I booked my ticket from redbus rishikesh to delhi on 3 of june 2018-ticket number tm6y48899132.
Throughout the journey i had to sit on a wet seat and i was not provided an alternative seat.

The arrival was delayed by several hours and i fell sick because of travelling in a wet seat. My medicines cost me more than my journey ticket.

On registering the complaint no bothered to respond to it as i wanted my ticket amount to be refunded.

The customer care people even promised me that there supervisor will call me, but no one did so.

Request you to kindly update me on the following.

    I have booked bus ticket, tm[protected] on 12th may 2018 using redbus for myself and my family (3+1) from thiruvananthapuram to bangalore. The bus operator was kallada and travel date was 13th may 2018. The bus was breakdown in nagarcoil after 2 hours of journey. Then the operator denied to continue the trip. After serveral hours of argument and requests they have arraged a very poor vehicle (Tempo traveller) at 4am. That was not at all comfortable for long journey. After the hectic travel they have dropped us in hosur on monday (14-may-2018) 4 pm without any altrenative to my actual destination bangalore. Then i have reached my destination by taxi. I lost my money, peace of mind and forcefully taken a leave from office.

    I have intimated the same to redbus and they created an incident for the same and they promised me that they will refund my money back. But i have not yet got resolution from redbus. I felt so cheated by rdbus and their bus operators. I faced so much trouble, paid for some service that was never given to me. Redbus customer care support staffs are cheating customers by giving false promises.

    I request you to take action against redbus and provide me support to get fair compensation for this.

      I tried booking bus ticket on 23rd May using Red bus android app. Although the ticket was cancelled during the first attempt, the ticket fare was deducted. After which i contacted the customer care on the same day and shared my bank account details. They assured me that i will receive the refund within 5 bank working days. But its been 13 days and am still waiting for the refund.

        Sir, It appears that some representative of REDBUS had called me in the morning and asked for debit card details for refund of money. As it is not customary to provide such details, please arrange to send the refund amount to the KARUR VYSYA BANK Branch (CUSTOMER ID: 4070817). So I please request you to look into this matter and provide me with the appropriate refund amount. Debit and credit card details are not to be disclosed to anyone. I jave already provided you with everything related to the travel. Hence you can rest assured that it is only my account that I am giving.

        yesterday evening around 6 pm, I recharged a prepaid mobile number, that particular amount was deducted from my SBI account . Still now there is no refund. When that amount will be refunded ?

          I have booked a ticket through the above mentioned company's web portal. First two transactions were unsuccessful to generate my ticket whereas my account was debited both times. 1 off 2 payment was refunded within the stipulated time frame whereas the 2nd payment is not yet refunded. Since more than 2 months, am behind their cs team for the updates whereas each time their reply is "it's under process and will take 7 business days to credit.

            I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my paytm. Therefore i request to redbus team to please return my wallet amount to my paytm account

              I have booked bus from srirangam to bangalore in red bus app.
              The boarding point is at srirangam 100 gandhi road at 11:30 pm. So we came to the boarding point at 10:30. We were trying to call the bus operator number given in the message from red bus. But no one picked the call.
              At 11:30 pm we have got a call from bus operator that the boarding point location was changed.
              How can they change the boarding point that was mentioned earlier. Bus operator is asking us to come to the new boarding point by auto.
              We are only 2 girls standing on road at 11:30 pm how can we take auto at that time.
              And some how we found one auto and he charged us 150 rs from previously mentioned boarding point to the new boarding point.

                We have booked between chennai and kallidaikurichi and return.

                1. Four sleeper berths were booked at the cost of rs.3260/- (Travels-
                Sree jothitravels, nellai), pnr:sjti5eb361146 on 01/6/18. Seat nos. L3, l4, l5 &l6

                2. Four berths (2 sleeper and 2 semi-seeper) were booked for travel between kallidaikurichi and chennai on 03/6/18 at the cost of rs.4060/- (Travels-sree jothitravels, nellai), pnr:sjti5eb441337 seat nos. 7, 8, l7 &l8.

                The fare (Rs.4060/-) for return journey appears to be more with less
                Comfort (2 berths and 2 seats) as compared to onward journey rs.3260/-
                With proper sleeper berth allotment for all the four customers.

