I book a bus ticket in red bus website on 27th december 2017from vizag to hyderabad. I gave boarding point at kurmanapalem they give report time 8:30 pm and i reached the stop on exact time but the bus is not came.
I contact the travel agency nd red bus but both the numbers r wrong.
I wait there up to 11:50. There is no response from the travel agency. They gave incorrect number.
I faced mental harassment...

    Hi, I have booked ticket PNR no: TS[protected]VFWY/6234803/OTT - 123 (sleeper) on date 27/12/2017 by selecting options Hyderabad to Eluru. But I came to know this bus was dropped Eluru by pass which is far 6km from city. How the passenger travel to Eluru city early morning that too women. When I gave dropping position Eluru it should mention dropping point is Eluru by pass, then i couldn't book this bus and choose other bus operator. This is totally misleading information what it is showing onweb site. When I called to redbus customer care people they are arguing with me its complete responsible of bus operator only. I am requesting to refund complete amount to me.

      Hello,

      I had book a force 13 seater for shirdi with a full payment in advance.

      To my surprise it was a winger which i had received. With no help from redbus on sunday morning, i had no option but procced with the trip. Causing 90 min delay due to the hiccup and chain of vendors talking to each other.

      Further, the vehicle that was provided was in such a condition that i doubted if we would travel safely. (Pics attached)

      The middle seat was moving head when applying breaks as one was the bolt was off from the base.

      This was a pathetic service from redbus. I am expecting a refund for the same.

          I booked ticket kallada travels (Suresh kallada) from hosur to chennai 3.30 p. M bus on travel date 27 th dec 2017. But bus got breakdown at hosur itself. Wait till 6.00p. M they didn't provide alter arrangements. My 2.6 years child also accompany with me. After 6 o clock, i don't wish to travel because of reach chennai late night which is not advisable. So i need my ticket amount refund, else i will complaint in consumer court. Redbus mticket

            Hi,

            I had booked the ticket from goa to hyderabad dated 25th december 2017 from "red bus" website. After booking, i got the ticket confirmation message in which there was a contact number of bus agency (Dhanunjaya bus).
            On the day of travel i tried that number so many times but sometimes number was out of range, sometime no one picked my call etc.
            As per the message, boarding point was (Panjim near ktc bus stand) and departure time was 7:00 pm.
            I reached there at 6:30 pm and was trying to contact continuously, after so many attempt they picked my call said bus will reach at 8:30 pm and boarding point will be same.
            I contacted red bus customer care also for the same and they were also unable to tell me the exact scenario.
            On the call i explained that i am traveling alone and this boarding area is not at all safe and requesting them to give me exact situation.
            After 9:00 pm also, red bus customer care were not at all cooperating with me, they kept my call on hold for more than 1/2 hour.
            Form 7:00 to 9:00 pm, i faced lots of mental harassment and local people found me alone and was trying to abuse me.
            Since red bus executives were unable to reply me and just giving excuses, i decided to leave that area but that area was desolate.
            Since 25th was christmas eve so i was not able to found any taxi or local transport from there.
            I walked 6 to 7 km just to find taxi and during that, being a single girl in a desolate area, i faced lots of challenges.
            This is all because of red bus executives because they just passed the time and misguided me.
            Luckily i found taxi which charged rs 1000 for airport and bought the ticket from the airport counter at rs 6953.

            Following are the details:

            This is so imprudent behaviour from their end. It's almost a week being shared my account details with them and still waiting for money back. Now neither they are relying on my emails nor I have any number where I can contact them directly and ask the status.

            I can wait until today evening and after that, i will file a case in consumer court directly because now I don't have trust on red bus anymore.
            This is very irresponsible attitude of red bus...
            they are accountable now for this.
            this is the experience which not a single girl wants to experience.
            Better you approach consumers forum court in nampally or abids. You may get a resolution.
            Redbus Should take responsibility of Customer Safety, if bus get cancel or delayed, it their duty to Inform Customer at least 24 hours prior than departure time and if get cancel they should adjust the passenger to other bus or make some arrangement for him/Her, but in above case, Red bus seems so careless and irresponsible, they should be charged with legal action so they can take care of this in future . They should be Charged or they should take their responsibility and pay all the compensation .

