I was booked two ticket on date 12/06/2018 one ticket it's book (Book ticket-tm7a17563832] & one ticket was cancel (Cancel ticket-tm7a[protected] for communicate rebus operator they says your refund transfer within 24 hrs but my amount it's not transfer in my account. So please resolve this issue & transfer my refund amt. I was communicate so many times of red bus operator regarding refund amt. But still date i have not received my refund amt. I request please transfer my refund amt.

      I had booking of msrtc from pune to sangli dated 6th june. (Trip id - tm[protected]) but in afternoon on date of journey, i have received sms from redbus is

      We are sorry to inform you that your bus journey today with msrtc has been cancelled by the operator due to strike.
      - redbus team

      Immediately i have registered complaint with redbus on same day of sms received[protected].

      Redbus team responded on 9th june with "more time for further investigation and we will revert within 12 hour. We are sorry that it is taking us longer than promised, to resolve your complaint."

      Also redbus team sent mail to me stating that "our service ticket id: 4311679 has been now resolved. Our support executive has communicated the resolution to you via a separate email, kindly check. We are sorry that it took us longer than promised, to resolve your complaint."

      But in above context i haven't received any mail/call from redbus. Without refunding money / sending mail redbus has closed complaint from their end.

      I am frequent user of red bus, these type of behavior was not expected. Hope so red bus will resolve issue and will refund my money.

        This is second time i am writting.. I reallly fedup with redbus service.. I had my bus booking from hydrabad to solapur (Shivshai travles) dated 08.06.2018 but on same day i got sms from redbus team stating-"your bus is cancelled due to strike" hence i have not traveled but till date i have not got my refund back.

        Kindly refund asap. To avoid further action.

          On 13th of june 2018, i was booking ticket from pune to goa of chirag travels.while doing payment, i have selected upi .money was deducted from my accont .but my ticket was not booked.so plz refund my money as soon as possible.
          Hi Team, i would request for a refund of 714 for the transaction made yesterday i.e on 16th june'18, for redbus where unfortunately by the time the payment was done for a seat, seat was taken, yet the payment went through but the seat was not received..please find the attached transaction id for the same .

            My name is pankaj dubey behalf of my real brother vipin dubey. Yesterday i booked a ac bus ticket number tm7e11042998.
            Redbus promised all the amenities and comfort but happened opposite. These are all cons which i have written for raj travels whose buses are on service with redbus
            1) worst service
            2) fake amenities
            3) never book raj travels they make fool of travellers
            4) doesn't deserve a single star
            5) no charging point for sitting travellers
            6) promised water bottle but not given
            7) even light had gone and ac didn't work
            8) driver was driver the bus without indicator at night
            9) after striking to the owner of raj travels they changed the bus
            10) it was a dreadful experience because a bus without lights is like hell
            11) no blanket so why they wrote in amenities
            12) a child was suffering with breathing problem because of no ac in covered bus
            13) they gave me different bus number and the arrived bus was with different bus number
            14) i clicked one pic of that bus too, will attach it
            15) for the new traveller please be aware of that kind of service because after paying the 2 class ac train amount you will just be cheated and avoid these kind of bus and please report re bus to close them
            16) the headlight were not lightning even then also they were driving at night on highway which is a serious concern.

            At last i want to say that i want my money back as they cheated me and also i have the screenshot of bus, amenities list and also the recording of redbus customer care in which she clearly mentioned that if it is written in amenities then it should be provided with considering wheather the traveller opted for sleeper or sitting class.

            No, I am not satisfy with the compensation of 300 in redBus wallet which is just waste because i can use 10% of that in next bookings.If you can't provide that amenities which has mentioned on redBus site the why to write in that way to attract customer.If my journey was completed then you should compensate 50% of amount in my bank.The supervisor changed his whole statement which was made before.They took 5 days to communicate with bus operator and came up with the dumbest resolution.The inconvience waa caused to all the passengers and because of deal with bus opeartor they are keepung their mouth shut on this matter.

            I want my half money back in my bank account and in future i will never use redBus service anymore and also to the customer who are willing to book through redBus instead of this go for bus operator directly.They are earning lot of money with this and trying to make fool us. I am unsatisfy with the resolution please escalate my case untill i get my half money back.
            Please consumer form help me with this kind of problem.

Also it was mentioned in the message the proposal no. [protected] is received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card.

