I want to book ticket for 14th April and but ticket got booked for wrong date and not able to adjust to the actual date.i immediately called customer care for help but no luck. pls solve it and am not able to cancel ticket as well. I lost 1000 for this. this is not fair for a company like urs. There should be a way to solve this issue from your side. You can't just wash your hands saying that manage bookings is not available.

    I have booked ticket in redbus portal on 4th may 2015, But the ticket got cancelled immediately(got the information through message and phone call).
    so I informed redbus call center and they promised me that amount will be refunded in few days,

    I waited patiently and even after repeated calls and followups no refund is issued.

    It is very disturbing that my hard earned money which is supposed to be refunded is getting denied for no reason.

    Even after customer service representative committing that it will be acted and I will be getting feedback or response with 48 hours,
    still no one responded to me on this.

    After multiple contacts each time they provide ticket no for lodging the complaint but never respond back to that.

      I have not yet received the refund amount, its been two months by now and i am not able to receive any response from redbus or sughama.
      I have paid the amount via my nri account, but i needed the refund to me by my nro account details below.
      I am an nri and i cant visit the offices, so please help me to get a status on my cancellation refund.

        This is a severe critical issue from red bus.. The bus got cancelled just before two hours of departure.. I was waiting with my family to board the bus where there was no shelter for 1 hour.. The transporter name is cauvery travels. Red bus just told that they are refunding my amount.. Such a insensitive way of not understanding the problem.. I was supposed to attend a funeral the next day in my native. I again booked for the next day bus with double the amount. Again i can see the same bus company accepting the booking.. I guess this is a scam done by both red bus and the transporter. I will be lodging a consumer complaint and will get the proper reply from those thugs as i am a lawyer and civil activist myself.

              I booked bus from kanchivaram to bengaluru but it came 2 hrs late and that to no body was informing. We were ladies travelling has to wait alone at secluded area. Pathetic service. The employees are least bother to solve your case and clients linked to them you can expect. Very unwelcoming response from their customer service too along with useless clients who don’t update you on anything be its ur seat or timings or boarding point or bus details etc. You can’t expect these professional behaviour neither from red bus nor from their clients.

                  Time: bus schedule from pondicherry at 2.30 pm.
                  Incident time: around 6.30 pm

                  Issue: injury to an aged women due to rash & negligent driving by the driver of sam tourist bus

                  Details: booked a ticket for 2 ladies in a sam tourist bus through red bus application for travel from pondicherry to bangalore on 26th mar with berth no. S u11 & 12. The bus departed at 2.30 pm from pondicherry towards bangalore. The driver was requested to drive slow after being found to be rash on even bumpy roads at around 4.30 pm. However, he did not oblige and still continued to be rash until he hit a speed breaker at around 6.30 pm which injured a 55 yr old women who has a l1 fracture on the spine. Repeated complaints to redbus is not being addressed and followups are being made till now. I would like to sew this bus driver for causing the injury to my family member along with claiming compensation for her medical expenses. She has an l1 fracture and is advised 3 weeks of complete bed rest post which she will need to get some phisiotherapy for her injured spine.

                    Yesterday i booked one ticket bus route from sivanthipuram to chennai through redbus portal and it shows the boarding point as sivanthiyapuram i am not familiar about the boarding point i thaought both were same but after i got the driver number i came to know that the boarding point is very faraway from my place sivanthipuram that is mire than 60kms they said bus will not came to sivanthipuram
                    I ask to refund the money they said it is not possible. And ask me to contact the travel portal i contact the redbus customer support officer. Mr sidhart he cannot able to understand my problem and he cut my call while i am talking due to this i am suffered a lot and my journey delay that redbus customer support officer not even gave any solution and didnot refund the money

                    Sir,

                    Yesterday I booked the ticket from sivanthipuram to chennai at redbus portal bus operator name is sri sms travellers, its shows the boarding point as sivanthiyapuram I not not familiar about the place so I thought both are same but they are different places it is about 60kms distance from my place so I request the bus operator to cancell and refund my money but they did not do that they are cheaters and they insist me to contact the redbus customer support so I contact Mr sidhart he didnit listen my complaint he said every thing fine but actually your portal had a spelling mistake problem because of that I book the wrong bus