                Why is there a difference in fares between 2 points of travel by the same transportation? Awaiting your reply.

                  I have booked a ticket from visakhapatnam to vijayawada on may 8th.. Transaction was failed for first time and (2709) money was deducted from my account twice... I have raised a complaint with redbus for almost 6 times but they dint refund the money.. Redbus customer care is saying they will refund the money as money was credited to their amount twice but they are not refunding the money.. I have attached the proofs..                     When can I expect a resolution from your end . I have not any call or mail from you regarding this since 17-May-2018.
                    I just joined 2 weeks ago. I have already invited my friends to join the app, why I didn't receive any wallet cash? I have 3 of them to applied for it but didn't get any response. What's for to invite friends while can't get any referrals?
                    I booked ticket on redbus by 25th of April. I waited about 2 hours on boarding point then i asked general enquiry they said that the bus still not arrived at boarding point soo you must got cancellation message for refund. Then I called at redbus customer care from 25th April i called about 5-7 times and still not getting any refund.

                      I booked a ticket through red bus app on the 5th of may (7:19 pm), from mangalore to bangalore (Tm[protected] travel date 10th may). The amount paid through paytm wallet was rs727.50. I cancelled the ticket on the 8th of may and received confirmation of cancellation (See attached image) on the same day. When the refund was not processed in seven days i raised a complaint on the red bus app (See attached image), reference number 4024709. I was promised that the refund will be processed by 15th may. On 16th of may i received an email saying that the refund has been processed (See attached image) and that the refund will reflect in 7 business days (I. E. By 23rd may). When i didnot receive refund by 24th of may, i again initiated a complain (Reference number 4135616, see attached image). On 24th i again received an email (See attached image) that the refund was done on 16th of may itself and that i should contact paytm for the same. I contacted paytm and enquired but from there i was told that no payment has been issued from redbus, and that if it is done i should ask redbus for transaction id. When today (1st june) i am trying all the customer care numbers of redbus, i am constantly getting a wrong number dialled message.
                      This kind of behaviour and unprofessional conduct is highly objectionable. It's not about a refund of rs578, it is about plain fraud and cheating. I have wasted so much time in enquiring about this refund, will redbus compensate for the time that i have lost and the trauma that i have gone through.

                      If there is any legal process that needs to be initiated, someone please advise me.

                      I booked ticket from chennai to madurai. The ticket amount was 935. The amount was deducted from my account but ticket not got booked. There is no proper response from the Redbus support. It's already been a month and I got no information about the refund amount.

                        I have booked a ticket through red bus vide pnr d[protected] by kpn travels from trichy to chennai departure time :12.30 pm on apr5-2018, seat # :18w.
                        Total fare paid rs.750/-. Boarding point : central bus stand (Kpn), # 1 didigul road trichy.
                        On that day (Apr 5) i received a phone call from kpn travels, trichy informed me that the above bus trip from trichy to chennai has been cancelled and refund will be directly credited to my credit card a/c. I have waited up to the
                        Month of may credit card statement and the refund is not reflected in the month of both april & may statement.
                        You are requested to arrange for the refund credit to my credit card a/c under advise to me through sms.

                          We booked a ticked from salem to udumalai hile booking dep time shows 11.25 pm but actually bus arrived 1.30 am i met an accident bone fracture and i need to go very urgent suddenly they changed tine we planned get govt bus due to school opening time even we could not get seat finally we depressed a lot sorry to say really we met or faced lot of issue we planned as mentioned time in your sit 11.25 but suddenly incharge made a call bus wwill come only 1 pm we had commitment and health issue so only we booked the bus finally my mother helath was very weak
                          We made a call bangalore
                          Srs trvel gave a driver number but no response we are very depression that not able to go on time finally we are moving by other atc busses with heavy rush standing
                          But we sent 1750 we could not go by booked bus
                          We have all evidence really we are going to file a case court
                          Really sorry to say now we r in atc bus not able get seat due to summer leave

                              The red bus is not changing the tempo travel agent ss travel even after repeated complains n staff is troubling us by switching off on down hill n when vehicle is standing at a place.. He is arguing for not going to place which we ask and which are within the 1000 km package. Staff of red bus not supporting in the query by speaking to onwer for his misbehaviour.. N bad service... I had to 10 times in a day call to red bus.. For complains.. Staff has closed my complain without providing resolution.

