Based on boarding time i reached the boarding location (No 4 ramakrishna weighing bridge omni bus stand entrance koyambedu) at 9.10 pm.

They called me at 9.15 pm and confirmed the boarding time and bus location, i reached the bus location at 9.20 pm. But they moved the bus and given some location, i went their location, but again they moved the bus,

I depressed and called them for exact location, finally they informed me another location. I reached at 9.30 pm exactly by auto.

I asked them about their behavior, they are not answering properly and talking some rubbish word.

Why they moved the bus before boarding time?

Please take an action about their mis punctuality and misbehavior.

I hope and expect replay from you.

If i am not proper solution and i will do legally on this issue

I have booked a ticket online from bhubaneswar to nabarangpur for 02.03.2018 by red bus starting from cuttack to nabarangpur .Ticket no tm3y37134659 .Pnr 04180880 travels osrtc seat no 14 .Total fair paid rs 805/-.Bus was cancelled . Early refund is sought.

        I tried to book a ticket in redbus on jan 20th. The amount was debited but ticket not booked, then again booked via diff. Payment. I waited for 5 days for the amount to return, but didn't receive it. So i contacted redbus and they asked me to wait for 7 working days. Waited - but amount not received. When contacted again, they said they didn't receive the amount itself and asked me to contact my bank. Bank contacted and they told their side the transaction was successful, so i again contacted redbus and they asked me to send my full bank transaction from jan 20th (Mmm... Looking suspicious) yet i sent them and again they were telling they didn't receive the amount at all and asked my to contact my bank (Ooofff).. Raised a dispute in my bank and after verification they confirmed that the amount received redbus. Again escalated the issue to redbus and they have given the reference number alone, but no answer yet even after 3 days. I don't know whether i will get my amount back or not.

        My last escalation reference number for query is 3312127.

          This complaint is on sri durgamba travels bus operator registered in redbus.com, i have booked a travel to kumta from bangalore on 9th of feb 2018 and we were picked in hanumanth nagar in a pick-up bus and we were told that we will have to change the bus in rajaji nagar and they dropped us in a very nice pick up bus. And when we saw the bus which we are suppose to travel was in a very bad condition and the bus is full of mosquitoes and is in a very worst condition, myself along with 20-25 other co traveler denied to aboard the bus due to the bad condition and after the long discussion until 12.30 in the midnight we got the promise from the operator that we get the refund for the same and we did not travel on that day. But unfortunately till now we are doing a follow up for the same and nobody is responding to show any concern to the query raised, attaching the ticket for the reference. Kindly help.

            I had booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Red Bus on 1st Jan 2018. At the last moment the bus operator called us and told that bus has been cancelled and there was no alternate arrangement made.

            I have been following with Red Bus on this for the past few months but I am frustrated with the same response from their end. The response from their end is always the same and they say -"Complaint team is working on it and we will update you shortly ".Two service request numbers have been created by Red Bus team for this but there is no resolution/refund given for these.
            Service Request no's are: 3223564 and 2915792

            Below are my ticket details:
            Date of Journey : 1/1/2018
            Ticket no: TKD[protected]
            Bus Operator :Kallada Travels.

            I would request for the necessary action so that I get my refund for the cancelled bus ticket.

              I have booked a bus ticket from somnath to dwaraka on 6th march 2018. The boarding time was given as 8.55 am and boarding point was somnath. I have planned my dwaraka sight seeing as per the time to reach dwaraka from the boarding time. I was waiting at the somnath bus stand from 8 am and when the
              Bus did not come at 8.55 am i enquired with bus stand enquiry counter and was shocked to know that the boarding time given pertains to starting point of the
              Bus i. E rajula and it will reach somnath after 12 pm. I could not waste my time
              Waiting for the bus for 3 hours and so caught another bus and forego reserved seats. I therefore request you to refund some amount.

                It was on dated 5 march 2018 that i booked two tickets from Kanpur To Guna
                Ticket No.: TM3Z51443990

                Since 4:30 pm was the departure time, i along with my travelling companion had reached the boarding point the bus provider (Hans Travels) had asked.But on reaching there we got to know the bus had already been departed. On further queries and complaints as to why they didn't call us before the departure (which they generally do in case the passenger is late), they said the bus was full.On further queries we got to know that in our seats there was someone else's name. The bus provider told us that he could do nothing because they had this passenger named 'Ayush Srivastava' with the same ticket and PNR no. as ours for the same bus with same timings and date. We tried contacting Red Bus and sent our ticket to the Red Bus enquirer on the other side. the person told us that the seats were actually booked with the name of 'ayush srivastava' but at the same time, i had the ticket in my hand with the same PNR no.
                After much argument with the Bus provider, we booked the another set of tickets which cost us another 2000 bucks cause we were running late and there were no more buses available.On further inquiries ( as the person named 'Ayush Srivastava' is in the same college as ours, we matched our tickets and found that the PNR no. was indeed same. WHAT KIND OF FACILITY IS THIS??!!
                SO tell me, whose fault is this? I have the ticket intact with me, money was charged from my bank account for the tickets, but when i reach the boarding point, i get to know that someone else has the same ticket as me and got to be in the bus. This is such a poor service!!
                I DEMAND REFUND OF MY TICKET MONEY.
                Please learn to lock the bus seats as and when they are filled rather than charging for a single seat from double passengers and causing them pain!!!
                i have attached the ticket sent sent by REDBUS for further "confirmations".
                please take measurable actions towards the issue and refund my money as soon as possible!!
                i hope to get a positive response as soon as possible.