            Red bus should value there customers . Customer support should help the people not disguise with them .There should be some action taken against the issue of customer.
            My name is not Ravi Shankar but I am constantly being called that instead of my correct name, which is Shankar S. Plus, despite writing to the National Consumer Forum of the Indian government, I have been receiving some Ravi Shankar's bus tickets but at my email address. How would the Redbus brand managers feel if I call them Redbug or by someone else's name but sent to their email address? I have even been lied to by Redbus that they have deleted the Redbus.in account that is under the name of some Ravi Shankar but that uses my official and personal email address and some 24 year old Ravi Shankar's name and phone number; whereas I am a senior citizen. Moreover, they constantly harass me despite my having informed India Google Support about Redbus's attempts to steal my email address. I want serious action taken against Redbus.in. I did not want to take this issue online for privacy reasons but I am left with no choice. They simply closed my complaint ticket number 6195159 by addressing me time and again by the wrong name and all this, despite writing to [protected]@redbus.in and others, hoping to get help but redbus.in has been lying to me time and again about having solved the problem.

            Kindly take action against Redbus.in and make sure that they do not use my email address, send me someone else's bus tickets or abuse my email address again. @Redbus.in, please update your records with my correct name and phone number under my email address. I do not want to receive anyone else's emails from you ever again. I mean it. I also do not want you to use that Ravi Shankar's name or phone number in my account registered with my email address. Or else, be ready to face the consequences of your evil actions.

            I contacted red bus customer care also for the same and they were also unable to tell me the exact scenario.
            On the call i explained that i am traveling alone and this boarding area is not at all safe and requesting them to give me exact situation.

              Hi team,

              I have booked a bus ticket in redbus mobile application. The ticket is from bangalore to goa and the travel date is 29/12/2017. Ticket id is tkd[protected]. Due to some plan change i want to cancel my travel tickets. I called to redbus customer care on 16/12/2/017 but they told that amount is not refundable as per cancellation policy.

              While i booked the tickets we checked the cancellation policy and it was not mentioned that amount is not refundable in their mobile application policies. Please find the attached screenshot. When we raised the same concern with redbus team they denied to accept their mistake in mobile application and responded that the cancellation policy is mentioned in e-ticket issued after booking the ticket. Before booking the tickets they showed one policy while issuing the ticket they are enforcing another policies. You can check the attached screenshots for your reference.

              Now a days its very common to cancel tickets with cancellation charges. I have given around 15 days prior notice to cancel my tickets but they are not refunding the amount back. How come they expect their customers to loose their 100% amount without travelling or using their services. It is so unfair to charge 100% from the customer and giving irresponsible answers to their queries.

              I request akosha team to take this issues to concerned authorities and solve this problem. I hope your team can solve this problem and stand besides customers.

              Unfortunately When ever we called customer care they are referring the policies in their desktop view and assuming the same was shown in mobile application. But it was wrong. They are showing different policy in mobile application and while issuing tickets they are enforcing the false policies which was not shown to the customer at the time of booking and fooling the customers that it was their mistake booking the tickets without seeing the policies and looting customers money. I demand an entire refund for tickets cancellation and the apologies from Redbus for the inconvenience caused to me in this regard.

The cancellation policy for each bus is pre-determined by the bus operator depending on date and time of journey. These policies are promptly displayed on our web/app, so that customers can make an informed decision.

              My concern is the cancellation policy is not displayed promptly in your mobile application at the time of my ticket booking. I can see this as irresponsible behaviour towards your customers, How come you entertain such operators to charge 100% cancellation fee without travelling? Is redbus website is a platform to loot customers pockets simply by saying its operator Policy. Who knows the operator?People will see redbus brand and will book.Don't you have standards and responsibility? Don't you feel shy to answer like this.Instead you can beg money, A beggar is better than you. You cheaters .Poor customer service and response time. You are trying to escape from problem rather than solving the problem. You lost your brand value by entertaining such operators and for your poor customer service.

              If cancellation policy is not available, on what basis you have deducted 100% of amount?

              Why did you show that operator in your mobile app without having minimum standards of policies that ensures customer safety towards their money?