                  Dear sir/ ma'am,
                  I had required a bus ticket from "itarsi, madhya pradesh" to "pune, maharashtra", i tried the same in red bus app, from my mobile. It offered me a location called "shahpur, madhya pradesh" which is 47 km from "itarsi, mp" (Screenshot of the same is enclosed for your ready reference)
                  Therefore, i booked a ticket for my two colleagues, from "shahpur, madhya pradesh" to "pune, maharashtra" (Copy of ticket is enclosed) dated 05/06/2018.
                  However, when my colleagues went for boarding a bus at "shahpur, madhya pradesh" which is 47 km from "itarsi, mp", they were surprised to know, from the bus operator that, there is no pick from the said "shahpur, madhya pradesh" which is 47 km from "itarsi, mp". Rather the actual boarding point was around 6 hrs journey from "itarsi, mp" i. E. Approximately "280 km from itarsi, instead of 47 km. So it was impossible to catch a bus and they missed a bus.
                  Further, it was a hectic and very pathetic/ frustrating night they spend that night, for my colleagues.
                  Since it was a blunder done by red bus, i had raised complaint to red bus many times, (Copy enclosed), their customer care representatives assured me the refund will be processed within 24 hrs – 48 hrs, but till date it is not done.
                  Now, i am very much frustrated because this harassment from red bus, request you to look in to the matter and arrange for refund.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I had chosen the 1st row sleeper seat while travelling from tirupati to bangalore, with my parents (Who are 65 77 years old). I have travel sickness so i had specifically opted for lower berth in sleeper class bus. But our seat was changed without my prior acknowledgement. I was given upper berth and far from my parents which created a lot of problem for my parents (Health issues as i couldn't attend to their needs on time) as well as me. Even the people in charge were very rude and hardly took any effort to help me out. I wasn't even given an option of if i would like to travel with the modified seating arrangements, from your part. I only came to know about it once i started to board the bus. I was really unethical on your part and i would like to claim full refund asap.

                        I have booked two ac sleeper seat from red bus from delhi to lucknow for dated 06.06.2018 and operator name was sing bus service. Timing of bus was 11.00 pm from kousambi metro station (Delhi) on dt. 06.06.2018. My ticket no. Is tm6m55176952. On dated 6.06.2018 at evening 5.00 pm operator of singh bus service ([protected]) was informed me by phone that booked bus will not come at boarding point due to an accident, hence another bus will come and you have to go to lucknow in sitting instead of sleeper. Hence i said to him that if you can, t provide sleeper then cancel my ticket and i will go to lucknow by another way then he told me that refund will be deposit in your account in next few days.

                        Now 8 days had been passed and i have not receive any amount in my bank and neither receive any cancellation message. I had informed to operator of singh bus service 3 times but still he has not taken any action.

                          This is to inform that our trip experience was horrible as we waited at the
                          petrol pump for around 3-4 hours at night and there was no one to help from
                          red bus as well as the agency.
                          About this we spoke to Mr. Jagdish(customer care team) as well as Punit mehta and explained the
                          whole scenario.
                          The driver was very rude and he tried to trick us. Speedometer was also not
                          working. On asking about the Speedometer, he started abusing us. When we
                          told we talked to rebus about this he told it's not his problem as this is
                          his vehicle and we have to give full Rs. 3000 for refilling the tank as it
                          was beyond your policy. We were ready to pay Rs. 2000 but he started
                          threatening us and was not letting us go . More over he also called police.
                          Agency was also not helping us. We asked for the replacement of driver or
                          cab but no one helped us. We have given overall Rs.5475 (advance-, 975
                          petrol-2500 petrol - 2000) also we need the reimbursement of local bus
                          ticket of 1340 and cab fare which is 1080 as we have paid . I am attaching
                          all the bills here. We want the full reimbursement from red bus. If you
                          want I can also share you the audio recording between Mr. Jagdish, Mr
                          punnet, bus agency and mine.

                            Dear redbus,

                            I am writing here as my raised complain not yet resolved, it almost more than 17 days from the journey (27.05.2018) and still struggling to get the proper response from your end.

                            Please note followings
                            1. As informed by redbus and operator that bus had successfully operated on that particular day.
                            2. As received message from operator, my ticket has been canceled by the operator on his own, as we didn't put any request. Redbus yet not justified that how the ticket had been canceled without prior permission from me.
                            3. As informed by the operator (Unofficially) that online ticket has been canceled as per instruction from their owner.

