I make created ticket from kota to jaipur on 7th feb, 2018 for 9:00pm.
When i received ticket immediately i recieved call from shrinath travel agancy. He told me, "the bus for which you booked ticket is already cancelled, you have to go by other bus", and he offered me bus which will be on 11:30pm.
But i have to go early that's why i booked ticket for 9:00pm. So i told him, i don't want to go so late. If you have other bus service on about same time, then it will be ok. But he denied for same.
So this not my fault, if bus was cancelled, ticket should not be created, why travel agency informed after created ticket, same bus should not be shown at the time of creation ticket in app.
So that i could not traveled by that bus due to travel agency's fault, and i have to create ticket again and traveled by other bus service.
After that i dropped mail to red bus to refund but they are saying, travel agency is telling bus was not cancelled, while i have audio recording of same call with travel agency.
This is gap of communication between travel agency and redbus/phonepe.
App should be updated as per bus services of travel agencies.
I had to suffer because of your fault, i told him "please think why i got tickets from other service for same time same day. What can i do if agency is lying."
But red bus is not refunding my amount, please help me.
