I booked hotel pandian, chennai from 26.4.18 (6 am) to 27.4.28 (12 noon).
I booked and paid to redbus. But in the hotel they didn't allow for early check in. They have collected one day rent.
Redbus cheated me. I have given complaint to redbus several times. But no response..

My trip from Chennai to Bangalore on 22nd April was cancelled by the bus operator - SLH Tours and Travels, after making me wait for more than 2 hours at my boarding point - Koyembedu. I was left stranded at the middle of the night (1pm) in an unknown place. There were not alternate araangement made either by the travels or Redbus. I had to shell out 3 time my ticket fare to get another bus ticket for my journey.
Now Redbus is refusing...

My complaint has not resolved uptil now and need my money back... From the cancellation of 2 tickets with the returning amount of 375/- and 490/-. charged me twice for a transaction and not returning money

I booked a ticket with redbus for rs 580 and the money was deducted twice from my account. But they are still not ready to refund me my own money. I have done about hundreds of calls and every time they come up with some # excuse and keep postponing it to next 7 days.

Trust me, they have the worst customer service ever. I will prefer taking a flight than ever open their app again. They are a set of losers who have no idea how...

regarding bus booking cancellation without information

I booked yellow travels bus through redbus app from hyd to mysore.
Yellow travels told me they closed service and informed redbus 1 week before.
But i came to know that my bus was cancelled just before my boarding time.
App is still showing my trip completed.
I raised complant to redbus service but i m not satisfied.

I have lost booking money. It was not refunded yet.