                            All the above has clearly indicated a cheating case by redbus / operator, also ticket cancellation/bus cancellation information has came to us very late, which force us to drive by taxi, as my father age is more than 62 years and we always preferred to travel him only by sleeper bus.

                            All the above sounds like it's not safe to book the ticket from rebus in future as ticket may be canceled by own.

                            As due to mismanagement of redbus / operator, travel cost us 5 times of normal charges through taxi and i have claimed my full refund as it is a case of pure cheating.

                            I get book a ticket but seat number not confirmed and amount was debited from my bank. So many times I request to red bus . They will not refund my amount. I get pay through google tez.
                            Money of 850 RS got deducted from my Paytm wallet for the booking of bus ticke using redBus app but didn't got any confirmation message mail or nothing even it is not showing in my bookings section also redBus mobile no - [protected]
                            I booked the ticket Chennai to salem in Red bus.. They are providing bus tracking map and contact person's number through WhatsApp. But i both not working.. I called Redbus customer care, they said we are a ticket provider and we are not response for delay and other things.. Almost i am waiting 1 and half hour...

                              Hi,
                              I have reserved round trip bus tickets from hyderabad to shirdi with a group of 6 family members. The travel date is one week after the reservation.

                              On the next day of booking, one of the passenger had to drop out the trip and therefore contacted redbus for cancellation of one out of 6 tickets or substitute the passenger with another new family member.

                              Redbus is not allowing to do any of the above options. They are saying bus operator will not allow partial cancellation and redbus doesn't allow passenger substitution. This is a great understanding between bus operator and redbus to steal people money. This is a fraud policy and this needs to be stopped. At the least they should allow one of the option (S).

                                Booked sleeper 2 sleeper tickets for my self senior citizen aged 65 & for my wife for journey to coimbatore from bangalore for journey on 11.06.18 at 11.45 pm. We waited for more than one hour in the severe windy conditions in the night. When the bus arrived at 12.50 pm it was a seater bus and the behaviour of the driver and conductor was so rude that they said it was none of our business.
                                I has to incur rs 2000 loss as one ticket costed me rs 1000 each.

                                This type of buses should be removed from the red bus list.
                                I also requested you to get refund for the amount lost.

                                Please ignore the complaint. I had accidentally booked thinking that it was a sleeper bus. It actually was a semi sleeper bus. Even in redbus, it is mentioned as semi-sleeper. My bad.
                                Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                It has been more than 7 to 10 days as (18 may 2018) I applied my refund from red bus to my credit card and the transaction never started and I cancelled and claimed my refund on 13 june 2018 to my paytm account. Red Bus never showed any progress. What should I do Now

                                  I booked tickets through red bus for mumbai from nasik shri sai travels
                                  They didn't consider online booking and didn't come to take us.
                                  They adjusted my bookings in some other bus which took an extra hour.
                                  Before my importamt presentation so much waste of time and energy is frustrating.
                                  Please help me provide solution to my issue.

                                    I request you to kindly unregister shyam travels jamnagar from your site, as it has a very poor service. Time is important for a passenger, shyam travels couldn't provide that service. I have booked a ticket with shyam travels from red bus with these details-pnr:[protected], jamnagar-ahmedabad, 10-jun, 02:00 pm, 7, shyam travels. [protected]. But they have shifted me to tulsi travels at 2.30. Worst service. Never book to shyam travels.

                                      I booked a ticket from kodaikanal to bangalore ticket no tm6t66791496, journey date was 31.05.2018 @ 7.00 pm but bus was departed @ 4.00 pm, when we came to sam tourist office at 6.15 pm, they told that bus has been departed @ 4.00 pm, immediately i given a complaint to red bus, vide ref no.4221027. Today i got a call from red bus customer care and she told me that call to sam tourist bus on mobile no. [protected]. I called them and asked about my refund, they are saying that they are not responsible for this and asked me to contact red bus.
                                      I am totally disappointed and unhappy with red bus. I want my refund immediately.

                                        I booked ticket on 5th feb but some how it was declined but amount of 2234 was deducted from my account. After so many follow up till date i haven't received that refund back. Though red bus accept that they received that amount and every time they raise a new complaint no for refund, but till date no refund is received. I have all mail communication proofs when i provide all details they asked me every time like bank statement etc. I want my money back with compensation.