                I made a booking from pune to vapi and the seat allotted to me was already provided to someone else. I was asked to cooperate and wait till i was allocated the seat. There were other seats with the same issue. So i lost 1 hour sorting out all the problems plua 1 hour till a seat was allocated to me. This is really frustrating service by redbus and paulo travels.

                  wrongly booked female seat but operator also did not inform

                  Today i went through a very painful and unfortunate incident of not being able to travel even after doing the booking and even after being present at the spot 30 minutes earlier to the scheduled departure.

                  That's because i had by mistake booked a female passenger seat.

                  It is my mistake i didn't notice that it was ladies seat.

                  But having said this, the bus operator should also have informed me about...

                  Hi there, pnr#[protected]. As i'm first time customer using your service through app. I booked ticket bus# rj19-pb-3378 (Shreenath travels) bus was so dirty. The quality was so worst, didn't clean seats. You can clearly see dirt coming out of seats. How come you mention it iso 9001 certification??? Even bus operator was so rude including staff. Apart from that staff stops every city (Highway points) for earning extra money to ride local peoples other than reservation customer. It was hardly to move around. It feels like going in mumbai local train!!! What's point to book reservation seat & paying extra. Also random people travels with you, what's security of your luggage & safety. Please contact me & do some action.

                    I dr. D. Kothandan booked tickets having ticket no ticket no: tkcw17116743 and pnr no pnr no: ts[protected]drhl/63436/nshk srhd bng on 16/dec/2017 through red bus from shiridi to bangalore, at last movement message came the bus was cancelled and said me they will refund money, but they have not even arranged another bus for us.                           I dr. D. Kothandan booked tickets having ticket no ticket no: tkcw17116743 and pnr no pnr no: ts[protected]drhl/63436/nshk srhd bng on 16/dec/2017 through red bus from shiridi to bangalore, at last movement message came the bus was cancelled and said me they will refund money, but they have not even arranged another bus for us. My family members suffered a lot. But still they have not refund my money back..
                          I would request to you to take action on red bus to refund money and make a justice for me.

                            Hi, i am trying to do a partial cancellation of my bus ticket - 1 ticket out of 4 tickets but redbus has denied every though we still have 4 & 10 days days to travel 25th dec 2017 & 29th dec (To & fro) even though the operator was ready (Srs) when i called them directly.

                            This is a very poor customer service from red bus - worst service

                            Please provide partial cancellation service and refund for the same.

                              I had booked ticket from red bus on[protected] for[protected] for ahmedabad to mithapur and my ticket number tkdf21733293.

                              I am trying to cancelled my tiket from yesterday morning but not able to cancel due to there system issue.

                              So today contact them for the same they give reason your bus operator is not give refund after 9:45 pm[protected] and i had already

                              When i am trying to cancel ticket its gives error please contact our customer service number [protected].

                                I had booked an outstation trip but cancelled next day. Trip was on 22nd i cancelled on 15th. I mailed them about cancellation as they requested. Inspite of calling multiple times, the cancellation is not done and i got trip details on 21st. This is very disappointing. I have called around 20 times and their customer support is not at all responding properly. Nobody picks, i have to try 10 times to connect.

                                  I have booked ticket from pune to mumbai through red bus on 16th dec. Boarding time was 4.41 am and bus didn't come till 5.50 am, i called all available operators number multiple times but no one picked my call. So i called red bus customer care and they said we are canceling your ticket and initiating refund. However its been 6 days and there is no refund. Whenever i call red bus customer care, they say will update you in 24 hrs however nobody gives any update anytime. This is pure cheating. I was suppose to go mumbai for job interview and because of them i have lost an opportunity. Now they are not refunding my money.

                                      I booked a bus tkt from hyd to chirala on nov 13th in redbus app, at boarding time the bus was cancelled they arranged a/c bus, but i am unable to travel on that a/c bus bcoz of personal problem in winter season. I didn't travel on that day, i called to travel operated and informed that i didn't want to travel on a/c bus. After that they said tkt was cancelled and the money will refund to u within 3-4days. Till now i didn't receive any refund. I spoke to redbus customer 5-6times but no use of it.