                    Both the redbus and sri sms travels are fraud they refused to pay my money back and they said nothing can do you can launch the complaints anywhere

                    Totally hurt because of this issue my journey was delayed and I booked another bus

                      Well my name is vimal tickoo. I booked bus on your portal for delhi to jammu travelling date 28 march 2018. Where in there is no seat numbering on this bus, which created a lot of confusion not only to me but to other passengers also. The bus coordinator at his will was alloting the seats. As there was no numbering on the seats and sleepers passengers where arguing with one another. Kindly take appropriate action in the matter otherwise passengers like me will never book ticket through your portal.

                        Ticket number 3483477, I've already lodged a complaint for which red bus told me they are trying to investigate and will get back to me in 24hrs which did not happen. With the phone number :[protected] i had booked three tickets from Delhi to Baijnath of HRTC 565, but evem after spending 30 mins at the playform the bus was supposed to come, no bus arrived. I got the PNR checked for the same and the staff and ISBT said no ticket for the same exists. This is a joke! I had to pay 4k extra for new tickets added to already paid 2k before.

                              I booked a ticket on march 22, from madurai to chennai in mjt travels with journey date of march 24. This is my booking id[protected]. My money (Rs.525) was collected but the transaction was failed. It showed as the session was expired. I didn't get my ticket booked. And my money isn't refunded. I request you to look into this complaint asap.

                              Refund money is not refunded and also 2 times payment accepted but ticket was not booked and that money is not refunded till now date.it is very very worse app for ticket booking . I'm very disappointed this app.

                                I had booked ticket (Tm[protected]) from bangalore to pune for 24th jan, 2018 through redbus but the operator cancelled the ticket and till today i am chasing up for my refund from redbus but they have not refund my money back.
                                The operator was greenline travel and holidays.
                                The amount to be refund is rs. 1056.45.
                                First they put me in trouble by cancelling the ticket at the last moment without any proper reasons and then they are not giving the hard earned money of ours also.
                                These cheater companies should be strongly condemned for these type of acts.

                                      On the same journey date, i called 4 times to redbus team hoping to get the same booked seats for me and my wife journey. All the time, result was negative. We had to go on upper berth seats which is the changed seats given by bus operator and did not want them due to discomfort and vomits faced during my past journey experiences.

                                      First call to redbus, was wen i received a message from sam tours and travels on 17th march 6:50pm about seats changed to 10u, 11u and to confirm i called redbus team and they were not aware of our seats change and was informed that there is no seat change. They confirmed that i will be getting the same seats as booked.

                                      At the time of travel, at 9:15pm, i was informed by sam tours bus driver that our seats were changed. I talked to redbus customer service staff named john paul and was reconfirmed that he has spoken to bus operator and i will be getting the initially booked seats. With no positive results, i called once again and it was taken by some other redbus staff. This time, call was on conference and was connected to bus operator (He was not present on the boarding point) but he was insisting red bus staff to talk to his bus driver. After 5 mins, with no results, i made fourth attempt calling the red bus staff and was told the issue has been escalated. I requested red bus staff, i needed lower berth seats and not upper berth, which is discomfort and creates a vomiting tendancy. I and my wife had past experiences of vomiting tendancy when taken upper berth seats. I told red bus staff that if there is no way to get lower berth seats then we need 50% refund as it is going to be very tough time throughout the journey. My wife vomited 3 times during journey and we had a tough time. Had i be given the initially booked lower berth or any lower berth seats, i would be satisfied. Please refund 50% of my journey fare as a fair compensation and i hope you value customer service. I expect a justice to the money paid. If i am not getting what have been informed then i deserve my money back. I am not requesting full refund but atleast 50% will be a fair deal.

                                      I have travelled many times with redbus but this is the first experience i had with the operator sam tours and travels through redbus. I need redbus to react for requested compensation.