                  Have booked upsrtc bus from varanasi to lucknow on 28th january 2018 with pnr-xchb[protected], bus operator informed me bus is cancelled, i immediately informed red bus support they told me next 48 hrs they will issue refund.
                  More than 45 days are passed no refund received i have called on alternate days to there support team for refund they use to say we will refund in next 24 hrs

                  I booked a ticket on 25th on redbus and got confirmation msg.24th night bus operator told me that the ticket is booked for 24th.I called redbus customer care they said they will refund my money. I didn't get any refund till now and I have been calling them for the past 10 days. They close my issue every time without proper explanation.

                      I booked ticket from udaipur to surat on[protected] in the morning. My ticket number is tm2y15714254. And bus operator is shreenath travellers. Operator called me on 5.00 pm on the same day and told me that his bus got an accident so i need to cancel my ticket. I just asked him for my refund and he said i will process 100% refund. Than i cancelled the ticket from your app. Just after that i booked one another ticket from udaipur to surat with ticket no. Tm2y98891639 just for your reference.
                      This cancellation was driven from operator end. So i supposed to have 100 % refund as per your policy. I also replied you on redbus whatsapp on 29th jan just after cancellation that i need 100% refund as bus got an accident.
                      I got only 115 rs. As a refund after some days.

                        I had booked ticket on redbus with ticket no tm3x17115772 and email id sneha. [protected]@gmail.com. The bus had been cancelled by the operator but redbus is not refunding amount since 5 days stating it is in process. I had also booked other ticket on same bus with different ticket no that has been refunded but they are not refunding this ticket although it was cancellation from operator and not from my side.

                            March 03, 2018 we took ticket on apr travels thru red bus app. Apr travels suddenly sent a message as "mechanical problem so bus wont come". When i saw the text getting irritated. Y they didnt arrange some other bus and still didnt return back cash amount. So red bus management you are the responsible for this kind of activities. So you could be return back my amount.

                              Booked a bus ticket from changanacherry to coimbatore for 2 through redbus. Bus service universal travels.. As per the message we reached at boarding point and waited for 30 mins at the boarding point office.. When we asked the in charge there told he will enquire and then informed us that the bus got cancelled and some other bus will come in which our seats are arranged. After 45 mins he informed that no bus will come to pick us. When we contacted red bus the customer service girl named ashwini confirmed the bus cancellation and informed they redbus is not able to find an alternative. She told that she has registered a complaint and the ticket charges will be refunded completely. After 3-4 days when i contacted redbus to check the refund status they are telling that they can't refund since the bus was not cancelled..
                              Till now redbus seems very irresponsible and is cheating.

                                partial cancellation of bus ticket

                                Recently i have booked 4 tickets from amalapuram to hyderabad for 4th march 2018. Due to some unavoidable circumstances one of my friend is not able to travel.in that case when i checked for cancelling one seat, i found that partial cancelation is not allowed. Also the ticket costs around rs.1000 so i please request you to take this issue into serious consideration and allow customers for partial cancelation in future.

                                Dear red bus team,

                                I did not get my compensation against your mental harassment and without my intervention you cancelled my ticket and said wrong message service was cancelled like that. You asked for 24 hours time to clear the issue... But no response from your end... How you are thinking about customers?.. If you are not able to manage this service stop and then purchase bangles and wear it, sit in the home.. That's it... But why are you playing with our lives... Whose given that right to you?...

                                  On :16/2/18, in hebron transports, i have booked 3 tickets for travel on 17/2/18 from villupuram to coimbatore. Tin :tm3j85464618 and pnr : ht[protected]. Later i cancelled the tickets and immediately i got the mail from redbus.in and payu.in about refund. The money will refund within 5- 7 working days. Till this moment, 2/3/2018 i haven't received the amount.

                                    We booked our tickets in SVR Travels Hyderabad to Shirdi and return jurney also Shirdi to Hyderabad.[protected] &[protected] with respectively, While going on 26.02.2018 our seat nos : L9 & L12, SVR bus no : AR11 3626 reached Shirdi around 9.30 PM actual schedule was 6-30 PM. we thought accidentally it is delayed and we kept silent .
                                    But while coming back the same SVR travels, bus no : AR11 3626 (Seat nos L9 & L12), started exactly at 6.05 PM from shirdi, reached Miyapur, Hyderabad at around 10.05 AM ( scheduled time 6-00 AM) apart from that left us & all the passengers at Miyapur it self and made no arrangements to drop the passengers to their further destinations Hydernagar, KPHB, Ameerpet etc and driver kept innocent face and explaining us i am only driver, what i can i do . we requested the driver to contact their management and arrange alternative vehicle to drop all remaining passengers to their nearest destinations as per our bookings. we tried to call both nos given in the tickets cell : [protected] / [protected] both nos no response and no action has been taken from SVR travels.
                                    Al most we reached kukatpalli our home around 10-50 AM after spending Rs 150 to our home.
                                    One of the working lady was almost humbly requesting the driver, i don't have money to reach ameerpet which cost RS 400, please arrange something but no reaction ...

                                    Kindly take necessary action and please see to get the amount spent by the passengers to reach their destinations from Miyapur

                                      I had booked a bus ticket from delhi to allahabad on 1 feb 2018 of 28 feb 2018 through redbus with tapzo app. On booking date (28 feb) when i called to traveller (Amar travellers), i came to know that my ticket is cancelled. How is it possible when i didn't cancel my ticket and no body picked the call of redbus helpline number.
                                      If it is cancelled then where is my refund money and if you can't manage the online booking services, please stop this because these types of fraud keeps the people away from digital booking, shopping etc.
                                      Kindly resolve my issue by refunding my all booking money.
