got back in my account. I got problem with rest 240 Rs. that REDBUS deducted after cancellation. I told to redbus customer person immediately as i got fraud message of my ticket booked through lazypay wallet about the incident. Still, instead of cancelling my ticket which was booked due to technical error from redbus app, you charged me cancellation fees. I have been paying amount for the mistake that i haven't done. Instead of helping your new customer, you people were very rude and unsupported to me and also charged me.

                        I had booked a bus ticket from gaya to kolkata in maharani express through red bus via phonepe app.
                        Doj was 13th of may. Ticket id:63zrgzgj the person to be contacted regarding boarding point misled and after several times phone call the bus conductor told to reach different place each time causing unnecessary mental and physical trouble.
                        Then he bluntly refused boarding due to e ticket also misbehaved and used offensive language on phone hurting individual's self respect.
                        I mailed to [protected]@redbus.com on 14th may and a phone call complaint on 15th may when the executive assured to respond till the end of the day but no response got till now.
                        Please see the issue.

                          I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 01 may 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm5x14587510 from delhi to dharamshala for dated 04 may 2018 that tckt amount was 970/- rs. And cancelled it on 02 may 2018. My booking trip id for this ticket is[protected]

                          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 to 7 business days. (Reference id: [protected])

                          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                            I online booked 02 tickets from asansol to kolkata on 11/5/2018 bus departure from asansol 15.00 pm my seat nos. Were 29, 30. Ticket id 63mevaxv. Bus started timely but before palsit toll point a severe break down occurred and the bus staff dropped all the passengers without any arrangement to drop us upto kolkata. I have to bear almost double dare to reach my destination. Why no arrangement was not done by transport operator for such occurance we argued but they told they are helpless.                               I booked a ticket on redbus for 23:50 on 13 may 2018 sunday but they gave me ticket of saturday 13 may 00:00 am. When i complained the redbus custmercare the representative first didn't accept it and misguided me that everything is fine. Atlast when i proved their mistake he told me that they will refund me the whole amount but they haven't. Because of them not only i had to cancel my trip but lost huge business and suffered for the whole night for the another travelling option. Attaching the snapshot of the booked ticket here and requesting all of you not to trust and travel by the redbus at all.

                                I Have booked the Red bus for travel from chennai to batlagundu on April 22 2018.but unfortunately the Trip was cancelled by the travells, and they sent the message to me.but still i haven't get the refund amount Rupees, 900 to my account.

                                i have complaint this issue to red bus too. but still no amount was credited to my account.kindly help me to refund the 900 rupees to me.

                                  Redbus conformed the cancelation from the bus operator. But not ready to refund.

                                  I have booked the tickets from your listed operator, but that operator cancelled the bus, so that i requested for refund for last two weeks but i don’t have proper response from your side every time they asking the same story and telling the bus operator not responding properly, so please wait for one more day. I booked the tickets from red bus website only not that particular operator.
                                  If they not responding means why you are blame and waiting for refund.

                                  I have spoke lot of your customer support persons. They also not giving proper reply. They simply told we can’t do anything. Then y u are booking via redbus?

                                    Booked my bus ticket by redbus on 04 may 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm[protected] pnr no :75497812 from ahmedabad to adipur for dated 05 may 2018 that tckt amount was 1473.60/- rs. And cancelled it as bus was cancelled on 05 may.

                                    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received confirmation on wats up & even received called from red bus mention that i will return that amount within 2-7 bank working days. Even i got confirmation on 7th may. Refund of rs 1473.60 has been successfully processed by redbus. Still same is not credited in my bank a/c.

                                    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                      The tickets were not confirmed but the amount of 3 tickets (₹1098) was debited from my account. We registered a complaint regarding this matter and we inspite of the company's mistake recieved a message saying that amount of₹532.50 on 4 may (I. E. Only 50% of amt) has been refunded but i didn't receive the amount till today in my bank account.

                                        On 10.04.2018 bus operators prtc patiala cancelled the bus due to bharat bandh. Redbus who making booking for this bus and ticket book by me by my reg mob [protected] on 09.04.18 not given refund till date against cancelled bus despite lot of talking on customer helpline number. Every time they said matter resolved in next 24 hours but no result coming yet. Red bus not looking serious to resolve the issue. The amount of ticket received by redbus in his account and not given attention.
