I had book for bus from shirdi to mumbai money get deducted and bus operator called me and informed about bus cancellation and altertate bus arranged at 4pm however i checked out at 1pm due to cancellation of bus i suffered 1pm to 4pm no hotel. Very bad experience my money get stuck, need to pay again for bus for that i preferred redbus only after this issue, it is my kind req pls make 100% refund in mu case i had made payment of rs 422.20 pls send me full refund. Pls refer my attached document, for that i claiming full refund, in this case there is not my single mistake and still i suffer,
Kindly help me for 100% refund, which is deducated from my mode of payment
Due to cancelltion of 1pm bus, i have to stay 3hours in shirdi on road during high sun in mid noon,