                              The red bus staff says they will call back n provide resolution but no one calls back

                                I had booked bus ticket on redbus on mon, may 14, 2018 at 8:27 pm (2 seats) from mumbai to panjim naik travel akb (Seat no. 8 & 9). The amount of rs. 2952/- was paid with credit card.

                                The ticked was successfully cancelled on the same day mon, may 14, 2018 at 9:12 pm. I have then received a cancellation confirmation email from [protected]@redbus.in regarding the process of refund of rs. 2630/- (Screenshot attached)

                                I have marked ccd consumer complaint for the wrong doing and unethical behavior from redbus of not refunding the money as promised.

                                  My travel starts from trivandrum on 29th may 2018 1.00pm pickup i had booked 2seats r14, r15 as per the chart it showed side by side seats but on the bus it was different. The nightmare starts from trivandrum i was told the pickup was in front a music college in trivandrum me and my wife waited there as we reached half an hour early. Then a staff from k. P. N comes by on a bike saying you should walk but the bus is in the garage i said ok carried my luggage and walked towards the garage. There they mentioned the actual bus we were supposed to board is a scania multi axle but that bus is broken down in madurai. So u should travel in an alternative sleeper non ac bus to nagercoil and from there an volvo bus will transport us to madurai and then the actual travel starts. But the bus which we boarded from nagercoil broke down twice as the vehicle was overheating. The driver has no clue what was happening drove it till k. P. N parcel office and we were stranded there for nearly 3hrs and there was pickup also from same spot they were waiting for nearly 4hrs. We spoke to the manager at kpn parcel office he was arrogant and rude saying it’s usual it happens to our buses we should bear it. And then they got the bus up and running reached madurai got into our actual bus at 10.30pm. Till now they didn’t have a courtesy to stop for lunch, coffee or dinner. At around 11.30pm i think the driver was hungry he started looking for restaurent’s and for his and our bad luck nuthing was open. And the driver stops for 10mins at a local bakery and says eat what you can won’t be stopping anywhere else. And we reach bangalore at around 6am. This is the worst experience anyone could go through kpn travels worst and arrogant staff. I will be taking this matter forward to consumer court nobody shud go through this experience and this travels should be boycotted.

                                    I booked a redbus ticket for travel from kannur to bangalore scheduled on may 4 2018. Bus operator is kalpaka travels. I had to cancel the ticket on 4th may. I got the below email from redbus.
                                    "your ticket has been cancelled successfully and we have initiated the process to refund rs 870 to you.
                                    Your booking trip id for this ticket is[protected]
                                    Ticket details:
                                    Ticket number (Tin): tm[protected]"

                                    It is 29th may today and still i haven't received the refund amount.

                                      I had booked my ticket from thane to pune on may 17th 2018. the money was immediately debited from my account but the refund is not done yet.
                                      red bus customer care executive fool you by telling you that your refund is done but if it is done why doesnt it reflect in my bank account i have completely lost faith in this app never ever booking a ticket again and recommending everyone against it.

                                        We have booked 3 tickets via redbus app for travelling from mumbai to hyderabad on 17th may, 2018. The bus was scheduled in evening and the it was orange travels bus, at 2:00pm in afternoon we got an call from orange travels about bus cancellation and providing us the alternate bus which was a semi sleeper and the ticket rate was less. They suggested us to take this bus and the difference amount of 1666 will be refunded to us withing 7 working days.
                                        We have also requested them to give us the seats in front rows as all the travellers were ladies along with kids. They said we have tickets of last row if you want to take then take or else cancel the trip in this bus. However we managed to accept the deal and agreed to travel in this bus and also booked 1 additional ticket for our kids. Later after 7 working days we asked about the status of refund we are still getting respond that we are verifying and get back to you.

                                        They are not even aware that our bus was cancelled and we traveled in semi sleeper bus instead of sleeper bus.

                                        I am not getting my amount back and its 10th day now
